数码喷绘采用环保的活性染料,喷染在经过上浆处理过的真丝面料上,染料由计算机自动准确配置,不产生负面的化学反应。后期处理通过汽蒸、水洗、烘干等多道工序,全过程实行自动化、信息化操作。生产过程中噪音和废水也极少,非常生态环保。
蚕丝因其具备动物蛋白结构,有防御或抵抗部分有害病菌入侵的功效。但是,一般画作长时间置于室内或自然环境中,如遇到相对湿度较大,或在透气性差的空间中时,画作表面的病菌还是可能会生长和繁殖,易致霉变,产生的霉斑会影响画作的观赏效果和保存寿命。有害病菌、微生物的存在还会引起丝绸织物中蚕丝蛋白的降解,使蚕丝织物出现泛黄、霉变、褪色甚至会导致画面脆损、变形等现象,影响到真丝画的外观、光泽和图案的逼真效果。
因而,对于高品质的高速数码印花真丝绸画,经过良好的整理工艺处理,杀死霉菌等有害微生物,以使画作能够长期保存显得尤其重要。

所述真丝绸白坯上浆是将真丝绸白坯置于上浆材料配比液中进行双面浸轧,一浸一轧,带液率保持80-100%,保持溶液温度为45-50℃,上浆量为50-60%;将经双面浸轧后的真丝绸白坯,置于所述的抗菌防霉处理液中,浸渍时间为15-25min。
所述的烘干步骤为:采用针板拉幅非接触式烘干方式,烘干温度在95-100℃为宜,时间3-4min,把上述经上浆处理的真丝绸白坯烘干,形成抗菌防霉层。

同样的,配制实施例3的抗菌防霉处理液时,首先将实施例3抗菌防霉处理液中22.5%的乙醇和40.80%的去离子水混合并搅拌均匀,然后将5.00%的水杨酸苯酯、0.20%的二氯苯酚烷、0.20%的2-苯基苯酚、0.30%的N-辛基异噻唑啉酮、2.00%的海藻酸钠、1.50%的烷基苯磺酸钠、3.50%的丙二醇甲醚、4.50%的二甲苯磺酸钾、9.50%的N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍以及10.00%的十二烷基羧甲基钠型咪唑啉醋酸盐,分别缓缓地加入至该乙醇和去离子水溶液中,搅拌至充分溶解,即可制备得到实施例3的抗菌防霉处理液。
将上述抗菌防霉处理液应用于数码印花真丝绸画的抗菌防霉处理方法,包括如下的步骤:真丝绸白坯上浆、烘干、喷绘、汽蒸、水洗、抗菌防霉处理液浸渍。
一.真丝绸白坯上浆:
(1)将真丝绸白坯置于上浆材料配比液中进行双面浸轧,保持上将材料配比溶液温度为45-50℃,一浸一轧,带液率保持80-100%,上浆量为50-60%。
其中,上浆材料配比液中各组分的质量百分比及配制方法为:尿素7.0-11.0%、碳酸氢钠2.0-5.0%、P3糊料2.5-3.5%、209净洗剂1.0-3.0%以及去离子水77.5-87.5%。把上述组分的尿素、碳酸氢钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌至充分溶解后,加入上述组分的P3糊料、209净洗剂并搅拌至无团状颗粒。
(2)将上述经双面浸轧后的真丝绸白坯,置于上表实施例1或实施例2的抗菌防霉处理液中,浸渍时间为15-25min。
二.烘干:采用针板拉幅非接触式烘干方式,烘干温度在95-100℃为宜,时间3-4min,把上述经上浆处理的真丝绸白坯烘干,形成抗菌防霉层。
三.喷绘:经高速数码印花机,在经上述烘干步骤的真丝绸白坯上喷绘设计好的各色图案,得到真丝绸画。
四汽蒸:采用圆筒蒸箱,在该圆筒蒸箱中加入上表实施例1或实施例2的抗菌防霉处理液,对上述喷绘后的真丝绸画进行汽蒸处理,汽蒸温度为98-100℃,汽蒸时间为28-33min。
五.水洗:将上述经汽蒸处理的真丝绸画在常温下水洗3遍,然后用温度57-63℃热水洗1遍,再用温度77-83℃皂洗,最后经常温水洗干净后脱水,并用温度95-100℃烘干。
六.抗菌防霉处理液浸渍步骤为:将经上述水洗烘干的真丝绸画在常温下,在上表实施例3或实施例4或实施例5的抗菌防霉处理液中浸渍20-30分钟,最后用温度95-100℃烘干即得成品。

Claims (5)

1.一种数码印花真丝绸画的抗菌防霉处理液,其特征在于:所述处理液包括如下的质量百分比组分:水杨酸苯酯2.00-6.00%、二氯苯酚烷0.10-0.70%、2-苯基苯酚0.10-0.40%、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮0.10-0.70%、海藻酸钠2.00-6.00%、烷基苯磺酸钠1.00-4.00%、丙二醇甲醚1.00-5.00%、二甲苯磺酸钾2.00-8.00%、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍5.00-13.00%、十二烷基羧甲基钠型咪唑啉醋酸盐10.00-13.00%、乙醇20.00-30.00%、去离子水13.20-56.70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花真丝绸画的抗菌防霉处理液,其特征在于:所述处理液包括如下的质量百分比组分:水杨酸苯酯4.00-6.00%、二氯苯酚烷0.20-0.30%、2-苯基苯酚0.10-0.20%、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮0.30-0.50%、海藻酸钠2.00-3.00%、烷基苯磺酸钠1.00-2.00%、丙二醇甲醚2.00-4.00%、二甲苯磺酸钾3.00-6.00%、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍8.00-11.00%、十二烷基羧甲基钠型咪唑啉醋酸盐10.00-11.00%、乙醇20.00-25.00%、去离子水30.90-49.20%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌防霉处理液的配制方法,其特征在于:首先将乙醇和去离子水按质量百分比组分配比混合并搅拌均匀,然后将抗菌防霉处理液中的其他各组分按质量百分比配比分别缓缓地加入至该乙醇和去离子水溶液中,搅拌至充分溶解,即可制备得到所述抗菌防霉处理液,均匀密封分装,备用。
4.一种数码印花真丝绸画的抗菌防霉后处理工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺过程包括如下的步骤:真丝绸白坯上浆、烘干、喷绘、汽蒸、水洗、抗菌防霉处理液浸渍,其中:
所述真丝绸白坯上浆是将真丝绸白坯置于上浆材料配比液中进行双面浸轧,一浸一轧,带液率保持80-100%,保持溶液温度为45-50℃,上浆量为50-60%;将该经双面浸轧后的真丝绸白坯,置于如权利要求1或2所述的抗菌防霉处理液中,浸渍时间为15-25min;
所述的烘干步骤为:采用针板拉幅非接触式烘干方式,烘干温度在95-100℃为宜,时间3-4min,把经上浆处理的真丝绸白坯烘干,形成抗菌防霉层;
所述的喷绘步骤为:经高速数码印花机,在经烘干步骤的真丝绸白坯上喷绘设计好的各色图案,得到真丝绸画;
所述的汽蒸步骤为:汽蒸处理的蒸箱采用圆筒蒸箱,在该圆筒蒸箱中加入如权利要求1或2所述的抗菌防霉处理液,对喷绘后的真丝绸画进行汽蒸处理,汽蒸温度为98-100℃,汽蒸时间为28-33min;
所述的水洗步骤为:将经汽蒸处理的真丝绸画在常温下水洗3遍,然后用温度57-63℃热水洗1遍,再用温度77-83℃皂洗,最后经常温水洗干净后脱水,并用温度95-100℃烘干;
所述的抗菌防霉处理液浸渍步骤为:将经水洗烘干的真丝绸画在常温下,在如权利要求1或2所述的抗菌防霉处理液中浸渍20-30分钟,后用温度95-100℃烘干即得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的数码印花真丝绸画的抗菌防霉后处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的上浆材料配比液中各组分的质量百分比及配制方法为:尿素7.0-11.0%、碳酸氢钠2.0-5.0%、P3糊料2.5-3.5%、209净洗剂1.0-3.0%以及去离子水77.5-87.5%;把尿素、碳酸氢钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌至充分溶解后,加入P3糊料、209净洗剂并搅拌至无团状颗粒。
