本发明公开了一种纺织印染助剂,具有下列重量份的原料配比:椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺50‑60份、聚乙烯吡啶45‑55份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵30‑40份、亚硫酸钠30‑40份、油酰氨基酸钠25‑35份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯20‑30份、月桂酸酯20‑30份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂15‑25份、硫酸锌5‑15份、氯化钡5‑15份、交联剂5‑10份、柔软剂5‑10份,从而能够提高纺织品印染效果并减小对皮肤的刺激。同时,还公开了相应的制备方法。

背景技术
印染助剂是在织物印花和染色的过程中所使用的助剂,能够提高印花和染色的效果。印染助剂可分为印花助剂和染色助剂。印花助剂包括粘合剂、增稠剂、交联剂、乳化剂、柔软剂、扩散剂和消泡剂等,染色助剂包括匀染剂、固色剂、分散剂、荧光增白剂和柔顺剂等。
近年来,纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,国内外印染助剂行业的生产与市场发展十分迅速。但是,常规的印染助剂提升印染的性能不强,往往需要大量添加使用,能够对人体皮肤造成或多或少的刺激,并且在纺织品的生产成本上造成了一定负担。同时,大量印染助剂的使用也造成了工业废水、废气排放量的增加,加剧了环境上的污染。因此,急需开发一种具备优良特性的新型印染助剂
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种纺织印染助剂及其制备方法,通过采用特定原料进行组合,配合相应的生产工艺,得到了一种新型印染助剂,其印染效果显著、对皮肤刺激小,具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纺织印染助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺 50-60 份、聚乙烯吡啶 45-55 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 30-40 份、亚硫酸钠 30-40 份、油酰氨基酸钠 25-35 份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯 20-30 份、月桂酸酯 20-30 份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂 15-25 份、硫酸锌 5-15 份、氯化钡 5-15 份、交联剂 5-10 份、柔软剂 5-10 份。
优选地,所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
所述纺织印染助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1 )按照重量份称取各原料;
2 )将椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺、聚乙烯吡啶、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 7500-8500 r/m 的状态下搅拌 6-10h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 65-75 ℃,然后加入亚硫酸钠、油酰氨基酸钠、硫酸锌、氯化钡,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤( 3 )中第一次超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 6-7h ,第二次超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4-5h
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1 )本发明的纺织助剂以椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺、聚乙烯吡啶、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、亚硫酸钠、油酰氨基酸钠为主要成分,通过加入聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂、硫酸锌、氯化钡、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的印染助剂具有良好的印染效果,且对皮肤刺激较小。
2 )本发明的印染助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

1 )按照重量份称取椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺 50 份、聚乙烯吡啶 45 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 30 份、亚硫酸钠 30 份、油酰氨基酸钠 25 份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯 20 份、月桂酸酯 20 份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂 15 份、硫酸锌 5 份、氯化钡 5 份、多异氰酸酯 5 份、硅油柔软剂 5 份;

2 )将椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺、聚乙烯吡啶、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 8000 r/m 的状态下搅拌 8h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 70 ℃,然后加入亚硫酸钠、油酰氨基酸钠、硫酸锌、氯化钡,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 6.5h ,随后加入聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、酯基季铵盐,进行第二次超声,超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4.5h ,得到成品。

本发明以椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺、聚乙烯吡啶、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、亚硫酸钠、油酰氨基酸钠为主要成分,通过加入聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂、硫酸锌、氯化钡、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的印染助剂具有良好的印染效果,且对皮肤刺激较小,应用前景好,具有良好的社会效益。

Claims (5)

1.一种纺织印染助剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺50-60份、聚乙烯吡啶45-55份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵30-40份、亚硫酸钠30-40份、油酰氨基酸钠25-35份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯20-30份、月桂酸酯20-30份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂15-25份、硫酸锌5-15份、氯化钡5-15份、交联剂5-10份、柔软剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织印染助剂,其特征在于:所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织印染助剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的纺织印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺、聚乙烯吡啶、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500-8500 r/m的状态下搅拌 6-10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65-75℃,然后加入亚硫酸钠、油酰氨基酸钠、硫酸锌、氯化钡,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纺织印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中第一次超声功率为800w,超声时间为6-7h,第二次超声功率为950w,超声时间为4-5h。
