本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂及其制备方法
背景技术
纺织助剂是纺织品生产加工过程中必须的化学品。纺织助剂对提高纺织品的产品质量和附加价值具有不可或缺的重要作用,它不仅能赋予纺织品各种特殊功能和风格,如柔软、防皱、防缩、防水、抗菌、抗静电、阻燃等,还可以改进染整工艺,起到节约能源和降低加工成本的作用。纺织助剂对提升纺织工业的整体水平以及在纺织产业链中的作用是至关重要的。现有的纺织助剂主要有精练剂、染色剂、匀染剂、柔软剂、毛效提升剂、涤纶低温染色载体、代用碱、 CT 粉、化纤油剂、高效退煮粉、双氧水稳定剂、除硅剂、起泡剂、起毛剂、固色剂等。
但是,常规的纺织助剂往往对于织物的耐磨度提升缺乏作用,即使添加有提升耐磨度的化学成分,其作用效果也不显著、所需剂量较大,不能满足纺织品实际生产的需求。因此,急需开发一种能有效提高纺织品耐磨度效果的复合纺织助剂
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂及其制备方法,通过采用特定原料进行组合,配合相应的生产工艺,得到了一种新型纺织助剂,其能够提高纺织品的耐磨度,同时兼具阻燃性能,具有良好的应用前景。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠 50-60 份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠 45-55 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 30-40 份、椰油酸钠 30-40 份、苯亚磺酸锌 25-35 份、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯 20-30 份、月桂酸酯 20-30 份、聚甲基硅树脂 15-25 份、柠檬酸铁 10-20 份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10-20 份、石英砂 5-10 份、交联剂 5-10 份、柔软剂 5-10 份。
优选地,所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
所述可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1 )按照重量份称取各原料;
2 )将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 7500-8500 r/m 的状态下搅拌 6-10h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 65-75 ℃,然后加入柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤( 3 )中第一次超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 6-7h ,第二次超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4-5h
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1 )本发明的纺织助剂以琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌为主要成分,通过加入奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂、柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织助剂具有良好的提升织物耐磨度的效果,且兼具阻燃功效。
2 )本发明的纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

实施例 1
1 )按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠 50 份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠 45 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 30 份、椰油酸钠 30 份、苯亚磺酸锌 25 份、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯 20 份、月桂酸酯 20 份、聚甲基硅树脂 15 份、柠檬酸铁 10 份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10 份、石英砂 5 份、多异氰酸酯 5 份、硅油柔软剂 5 份;
2 )将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 7500 r/m 的状态下搅拌 6h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 65 ℃,然后加入柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 6h ,随后加入多异氰酸酯、硅油柔软剂,进行第二次超声,超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4h ,得到成品。

1 )按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠 55 份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠 50 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 35 份、椰油酸钠 35 份、苯亚磺酸锌 30 份、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯 25 份、月桂酸酯 25 份、聚甲基硅树脂 20 份、柠檬酸铁 15 份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 15 份、石英砂 7 份、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷 7 份、酯基季铵盐 7 份;
2 )将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 8000 r/m 的状态下搅拌 8h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 70 ℃,然后加入柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 6.5h ,随后加入聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、酯基季铵盐,进行第二次超声,超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4.5h ,得到成品。

3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 65 ℃,然后加入柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 7h ,随后加入聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4h ,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表 1 所示。
对比例 1
1 )按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠 50 份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠 45 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 30 份、苯亚磺酸锌 25 份、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯 20 份、月桂酸酯 20 份、聚甲基硅树脂 15 份、柠檬酸铁 10 份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10 份、多异氰酸酯 5 份、硅油柔软剂 5 份;
2 )将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、苯亚磺酸锌、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 7500 r/m 的状态下搅拌 6h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 65 ℃,然后加入柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 6h ,随后加入多异氰酸酯、硅油柔软剂,进行第二次超声,超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 4h ,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表 1 所示。
对比例 2
1 )按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠 60 份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠 55 份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵 40 份、椰油酸钠 40 份、苯亚磺酸锌 35 份、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯 30 份、聚甲基硅树脂 25 份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 20 份、石英砂 10 份、封闭型水性异氰酸酯 10 份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵 10 份;
2 )将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入 10% NaOH 溶液调节 pH 8.5 ,在 8500 r/m 的状态下搅拌 10h
3 )将搅拌后的混合液加热至 75 ℃,然后加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为 800w ,超声时间为 7h ,随后加入封闭型水性异氰酸酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为 950w ,超声时间为 5h ,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表 1 所示。
将实施例 1-4 和对比例 1-2 的纺织助剂应用于织物后,通过马丁代尔法及其标准体系对服装纺织物的耐磨性能进行检测,同时通过垂直燃烧测试其阻燃性。

本发明以琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌为主要成分,通过加入奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂、柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织助剂具有良好的提升织物耐磨度的效果,且兼具阻燃功效,应用前景好,具有良好的社会效益。

Claims (5)

1.一种可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠50-60份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠45-55份、十二烷基苯磺酸铵30-40份、椰油酸钠30-40份、苯亚磺酸锌25-35份、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯20-30份、月桂酸酯20-30份、聚甲基硅树脂15-25份、柠檬酸铁10-20份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、石英砂5-10份、交联剂5-10份、柔软剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂,其特征在于:所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、椰油酸钠、苯亚磺酸锌、奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500-8500 r/m的状态下搅拌 6-10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65-75℃,然后加入柠檬酸铁、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石英砂,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可使纺织品耐磨度提高的纺织助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中第一次超声功率为800w,超声时间为6-7h,第二次超声功率为950w,超声时间为4-5h。
