Abstract

本发明提供了一种复合活性黄染料,包括如式(1)、式(2)、式(3)的染料复配而成。本发明的这种复合活性黄染料的三个组份之间有着出色的染色同步性和匀染性,并有较高的固色率和突出的染深性,而且在利用本发明染料对纤维材料染色或印花后,其给色量明显高于混合物中单个染料染色或印花后的加和平均值,其染色效果优于传统的活性黄色染料的染色效果。

Description

一种复合活性黄染料
技术领域
本发明属于染料技术领域,具体涉及一种复合活性黄染料。
背景技术
在对纤维材料进行染色或印花时,染料对于纤维来说,最重要的是具有良好的给色量、亲和力和良好的固色率。通常用两种或两种以上的染料混合物对纤维材料实施染色或印花时,所得到的给色量是单个染料给色量的加和平均值。在环保日益严格的情况下,研究具有在现阶段,用混合染料代替单一染料以提高染色亲和力和固色率,从而提高染色质量,是业者的研究方向之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合活性黄染料,在利用它对纤维材料染色或印花后,其给色量明显高于混合物单个染料染色或印花后的加和平均值;其染色效果优于传统的活性黄色染料的染色效果。
2、本发明的技术方案是提供了一种复合活性黄染料,包括如式(1)、式(2)和式(3)的染料,
其中,R1独立地为氢、磺酸基。
上述三种结构的染料的制备方法如下:
式(1)染料的制作方法:将K酸在适量水中打浆1小时,加入盐酸搅拌20分钟,用冰降温至0-5℃,滴加30%亚硝酸钠溶液进行重氮化,过程始终保持T=0-10℃,反应2小时后得K酸重氮盐;将K酸重氮盐加入到经充分打浆的间脲基苯胺中,维持PH=3-5,T=10-18℃发生偶合反应,直到检测不出重氮盐为反应终点,得到偶合物;将偶合物加入到经充分冰磨的三聚氯氰,控制T=0-15℃、PH=2-5发生缩合反应,反应4小时,得到一次缩合物;再向体系中加入间双与对位酯的偶合物,控制T=40-50℃,PH=5-7进行二次缩合反应,即可得到上述式(1)染料。
式(2)染料的制作方法:将2-氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸(J酸)打浆1小时,NaoH调PH=6.0-6.5溶解,将溶液1-1.5小时加入三聚氯氰中,控温T=0-5℃,小苏打调PH=3.0-3.5,反应3小时得一次缩合物;加入对-(β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯)苯胺,升温T=40-50℃,用小苏打控制PH=6.0-6.5,反应4小时得二次缩合物,降温T=15℃备用;在2-萘胺-1,5-二磺酸中加入盐酸降温至0-5℃,用30分钟滴加亚硝酸钠溶液,控制T=0-3℃,PH=1.0-1.2,反应1.5小时得到重氮物,将重氮物加入二次缩合物中,用小苏打调PH=6.0-6.5,反应4小时即可得到上述式(2)染料。
式(3)染料的制作方法:将对-(β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯)苯胺邻磺酸(或对-(β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯)苯胺)打浆1小时后加入盐酸并用冰降温到5℃,加入30%的亚硝酸钠溶液在搅拌下作重氮化反应2小时后加入2.4-二氨基苯磺酸,维持T=7.5℃,PH=3反应2小时;将对-(β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯)苯胺邻磺酸(或对-(β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯)苯胺)打浆1小时后加入盐酸并用冰降温到5℃,加入30%的亚硝酸钠溶液在搅拌下作重氮化反应2小时后加入体系,将PH值用小苏打粉末调至PH=5.5-6.5,反应到检测不出重氮盐为反应终点,即可得到上述式(3)染料。
作为一种实施方式,本发明的复合活性黄染料由上述三种染料按不同重量份数复配而成,其配比如下:式(1)染料40~60份,式(2)染料40~50份,式(3)染料5~10份。
进一步的,上述三种染料按重量份数配比如下:式(1)染料55份,式(2)染料40份,式(3)染料5份。
作为一种实施方式,本发明的复合活性黄染料包括按重量份数计的如下组分:40~60份份式(1)染料,40~50份式(2)染料,5~10份式(3)染料,以及1~6份助剂。
进一步的,上述助剂为下列之一或其任意比例的混合物:促染剂、固色剂。
进一步的,上述助剂为下列之一或其任意比例的混合物:柔软剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂。
另外,本发明提供的这种复合活性黄染料用于印染纤维素纤维或再生纤维素纤维材料。
本发明提供的这种复合活性黄染料用于浸染、卷染、轧染、冷轧堆工艺。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的这种复合活性黄染料的三个组份中具有一氯均三嗪基和乙烯砜基双活性基,用于对纤维素纤维材料染色时属中温型,上染曲线接近,它们对纤维的亲和力、上染率、固色率,对电解质盐类,对固色剂碱类,对浴比和染色温度的敏感度都比较接近,复合物之间有着出色的染色同步性和匀染性,并有较高的固色率和突出的染深性,有效地克服了由活性黄3RS(即式(1)染料)或活性橙2R(即式(2)染料)单一染料染色亲和力和固色率存在的缺陷,使纤维素纤维材料的染色品质得到重要的保障。
(2)本发明提供的这种复合活性黄染料在对纤维材料染色或印花后,其给色量明显高于混合物单个组份染料染色或印花后的加和平均值,其染色效果优于传统的活性黄色染料的染色效果。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1-8:
选用如式(1)、式(2)、式(3)三种结构式的染料,按照表1所示的重量份数计量数据,将含有式(1)染料的水溶液、式(2)染料的水溶液、式(3)染料的水溶液以及助剂混合后,充分机械混匀再干燥,即可得到本发明的复合活性黄染料。其中,助剂可以是一些常用助剂,如促染剂(Na2SO4或NaCl)、固色剂(NaOH、Na2CO3、NaHCO3),为了加强手感,助剂还可以选用柔软剂(酯基季铵盐),有时为了特殊的用途,还可以选用一些功能助剂,如阻燃剂、静电剂(抗静电剂SN)。

本发明提供的这种复合活性黄染料适用的染色方法有:浸染、卷染、轧染、冷轧堆,优选浸染和轧染。适用的纤维材料主要是纤维素纤维材料,如棉花、黄麻、亚麻、苎麻、以及再生纤维素,其中纤维素纤维材料存在的形式可以是:纤维、纱、机织物或针织物。
取上述实施例制得的复合活性黄染料对纤维素纤维材料进行染色。本发明的这种复合活性黄染料能将纤维素纤维材料印染成得色深浓、匀染性好、重现性好、染色牢度好的黄色。
对本发明的复合活性黄染料,以及式(1)和式(2)染料的应用性能进行检测,其检测结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,本发明提供的这种复合活性黄染料具有高固色率、高溶解度,以及良好的日晒牢度、水洗牢度和湿摩擦牢度。
另外,将本发明复合活性黄染料染料、活性黄3RS和活性橙2R分别用以下同一条件染色工艺进行染色,染色工艺过程如下:40℃下加入匀染剂1-2g/l,染料循环10min,至染料浴解完全,再加入一半元明粉,循环10min,加入织物,循环10min,再加入另一半的元明粉,循环20min,升温20min至60-65℃,线性升温,保温20min,加入一半的纯碱,保温10min,加入另一半的纯碱,保温40-60min,视颜色的深浅而定;降温排液,热水洗10min,冷水洗至中性;皂洗,加皂洗剂1-2g/l,在80-90℃处理20-30min,水洗至无色。本发明复合活性黄染料染料、活性黄3RS和活性橙2R三者对织物染色检测结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,本发明染料给色量明显高于混合物单个染料染色或印花后的加和平均值。

1.一种复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:包括如式(1)、式(2)和式(3)的染料,
其中,R1独立地为氢、磺酸基。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:所述三种染料按重量份数配比如下:式(1)染料40~60份,式(2)染料40~50份,式(3)染料5~10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:所述三种染料按重量份数配比如下:式(1)染料55份,式(2)染料40份,式(3)染料5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:包括按重量份数计的如下组分:40~60份份式(1)染料,40~50份式(2)染料,5~10份式(3)染料,以及1~6份助剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:所述助剂为下列之一或其任意比例的混合物:促染剂、固色剂。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:所述助剂为下列之一或其任意比例的混合物:柔软剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:所述复合活性黄染料用于印染纤维素纤维或再生纤维素纤维材料。
8.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的复合活性黄染料,其特征在于:所述复合活性黄染料用于浸染、卷染、轧染、冷轧堆工艺。
