Abstract
本发明公开了一种辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂,具有下列重量份的原料配比:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4555份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯4050份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷3545份、5氨基乙酰丙酸3545份、苯酚磺酸锌3040份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯2535份、月桂酸酯2030份、聚甲基硅树脂1525份、偶氮二异丁腈1525份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1020份、羟丙基甲基纤维素515份、纳米石墨粉510份、交联剂510份、柔软剂510份,从而能够实现提高上浆效率、增强浆液渗入织物内部的效果。同时,还公开了相应的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织助剂是纺织品生产加工过程中必须的化学品。纺织助剂对提高纺织品的产品质量和附加价值具有不可或缺的重要作用,它不仅能赋予纺织品各种特殊功能和风格,如柔软、防皱、防缩、防水、抗菌、抗静电、阻燃等,还可以改进染整工艺,起到节约能源和降低加工成本的作用。纺织助剂对提升纺织工业的整体水平以及在纺织产业链中的作用是至关重要的。现有的纺织助剂主要有精练剂、染色剂、匀染剂、柔软剂、毛效提升剂、涤纶低温染色载体、代用碱、CT粉、化纤油剂、高效退煮粉、双氧水稳定剂、除硅剂、起泡剂、起毛剂、固色剂等。
但是,常规的纺织助剂往往对于织物的上浆效果帮助不大,即使添加有提升上浆效果的化学成分,其作用效果也不显著、所需剂量较大,不能满足纺织品实际生产的需求。因此,急需开发一种能有效提高纺织品上浆效果的复合纺织助剂。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂及其制备方法,通过采用特定原料进行组合,配合相应的生产工艺,得到了一种新型纺织助剂,能够有效提高上浆效率,并增强浆液渗入织物内部的效果,具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠45-55份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯40-50份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷35-45份、5-氨基乙酰丙酸35-45份、苯酚磺酸锌30-40份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯25-35份、月桂酸酯20-30份、聚甲基硅树脂15-25份、偶氮二异丁腈15-25份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5-15份、纳米石墨粉5-10份、交联剂5-10份、柔软剂5-10份。
优选地,所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
所述辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500-8500r/m的状态下搅拌6-10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65-75℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中第一次超声功率为800w,超声时间为6-7h,第二次超声功率为950w,超声时间为4-5h。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明的纺织助剂以琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌为主要成分,通过加入亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂、偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织助剂能够有效提高上浆效率,并增强浆液渗入织物内部的效果。
(2)本发明的纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠45份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯40份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷35份、5-氨基乙酰丙酸35份、苯酚磺酸锌30份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯25份、月桂酸酯20份、聚甲基硅树脂15份、偶氮二异丁腈15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、纳米石墨粉5份、多异氰酸酯5份、硅油柔软剂5份;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500r/m的状态下搅拌6h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为6h,随后加入多异氰酸酯、硅油柔软剂,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为4h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。

(1)按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠50份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯45份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷40份、5-氨基乙酰丙酸40份、苯酚磺酸锌35份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯30份、月桂酸酯25份、聚甲基硅树脂20份、偶氮二异丁腈20份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10份、纳米石墨粉7份、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷7份、酯基季铵盐7份;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在8000r/m的状态下搅拌8h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至70℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为6.5h,随后加入聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、酯基季铵盐,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为4.5h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠55份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯50份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷45份、5-氨基乙酰丙酸45份、苯酚磺酸锌40份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯35份、月桂酸酯30份、聚甲基硅树脂25份、偶氮二异丁腈25份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素15份、纳米石墨粉10份、封闭型水性异氰酸酯10份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵10份;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在8500r/m的状态下搅拌10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至75℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为7h,随后加入封闭型水性异氰酸酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为5h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。

(1)按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠45份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯50份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷35份、5-氨基乙酰丙酸45份、苯酚磺酸锌30份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯35份、月桂酸酯20份、聚甲基硅树脂25份、偶氮二异丁腈15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、纳米石墨粉10份、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷5份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵10份;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500r/m的状态下搅拌10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为7h,随后加入聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为4h,得到成品。

(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500r/m的状态下搅拌6h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为6h,随后加入多异氰酸酯、硅油柔软剂,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为4h,得到成品。

(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在8500r/m的状态下搅拌10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至75℃,然后加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为7h,随后加入封闭型水性异氰酸酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为5h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的纺织助剂分别测试其辅助织物上浆的效果并评价其环保性(其中浆液在织物面料中的渗透程度以+++为较大,++适中,+较小)。

本发明以琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌为主要成分,通过加入亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂、偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织助剂能够有效提高上浆效率,并增强浆液渗入织物内部的效果,应用前景好,具有良好的社会效益。

Claims (5)
1.一种辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠45-55份、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯40-50份、丙基三乙氧基硅烷35-45份、5-氨基乙酰丙酸35-45份、苯酚磺酸锌30-40份、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯25-35份、月桂酸酯20-30份、聚甲基硅树脂15-25份、偶氮二异丁腈15-25份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5-15份、纳米石墨粉5-10份、交联剂5-10份、柔软剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂,其特征在于:所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、甲酰氨基噻唑乙酸乙酯、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、苯酚磺酸锌、亚磷酸二苯基十三烷酯、月桂酸酯、聚甲基硅树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500-8500r/m的状态下搅拌6-10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65-75℃,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素、纳米石墨粉,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的辅助纺织上浆的纺织助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中第一次超声功率为800w,超声时间为6-7h,第二次超声功率为950w,超声时间为4-5h。
