本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,尤其是一种环保型纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚35‑50份、聚丙烯酸钠25‑35份、丁苯透明抗冲树脂25‑30份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂20‑25份、有机硅乳液10‑15份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯9‑12份、聚丙烯酸7‑9份、六聚偏磷酸5‑7份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3‑5份、硫酸木质素5‑8份、活性炭3‑5份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵2‑4份、有机酸5‑6份、偶联剂4‑5份、去离子水100份。本发明制备而成的纺织助剂在使用后可使纺织物韧性强、粘度稳定性好,且纺织助剂自身环保无毒,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。

一种环保型纺织助剂
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型纺织助剂。
背景技术
纺织助剂是纺织品生产加工过程中必须的化学品。纺织助剂对提 高纺织品的产品质量和附加价值具有不可或缺的重要作用,它不仅能 赋予纺织品各种特殊功能和风格,如柔软、防皱、防缩、防水、抗菌、 抗静电、阻燃等,还可以改进染整工艺,起到节约能源和降低加工成 本的作用。纺织助剂对提升纺织工业的整体水平以及在纺织产业链中 的作用是至关重要的。现有的纺织助剂主要有精练剂、染色剂、匀染 剂、柔软剂、毛效提升剂、涤纶低温染色载体、代用碱、CT粉、化 纤油剂、高效退煮粉、双氧水稳定剂、除硅剂、起泡剂、起毛剂、固 色剂等。但是国产纺织助剂在品种和质量以及在合成和应用技术方面 与国际先进水平相比还有较大差距,专用和高档纺织助剂尚不得不依 赖进口。并且,纺织业特别是染整行业已被国家主管部门确定为重污 染行业。纺织助剂在生产制造及其应用过程中对环境和生态带来的影 响和造成的污染问题不容忽视,亟待解决。因此,我们提出一种环保 型纺织助剂来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在现有的纺织助剂污染 性大、制造成本高的缺点,而提出的一种环保型纺织助剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种环保型纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚 氧乙烯醚35-50份、聚丙烯酸钠25-35份、丁苯透明抗冲树脂25-30 份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂20-25份、有机硅乳液10-15份、聚乙二醇 单硬脂酸酯9-12份、聚丙烯酸7-9份、六聚偏磷酸5-7份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、硫酸木质素5-8份、活性炭3-5份、双十八烷基 二甲基氯化铵2-4份、有机酸5-6份、偶联剂4-5份、去离子水100 份。
优选的,所述偶联剂为KH-550和KH-560按质量比0.5∶1.5的 混合物。
优选的,所述渗透剂为JFC和DY2001按质量比1∶1.5的混合物。
优选的,所述有机酸为柠檬酸和亚油酸按质量比2∶1.5的混合 物。
优选的,所述偶联剂为KH-550和KH-560按质量比1.4∶2.5的 混合物。
一种环保型纺织助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、按所述重量份准确称取各原料;
S2、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚丙烯酸钠、丁苯透明抗冲树脂、苯 乙烯马来酸酐树脂、活性炭、有机硅乳液、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵 混合并加入离子水,同时加入8%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.2,在 3000-4500r/m的搅拌速率下搅拌4-7h,得混合液;
S3、将搅拌后的混合液送入反应釜中并升温至80-95℃,加入聚 乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸、六聚偏磷酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硫 酸木质素、有机酸,待混合均匀后高速乳化30-45分钟,得乳化混合 液,随后加入0.5mol/L的HCl溶液调节混合液pH至5.5,加热至90℃, 并在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入偶联剂,保温25-35分钟, 进行第二次超声,得到成品,其中第一次超声功率为700w,超声时 间为7-9h,第二次超声功率为1000w,超声时间为2-4h。
本发明提出的一种环保型纺织助剂,有益效果在于:(1)本发 明的环保型纺织助剂以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚丙烯酸钠、丁苯透明抗 冲树脂、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂为主要成份,通过加入有机硅乳液、聚 乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸、六聚偏磷酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硫 酸木质素、活性炭、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、有机酸、偶联剂4-5 份、去离子水,辅以搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织 助剂在使用后可使纺织物韧性强、粘度稳定性好,且纺织助剂自身环 保无毒,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。(2)本发明 的环保型纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实 用性强。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描 述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种环保型纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙 烯醚35份、聚丙烯酸钠25份、丁苯透明抗冲树脂25份、苯乙烯马 来酸酐树脂20份、有机硅乳液10份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯9份、聚 丙烯酸7份、六聚偏磷酸5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、硫酸木质素 5份、活性炭3份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵2份、有机酸5份、偶 联剂4份、去离子水100份,偶联剂为KH-550和KH-560按质量比 0.5∶1.5的混合物,渗透剂为JFC和DY2001按质量比1∶1.5的混 合物,有机酸为柠檬酸和亚油酸按质量比2∶1.5的混合物,偶联剂 为KH-550和KH-560按质量比1.4∶2.5的混合物。
一种环保型纺织助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份准确称取各原料;

S3、将搅拌后的混合液送入反应釜中并升温至80℃,加入聚乙 二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸、六聚偏磷酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硫酸 木质素、有机酸,待混合均匀后高速乳化30分钟,得乳化混合液, 随后加入0.5mol/L的HCl溶液调节混合液pH至5.5,加热至90℃,并在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入偶联剂,保温25分钟,进 行第二次超声,得到成品,其中第一次超声功率为700w,超声时间 为7h,第二次超声功率为1000w,超声时间为2h。

一种环保型纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙 烯醚45份、聚丙烯酸钠30份、丁苯透明抗冲树脂27份、苯乙烯马 来酸酐树脂23份、有机硅乳液14份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯10份、 聚丙烯酸8份、六聚偏磷酸6份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、硫酸木质 素7份、活性炭4份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵3份、有机酸5份、 偶联剂5份、去离子水100份,偶联剂为KH-550和KH-560按质量比 0.5∶1.5的混合物,渗透剂为JFC和DY2001按质量比1∶1.5的混 合物,有机酸为柠檬酸和亚油酸按质量比2∶1.5的混合物,偶联剂 为KH-550和KH-560按质量比1.4∶2.5的混合物。

S3、将搅拌后的混合液送入反应釜中并升温至85℃,加入聚乙 二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸、六聚偏磷酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硫酸 木质素、有机酸,待混合均匀后高速乳化35分钟,得乳化混合液, 随后加入0.5mol/L的HCl溶液调节混合液pH至5.5,加热至90℃,并在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入偶联剂,保温30分钟,进 行第二次超声,得到成品,其中第一次超声功率为700w,超声时间 为8h,第二次超声功率为1000w,超声时间为3h。
实施例三
一种环保型纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙 烯醚50份、聚丙烯酸钠35份、丁苯透明抗冲树脂25-30份、苯乙烯 马来酸酐树脂20-25份、有机硅乳液15份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯12 份、聚丙烯酸9份、六聚偏磷酸7份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、硫酸 木质素8份、活性炭5份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵4份、有机酸6 份、偶联剂5份、去离子水100份,偶联剂为KH-550和KH-560按质 量比0.5∶1.5的混合物,渗透剂为JFC和DY2001按质量比1∶1.5 的混合物,有机酸为柠檬酸和亚油酸按质量比2∶1.5的混合物,偶 联剂为KH-550和KH-560按质量比1.4∶2.5的混合物。

S3、将搅拌后的混合液送入反应釜中并升温至95℃,加入聚乙 二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸、六聚偏磷酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硫酸 木质素、有机酸,待混合均匀后高速乳化45分钟,得乳化混合液, 随后加入0.5mol/L的HCl溶液调节混合液pH至5.5,加热至90℃,并在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入偶联剂,保温35分钟,进 行第二次超声,得到成品,其中第一次超声功率为700w,超声时间 为9h,第二次超声功率为1000w,超声时间为4h。
本发明的环保型纺织助剂以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚丙烯酸钠、丁 苯透明抗冲树脂、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂为主要成份,通过加入有机硅 乳液、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚丙烯酸、六聚偏磷酸、壬基酚聚氧乙 烯醚、硫酸木质素、活性炭、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、有机酸、偶 联剂4-5份、去离子水,辅以搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而 成的纺织助剂在使用后可使纺织物韧性强、粘度稳定性好,且纺织助 剂自身环保无毒,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景,且本 发明的环保型纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用, 实用性强。
