Abstract
一种适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,包括如下质量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2份、低聚半乳糖0.1~2份、乳清蛋白粉0.1~2份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1~2份、弹性蛋白肽0.1~2份、胡萝卜粉0.1~2份、抗性糊精0.1~2份、乳矿物盐0.1~2份、磷酸氢钙0.1~2份、酵母维生素D0.1~2份以及益生菌适量。本发明所述的固体饮料既能保证身体快速获取能量,又不容易产生腹胀的感觉,运动时更为轻巧,同时不会让血糖升的过快,运动员能在运动中能量得到持续的供给,有助于稳定血糖,增强脑功能,从而使运动过程中表现更为稳定;同时可促进肌肉恢复、提高肌肉合成、加快力量获得,对运动爆发力具有积极的影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料开发技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于技巧运动的固体饮料。
背景技术
技巧性的运动项群主要包括体操、跳水、兵乒球等,这些项目对机体的协调运动能力要求较高,同时也需要运动员具有良好的力量、爆发力、速度乃至耐力等方面的运动能力,而运动的表现显然与饮食息息相关,运动员在运动前以及运动过程中需要及时补充水份和能量,而传统的饮料要么为白开水,要么糖分热量高的功能饮料,饮用后甚至会影响运动表现,因此,本发明旨在开发一种适用于技巧性运动的益生菌固体饮料,以更好地满足实际需要。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够补充运动所需的水分和能量的同时改善技巧运动的运动表现,且对人体安全无损害的益生菌固体饮料以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,包括如下质量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2份、低聚半乳糖0.1~2份、乳清蛋白粉0.1~2份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1~2份、弹性蛋白肽0.1~2份、胡萝卜粉0.1~2份、抗性糊精0.1~2份、乳矿物盐0.1~2份、磷酸氢钙0.1~2份、酵母维生素D0.1~2份以及益生菌适量。
进一步优选的,包括如下质量份的原料:无水葡萄糖1~1.5份、低聚半乳糖1~1.5份、乳清蛋白粉1~1.5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.5~1.5份、弹性蛋白肽0.5~1.5份、胡萝卜粉1~2份、抗性糊精0.5~1.0份、乳矿物盐0.5~1.0份、磷酸氢钙0.5~2份、酵母维生素D0.3~1.2份以及益生菌适量。
进一步优选的,由如下质量份的原料组成:无水葡萄糖1.2份、低聚半乳糖1.2份、乳清蛋白粉1.4份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.4份、弹性蛋白肽1.2份、胡萝卜粉1.5份、抗性糊精0.8份、乳矿物盐0.8份、磷酸氢钙1.2份、酵母维生素D1.0份以及益生菌适量。
进一步地,所述无水葡萄糖、低聚半乳糖、乳清蛋白粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、弹性蛋白肽、胡萝卜粉、抗性糊精、乳矿物盐、磷酸氢钙、酵母维生素D以及益生菌设计为协同作用以提高机体应对技巧运动的能力。
进一步优选的,所述益生菌为植物乳杆菌,每克所述低聚半乳糖对应的植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为120~300亿株。
进一步的,所述植物乳杆菌购买自生合生物科技(扬州)有限公司。
其中,无水葡萄糖含有不结晶的葡萄糖,可用作甜味剂的同时,能迅速为机体补充能量,防止低血糖的发生。
低聚半乳糖是一种低分子量水溶性膳食纤维,口感清爽,热值较低,是唯一一种能够被人体肠内各种益生菌利用、而有害菌群几乎不能加以利用的低聚糖,本发明中低聚半乳糖的存在对调和各种成分间的协同作用,提高益生菌的作用效果上具有极为重要的作用。
乳清蛋白质粉是采用先进工艺从牛奶分离提取出来的珍贵蛋白质,以其纯度高、吸收率高、氨基酸组成最合理等诸多优势被推为"蛋白之王"。
乳清蛋白容易消化,且具有高生物价、高效化率、高蛋白质功效比和高利用率,是蛋白质中的精品,含有人体所需的所有必需氨基酸,其氨基酸组成模式与骨骼肌中的氨基酸组成模式几乎完全一致,极其容易被人体所吸收。
海洋鱼低聚肽粉为低分子量的肽粉,其能被人体充分吸收,且稳定性佳,具有耐热,耐酸碱和不易变性的优点,不需要进行肠胃道消化分解而被人体直接吸收,减轻肾脏代谢负担的同时极大提升了机体补充营养的效率,其可使机体的钙质与骨细胞紧密结合,减少钙质的流失和退化,同时能调节内分泌,保护及强化内脏功能,并且结合免疫球蛋白,增加机体免疫力。
弹性蛋白肽对皮肤内的胶百原对于保持皮肤的弹性起到很大的作用,还有保湿作用,它不仅具度有同样的护肤作用且更为稳定和明显,可以改善皮肤皱裂,具有弹性可以支撑表皮,可以防止肌肉和骨骼折断,使皮肤具有延展性和回柔韧性。
胡萝卜粉胡中所含的胡萝卜素比白萝卜及其他各种蔬菜高出30-40余倍,胡萝卜素进入人体后,能在一系列酶的作用下,转化为丰富的维生素A而被身体吸收利用,且能增强人体免疫力,对机体内的多种脏器起到很好的保护作用。
乳矿物盐是以乳清为原料,经去除蛋白质、乳糖等成分而制成的营养补充剂。其中含有丰富的钙、磷和少量的蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖,利于及时为机体补充钙、磷以及微量元素。
磷酸氢钙和酵母维生素D用于及时为机体补充充足的钙质,且促进机体对钙质的吸收,利于机体更好的适应技巧类的对抗性运动。
有益效果:本发明所述适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,针对技巧运动而开发,具有如下优点:配方中无水葡萄糖能快速提高人体肌糖原,低聚半乳糖甜度小、吸收快尤其渗透压低,利于运动员食用,能增加碳酸氢钠提高人体碱性电解质,提高体内的碱储备,能延缓运动疲劳的产生;无水葡萄糖、低聚半乳糖与乳清蛋白粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、弹性蛋白肽以一定的比例组合后,既能保证身体快速获取能量,又不容易产生腹胀的感觉,运动时更为轻巧,同时不会让血糖升的过快,运动员能在运动中能量得到持续的供给,有助于稳定血糖,增强脑功能,从而使运动过程中表现更为稳定;并且各成分合理搭配、协同作用下能充分保证机体的各种营养迅速供应,肌肉中肝糖浓度得到保证,即便是高强度运动时不会由于无氧能力系统-功能速度不够快而导致表现下降,同时可促进肌肉恢复、提高肌肉合成、加快力量获得,对运动爆发力具有积极的影响,同时搭配适量益生菌进入人体后能被机体及时充分吸收并充分发挥作用,提升肠道的消化能力,从而进一步促进其它营养物质的吸收,从而从人体需求的不同角度保证能量供给,缓解机体疲劳、增强力量,进一步提升运动表现的而同时对人体健康调节起到相当重要的作用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
无水葡萄糖1.2g、低聚半乳糖1.2g、乳清蛋白粉1.4g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.4g、弹性蛋白肽1.2g、胡萝卜粉1.5g、抗性糊精0.8g、乳矿物盐0.8g、磷酸氢钙1.2g、酵母维生素D1.0g以及益生菌适量,本实施例中,益生菌为植物乳杆菌,每克低聚半乳糖对应的植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为250亿株。
实施例2
无水葡萄糖1g、低聚半乳糖1g、乳清蛋白粉1g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.5g、弹性蛋白肽1.5g、胡萝卜粉2g、抗性糊精1.0g、乳矿物盐0.5g、磷酸氢钙0.5g、酵母维生素D0.3g以及益生菌适量,本实施例中,益生菌为植物乳杆菌,每克低聚半乳糖对应的植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为180亿株。
实施例3
无水葡萄糖2g、低聚半乳糖2g、乳清蛋白粉2g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2g、弹性蛋白肽2g、胡萝卜粉2g、抗性糊精2g、乳矿物盐2g、磷酸氢钙2g、酵母维生素D2g以及益生菌适量,本实施例中,益生菌为植物乳杆菌,每克低聚半乳糖对应的植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为200亿株。
实施例4
无水葡萄糖0.1g、低聚半乳糖0.1g、乳清蛋白粉0.1g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1g、弹性蛋白肽0.1g、胡萝卜粉0.1g、抗性糊精0.1g、乳矿物盐0.1g、磷酸氢钙0.1g、酵母维生素D0.1g以及益生菌适量,本实施例中,益生菌为植物乳杆菌,每克低聚半乳糖对应的植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为300亿株。
对照实施例
无水葡萄糖5g、低聚半乳糖3g、乳清蛋白粉2g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2g、弹性蛋白肽1g、胡萝卜粉2g、抗性糊精2g、磷酸氢钙2g、酵母维生素D1g。
制备时将除益生菌外的其它原料灭菌后与益生菌混合均匀、装袋、密封即得到产品,各实施例中,每份为一袋的量,饮用时将1袋该固体饮料兑于500ml白开水中,代日常茶饮即可。
本实施例在实验阶段取得了较为理想的成果,现摘取部分案例说明如下:
案例一
米小和,15岁,网球爱好者,水平一直不高,成绩提升不来,老输给朋友们,对信心有打击,每次运动后总感觉肌肉酸痛,运动速度比别人慢半拍,饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料半个月无明显改进,饮用实施例1所述的固体饮料半个月后,成绩明显提升,并且感觉运动很轻松,运动后疲劳感较以前得到很大改善。
案列二:
刘和森,40岁,乒乓球爱好者,经常打球,运动灵敏性不高,运动协调性不强,饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料半个月无明显改进,饮用实施例2所述的固体饮料半个月后,感觉协调性和自我调节能力有所改善,接球反应更快。
案列三:
陈笑林,12岁,羽毛球初学者,力量和神经系统的协调性差,没有爆发力,水平一直不高,成绩提升不来,对信心有打击,每次运动后总感觉肌肉酸痛,运动速度比别人慢半拍。饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料半个月无明显改进,饮用实施例3所述的固体饮料半个月后,力量和协调性增强很多,关键时刻能绝杀死球,成绩提升很快。
案例四:
张科,10岁,击剑初学者。由于年纪小,初学各方面达不理想状态,小朋友的信心很受影响,饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料半个月无明显改进,饮用实施例4所述的固体饮料半个月后,力量和协调性有很大的改善,力量也有所增强,并有时候能有很好的爆发力。

1.一种适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2份、低聚半乳糖0.1~2份、乳清蛋白粉0.1~2份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1~2份、弹性蛋白肽0.1~2份、胡萝卜粉0.1~2份、抗性糊精0.1~2份、乳矿物盐0.1~2份、磷酸氢钙0.1~2份、酵母维生素D0.1~2份以及益生菌适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的原料:无水葡萄糖1~1.5份、低聚半乳糖1~1.5份、乳清蛋白粉1~1.5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.5~1.5份、弹性蛋白肽0.5~1.5份、胡萝卜粉1~2份、抗性糊精0.5~1.0份、乳矿物盐0.5~1.0份、磷酸氢钙0.5~2份、酵母维生素D0.3~1.2份以及益生菌适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成:无水葡萄糖1.2份、低聚半乳糖1.2份、乳清蛋白粉1.4份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.4份、弹性蛋白肽1.2份、胡萝卜粉1.5份、抗性糊精0.8份、乳矿物盐0.8份、磷酸氢钙1.2份、酵母维生素D1.0份以及益生菌适量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述无水葡萄糖、低聚半乳糖、乳清蛋白粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、弹性蛋白肽、胡萝卜粉、抗性糊精、乳矿物盐、磷酸氢钙、酵母维生素D以及益生菌设计为协同作用以提高机体应对技巧运动的能力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于技巧运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述益生菌为植物乳杆菌,每克所述低聚半乳糖对应的植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为120~300亿株。
