本发明涉及一种营养食品配方领域,具体为一种降糖补肾的食品配方。
背景技术:
随着经济社会的高速发展,人们进食过多,体力活动减少导致的肥胖,生活节奏也在不断地加快,人们所承受的各种压力也在稳步上升,于是人体新陈代谢的平衡可能会遭到破坏而导致糖尿病、肾虚发生。加上一些糖尿病存在家族发病倾向,糖尿病因为其高糖和代谢紊乱的特点,长期下去极大地伤害到糖尿病人。再者怀孕时期血糖过高也不利于胎儿生长发育。
发明内容:
为了解决上述现实生活中人们存在的问题,本发明提供了一种降糖补肾的食品配方,本发明对糖尿病人有明显降糖,修复胰脏的疗效。可以让糖尿病人保健、预防并发症、降低血糖含量,补肾。而且有效平稳血糖,任何人服用不会产生低血糖,提高肾精肾元。而且原料来源广泛,成本不高。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种降糖补肾的食品配方,所述配方的组成的重量组份的原料:肉桂提取物15%,桑叶提取物15%,人参粉7%,黄精提取物12%,海参粉8%,苦瓜提取物7%,低聚果糖15%,硬脂酸镁3%,碳酸钙6%,微晶纤维素12%。

本发明一种降糖补肾的食品配方原料是:
肉桂提取物:辛、甘,大热。补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通经的功效,可使胰岛素水平升高,对2型糖尿病患者有辅助治疗作用。
桑叶提取物:性味苦、甘、寒。疏散风热,清肺润燥,平抑肝阳,清肝明目,凉血止血的功效。
人参粉:性平、味甘、微苦,微温。归脾、肺经、心经。功效:大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津止渴,安神益智。
黄精提取物:味甘,性平。滋肾润肺,补脾益气,强筋骨。治虚损寒热,肺痨咳血,病后体虚食少,筋骨软弱,风湿疼痛,风癞癣疾;治脾虚面黄,肺虚咳嗽,筋骨酸痹无力,及产后气血衰弱。
海参粉:味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用。
苦瓜提取物:苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经。具有清热祛暑、明目解毒、降压降糖、利尿凉血、解劳清心之功效。具有清凉解渴、清热解毒、清心明目、益气解乏、益肾利尿的作用。
低聚果糖:白色或微黄色无定形粉末,甜柔和清新,带低聚果糖清香,无异味,无外来杂质。调节肠道菌群,双歧杆菌的增殖,促进钙的吸收,调节血脂,调节免疫功能的新型甜味剂,抗龋齿等保健功能。
硬脂酸镁:为白色干燥轻松无沙性有滑润感的粉末,在体内主要是起到润滑的作用,可以加快肠胃的蠕动功能,提高消化能力,能提高食欲。
碳酸钙:白色固体状,无味、无臭。为钙补充剂,主要用于骨软症、产生瘫痪等缺钙性疾病及中和胃酸。
微晶纤维素:白色或类白色粉末;无臭、无味。用于抗结剂、乳化剂、分散剂、黏合剂、压片剂和组织改进剂等。也可用于热稳定剂和快速干燥的载体。还可作为膳食纤维应用于低热量和低脂肪等特殊营养食品中。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种降糖补肾的食品配方,对糖尿病人有明显降糖,修复胰脏的疗效。可以让糖尿病人保健、预防并发症、降低血糖含量,补肾。而且有效平稳血糖,任何人服用不会产生低血糖,提高肾精肾元。而且原料来源广泛,成本不高。
具体实施方式:
一种降糖补肾的食品配方,所述配方的组成的重量组份的原料:肉桂提取物15%,桑叶提取物15%,人参粉7%,黄精提取物12%,海参粉8%,苦瓜提取物7%,低聚果糖15%,硬脂酸镁3%,碳酸钙6%,微晶纤维素12%。
将上述肉桂提取物,桑叶提取物,人参粉,黄精提取物,海参粉,苦瓜提取物,先经过高科技提纯,然后湿法造粒,然后沸腾干燥,再二次过筛,再添加低聚果糖,硬脂酸镁,碳酸钙,微晶纤维素,最后将原料混均后上机压片,压片成形后入包衣锅进行包衣。成品温水送服即可。
