一种适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,包括如下重量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2份、低聚半乳糖0.1~2份、低聚果糖0.1~2份、针叶樱桃粉0.1~2份、柳橙粉0.1~2份、牛初乳0.1~2份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1~2份、鲑鱼蛋白肽0.1~2份、鲣鱼蛋白肽0.1~2份、乳矿物盐0.1~2份、酵母抽提物0.1~2份以及植物乳杆菌适量。本发明所述的应用于耐力运动的固体饮料,各成分间协同作用,能及时补充糖分、蛋白质、氨基酸以及人体所需的各种营养物质的同时,从人体需求的不同角度保证耐力提升的同时提高抗疲劳能力,进而提升运动员在耐力运动上的表现。

本发明涉及饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于耐力运动的固体饮料。
背景技术
耐力性的运动项群主要包括马拉松、长跑、长距离自行车、长距离滑雪、长距离游泳和现代体育项目铁人三项等,这些项目的运动强度相对较小、持续时间相对较长,运动所需能量主要来源于能源物质的有氧氧化,运动过程中能源物质(尤其是肌糖原)含量减少、体液丢失和体温升高等影响耐力训练效果和耐力比赛成绩的主要因素。本发明旨在开发一种能够持续提升耐力且长期稳定、对人体安全无损害的益生菌固体饮料。

本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,包括如下重量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2份、低聚半乳糖0.1~2份、低聚果糖0.1~2份、针叶樱桃粉0.1~2份、柳橙粉0.1~2份、牛初乳0.1~2份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1~2份、鲑鱼蛋白肽0.1~2份、鲣鱼蛋白肽0.1~2份、乳矿物盐0.1~2份、酵母抽提物0.1~2份以及植物乳杆菌适量。
进一步的,包括如下重量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.5~1.5份、低聚半乳糖0.5~1.5份、低聚果糖0.5~1.5份、针叶樱桃粉1~1.5份、柳橙粉1~1.5份、牛初乳0.8~1.5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1~1.5份、鲑鱼蛋白肽1.2~1.5份、鲣鱼蛋白肽1.2~1.5份、乳矿物盐0.8~1.5份、酵母抽提物0.8~1.5份以及植物乳杆菌适量。
进一步的,由如下重量份的原料组成:无水葡萄糖1份、低聚半乳糖1份、低聚果糖1份、针叶樱桃粉1份、柳橙粉1份、牛初乳1.5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.2份、鲑鱼蛋白肽1.2份、鲣鱼蛋白肽1.2份、乳矿物盐1份、酵母抽提物1份以及植物乳杆菌适量。
进一步的,所述无水葡萄糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、针叶樱桃粉、柳橙粉、牛初乳、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、鲑鱼蛋白肽、鲣鱼蛋白肽、乳矿物盐、酵母抽提物以及植物乳杆菌设计为协同作用以提高机体应对耐力运动的能力。
进一步的,每克所述低聚半乳糖对应的所述植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为120~300亿株。
进一步的,所述酵母抽提物为富铁酵母抽提物。
进一步的,所述植物乳杆菌购买自生合生物科技(扬州)有限公司。
其中无水葡萄糖含有不结晶的葡萄糖,可用作甜味剂的同时,能快速提高人体肌糖原,迅速为机体补充能量,防止低血糖的发生。
低聚半乳糖是一种低分子量水溶性膳食纤维,口感清爽,热值较低,是唯一一种能够被人体肠内各种益生菌利用、而有害菌群几乎不能加以利用的低聚糖,本发明中低聚半乳糖的存在对调和各种成分间的协同作用,提高益生菌的作用效果上具有极为重要的作用,同时能增加碳酸氢钠提高人体碱性电解质,提高体内的碱储备,能延缓运动疲劳的产生
低聚果糖具有低热值、可促进有益杆菌增殖、降血糖,改善血清脂质,促进微量元素吸收等优良生理功能,且是一种水溶性膳食纤维”,可以双向调节人体微生态平衡。
针叶樱桃粉能为人体补充丰富的花青素和花色素,以及丰富的维生素c和维生素e,这些物质均具有很强的还原性,能加快人体内乳酸的代谢,对机体因乳酸过多引起的身体疲惫和肌肉酸痛,都有良好预防和缓解作用。
柳橙粉味道甘甜气味清香,起到调味增香的作用,改善饮料的口感,且其中含有的大量类黄酮为高效抗氧化剂,能有效缓解肌肉酸痛,减少体内因运动导致的炎症,进而加快运动员的身体恢复。
牛初乳乳中不仅含有丰富的营养物质,而且含有大量的免疫因子和生长因子,如免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶、类胰岛素生长因子、表皮生长因子等,可以促进肌肉生长,加快受损或老化的组织和肌肉的修复,促进脂肪“燃烧〞,增加骨骼密度,使皮肤恢复弹性,帮助运动员在系列运动后迅速恢复体力,帮助修复受损的肌肉和结缔组织,保护身体运动关节。
海洋鱼低聚肽粉为低分子量的肽粉,其能被人体充分吸收,且稳定性佳,具有耐热,耐酸碱和不易变性的优点,不需要进行肠胃道消化分解而被人体直接吸收,减轻肾脏代谢负担的同时极大提升了机体补充营养的效率,其可使机体的钙质与骨细胞紧密结合,减少钙质的流失和退化,同时能调节内分泌,保护及强化内脏功能,并且结合免疫球蛋白,增加机体免疫力。
鲑鱼蛋白肽、鲣鱼蛋白肽为优质的小分子蛋白肽,其可以快速为机体补充蛋白质和氨基酸,一定程度上能迅速恢复长时间大强度运动时代谢掉的机体蛋白质,促进组织的合成,对体力的恢复十分有利,并能防止由于长时间运动,骨骼肌、心肌、肝脏等产生大量自由基,脂质氧化反应加强,离子能量代谢紊乱而导致的运动型疲劳。
乳矿物盐是以乳清为原料,经去除蛋白质、乳糖等成分而制成的营养补充剂。其中含有丰富的钙、磷和少量的蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖,利于及时为机体补充钙、磷以及微量元素。
酵母抽提物能够将人体味觉中鲜味受体接受功能放大,能缓和牛初乳以及其它蛋白成分带来的咸腥味,同时有效增强产品鲜美味、醇厚感,提升饮用体验。并且富铁酵母抽能提供丰富的铁元素,其对耐力项目中远动员负荷后的循环、呼吸系统和运动功能有重要意义,在和其它共同作用下,利用富铁酵母抽提物补贴能维持血红蛋白正常的氧运输能力,从而提高组织氧气供应,防止由于氧气供应不足而导致的运动能力下降,也即通过改善机体组织氧供应间接增强机体抗疲劳能力。
植物乳杆菌具有免疫调节作用、对致病菌有抑制作用、维持肠道内菌群平衡、促进营养物质吸收等功效,过度训练或训练不当会造成胃肠功能混乱,主要表现为粘膜免疫力受损、胃肠动力下降,及时补充特有益生菌能达到很好效果。
有益效果:本发明所述的应用于耐力运动的固体饮料,配方安全无毒,对提高耐力运动成绩显著的基础上对人体抵抗力具有很好的调节作用,本发明中各原料成分搭配科学合理,协同作用下从人体需求的不同角度保证耐力提升的同时,对人体健康的调节起到相当重要的作用。

实施例1
本实施例所述的固体饮料由如下重量g的原料组成:无水葡萄糖1g、低聚半乳糖1g、低聚果糖1g、针叶樱桃粉1g、柳橙粉1g、牛初乳1.5g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.2g、鲑鱼蛋白肽1.2g、鲣鱼蛋白肽1.2g、乳矿物盐1g、酵母抽提物1g以及植物乳杆菌适量,其中每克低聚半乳糖对应的所述植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为250亿株。
实施例2
本实施例所述的固体饮料包括如下重量g的原料:无水葡萄糖1.5g、低聚半乳糖1.5g、低聚果糖1.5g、针叶樱桃粉1g、柳橙粉1g、牛初乳1.5g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1g、鲑鱼蛋白肽1.2g、鲣鱼蛋白肽1.2g、乳矿物盐1.5g、酵母抽提物1.5g以及植物乳杆菌适量,其中每克低聚半乳糖对应的所述植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为180亿株。
实施例3
本实施例所述的固体饮料包括如下重量g的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1g、低聚半乳糖0.1g、低聚果糖0.1g、针叶樱桃粉0.1g、柳橙粉0.1g、牛初乳0.1g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1g、鲑鱼蛋白肽0.1g、鲣鱼蛋白肽0.1g、乳矿物盐0.1g、酵母抽提物0.1g以及植物乳杆菌适量。其中每克低聚半乳糖对应的所述植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为300亿株。
实施例4
本实施例所述的固体饮料包括如下重量g的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2g、低聚半乳糖2g、低聚果糖2g、针叶樱桃粉2g、柳橙粉2g、牛初乳2g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2g、鲑鱼蛋白肽2g、鲣鱼蛋白肽2g、乳矿物盐2g、酵母抽提物2g以及植物乳杆菌适量,其中每克低聚半乳糖对应的所述植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为220亿株。
对照实施例
本实施例所述的固体饮料包括如下重量g的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2g、低聚果糖2g、针叶樱桃粉0.6g、柳橙粉2g、牛初乳2g、海洋鱼低聚肽粉5g、鲑鱼蛋白肽2g、鲣鱼蛋白肽2g、酵母抽提物2g。
制备时将除植物乳杆菌外的其它原料灭菌后与植物乳杆菌混合均匀、装袋、密封即得到产品,各实施例中,各实施例中,每份为一袋的量,饮用时将1袋该固体饮料兑于500ml白开水中,代日常茶饮即可。
本实施例在实验阶段取得了较为理想的成果,现摘取部分案例说明如下:
案例一:
成都的女孩小李,两年前开始跑步时,体质很弱,一次只能跑30秒,然后走4分半,对运动失去信心,饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料一个月,无明显改进,一个月后改饮用实施例1所述的固体饮料,并坚持重复跑8次(总共40分钟),每周至少跑三天,13周后,她一次就可以跑30分钟了,耐力得到明显提升。
案例二:
陈帅哥,27岁,是个马拉松爱好者,跑了多年的半程马拉松,但成绩一直在1小时45分钟外,他一直想突破这个成绩。饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料一个月,无明显改进,一个月后改饮用实施例2所述的固体饮料,2个月后他在1小时40分完成了半程马拉松,时间提高了5分钟,且运动过程中感觉良好,运动后肌肉恢复速度比以前快。
案例三:
雷先生,25岁,IT精英。游泳爱好者,经常和朋友们进行长距离的游泳比赛,但他始终无法完成1000米的游泳距离。饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料一个月,无明显改进,一个月后改饮用实施例3所述的固体饮料,两个半月后他已经能轻松的完成1000的游泳。
案例四:
张总,40岁,退伍军人,自行车爱好者,因多年未运动突然进行自行车运动,经常体力不支,没有办法进行长距离的骑行。饮用对照实施例所述的固体饮料一个月,无明显改进,改饮用实施例4所述的固体饮料三个月后,感觉肌肉力量增加,不容易疲劳,现在能轻松和朋友们进行长距离的骑行。

1.一种适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.1~2份、低聚半乳糖0.1~2份、低聚果糖0.1~2份、针叶樱桃粉0.1~2份、柳橙粉0.1~2份、牛初乳0.1~2份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉0.1~2份、鲑鱼蛋白肽0.1~2份、鲣鱼蛋白肽0.1~2份、乳矿物盐0.1~2份、酵母抽提物0.1~2份以及植物乳杆菌适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:无水葡萄糖0.5~1.5份、低聚半乳糖0.5~1.5份、低聚果糖0.5~1.5份、针叶樱桃粉1~1.5份、柳橙粉1~1.5份、牛初乳0.8~1.5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1~1.5份、鲑鱼蛋白肽1.2~1.5份、鲣鱼蛋白肽1.2~1.5份、乳矿物盐0.8~1.5份、酵母抽提物0.8~1.5份以及植物乳杆菌适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成:无水葡萄糖1份、低聚半乳糖1份、低聚果糖1份、针叶樱桃粉1份、柳橙粉1份、牛初乳1.5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.2份、鲑鱼蛋白肽1.2份、鲣鱼蛋白肽1.2份、乳矿物盐1份、酵母抽提物1份以及植物乳杆菌适量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述无水葡萄糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、针叶樱桃粉、柳橙粉、牛初乳、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、鲑鱼蛋白肽、鲣鱼蛋白肽、乳矿物盐、酵母抽提物以及植物乳杆菌设计为协同作用以提高机体应对技巧运动的能力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,每克所述低聚半乳糖对应的所述植物乳杆菌的活菌数量为120~300亿株。
6.根据权利要求1所述的适用于耐力运动的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述酵母抽提物为富铁酵母抽提物。
