Abstract
一种片材构件,具有透射性部件、白色部件、以及蓄光部。透射性部件是具有透射性且呈片状的部件。白色部件是与所述透射性部件重叠配置的白色片状的部件。蓄光部设置在所述透射性部件以及所述白色部件之间,且具有蓄光材料。

本公开涉及含有蓄光材料的片材。
背景技术
以往,如专利文献1所示,提出了一种使用含有蓄光材料的油墨实施印刷的技术方案。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
要求在使用含有蓄光材料的油墨预先印刷出文字等时,在昏暗的环境下能够目视确认到印刷形状,而在明亮的环境下不易目视确认到文字等。然而,蓄光材料其自身带有颜色。具体而言,铝酸锶是白色的。因此,若使用含有蓄光材料的油墨进行印刷,则实施了印刷的部分的颜色与周围的颜色不同,结果出现如下问题:即使在明亮的环境下也会目视确认到文字等。
本公开优选提供一种在明亮的环境下使人不易察觉到存在有蓄光材料的技术。
解决问题的技术方案
本公开的第一个方面的发明是一种片材构件,其具有透射性部件、白色部件、以及蓄光部。透射性部件是具有透射性且呈片状的部件。白色部件是与所述透射性部件重叠配置的白色片状的部件。蓄光部设置在所述透射性部件与所述白色部件之间,且具有蓄光材料。
根据上述结构,当从透射性部件侧观察到片材构件时,由于白色部件而使蓄光材料变得不明显。因此,片材构件的观察者在明亮的环境下不易察觉到蓄光材料的存在。
在上述片材构件中,所述透射性部件的表面中的位于配置所述白色部件的一侧的相反侧的表面可以形成有凹凸形状。
通过在透射性部件上形成凹凸形状,来降低设置有蓄光部的区域与未设置有蓄光部的区域之间的交界部分的清晰性。由此,能够令使用者更加不易辨识到片材构件中存在有蓄光材料。
此外,在上述片材构件中,所述透射性部件的表面中的位于配置所述白色部件的一侧的相反侧的表面可以施加消光涂装、白色涂装、以及光泽加工中的任意一者。
通过在透射性部件上施加消光涂装或者白色涂装,来降低设置有蓄光部的区域与未设置有蓄光部的区域之间的交界部分的清晰性。另外,通过在透射性部件上施加光泽加工,而使透射性部件整体上易于吸引片材构件的观察者的注意,并且,通过强烈地反射光而使因蓄光材料引起的颜色变化变得不明显。由此,能够令使用者更加不易辨识到片材构件中存在有蓄光材料。
此外,在上述片材构件中,所述白色部件可以包含乳白膜、珠光膜、以及西洋纸中的任意一者。若是上述的白色部件,则白色部件自身的颜色和蓄光材料的色感相近,因此,能够使蓄光材料更加不明显。
本公开的第二个方面的发明是一种片材构件,其具有第1部件、第2部件、蓄光部、以及白色部。第1部件是具有透射性且呈片状的部件。第2部件是与所述第1部件重叠配置的呈片状的部件。蓄光部设置在所述第1部件与所述第2部件之间,且具有蓄光材料。白色部设置在所述第2部件的表面中的局部范围上。
此外,所述蓄光部设置在该片材构件中的局部范围上,所述白色部设置成使得所述白色部的至少一部分与所述蓄光部的至少一部分重叠。
根据上述结构,在透过具有透射性的第1部件观察到蓄光部时,由于白色部而使蓄光材料变得不明显。因此,片材构件的观察者在明亮的环境下不易察觉到蓄光材料的存在。
在上述本公开的第一个方面的片材构件以及第二个方面的片材构件中,所述蓄光部可以构成文字、数字、记号、图形、标志、以及图案中的任意一者,或者构成文字、数字、记号、图形、标志、以及图案的任意组合。
根据上述结构,由于蓄光部带有包含某种意义的形状,因此,蓄光部不仅能够发光,而且能够为片材构件的观察者提供信息。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本公开的实施方式进行说明。此外,以下的实施方式仅为本公开的一个实施方式,本公开不局限于以下实施方式,在本公开的所属技术范围内能够采用各种实施方式。
[1.第1实施方式]
第1实施方式的片材构件101如图1所示。此外,图1是示意性地示出片材构件101的结构的图,因此,存在与实际的片材构件相比在严格意义上的配置、形状、大小的比率等有所不同的情况。图2以及其后各附图也存在相同的情况。
片材构件呈厚度较小并具有规定面积的形状。换言之,片材构件是形状与纸、布、塑料膜的形状相同的部件。
[1-1.片材构件的结构]
图1所示的片材构件101具有透射性部件111、白色部件112、以及蓄光部113。透射性部件111与白色部件112重叠配置。蓄光部113设置在透射性部件111与白色部件112之间。
[1-2.透射性部件]
透射性部件111是呈片状的部件,且具有光透射性。例如透射性部件111可以具有如下程度的透射率,即能够透过透射性部件111目视确认到由后述的蓄光材料所发出的光。
作为透射性部件111的材料,可以采用例如透明或半透明的呈薄板状的树脂或玻璃等。具体而言,作为透射性部件111的材料可列举:聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸、玻璃纸、聚苯乙烯、以及日本纸等。
[1-3.白色部件]
白色部件112是白色的呈片状的部件。此外,白色部件112可以具有光透射性,也可以不具有光透射性。
作为白色部件112的材料,可以列举如乳白膜、珠光膜、西洋纸。当然只要是白色的呈片状的部件即可,不限于上述材料。
乳白膜是指乳白色的膜。
珠光膜是含有珠光颜料的膜,或者是通过使膜发泡来呈现珍珠质感的膜。珠光颜料是用于使膜呈现如珍珠般的光泽的颜料。作为珠光颜料,可列举例如在云母颗粒上涂覆二氧化钛而制成的颜料。不过珠光颜料不限于此。可以将能够利用光的多重反射或干涉现象的各种颜料用于珠光颜料。
西洋纸是指具有柔软性的普通纸。例如报纸卷筒纸、印刷·通讯用纸、包装用纸、卫生用纸、杂纸等属于西洋纸。此外,例如也可解释成用西式的方法制造的纸。
[1-4.蓄光部]
蓄光部113呈厚度较小并具有规定面积的形状,蓄光部113、透射性部件111、以及白色部件112层积在一起。蓄光部113具有蓄光材料、以及用于保持蓄光材料的保持材料。
蓄光材料是储蓄如可见光或UV光等光或储蓄电磁波的且具有发光性质的材料。可使用例如以铝酸锶(SrAl2O4等)作为主体,并向其中添加铈、铕、钕、镝等用于改变发光状态等的材料后而形成的蓄光材料。不过,蓄光材料不限于此。上述蓄光材料为白色。
保持材料是如下材料,即,保持蓄光材料并且具有光透射性以使得蓄光材料能够蓄光和发光。作为保持材料的示例,可列举:上光清漆、无光清漆、耐磨清漆、防静电清漆、防粘连清漆、干性油、涂料、以及粘结剂等。
[1-5.蓄光部的形状以及配置]
如图2所示,蓄光部113设置在片材构件101中的局部范围上。更具体而言,蓄光部113构成有“AAA”这样的文字。
如上所述的片材构件101的制造方法并无特别限定。例如图3所示,片材构件101可以通过包含以下在内的多个工序加以制造,即:通过印刷而在白色部件112上形成蓄光部113的印刷工序S1、以及在白色部件112上贴合透射性部件111的贴合工序S2。此外,也可以在印刷工序中先在透射性部件111上形成蓄光部113。该情况下,可在其后再对透射性部件111和白色部件112进行贴合。另外,可以不包含通过印刷而形成蓄光部113的工序,而是将分别准备好的透射性部件111、白色部件112、以及蓄光部113依次进行贴合来制造片材构件101。
[1-6.效果]
根据以上详述的第1实施方式,可以获得以下效果。
片材构件101的透射性部件111具有透射性。因此,片材构件101的观察者能够从透射性部件111侧目视确认到蓄光部113。
此外,蓄光部113由于蓄光材料的存在而略显白色,该颜色与后方的白色部件112的颜色相近。因此,在明亮的环境下片材构件101的观察者不易目视确认到蓄光部113。由此,在昏暗的环境下因蓄光部113发光而使得片材构件101处于容易被清楚地目视确认到的状态,从而能够赋予看到发光的人以惊亮感。
此外,若蓄光部113具有一定的面积,则可以如本第1实施方式所示将蓄光部113设置在片材构件101中的局部范围上,还可以将蓄光部113设置在与设置透射性部件111或白色部件112的范围相同的范围上。
[2.第2实施方式]
第2实施方式的片材构件如图4所示。
[2-1.片材构件的结构]
如图4所示的片材构件201具有透射性部件211、白色部件212、以及蓄光部213。透射性部件211与白色部件212重叠配置。蓄光部213设置在透射性部件211与白色部件212之间。
此外,白色部件212以及蓄光部213与第1实施方式的白色部件112以及蓄光部113相同,因此省略其说明,而对透射性部件211进行详细的说明。
[2-2.透射性部件]
透射性部件211可使用组分基本上与第1实施方式的透射性部件111相同的部件。不过,至少在透射性部件211的一侧的表面上形成有具有微小的凹凸形状的凹凸形状部221,在这一点上与透射性部件111不同。
通过所谓的压纹加工、消光加工、梨地加工、以及咬花加工等形成该凹凸形状部221。即,透射性部件211相当于所谓的压纹膜、消光膜、梨地膜。通过该凹凸形状部221使透射性部件111的表面质感产生变化。
此外,在片材构件201中,凹凸形状部221形成在透射性部件211中的位于配置白色部件212一侧的相反侧的表面。
[2-3.蓄光部的形状以及配置]
如图5所示,蓄光部213构成“AAA”这样的文字。透射性部件211具有透射性。因此,片材构件201的观察者能够从透射性部件211侧目视确认到蓄光部213。
此外,蓄光部213由于蓄光材料的存在而略显白色。不过,通过凹凸形状部221使透射性部件211的表面质感产生变化从而些许降低了透射性部件211的透射性,因此,在明亮的环境下片材构件201的观察者不易目视确认到蓄光部213。
该片材构件201的制造方法无特别限定,例如可以采用与第1实施方式的片材构件101相同的方法来制造片材构件201。也可以使用预先形成有凹凸形状部221的片材来制造透射性部件211。此外,也可以在对透射性部件211和白色部件212进行贴合后再于透射性部件211上形成凹凸形状部221。
此外,若凹凸形状部221具有一定的面积,则既可以如第2实施方式所示将凹凸形状部221设置在透射性部件211的整个范围上,也可以将凹凸形状部221设置在透射性部件211中的局部范围上。
[2-4.效果]
根据以上详述的第2实施方式,可以获得以下效果。
在片材构件201中,透射性部件211上形成有凹凸形状部221,由此,会降低设置有蓄光部213的区域与未设置有蓄光部213的区域之间的交界部分的清晰性。因此,使用者能够不易辨识到片材构件201中存在蓄光材料。当将凹凸形状部221设置在透射性部件211的局部范围上时,可以考虑将凹凸形状部221设置成覆盖上述交界部分中的至少一部分。根据上述结构,可以降低上述交界部分的清晰性。
[3.第3实施方式]
第3实施方式的片材构件如图6所示。
[3-1.片材构件的结构]
如图6所示的片材构件301具有透射性部件311、白色部件312、以及蓄光部313。透射性部件311与白色部件312重叠配置。蓄光部313设置在透射性部件311与白色部件312之间。
此外,白色部件312以及蓄光部313与第1实施方式的白色部件112以及蓄光部113相同,因此省略其说明,而对透射性部件211进行详细的说明。
[3-2.透射性部件]
透射性部件311可使用组分基本上与第1实施方式的透射性部件111相同的部件。不过,在透射性部件311的表面上形成有涂装层321,在这一点上与透射性部件111不同。
该涂装层321是通过消光涂装或白色涂装而形成的层。消光涂装相当于例如使涂膜表面形成为凹凸形状的涂装,或者相当于利用使光进行高度漫反射的涂料实施的涂装,即,利用适当添加有用于发挥使光进行高度漫反射功能的微粒而形成的涂料实施的涂装。在此,可以使用通常的消光涂料。白色涂敷是用含有白色颜料的涂料实施的涂装。
[3-3.蓄光部的形状以及配置]
如图7所示,蓄光部313构成“AAA”这样的文字。透射性部件211具有透射性。因此,片材构件301的观察者能够从透射性部件311侧目视确认到蓄光部313。
此外,蓄光部313因蓄光材料而略显白色。不过,通过涂装层321使透射性部件311表面的色感产生变化从而些许降低了透射性部件311的透射性,因此,在明亮的环境下不易目视确认到蓄光部313。
此外,在片材构件301中,涂装层321形成在透射性部件311中的位于配置白色部件312一侧的相反侧的表面上。
该片材构件301的制造方法无特别限定,例如可以采用与第1实施方式的片材构件101相同的方法来制造片材构件301。可以在对透射性部件311和白色部件312进行贴合之前通过涂装在透射性部件311上形成涂装层321,也可以在对透射性部件311和白色部件312进行贴合之后通过涂装在透射性部件311上形成涂装层321。
此外,若涂装层321具有一定的面积,则既可以如本第3实施方式所示将涂装层321设置在透射性部件311的整个范围上,也可以将涂装层321设置在透射性部件311中的局部范围上。
[3-4.效果]
根据以上详述的第3实施方式,可以获得以下效果。
在片材构件301中,透射性部件311上形成有涂装层321,由此,会降低设置有蓄光部313的区域与未设置有蓄光部313的区域之间的交界部分的清晰性。因此,使用者能够不易辨识到片材构件301中存在蓄光材料。当将涂装层321设置在透射性部件311中的局部范围上时,可以考虑将涂装层321设置成覆盖上述交界部分中的至少一部分。根据上述结构,上述边界部分的清晰性降低。
[4.第4实施方式]
第4实施方式的片材构件401如图8所示。
[4-1.片材构件的结构]
图8所示的片材构件401具有第1部件411、第2部件412、蓄光部413、以及白色部414。第1部件411与第2部件412重叠配置。蓄光部413设置在第1部件411与第2部件412之间。
在此,可以使第1部件411与第1实施方式的透射性部件111具有相同的结构。而且,可以使蓄光部413与第1实施方式的蓄光部113具有相同的结构。
第2部件412是呈片状的部件。其具体的材料、组分、颜色、图案、表面形状等无特别限定。
白色部414是通过白色涂装而形成的层。白色涂装是使用含有白色颜料的涂料实施的涂装。
[4-2.蓄光部的形状以及配置]
如图9所示,蓄光部413构成“AAA”这样的文字。
白色部414设置在第2部件412中的局部范围上。此外,白色部414与蓄光部413重叠设置。
该片材构件401的制造方法无特别限定,例如可以采用与第1实施方式的片材构件101相同的方法来制造片材构件301。此外,可以通过印刷在第2部件412上预先形成白色部414。
[4-3.效果]
根据以上详述的第3实施方式,可以获得以下效果。
片材构件401的第1部件411具有透射性。因此,片材构件401的观察者能够从第1部件411侧目视确认到蓄光部413。
此外,当从第1部件411侧观察到片材构件401时,因白色部414而使蓄光材料变得不明显。因此,片材构件401的观察者在明亮的环境下不易察觉到蓄光材料的存在。
[4-4.变形例]
此外,图9例示了在形成有白色部414的范围内形成蓄光部413的结构,不过蓄光部413与白色部414也可以至少局部重叠。例如图10所示,蓄光部413与白色部414可以形成在片材构件401中的于长度方向以及宽度方向的相同范围上。此外,片材构件401可以在长度方向以及宽度方向上具有不存在白色部414而仅存在蓄光部413的范围。
[5.其他实施方式]
以上对本公开的实施方式进行了说明,不过,本公开不限于上述实施方式,在本公开的所属技术范围内能够采用各种方式。
(5a)构成上述透射性部件、白色部件、蓄光部、第1部件、第2部件、以及白色部的各材料不限于上述实施方式中记载的材料,可以进行追加其他材料等适当的调整。
(5b)在图6示出的第3实施方式的片材构件301中,作为涂装层321例示了通过消光涂装或白色涂装形成的层。不过,也可以施以光泽加工来代替涂装层321。具体而言,如图11的片材构件301A所示,可以具有如下覆膜作为反射层321A,即,带有光透射性且反射光的覆膜。
例如可以由玻璃镀膜形成该反射层321A。此外,也可以通过涂布高光泽的清漆或透明的涂料来形成反射层321A。
通过对透射性部件311施以光泽加工,而使该部分进行强烈的光反射,由此能够使由蓄光材料引起的颜色变化变得不明显。
(5c)在上述实施方式1~4中例示了构成文字的蓄光部。不过蓄光部的形状不限于文字,可以是数字、记号、图形、标志、以及图案中的任意一者,也可以构成文字、数字、记号、图形、标志、以及图案的任意组合。
Claims (6)
1.一种片材构件,其特征在于,具有:
透射性部件,所述透射性部件是具有透射性且呈片状的部件;
白色部件,所述白色部件是与所述透射性部件重叠配置的白色片状的部件;以及
蓄光部,所述蓄光部设置在所述透射性部件与所述白色部件之间,且具有蓄光材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的片材构件,其特征在于,
所述透射性部件的表面中的位于配置所述白色部件的一侧的相反侧的表面形成有凹凸形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的片材构件,其特征在于,
所述透射性部件的表面中的位于配置所述白色部件的一侧的相反侧的表面施加有消光涂装、白色涂装、以及光泽加工中的任意一者。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的片材构件,其特征在于,
所述白色部件包含乳白膜、珠光膜、以及西洋纸中的任意一者。
5.一种片材构件,其特征在于,具有:
第1部件,所述第1部件是具有透射性且呈片状的部件;
第2部件,所述第2部件是与所述第1部件重叠配置的呈片状的部件;
蓄光部,所述蓄光部设置在所述第1部件与所述第2部件之间,且具有蓄光材料;以及
白色部,所述白色部设置在所述第2部件的表面中的局部范围上,并且
所述蓄光部设置在该片材构件中的局部范围上,
所述白色部设置成使得所述白色部的至少一部分与所述蓄光部的至少一部分重叠。
6.根据权利要求项1~5中任一项所述的片材构件,其特征在于,
所述蓄光部构成文字、数字、记号、图形、标志、以及图案中的任意一者,或者构成文字、数字、记号、图形、标志、以及图案的任意组合。
