B, mixing the agricultural production organic waste, the fermentation bacteria yeast and the activated amino acid in a fermentation factory building with a sunshade and a rainproof function, and piling strips with the bottom width of 3-4 meters, the top width of 1.5-2.0 meters and the height of 1.8-2.0 meters; naturally fermenting; turning over every 7-9 days. S2, soil improvement:
the prepared activated amino acid organic fertilizer is used for soil improvement, the application amount of the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is 150 kilograms per mu, the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied once a year, and the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied by combining sugarcane intertillage ridging. Meanwhile, in the early stage of crop planting, soil improvement agents made of molasses alcohol waste liquor are applied in combination, and the method for preparing the soil improvement agents made of molasses alcohol waste liquor refers to a patent "a method for preparing soil improvement agents from molasses alcohol waste liquor" (patent No. 2014107006776). The soil conditioner is applied to planting furrows before sugarcane is planted, and the weight of the soil conditioner is 150 kilograms per mu.
The field soil improvement test is continuously carried out for nine years by applying the organic fertilizer with activated amino acid, and meanwhile, the field soil improvement test is compared with the conventional organic fertilizer without amino acid, and the organic fertilizer (the organic fertilizer with non-activated amino acid added for fermentation) prepared by directly mixing and fermenting the amino acid, organic waste and fermentation microbial inoculum. Test results show that compared with the conventional organic fertilizer, the organic fertilizer applying the activated amino acid increases the sugarcane yield by 723 kg/mu and by 12.31 percent on average; the soil porosity, the number of large aggregates (diameter >0.25 mm), the root activity (TTC mg/g/h) and the root growth (g/plant) are respectively increased by 14 percent, 13.2 TTC mg/g/h and 0.38 g/plant; compared with the organic fertilizer fermented by adding the non-activated amino acid, the organic fertilizer applying the activated amino acid increases the sugarcane yield by 652 kilograms per mu and 9.89 percent on average; soil porosity, number of large aggregates (> 0.25mm diameter), root vigour (TTC mg/g/h) and root growth (g/plant) were increased by 13%, 12.5TTC mg/g/h and 0.37 g/plant respectively, see table 1:

In conclusion, the organic fertilizer rich in activated amino acid is rich in organic acids such as lactic acid and the like and polysaccharide substances and the like, so that the soil improvement effect on improving the soil fertility is obvious, and the yield increase effect of crops after application is obvious; the soil void degree, the number of large aggregates and the activity of crop root systems are improved, and the growth of the crop root systems is promoted. The soil improvement effect of the organic fertilizer is effectively improved, the resource utilization of the agricultural rural organic wastes is facilitated, the problem of environmental pollution caused by the agricultural rural organic wastes which is puzzled all the time is solved, the resource utilization problem of the agricultural rural organic wastes is solved, waste is turned into wealth, the soil fertility is improved, the yield is increased, the clean production is realized, the environment is protected, and the sustainable development of the agricultural industry is promoted.

Claims (5)
1. A method for improving soil improvement effect of organic fertilizer by using activated amino acid is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparation of the activated amino acid organic fertilizer:
step A: preparing activated amino acid;
the method comprises the following steps:
(1) screening dry amino acid powder with the mass content of 35-45% of amino acid;
(2) screening a nitro compound with the mass content of nitro being more than 10%;
(3) dissolving the amino acid dry powder in a reactor filled with water, and adding the nitro compound and nitric acid with the concentration of 20% to activate the amino acid to obtain activated amino acid; adding 200-250 kg of the amino acid dry powder, 100-120 kg of the nitro compound and 1.5-2.0 kg of 20% nitric acid into every 1000 kg of water;
the nitro compound is phosphorus nitrate;
b, mixing the agricultural production organic waste, the fermentation bacteria yeast and the activated amino acid in a fermentation factory building with a sunshade and a rainproof function, and naturally fermenting; 1.5-3.0 kg of the activated amino acid is added to each ton of the organic waste after fermentation;
and C: naturally fermenting for 22-30 days to obtain the activated amino acid organic fertilizer;
s2, soil improvement:
the prepared activated amino acid organic fertilizer is used for soil improvement, the application amount of the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is 110-160 kg/mu, and the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied once a year.
2. The method for improving soil improvement effect of organic fertilizer with activated amino acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step B, agricultural production organic waste, fermentation starter and the activated amino acid are mixed and piled into strips with a bottom width of 3-4 m, a top width of 1.5-2.0 m and a height of 1.8-2.0 m; turning over every 7-9 days.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising applying a soil conditioner prepared from molasses alcohol waste liquor in an amount of 100-150 kg/mu once a year in step S2.
4. The method for improving the soil improvement effect of organic fertilizers by using the activated amino acid as claimed in claim 3, wherein the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied when the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied in combination with crop intertillage ridging or topdressing; the soil conditioner is applied when base fertilizer is applied, or applied to a planting ditch before crops are planted, or mixed with soil uniformly and then seeded; or applied during crop topdressing.
5. The method for improving the soil improvement effect of the organic fertilizer by using the activated amino acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is used for soil improvement of the sugarcane field.
