The method for improving soil improvement effect of organic fertilizer with activated amino acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step B, agricultural production organic waste, fermentation starter and the activated amino acid are mixed and piled into strips with a bottom width of 3-4 m, a top width of 1.5-2.0 m and a height of 1.8-2.0 m; turning over every 7-9 days.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising applying a soil conditioner prepared from molasses alcohol waste liquor in an amount of 100-150 kg/mu once a year in step S2.

The method for improving the soil improvement effect of organic fertilizers by using the activated amino acid as claimed in claim 3, wherein the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied when the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is applied in combination with crop intertillage ridging or topdressing; the soil conditioner is applied when base fertilizer is applied, or applied to a planting ditch before crops are planted, or mixed with soil uniformly and then seeded; or applied during crop topdressing.
5. The method for improving the soil improvement effect of the organic fertilizer by using the activated amino acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the activated amino acid organic fertilizer is used for soil improvement of the sugarcane field.
