Abstract
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够提高耐弯曲性的弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜。本发明解决技术问题的方案为一种弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜,其具有含有电离射线固化型树脂的透明树脂层,上述透明树脂层的厚度为200μm以下,该透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra为3.0μm以下。

本发明涉及覆盖膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,提出了保护智能手机等的显示屏的表面的各种覆盖膜。例如,在专利文献1中提出了一种具有膜基材和在其表面形成的硬涂层的覆盖膜。另外,在专利文献2中提出了一种具有优异的柔软性的由紫外线固化型丙烯酸系树脂的固化膜形成的可折叠显示屏用膜。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
这样的弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜对于反复的弯曲耐久性的需求高,但其性能不充分,尚有改良的余地。本发明是为了解决上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能够提高耐弯曲性的弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜。
用于解决技术问题的技术手段
项1.一种覆盖膜,其是弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜,
其具有含有电离射线固化型树脂的透明树脂层,
上述透明树脂层的厚度为200μm以下,
该透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra为3.0μm以下。
项2.如项1所述的覆盖膜,其端面由激光切断。
项3.如项1或2所述的覆盖膜,其表面铅笔硬度为H以上。
项4.一种覆盖膜的制造方法,其包括:
形成具有含有电离射线固化型树脂的透明树脂层的覆盖膜、和配置于上述覆盖膜的至少一个表面的保护膜的步骤;和
从配置有上述保护膜的一侧照射激光,将上述覆盖膜切断的步骤,
上述覆盖膜的厚度为200μm以下,
上述透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra为3.0μm以下。

利用本发明所涉及的覆盖膜,能够提高耐弯曲性。

具体实施方式
<1.覆盖膜的概要>
以下,对本发明所涉及的覆盖膜的一个实施方式进行说明。本发明所涉及的覆盖膜具有透明树脂层。以下进行详细说明。其中,在说明书中,用“~”连结的数值是指包括“~”前后的数值作为下限值和上限值在内的数值范围。另外,将多个下限值和多个上限值分开记载时,可以选择任意的下限值和上限值并用“~”连结。
<2.透明树脂层>
透明树脂层是使含有电离射线固化型树脂、光聚合引发剂等的透明树脂层形成用树脂组合物固化而得到的。另外,根据需要,该组合物中可以配合后述的添加剂。
<2-1.电离射线固化型树脂>
作为透明树脂层所使用的电离射线固化型树脂,优选包含具有合计3个以上的甲基丙烯酰基、丙烯酰基的多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯的(甲基)丙烯酰基以外的骨架结构没有特别限定,例如可以使用具有有机硅系、聚氨酯系、环氧系、氟系、脂肪族系的骨架结构的化合物。
电离射线树脂能够制作表面硬度高且具有挠性、不易出现裂纹的透明树脂层,因此,可以使用以具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的有机官能团与硅键合而成的笼型聚有机倍半硅氧烷为主要成分的多官能的有机硅系树脂。另外,也可以使用含有多官能的聚氨酯系(甲基)丙烯酸酯和/或多官能的脂肪族系(甲基)丙烯酸酯的聚合性组合物代替有机硅系树脂。另外,还可以在有机硅系树脂中混合上述的聚氨酯系(甲基)丙烯酸酯和/或(甲基)丙烯酸酯。例如相对于有机硅系树脂100重量份,可以混合使用100~500重量份、优选200~400重量份的聚氨酯系(甲基)丙烯酸酯和/或脂肪族系(甲基)系丙烯酸酯。
聚有机倍半硅氧烷是通过将3官能性硅烷水解而得到的具有(RSiO1.5)n结构的化合物,在本发明中,在聚有机倍半硅氧烷中优选使用具有笼型结构的化合物。即,笼型聚有机倍半硅氧烷是它的各硅(Si)原子与平均1.5个氧(O)原子和1个烃基(R)键合而具有由有机官能团和Si-O键形成的笼状骨架的化合物。通过这样的结构,能够提高固化后的透明树脂层的硬度。另外,笼型聚有机倍半硅氧烷的硅(Si)原子数(上述n)优选为8、10、12。
聚氨酯系(甲基)丙烯酸酯通过使多异氰酸酯化合物与含有羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯反应而获得,能够利用分子内的氨基甲酸酯基的氢键赋予适度的韧性,机械强度优异,并且由于是多官能的,所以能够固化而形成交联结构,得到高硬度的树脂成型体,因而优选。聚氨酯系(甲基)丙烯酸酯的数均分子量优选为200~5000。数均分子量小于200时,可能导致固化收缩增大、容易发生双折射。数均分子量超过5000时,可能导致交联性下降、耐热性变得不充分。
多异氰酸酯化合物没有特别限定,例如可以列举脂肪族多异氰酸酯、芳香族多异氰酸酯和芳香脂肪族多异氰酸酯,从能够抑制黄变的观点考虑,优选使用脂肪族多异氰酸酯。另外,在使用不具有脂环结构的化合物作为多异氰酸酯化合物时,能够得到表面硬度特别优异的透明树脂层,因而优选。作为脂肪族多异氰酸酯,可以列举三亚甲基二异氰酸酯、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、五亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,2-亚丙基二异氰酸酯、2,3-亚丁基二异氰酸酯、1,3-亚丁基二异氰酸酯、十二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、2,4,4-三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸异氰酸酯、氢化二甲苯二异氰酸酯、氢化二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,3-双(二异氰酸酯基甲基)环己烷、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯等。
作为含有羟基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,只要分子中具有羟基和(甲基)丙烯酰基就没有限定,例如可以列举(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基丁酯、2-羟基-3-(甲基)丙烯酰氧基丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三季戊四醇七丙烯酸酯等。从透明树脂层的表面硬度和抑制色调变化的观点考虑,特别优选使用分子中不具有脂环结构的化合物。
作为脂肪族系(甲基)丙烯酸酯,可以使用脂肪族多元醇的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,例如可以列举1,3,5-三(甲基丙烯酰氧基甲基)环己烷、1,3,5-三(甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基氧基甲基)环己烷等3官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
<2-2.光聚合引发剂>
作为聚合引发剂,可以列举以2,2-二甲氧基-1,2-二苯基乙烷-1-酮等苯偶酰甲缩酮类、1-羟基环己基苯基酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮等α-羟基酮类、2-甲基-1[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-吗啉代丙烷-1-酮、2-苄基-2-二甲基氨基-1-(4-吗啉代苯基)丁酮-1等α-氨基酮类、双(2,6-二甲氧基苯甲酰)-2,4,4-三甲基戊基氧化膦等双酰基氧化膦类、2,2'-双(邻氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基-1,1'-联咪唑、双(2,4,5-三苯基)咪唑等双咪唑类、N-苯基甘氨酸等N-芳基甘氨酸类、4,4'-二叠氮基查尔酮等有机叠氮化物类、3,3',4,4'-四(叔丁基过氧羧基)二苯甲酮等有机过氧化物类为代表的、J.Photochem.Sci.Technol.,2,283(1987).所记载的化合物。
具体可以列举铁芳烃配位化合物(iron arene complex)、三卤代甲基取代均三嗪、锍盐、重氮鎓盐、鏻盐、硒鎓盐、砷鎓盐、碘鎓盐等。另外,作为碘鎓盐,可以列举Macromolecules,10,1307(1977).所记载的化合物,例如二苯基碘鎓、二甲苯基碘鎓、苯基(对茴香基)碘鎓、双(间硝基苯基)碘鎓、双(对叔丁基苯基)碘鎓、双(对氯苯基)碘鎓等碘鎓的氯化物、溴化物、或者氟硼酸盐、六氟磷酸盐、六氟砷酸盐、芳香族磺酸盐等、二苯基苯甲酰甲基锍(正丁基)三苯基硼酸盐等的锍有机硼配位化合物类。
<2-3.添加剂>
透明树脂层形成用树脂组合物中可以根据需要配合添加剂。例如,可以列举赋予流平性、表面滑爽性、低水接触角性等的有机硅系、氟系的添加剂(例如流平剂)。通过配合这样的添加剂,能够提高透明树脂层表面的耐擦伤性。
<3.透明树脂层的物性>
透明树脂层的厚度为20μm以上200μm以下,下限值优选为50μm以上,更优选为75μm以上。另外,上限值优选为180μm以下,更优选为150μm以下。这是由于透明树脂层的厚度小于20μm时,表面的铅笔硬度明显下降,而在超过200μm时,从弯曲性的观点考虑不优选。
另外,按照JIS5600-5-4(1999)所规定的表面铅笔硬度试验,透明树脂层优选为H以上,更优选为2H以上。
<4.覆盖膜的制造方法>
参照附图对本发明所涉及的覆盖膜的制造方法进行说明。图1是表示本发明的实施方式所涉及的覆盖膜的制造方法的图,图1表示涂布工序,图2表示叠层体制作工序,图3表示电离射线照射工序,图4表示剥离工序。
涂布工序如图1所示,在第一基膜(保护膜)6上涂布上述透明树脂层形成用树脂组合物,形成透明树脂层前体3。
叠层体制作工序如图2所示,在透明树脂层前体3上进一步叠层第二基膜(保护膜)7,得到第一基膜6、透明树脂层前体3和第二基膜7依次叠层而成的叠层体。其中,两基膜6、7可以使用市售的PET膜等。另外,第二基膜7并不是必须的,但通过设置第二基膜7,能够提高透明树脂层的平滑性。
电离射线照射工序如图3所示,向该叠层体照射电离射线(例如紫外线),使电离射线固化型树脂固化(光自由基聚合)。
剥离工序如图4所示,将两基膜6、7剥离。通过该一系列的工序,构成透明树脂层前体3的未固化的电离射线固化型树脂发生光自由基聚合,形成透明树脂层4、即本实施方式的覆盖膜。
<5.覆盖膜的切断(剪裁)>
如上所述制得的覆盖膜在被切成所希望的大小后使用。覆盖膜的切断可以利用激光或者裁切机进行。其中,该剪裁优选在上述的剥离工序之前进行。
从该观点考虑,如上所述被切断的透明树脂层4的端面的线粗糙度的算术平均粗糙度Ra优选为3.0μm以下,更优选为2.5μm以下,进一步优选为1.5μm以下,特别优选为1.0μm以下。
另外,如图5所示,端面的线粗糙度Ra是指至少沿着覆盖膜的弯曲方向的端面的线粗糙度。其中,弯曲方向在通常情况下大多为覆盖膜的长边方向,但也有时为短边方向。在长边方向和短边方向都弯曲时,将弯曲大的方向作为弯曲方向。从该观点考虑,更优选与弯曲方向正交的方向的端面的线粗糙度Ra也如上所述。线粗糙度Ra的测定例如可以如下所述进行。
即,在激光显微镜中将物镜的倍率设为50倍,观察被切断的透明树脂层的端面(与弯曲方向平行的端面)。此时,在测定长度为200μm以上的条件下测定不同的5个点(大概等间隔的5点)的线粗糙度Ra,算出其平均值。其中,线粗糙度Ra优选算出5个点的平均值,但例如在测定困难的情况下,也可以为其以下的点数的平均值、或者将测定点设为1点。
另外,为了降低透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra,优选利用激光进行切断。并且,利用激光的切断速度没有特别限定,例如可以为40~600mm/sec。
另外,利用激光进行切断时,为了保护覆盖膜不受切断时所产生的烟尘的影响,优选在将上述的两基膜6、7剥离前进行切断。此时,也可以只将与照射激光的一侧相反一侧的基膜剥离,再利用激光进行切断。另外,还可以在上述剥离工序中将两基膜6、7剥离后,将另外的保护膜粘贴在覆盖膜的至少一个表面,再进行切断。该保护膜例如可以使用在由PET等树脂材料形成的基材上涂布粘合层而得到的膜。然后,将粘合层粘贴在透明树脂层上,利用激光进行切断。
<6.特征>
利用本实施方式所涉及的覆盖膜,通过使透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra达到3.0μm以下,能够提高弯曲性能。因此,适合用作弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜。
另外,也可以在透明树脂层的至少一个表面形成耐指纹膜、透明导电膜、防反射膜等,将其作为本发明的覆盖膜。
【实施例】
接着,对本发明的实施例进行说明。但本发明并不限定于以下的实施例。
<1.实施例和比较例的制作>
以下,对实施例1~4和比较例1、2所涉及的覆盖膜的制作进行说明。
向电离射线固化型树脂(第一工业制药株式会社生产的New Frontier R1302XT)100份中加入光聚合引发剂(IGM Resins B.V.公司生产的Omnirad 1173)5份得到透明树脂层形成用树脂组合物,利用TESTER SANGYO CO.,LTD.生产的棒涂机(ROD#75)将所得到的透明树脂层形成用树脂组合物涂布在第一基膜(东洋纺株式会社生产的A4100)的未处理面(没有形成易粘接层的面)上,使得固化后的膜厚达到100μm,在第一基膜上形成透明树脂层前体。
(叠层体的制作)
接着,在透明树脂层前体上,以接触其未处理面的方式层压另1片的第二基膜(东洋纺株式会社生产的A4100),制作叠层体。
(电离射线的照射(聚合))
使用紫外线固化装置(Fusion UV Systems Japan K.K.生产的CV-110Q-G),向上述叠层体照射累计照射量1500mJ/cm2的紫外线,使透明树脂层前体所含的电离射线固化型树脂发生光自由基聚合。
(剥离工序)
将光自由基聚合后的叠层体的两面的基膜剥离,制作实施例和比较例所涉及的透明树脂层。
一边改变速度等条件一边使用激光切割装置(GCC公司生产的Spirit GX 30W),从如上所述制得的实施例和比较例切出1.0×9.0cm的样品片。此时,在透明树脂层的两个表面粘贴保护膜,向其上照射激光,进行切断。保护膜是叠层有厚度为5μm的粘合层的、厚度为100μm的PET膜,将粘合层粘贴在透明树脂层上。
另外,激光的输出为30W,将其设为50%进行切割。另外,关于激光切割的速度,将100%设为2m/sec,如表1所记载那样调整,进行切割。
然后,测定沿着切出的样品片的长边的端面的透明树脂层的线粗糙度Ra。测定方法如上述实施方式所示。
<2.耐弯曲性评价试验>
接着,对于如上所述准备的各样品片,使用图6所示的无负荷U字试验机,以试验速度0.85秒/次使其反复弯曲。进一步详细而言,该试验机具有2块能够旋转的可动板,以可动板的旋转轴平行的方式,使旋转轴彼此接近地配置。然后,在图6(a)所示的水平状态的可动板上配置有样品片的状态下,如图6(b)所示使两可动板旋转90度,从而使样品片弯曲成U字状。另外,样品片以图5所示的弯曲方向为图6的左右方向的方式配置在试验机上。然后,在试验后,确认样品片是否产生裂纹,按照以下的基准A~C评价耐弯曲性。
A:弯曲直径R2.5mm、弯曲次数为10万次以上无裂纹产生。
B:弯曲直径R2.5mm、弯曲次数为1万次以上无裂纹产生。
C:弯曲直径R2.5mm、弯曲次数小于1万次产生裂纹。
结果如下所述。

<3.铅笔硬度评价试验>
对于上述实施例1~4和比较例1~2的覆盖膜,按照JIS-K5600-5-4进行表面铅笔硬度试验。即,依次使用硬度H至3H的铅笔(三菱UNI)对透明树脂层的表面施加750g的负荷,进行试验。然后,通过目测评价硬涂层表面的伤痕所带来的外观变化。结果均为2H。
Claims (4)
1.一种覆盖膜,其为弯曲显示屏用的覆盖膜,该覆盖膜的特征在于:
具有含有电离射线固化型树脂的透明树脂层,
所述透明树脂层的厚度为200μm以下,
该透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra为3.0μm以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的覆盖膜,其特征在于:
端面由激光切断。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的覆盖膜,其特征在于:
表面铅笔硬度为H以上。
4.一种覆盖膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
形成具有含有电离射线固化型树脂的透明树脂层的覆盖膜、和配置于所述覆盖膜的至少一个表面的保护膜的步骤;和
从配置有所述保护膜的一侧照射激光,将所述覆盖膜切断的步骤,
所述覆盖膜的厚度为200μm以下,
所述透明树脂层的端面的线粗糙度Ra为3.0μm以下。
