本发明所用原料绿色天然,制得的营养素具有溶解性佳、口感接受度高的优点,各组分的配比科学合理、功效作用确切,其中的山楂、桃仁、白芷均具有活血化淤的功效,能够有效缓解和改善血淤体质相关症状,而且添加了血橙果粉,能够有效促进血液循环,温润补血,改善肤色;此外,花生肽的添加,能够减少脂肪含量,而且花生肽吸收特别快,能够快速发挥作用,从而能够在一定程度上控制和降低肥胖人群的体重。

上述的用于改善血淤体质的多维膳食营养素的制备工艺,包括如下方法步骤:
预混合:准确称取以下原料:红豆粉、大豆分离蛋白、麦片粉、低聚异麦芽糖、红枣粉、预拌粉、枸杞粉、薏米粉、L-阿拉伯糖、黑芝麻粉、黑米粉、黑豆粉、葛根粉、山药粉、鹰嘴豆粉、魔芋粉、核桃粉、混合果蔬粉,分别过40目筛,并按照配比混合,混合的转速为15r/min,时间为10min,得到混合粉;
总混合:准确称取以下原料:结晶果糖、燕麦粉、花生粉、园苞车前子壳、辣木叶粉,分别过40目筛,并按照配比与预混合步骤得到的混合粉混合,混合的转速为15r/min,时间为30min,得到营养素,该营养素为固体饮料;
包装:将总混合得到的营养素进行分装,检测密封性及装量合格后进行外包装,并打包入库。
所述预混合步骤、总混合步骤、以及包装步骤的分装步骤均在十万级洁净区内完成。本发明所需的配料环境为十万级洁净区,具体实施要求如表1所示:

本实施例具体实施操作环境
称量:将原料分别过40目筛,并在十万级洁净区内投料35000g,分别为:红豆粉6300g、大豆分离蛋白630g、结晶果糖3500g、麦片粉2800g、低聚异麦芽糖2765g、红枣粉1400g、预拌粉1225g、花生粉1050g、燕麦粉1050g、枸杞粉700g、薏米粉700g、L-阿拉伯糖700g、黑芝麻粉700g、黑米粉700g、黑豆粉700g、葛根粉700g、山药粉700g、鹰嘴豆粉700g、魔芋粉700g、核桃粉700g、混合果蔬粉700g、园苞车前子壳175g、辣木叶粉35g;每种原料符合相应的产品标准。
预混合:在十万级洁净区内将红豆粉、大豆分离蛋白、麦片粉、低聚异麦芽糖、红枣粉、预拌粉、枸杞粉、薏米粉、L-阿拉伯糖、黑芝麻粉、黑米粉、黑豆粉、葛根粉、山药粉、鹰嘴豆粉、魔芋粉、核桃粉、混合果蔬粉,分别过40目筛,并按照配比放入到混合机内进行预混,预混时间为10min,得到混合粉。
总混合:在十万级洁净区内,在混合粉中加入结晶果糖、燕麦粉、花生粉、园苞车前子壳、辣木叶粉,分别过40目筛,并按照配比置于三维运动混合机内与预混合步骤得到的混合粉混合进行总混,混合转速为15r/min,混合时间为30min,得到营养素,将营养素置于复合膜分装机内进行分装,分装:35g/袋,分装速度2000袋/小时,物料损耗率0.5%;分装后检测其密封性和装量,上述过程全部在十万级洁净区内进行,生产相关设备定期清洁消毒,生产过程中严格保持生产车间及操作人员自身的洁净,避免生产过程中的微生物污染。分装结束后,进行外包装,对包装后产品抽样检测,检测包装密封性及每袋裝重,此外检测产品的各项理化指标、微生物指标、重金属和农药残余量指标,检测结果如表3所示,取样质检合格的成品打包入库。

人体试食实验
1、实验方法:
排除孕妇、哺乳期妇女和对本发明所述代餐食品过敏者,共观察血淤体质者120名,以受试样品代替主食。取实例1产品35g,加入250ml热水冲调后食用,受试样品给予服用时间35天,试食结束后,观察实验人群的症状及血常规、血液流变等指标。
2、实验结果:
通过对受试人群的观察,其中BMI(身体质量指数)指数下降比例大于15%的占64%,BMI指数5%-15%之间的占34%,BMI下降比例0-5%的占2%。该数据表明,本发明的营养素对改善血淤体质有一定的效果。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种用于改善血淤体质的多维膳食营养素,该营养素为固体饮料,其特征在于:包括多种粉料A各10-30份、多种粉料B各1-10份、多种粉料C各0.1-1份、预拌粉1-10份;
所述粉料A包括:红豆粉、大豆分离蛋白;
所述粉料B包括:麦片粉、低聚异麦芽糖、红枣粉、枸杞粉、薏米粉、L-阿拉伯糖、黑芝麻粉、黑米粉、黑豆粉、葛根粉、山药粉、鹰嘴豆粉、魔芋粉、核桃粉、混合果蔬粉、结晶果糖、花生粉、燕麦粉;
所述粉料C包括:园苞车前子壳、辣木叶粉;
所述预拌粉按照重量份包括以下配料:木糖醇7份、葛根5份、山楂4份、桃仁5份、白芷10份、白果4份、桔梗10份、橘红5份、肉桂5份、血橙果粉10份、花生肽5份、营养酵母粉6份、LalminFe10酵母粉6份、LalminZn50酵母粉6份、LalminVit D酵母粉6份、LalminVit-RDA500酵母粉6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于改善血淤体质的多维膳食营养素,其特征在于:该营养素为固体饮料,按照重量份包括以下配料:红豆粉18份、大豆分离蛋白18份、结晶果糖10份、麦片粉8份、低聚异麦芽糖7.9份、红枣粉4份、预拌粉3.5份、花生粉3份、燕麦粉3份、枸杞粉2份、薏米粉2份、L-阿拉伯糖2份、黑芝麻粉2份、黑米粉2份、黑豆粉2份、葛根粉2份、山药粉2份、鹰嘴豆粉2份、魔芋粉2份、核桃粉2份、混合果蔬粉2份、园苞车前子壳0.5份、辣木叶粉0.1份。
