高血脂症是一种常见的疾病,系人体脂代谢失常所致,主要指血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白水平过高或高密度脂蛋白水平过低。高血脂症早期没有明显的临床症状,它对身体的损害是隐匿性、渐行性的,而且是全身性的。因为高血脂可加速动脉粥样硬化,一旦动脉堵塞,就会引起很多疾病,如心脑血管疾病、肾脏病、肝脏疾病等。心脑血管疾病是中老年人致死的主要原因,是威胁人类健康的头号杀手。据世界卫生组织统计,每年大约有1700万人死于这种慢性疾病,占全球总死亡人数的30%左右。换言之,平均每3个死者中,就有1个是由心血管疾病引起的。

实施例1:

取苹果、香蕉、桔子、橙子、梨、凤梨、番茄、胡萝卜、猕猴桃、南瓜、树莓、杏、草莓、白葡萄、花椰菜、番石榴、芒果、甜瓜、莫利洛黑樱桃、西番莲、桃子、李子、菠菜、绿豌豆、甘蓝、蘑菇、红甜菜、柠檬各一份,榨汁、过滤、浓缩、调配、喷雾干燥(1:1加入载体麦芽糊精)而成。
取小麦经清理、磨浆、灭酶、滚筒干燥、粉碎,得麦片粉
取凤梨、木瓜、胡萝卜各一份,经切块、榨汁、发酵(常温)、低温浓缩、冷冻干燥制成综合果蔬酵素粉。
取大麦青苗粉12份、混合谷物粉30份、混合果蔬粉18份、麦片粉4份、低聚果糖15份、魔芋粉8份、结晶果糖7份、圆苞车前子壳3份、综合果蔬酵素0.5份、大豆分离蛋白2份、复配益生菌0.5份,置于二维运动混合机混合30min,得产品。
实施例2:
正常动物实验
实验设一个对照组和一个剂量组,禁食3-4小时,按血糖水平分组,对照组给予普通饲料喂养,剂量组给予实例1样品喂养,连续30天后测空腹血糖值。
表1使用产品对血糖正常动物空腹血糖值的影响
由表1可知,剂量组实验前后血糖变化值于对照组无显著性差异,可判定服用实例1产品对正常动物的空腹血糖值无影响。
实施例3:
胰岛素损伤高血糖模型:通过注射四氧嘧啶造模,血糖值10-25mmol/L为高血糖模型.
实验设一个实验组,一个模型组,一个空白对照组,实例组给予实例1样品代餐,模型组和空白组给予普通饲料,受试样品给予时间30天。
测空腹血糖值,比较剂量组和模型对照组动物血糖值及下降百分率。
表2产品对胰岛损伤高血糖动物模型的影响
由表2可知,模型组与空白组实验前后血糖值无显著差异(P≥0.05),判定实验成立;实例组实验前后血糖值有显著差异(P≤0.05),判断实例1样品空腹血糖指标结果阳性。
实施例4:
实验模型:胰岛素抵抗,糖\脂代谢紊乱模型
实验设一个实例组、一个模型对照组、一个空白对照组,每组15只,空白对照组不做处理;实例组给予实例1产品代替饲料,空白组和模型对照组给予普通饲料。连续饲养45天后,禁食3-4小时,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯水平(TG)。
表3样品对高血脂模型小鼠血脂的影响
由表3可知,实例组实验前后血糖下降百分率对比模型和空白组有显著差异,判定实例1样品对降低血脂指标结果阳性。

所述圆苞车前子壳是以圆苞车前种子外壳为原料,经碾磨后制得。

所述综合果蔬酵素是由新鲜果蔬经萃取、发酵、浓缩、冷冻干燥而成。

所述复配益生菌由植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌复配而成,其乳酸菌数≥3.0×1010。
