Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,包括双面胶放料盘、双面胶卷收料盘、铝带放料盘、铝带卷料盘和冲压模具,双面胶放料盘与冲压模具之间,以及履带放料盘与冲压模具之间均设置有定位送料装置;定位送料装置包括导料板、丝杆直线滑台、滑座和定位机构,导料板的一端连接冲压模具,丝杆直线滑台设置在导料板的下方,滑座于丝杆直线滑台的滑块固连,滑座的顶部设置有延伸到导料板上方的支座,定位机构包括基座、两根定位针和升降气缸,定位针安装在基座的底部,基座滑接于支座中,升降气缸驱动基座升降。高精度的丝杆直线滑台精确控制料带的每一次步进距离,提高了双面胶料带与铝片料带在冲压模具中的相对位置精度。

铝片贴胶下料自动化设备
技术领域
本发明属于模切技术领域,尤其是涉及铝片贴胶下料自动化设备。
背景技术
如图1所示的一种铝片产品,其内冲制有凸包A,凸包的底部贴附有双面胶B。上述铝片产品的常规制作工艺是:采用模具在铝带上冲制出连续的凸包,再将双面胶与铝带交叉放置在冲切模具中,冲头下行将铝片产品从铝带中分离,铝片自动落下与双面胶料带中事先模切好的双面胶贴合。铝片采用以上工艺能实现铝片产品的全自动化生产,能大幅度提高产能。现有的双面胶与铝片采用的是模内定位方式,双面胶与铝带之间的相对位置精度不高,因此现有的贴胶装置不能满足高精度铝片产品的生产要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种定位精度高、生产品质稳定的铝片贴胶下料自动化设备。
为达前述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,包括双面胶放料盘、双面胶卷收料盘、铝带放料盘、铝带卷料盘和冲压模具,所述双面胶放料盘与双面胶卷收料盘分别设置在冲压模具的两侧,所述铝带放料盘与铝带卷料盘分别设置在冲压模具的另外两侧;所述双面胶放料盘与冲压模具之间,以及履带放料盘与冲压模具之间均设置有定位送料装置;所述定位送料装置包括导料板、丝杆直线滑台、滑座和定位机构,所述导料板的一端连接所述冲压模具,所述丝杆直线滑台设置在所述导料板的下方,所述滑座于所述丝杆直线滑台的滑块固连,所述滑座的顶部设置有延伸到所述导料板上方的支座,所述定位机构包括基座、两根定位针和升降气缸,所述定位针安装在所述基座的底部,所述基座滑接于所述支座中,所述升降气缸驱动所述基座升降。
在本技术方案中,双面胶放料盘中装盘的双面胶已采用模切工艺连续裁切出产品所需要的外形,铝带放料盘中装盘的铝带已预冲制好凸包;铝片料带由对应的定位送料装置按照固定步距送进冲压模具内,双面胶料带由对应的定位送料装置送进冲压模具内,双面胶料带位于铝片料带的下方,两款料带成十字型交叉送料;冲压模具中的冲头下行冲下铝片,并将铝片压在对应的双面胶上;冲头上行后,定位送料装置将双面胶料带和铝片料带向前步进一个距离,双面胶卷收料盘将粘贴有铝片的双面胶料带卷收,铝带卷料盘将铝带废料卷收。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:通过设置定位送料装置来控制双面胶料带与铝片料带的步进送料进度,高精度的丝杆直线滑台精确控制料带的每一次步进距离,提高了双面胶料带与铝片料带在冲压模具中的相对位置精度,保证了铝片产品的生产品质稳定。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例
请参阅图2中所示的铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,包括双面胶放料盘10、双面胶卷收料盘20、铝带放料盘30、铝带卷料盘(图中未示出)和冲压模具40,双面胶放料盘与双面胶卷收料盘分别设置在冲压模具的两侧,铝带放料盘与铝带卷料盘分别设置在冲压模具的另外两侧。双面胶放料盘中装盘的双面胶已采用模切工艺连续裁切出产品所需要的外形,铝带放料盘中装盘的铝带已预冲制好凸包。参见图3,冲压模具包括冲头41、下模板42和下垫板43,下模板与下垫板之间设置有一条两端贯通的导料槽44。参见图4,铝片料带C从下模板的上方穿过,双面胶料带D从导料槽中穿过,双面胶料带位于铝片料带的下方,两款料带成十字型交叉送料。冲压模具中的冲头下行冲下铝片,并将铝片压在对应的双面胶上;冲头上行后,定位送料装置将双面胶料带和铝片料带向前步进一个距离,双面胶卷收料盘将粘贴有铝片的双面胶料带卷收,铝带卷料盘将铝带废料卷收。
在双面胶放料盘与冲压模具之间,以及履带放料盘与冲压模具之间均设置有定位送料装置50。参见图5,定位送料装置包括导料板51、丝杆直线滑台52、滑座53和定位机构,导料板的一端连接冲压模具,丝杆直线滑台设置在导料板的下方,滑座于丝杆直线滑台的滑块固连,滑座的顶部设置有延伸到导料板上方的支座55,定位机构包括基座54、两根定位针(图中未示出)和升降气缸56,定位针安装在基座的底部,基座滑接于支座中,升降气缸驱动基座升降。升降气缸带动定位针下降插在双面胶料带和铝片料带中预成型的定位孔内,丝杆直线滑台驱动定位机构连同料带向前步进移动一个距离,完成送料。通过设置定位送料装置来控制双面胶料带与铝片料带的步进送料进度,高精度的丝杆直线滑台精确控制料带的每一次步进距离,提高了双面胶料带与铝片料带在冲压模具中的相对位置精度,保证了铝片产品的生产品质稳定。

1.铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,包括双面胶放料盘、双面胶卷收料盘、铝带放料盘、铝带卷料盘和冲压模具,所述双面胶放料盘与双面胶卷收料盘分别设置在冲压模具的两侧,所述铝带放料盘与铝带卷料盘分别设置在冲压模具的另外两侧,其特征在于,所述双面胶放料盘与冲压模具之间,以及履带放料盘与冲压模具之间均设置有定位送料装置;所述定位送料装置包括导料板、丝杆直线滑台、滑座和定位机构,所述导料板的一端连接所述冲压模具,所述丝杆直线滑台设置在所述导料板的下方,所述滑座于所述丝杆直线滑台的滑块固连,所述滑座的顶部设置有延伸到所述导料板上方的支座,所述定位机构包括基座、两根定位针和升降气缸,所述定位针安装在所述基座的底部,所述基座滑接于所述支座中,所述升降气缸驱动所述基座升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,其特征在于,所述丝杆直线滑台中采用伺服步进电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,其特征在于,所述冲压模具包括冲头、下模板和下垫板,所述下模板与下垫板之间设置有一条两端贯通的导料槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铝片贴胶下料自动化设备,其特征在于,所述导料槽设置在所述下垫板的顶部。
