Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机动车技术应用的电动驱动装置。该电动驱动装置特别是用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备的锁定装置的组成部分。为此设有:电机(8);连接在下游的多级的传动机构,其中该多级的传动机构作为驱动元件用于对执行元件施加作用;以及为驱动元件提供外壳的驱动装置壳体(13)。该执行元件例如是锁定装置的锁定元件(6)。根据本发明,驱动装置壳体(13)配备有内侧的和/或边缘侧的成型结构(21)。成型结构(21)具有用于各个驱动元件或用于所有驱动元件(8至11)的直接的支承部位(17;18、19)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车技术应用的电动驱动装置,所述电动驱动装置特别是作为用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备的锁定装置的组成部分,所述电动驱动装置具有:电机;设置在下游的多级的传动机构,其中该多级的传动机构作为驱动元件用于对执行元件——例如锁定装置的锁定元件——施加作用;以及为驱动元件提供外壳的驱动装置壳体。
背景技术
已知大量的用于机动车技术应用的电动驱动装置,其例如与车窗玻璃升降器、座椅调节装置、门镜等结合使用。而且,已知这种电动驱动装置与机动车门锁相结合,例如作为拉紧/关闭驱动装置或锁紧驱动装置。所有电动驱动装置的共同点是:通常形成直线的执行运动,并且此时所使用的电动机以直流低电压供电。
具有这种电动驱动装置的锁定装置也被越来越多地用作电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备的组成部分。在文献DE 10 2007 002 025 A1中提出了对此的示例。在此,电动驱动装置作为锁紧设备或锁定装置的组成部分用于相对于充电插座锁定充电插头以防止移除。为此,已知的驱动装置作用于可运动的锁销。
借助于可移动的锁定元件将充电插头可释放地锚定在充电插座中,对于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备而言具有特别重要的意义。因为充电插头建立与作为充电基础设施的组成部分的充电桩的电连接,以便用给存在于电动车辆或混合动力车辆中的电池充电。
因为此时通常以高电压工作,所以需要借助于可移动的锁定元件将充电插头可释放地锚定在充电插座中,以避免对使用者的健康的任何可能的危险。
充电插头相对于充电插座的可释放的锁定还附加地具有重要的意义,因为由此通常可以在使用者与充电柱之间进行明确的分配,以便能够与使用者相关地计算所获取的电能。这种操作方式例如在文献WO 2010/149426 A1中描述。由此特别可以避免所谓的“电流窃取(Stromklau)”。
在根据文献CN 202695855 U的一类现有技术中,整体上设有由塑料制成的多部件式的驱动装置壳体,所述驱动装置壳体包围位于内部的各个驱动元件并且保护各个驱动元件免受环境影响。已知的驱动装置壳体也部分地具有成型结构,所述成型结构例如作为用于安置在其上的轴承或滚珠轴承的接纳轴而起作用,例如借助于轴承或滚珠轴承而支承连接在电机下游的多级的传动机构的齿轮。
这种实施方式一方面由于特别是用于多级的传动机构的附加地设置的支承件而具有不可忽视的重量。另一方面,制造和安装是复杂的,因为在各个驱动元件可以被放置在该驱动装置壳体中之前,相关的支承件必须首先被安装在该驱动装置壳体中。本发明在此整体上做出补救。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是对这种用于机动车技术应用的电动驱动装置进行改进,使得整体上减轻重量并且与现有技术相比降低制造和安装的成本。
为了解决该技术问题,在本发明中的用于机动车技术应用的电动驱动装置的特征在于,驱动装置壳体装备有内侧的和/或边缘侧的成型结构/突出结构,所述成型结构作为用于各个驱动元件的、或所有驱动元件的直接的支承部位起作用或者构成这样的支承部位。也就是说,所述成型结构通常具有用于各个驱动元件或所有驱动元件的直接的支承部位。
在本发明中,驱动装置壳体因此首先具有内侧的和/或边缘侧的成型结构。这种实施方式在原理上也从根据文献CN 202695855 U的现有技术已知。然而与此相反,根据本发明,相关的成型结构用于限定直接的支承部位或者具有这样的直接的支承部位。
术语“直接的支承部位”在此情况下表明,在此支承的相关的驱动元件直接接纳在相关的支承部位中并且既不设置也不存在附加的中间连接的支承件并且这种中间连接的支承件是完全不必要的。在此,本发明基于以下认识:借助于直接的支承部位支承的驱动元件和具有相关的支承部位的成型结构通常由相同或类似的材料、典型地由塑料制成。
由此,在由塑料制成的相关的成型结构中的由塑料制成的直接支承部位与例如可运动地支承在其中的同样也由塑料制成的驱动元件之间整体上并且自动地出现具有较小的摩擦系数(塑料和塑料之间)的滑动支承。因此,像在现有技术中那样,不需要使用附加的中间连接的支承件。由此,根据本发明的电动驱动装置可以特别容易地构造,因为不需要附加的实心支承件。此外,制造和安装明显降低成本,因为取消了附加的支承件及其安装。这是本发明的显著优点。
根据有利的设计方案,成型结构可以配备有用于位置固定的驱动元件的支承部位。这种位置固定的驱动元件示例性地并且大多时候是电动驱动装置的电机。此外,成型结构也可以配备有用于可运动的驱动元件的支承部位。可运动的驱动元件通常是轴,所述轴分别限定多级传动机构的各个级。
所述成型结构有利地成型在驱动装置壳体上,进一步地并且优选地一体成型在驱动装置壳体上。因此,成型结构和驱动装置壳体特别有利地设计为一件式的塑料成型件。由此,驱动装置壳体与成型结构一起并且因此也与驱动元件之中或之上的支承部位一起特别简单、快速且成本有利地进行制造。因此,不需要额外的制造和安装步骤。
实际上,成型结构大多时候设计为驱动装置壳体的壳体肋部。由此,成型结构或壳体肋部承担多重功能。首先,它们用于形成用于各个驱动元件或所有驱动元件的直接的支承部位。此外,成型结构或壳体肋部附加地用于加固驱动装置壳体,这在以下方面来说是重要的:所述的电动驱动装置作为用于电连接设备的锁定装置的优选的组成部分在电动车辆或混合动力车辆中经常承受较高的机械力。
这可以归因于锁定装置的执行元件/调节元件或者说锁定元件通常支承在驱动装置壳体中。一旦锁定元件在锁定状态下沉入充电插头的缺口中并且拉力作用在充电插头上或者说与其连接的电缆上,那么这些拉力通过锁定元件同时也传递到驱动装置壳体上。由此,驱动装置壳体的加固部具有特别的意义。本发明考虑到了设计为壳体肋部的成型结构。
为了特别有利地实现和实施多重功能,相关的壳体肋部通常在横向方向和/或纵向方向上具有延展尺寸/延展部,更确切地说,相对于相关的驱动元件的轴向方向具有延展尺寸。也就是说,驱动元件的轴向方向预先规定了所述纵向方向。因为此外并且有利地多级传动机构的各个轴彼此平行地布置,所以成型结构或壳体肋部为此普遍在横向方向上具有延展尺寸/延展部。由此,同时借助于壳体肋部实现了对驱动装置壳体的期望的加固,因为这些壳体肋部在示例情况下沿相同的方向且彼此间隔开地布置。
支承部位典型地不仅用于支承相关的驱动元件。而且大多时候,支承部位还承担附加功能,使得借助于支承部位轴向地和/或径向地固定相关的驱动元件。
最后,支承部位典型地在驱动元件的安装方向上相应地开放/打开。由此,借助于支承部位支承的驱动元件能够容易地沿相关的安装方向插入到相关的支承部位中或者配合到所述支承部位上,从而因此驱动元件占据其规定的位置并且立即准备好运行。其它安装措施或附加的支承件是明确不需要的。
支承部位用于加固和/或稳定驱动装置壳体。由此能够提供特别稳定的驱动装置壳体,这尤其在鉴于锁定装置必须能够承受的高的力方面是特别有利的。
最后,本发明的措施也旨在实现简单的安装,据此,驱动装置壳体通常两件式地构造并包括具有成型结构的下壳和作为下壳的封闭装置的、封闭该下壳的上壳。因为下壳与成型结构直接在相关的驱动元件插入之后可投入使用,所以根据本发明的电动驱动装置可以在封闭下壳的上壳的随后的安装之后而安装在电动车辆或混合动力车辆的车身中或车身上。所有这些都能简单地并且以相对于现有技术明显的成本优点实现。

具体实施方式
在根据图3的概览图中示出了用于机动车技术应用的电动驱动装置。在该实施例的范围内且非限制性地,电动驱动装置是用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备的锁定装置的组成部分。为此,在根据图2A至2C的相关的电动车辆或混合动力车辆的图示中仅基本地示出了车身1。车身1配备有缺口2。
充电插座3位于缺口2中。充电插座3可以与充电插头4以电地和可释放地锁定的方式耦合,为此将该充电插头导入车身1中的缺口2中并且以电连接的方式与充电插座3耦合。
为此目的,充电插头4具有在图1中仅简略示出的插接触点5,该插接触点在充电插座3的内部接合到相关的插口5'中。当然也可以相反地进行。在这种情况下,充电插座3配备有插接触点5,该插接触点可释放地接合到充电插头4的相关的插口5'中,然而这并未被示出。
为了将充电插头4与充电插座3可释放地锁定,设有可移动的锁定元件6。在该实施例中,可移动的锁定元件6是由塑料制成的锁定销或锁定杆。在替代的实施方案中,锁定元件6也可以由金属制成。根据示例性的实施例,锁定元件6设计为塑料注塑件或可以形成这种塑料注塑件。为了能够相对于充电插座3可释放地锁定充电插头4,锁定元件6接合到充电插头4中的相关的缺口7中。此外,锁定元件6在相对于充电插座3锁定充电插头4时附加地还接合到充电插座3中的缺口7'中。在图2A中示出充电插头4相对于充电插座3的解锁状态。图2C示出锁定的状态。在图2B中示出从锁定元件6的解锁位置到锁定位置的过渡。
锁定元件6可以相对于两个缺口7、7'移动,以便建立或取消在充电插头4与充电插座3之间的锁定。与此相对应的是如图1中的双箭头所示的锁定元件6沿其纵向方向的运动。根据示例性的实施例,根据本发明的电动驱动装置确保锁定元件6的执行运动。锁定元件6的纵向方向垂直于在其中布置有驱动装置的轴9、10、11的平面延伸。在驱动装置壳体13上的密封件12确保了锁定元件6在其执行运动过程中相对于驱动装置壳体13被密封。
电动驱动装置被容纳在自身的驱动装置壳体13中并且由驱动装置壳体13作为整体包围。这适用于所有的驱动元件、即电机8和连接在电机8下游的多级的传动机构。以外,由于所述锁定元件6支承在驱动装置壳体13中,所以整体上提供了准备好用于安装的组件或者说安装模块。当然,如下解决方案也属于本发明,在所述解决方案中,驱动装置和充电插座3被容纳在共同的壳体中。然而这未被示出。
驱动装置包括电机8、第一轴9、第二轴10、第三轴11和锁定臂119,锁定元件6贴靠在该锁定臂上。通过电机8和轴9-11使锁定臂119处于运动中,由此移动锁定元件6。在此,锁定臂19垂直于在其中布置有轴9-11的平面移动。在该实施例中,锁定臂119和锁定元件6彼此一体地构造。
锁定元件6具有带有突出部127的阶梯状的构造,使得锁定元件6具有在突出部127上的位于较高处的第一支承面129和位于较低处的第二支承面128。“位于较高处”和“位于较低处”的相对的说明在此涉及与锁定元件6的壳体侧的端部之间的间距。借助于两个支承面128、129可以检测充电插头4是否已经被足够深地导入充电插座3中。这是利用了以下事实:在正常运行中、即在充电插头4被足够深地导入充电插座3中时,锁定元件6不仅穿过充电插头4的缺口7、而且接合到充电插座的缺口7'中,以便实现锁定。在此,缺口7、7'在其相对于彼此的尺寸和取向方面这样选择,即,使得在正常运行中锁定元件6被引导穿过充电插头4中的缺口7并且利用突出部127导入充电插座3的缺口7'中,而第二支承面128贴靠在充电插头3的表面上并且由此使锁定元件6的运动停住。此外监控在锁定元件6停住之前驱动装置的电机8运行多长时间,例如通过监控轴9-10中之一的转数或者通过监控电机8的电流消耗来实现。由此可以确定是否正常运行。如果充电插头3未被足够深地导入,则第一支承面129已经在突出部127上贴靠在充电插头3上的突出部127上并且锁定元件6已被提前停止。附加地,可以识别第三种情况,即,如果充电插头3断裂并且因此即使在其足够深地导入的情况下也不能确保可靠的锁定。在这种情况下,锁定元件6可以与在正常运行中相比更深地导入。
驱动装置或者说电动驱动装置由电机8和传动机构组成,该传动机构包括第一轴9、第二轴10和第三轴11。第一轴9形成电机8的输出轴并且通过优选设计为渐开线齿部(Evoloid-Verzahnung)的齿部122与第二轴10啮合。第二轴10同样具有齿部123,第二轴10通过该齿部与第三轴11啮合。第二轴10的齿部123也可以设计为渐开线齿部。渐开线齿部在相对紧凑的空间需求中提供较高的乃至非常高的传动比,例如为1:30,1:80,1:140或1:320的传动比。第三轴11根据该实施例并且非限制性地通过偏心体或者说销17在考虑导向机构14、15的情况下传递到锁定元件6上并且将通过驱动装置引起的调节运动传递到锁定元件6上。
第三轴11除了与第二轴的齿部123啮合的第一齿部124之外还具有第二齿部125,该第二齿部布置在第三轴11的、与第一齿部124对置的端部上。第二齿部125用于驱动开关操纵件130,通过该开关操纵件来操纵设计为微型开关的传感器16。借助于微型开关的操纵来检测第三轴11的进行的转动。微型开关由此检测第三轴11已转动了多少或驱动装置已运行了多长时间。
借助于驱动装置,锁定元件6进行相对于导向机构14、15的执行运动。根据示例性的实施例,导向机构14、15两件式地构造并且基本上由一方面的在驱动装置壳体13中的位置固定的壳体通道部14和另一方面的可运动的支撑部15作为相应的导向机构组成部分14、15组成。
壳体通道部14和锁定元件6可以分别配备有相应的纵向导向件,这没有详细地明确示出。锁定元件6的纵向导向件作为导向机构组成部分可以是沿纵向方向延伸的支腿/条或也可以是沿纵向方向延伸的槽。与此相对地,壳体通道部14的纵向导向件被设计为适配于锁定元件6的沿纵向方向延伸的支腿的对应的槽。一旦具有在纵向方向上延伸的槽的锁定元件6被设计为纵向导向件,则宜为壳体通道部14配备接合到相应的槽中的凸缘。当然也可以考虑混合形式。对于锁定元件6具有例如角部或者整体上具有多边形构造来代替在该实施例中所实施的圆柱形状的情况而言,原则上也可以不需要这种相应的纵向导向件。
纵向导向件或可运动的支撑部15在示例性的实施例中设置在驱动装置8至11的轴11的偏移部/弯曲部上。实际上,根据该实施例的相关的轴11具有销16,该销在图示的情况下是轴11的偏移部。
锁定元件6包括导向机构14、15并且所描述的电动驱动装置在整体上形成之前已经提到的用于电连接设备的锁定装置。代替作用于锁定元件6的方案,电机8与连接在下游的多级的传动机构一起也可以用于对以不同方式设计的执行元件进行作用,然而这在附图中未示出。
根据本发明,驱动装置壳体13设计为两件式的。实际上,该驱动装置壳体基本上由下壳13a和作为下壳13a的封闭装置的、封闭下壳13a的上壳13b组成(参见图3和图4)。此外,驱动装置壳体13具有内侧的和/或边缘侧的成型结构21。相关的成型结构21形成用于各个驱动元件或所有驱动元件的直接的支承部位17;18、19或者本身作为这样的支承部位17;18、19起作用。
相关的支承部位17是下述的这种支承部位,即,借助于该支承部位在示例性的实施例中可以将位置固定的驱动元件8支承在驱动装置壳体13的内部。位置固定的驱动元件8在此是之前已经描述的电机8。该电机在其壳体的端侧分别配备有圆柱形的凸出部,这些凸出部位于用于所述位置固定的驱动元件或电机8的相关的支承部位17中并且被接纳在其中。在此,相关的支承部位17位于相关的成型结构21中。成型结构21如在其它成型结构21中那样整体上是壳体肋部,该壳体肋部在示例性的实施例中不仅用于支承驱动元件,而且附加地还整体上加固驱动装置壳体13。
除了之前提到的用于位置固定的驱动元件或电机8的支承部位17之外,则还设置有另外的支承部位18、19,这些支承部位被使用并用于支承可运动的驱动元件。在该实施例中,可运动的驱动元件9至11涉及连接在电机8下游的多级的传动机构的轴。
实际上,在此设置有电机8的输出轴9,该输出轴与具有相关的轴10的多级传动机构的第二级通过齿轮啮合。轴10又与另一个输出侧的轴11耦合。轴11具有偏移部或销16并且因此具有偏心体。销16接合到作为之前已经提到的用于锁定元件6的导向部14、15的导向部组成部分的支撑部15中。
各个轴分别彼此平行地布置。此外,在该实施例中,各个轴和相关的齿轮有利地由塑料制成。同样的情况适用于所述驱动装置壳体13。因为进一步地设计为壳体肋部的成型结构21优选一体成型在驱动装置壳体13上并且进一步地成型结构21和驱动装置壳体13整体上形成一件式的塑料成型件,所以可运动的驱动元件可以直接地与相关的支承部位18、19耦合。为此,所有的支承部位17;18、19都沿驱动元件8至11的安装方向分别打开/是开放的,根据示例性的实施例,在根据图3的下壳13a的主视图中沿观察者的观察方向向上打开。由此,驱动元件8至11可以从上方被插入相关的支承部位17;18、19中并且之后驱动元件直接准备好待用并且同时也被无缺陷地支承。
由于轴以及因此可运动的由塑料制成的驱动元件的设计方案以及同时成型结构或壳体肋部21同样由塑料制成的事实,在此可整体上看到在相关的支承部位18、19的区域中的滑动支承,所述滑动支承由于“在塑料和塑料之间”摩擦而以特别低的摩擦工作。同时因为用于可运动的驱动元件9至11的支承部位18、19和用于位置固定的驱动元件8的支承部位17一样分别在横截面中U形地并且向上敞开地设置在成型结构或壳体肋部21中,还确保了持久的运行。由此整体上实现了支承部位17;18、19的“直接性”。
壳体肋部21通常具有相对于相关的驱动元件8至11的轴向方向在横向方向上的延展尺寸/伸展部,所述轴向方向与在图3中示出的纵向方向L重合。因为在实施例中轴9至11彼此平行地并且平行于电机8布置,所以轴向方向与驱动装置壳体13的在图1中表明的纵向方向L重合。与此相对地,壳体肋部21主要横向于纵向方向L定向和布置。以这种方式,成型结构或者说壳体肋部21具有沿相同的方向彼此间隔开的布置,即主要是相对于纵向方向L的横向方向,因此可以明了之前所描述的对于驱动装置壳体13的加固。
相应的支承部位17;18、19不仅可以设置为用于轴向固定、而且可以设置为用于径向固定相关的驱动元件8至11。这特别适用于在大致中间的壳体肋部21中的支承部位18,借助于该支承部位将单独的且未明确标明的附加的轴在驱动装置壳体13的内部中支承在曲柄/手柄20处。曲柄20是应急解锁装置的组成部分。借助于应急解锁装置或曲柄20,在电机8失效时仍然可以如此对多级的传动机构进行作用,即,使得由此使锁定元件6移动到其缩回的位置中,并且由此从充电插头4中的缺口7中脱离并且也相对于充电插座3中的缺口7'脱离。由此,充电插头4即使在驱动装置失效时也能相对于充电插座3被应急解锁。第三轴11具有第三齿部126,该第三齿部在实施例中设计为单个的齿。在应急操纵时,可以借助于曲柄20驱动的应急解锁装置作用到第三齿部126上,以便使第三轴11复位并且进而使整个驱动装置复位。
如已经阐述的那样,驱动装置壳体13有利地设计为两件式的。为此,驱动装置壳体13具有在图3中主要示出的下壳13a,该下壳包括具有相关的支承部位17;18、19的成型结构21并且限定该成型结构。下壳13a可以如所述那样沿安装方向装配有驱动元件8至11。随后将在图4中示出的上壳13b放置到已装配的下壳13a上并且由此驱动装置壳体13闭合。因为电动的驱动装置8至11与锁定元件6组合并且整体上容纳在驱动装置壳体13中,所以提供安装好的组件或模块以用于直接安装在车身1之中或之上。在此当然必须确保操作者在可能的并且必要的应急解锁时能够接触并且作用在所述曲柄20上。因此,原则上至少曲柄20必须能从外部接近。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备的电动驱动装置,所述电动驱动装置作为用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的电连接设备的锁定装置的组成部分,所述电动驱动装置具有:电机(8);设置在下游的多级的传动机构,其中该多级的传动机构作为驱动元件对执行元件施加作用;以及为驱动元件提供外壳的驱动装置壳体(13),
其特征在于,驱动装置壳体(13)配备有内侧的和/或边缘侧的成型结构(21),该成型结构具有用于各个的驱动元件或用于所有驱动元件的直接的支承部位(17;18、19);成型结构(21)配备有用于可运动的驱动元件的直接的支承部位(18、19);成型结构(21)和驱动装置壳体(13)设计为一件式的塑料成型件;并且成型结构(21)设计为驱动装置壳体(13)的壳体肋部;
可运动的驱动元件也由塑料制成,因此在由塑料制成的用于可运动的驱动元件的直接的支承部位(18、19)与可运动地支承在其中的同样也由塑料制成的驱动元件之间出现滑动支承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,成型结构(21)配备有用于位置固定的驱动元件(8)的支承部位(17)。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,壳体肋部相对于相关的驱动元件的轴向方向在横向方向和/或纵向方向(L)上具有延展尺寸。
4.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,支承部位(17、18、19)设置为用于轴向地和/或径向地固定相关的驱动元件。
5.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,支承部位(17、18、19)分别在驱动元件(8至11)的安装方向上是开放的。
6.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,驱动装置壳体(13)两件式地构造并包括具有成型结构(21)的下壳(13a)和作为下壳(13a)封闭装置的、封闭下壳(13a)的上壳(13b)。
7.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,支承部位(17、18、19)用于加固和/或稳定驱动装置壳体(13)。
8.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的电动驱动装置,其特征在于,所述执行元件为锁定装置的锁定元件(6)。
