Description
(項目1)
自動車用途向け電動駆動装置、特に、電気自動車またはハイブリッド自動車用の電気接続装置のロック装置の構成要素としての電動駆動装置であって、電気モータ(8)を備え、さらに、例えば前記ロック装置のロック要素(6)の作動要素に作用するための駆動要素として下流側に配置される多段変速機も備え、前記駆動要素を収容する駆動装置ハウジング(13)を備える、電動駆動装置において、前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)が、個々の駆動要素または前記駆動要素のすべてのための直接軸受点(17、18、19)を有する内側および/または縁側突出部(21)を備えることを特徴とする、電動駆動装置。

前記突出部(21)が、固定駆動要素(8)のための軸受点(17)を備えることを特徴とする、項目1に記載の電動駆動装置。

前記突出部(21)が、可動駆動要素(8~11)のための軸受点(18、19)を備えることを特徴とする、項目1または2に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目4)
前記突出部(21)が、好ましくは前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)上に一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、項目1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目5)
前記突出部(21)および前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)が、一体のプラスチック成形物として設計されることを特徴とする、項目4に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目6)
前記突出部(21)が、前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)上にハウジングリブとして構成されることを特徴とする、項目1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目7)
前記ハウジングリブが、前記関連する駆動要素の軸線方向と比べると横方向および/または縦方向(L)の広がりを有することを特徴とする、項目1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目8)
前記軸受点(17、18、19)が、前記関連する駆動要素を軸線方向および/または半径方向に固定するように構成されることを特徴とする、項目1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目9)
前記軸受点(17、18、19)がそれぞれ前記駆動要素(8~11)の設置方向に開放されることを特徴とする、項目1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目10)
前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)が、前記突出部(21)を含む下側シェル(13a)と前記下側シェル(13a)用のクロージャとして前記下側シェル(13a)を閉鎖する上側シェル(13b)とを有する2つの部分で設計されることを特徴とする、項目1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
(項目11)
前記軸受点(17、18、19)が、前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)の補強および/または安定化に役立つことを特徴とする、項目1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
Claims (8)
- 自動車用途向け電動駆動装置、特に、電気自動車またはハイブリッド自動車用の電気接続装置のロック装置の構成要素としての電動駆動装置であって、電気モータ(8)を備え、さらに、例えば前記ロック装置のロック要素(6)の作動要素に作用するための駆動要素として下流側に配置される多段変速機も備え、前記駆動要素を収容する駆動装置ハウジング(13)を備える、電動駆動装置において、前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)が、個々の駆動要素または前記駆動要素のすべてのための直接軸受点(17、18、19)を有する内側および/または縁側突出部(21)を備え、前記突出部(21)が、前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)上にハウジングリブとして構成され、前記ハウジングリブが、前記関連する駆動要素の軸線方向と比べると横方向および/または縦方向(L)の広がりを有し、前記軸受点(17、18、19)が、前記関連する駆動要素を軸線方向及び半径方向に固定するように構成されることを特徴とする、電動駆動装置。
- 前記突出部(21)が、固定駆動要素(8)のための軸受点(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動駆動装置。
- 前記突出部(21)が、可動駆動要素(8~11)のための軸受点(18、19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電動駆動装置。
- 前記突出部(21)が、好ましくは前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)上に一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
- 前記突出部(21)および前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)が、一体のプラスチック成形物として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動駆動装置。
- 前記軸受点(17、18、19)がそれぞれ前記駆動要素(8~11)の設置方向に開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)が、前記突出部(21)を含む下側シェル(13a)と前記下側シェル(13a)用のクロージャとして前記下側シェル(13a)を閉鎖する上側シェル(13b)とを有する2つの部分で設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
- 前記突出部(21)が、前記駆動装置ハウジング(13)の補強および/または安定化に役立つことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電動駆動装置。
