Abstract
遥控式真空吸尘器,其主体的空腔中有电动机供产生吸力用,集尘室中装有集尘袋供收集电动机吸力所吸引的脏物和灰尘,吸尘器有左右轮由左/右轮驱动部分驱动以移动主体,主体的前下方部分装有一个辅助轮,与转动的左右轮一起转动,主体的前下方部分装有吸尘口,通过吸尘沟道与集尘室连通,其特征在于,主体的前下方配置有辅助吸尘口,以滑动的方式打开或关闭。用软导管即可按手工操作方式吸尘,从而既方便用户又提高了吸尘器实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器,用以通过使用机械装置抽气而清除脏物和灰尘。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种将手工操作方式和遥控操作方式结合起来的遥控式吸尘器。
背景技术
如图1中所示,一般手工操作真空吸尘器的主体41中形成的空腔61四周围是起隔离作用的腔壁(图中未示出)。空腔61中设有电动机43供产生吸力用,电动机43的一侧设有集尘室62,里面装有集尘袋45供电力机43开支起来时收集被吸入主体中的灰尘和外来物质。
此外,电动机43下面还设有左右轮42、44,分别配置在主体41的左右侧供移动主体41用。集尘室62底下设有辅助轮49,相对于主体41配置在中心位置供支撑主体41用。吸尘口50设在主体41的正面,里面装有吸尘软管48,供引导抽气装置(图中未示出)抽进来的含脏物和灰尘的气流进入集尘袋45中。
在这类传统的手工操作的真空吸尘器中,用户操作运行开关时,通过电源线47输来的电能供应给电动机43,从而使运转起来的电动机43产生吸力,把沉集在待清理现场的灰尘和外来物质吸引过去。被吸引的物质通过抽气装置和软导管48进入主体41中,再进入集尘室62的集尘袋45中,完成除尘过程。
连接管上装有把柄,因而用户可用它将吸尘器拉到或推到其它待清理的现场。左右轮42、44和辅助轮49转动就可轻易地将吸尘器移向所选取待清理的现场,在那里通过反复进行除尘动作清理现场。
但这类手工操作的真空吸尘器要求用户清理时随吸尘器一起走动,使用户过度疲劳,从而给用户带来不便。
为解决上述问题,最近设计出了自动驱动式吸尘器,本说明书即将讨论其中的遥控式真空吸尘器。图1和图2中相同的元件用同样的编号表示。
图2是遥控式自动真空吸尘器主体的纵向剖视图。这种吸尘器正面下方配备有吸尘口51,供在遥控操作方式下抽取脏物和灰尘,供手工操作装有软导管48的吸尘口50(见图1)处于关闭状态。
此外,吸尘口51通过吸尘沟道53与集尘袋45联接。
另外,主体100的左右轮42、44由相应的左右电动机驱动部分132、134驱动,以便沿所要求的方向移动吸尘器。驱动部分132,134的细节稍后即将说明。
图3是说明图2遥控式真空吸尘器一个实施例的原理方框图。该遥控系统由遥控器10和主体100组成。
遥控器10根据用户的操作(这最好是用控制杆操纵)产生要遥控用的信号。如图4中所示,所采用的控制杆有一个可调触头11、四个对应于各方向的触头12至15,一个操作按键16,一个编码器17和一个发射级18。
当用户拨动控制杆的手柄时,可调触头11就移动,而与四个触头的其中一个触头相接触。任何一个触头与可调触头11接合就会产生接触信号,接触信号提供给编码器17。操作按键16根据用户的操作产生操作按键信号。
经编码的操作按键信号和来自各触头12至15的接触信号从编码器17输出,再传送给发射级18,接着由发射级18将用载波调制过的编码信号传送给主体100。
此外,如图3中所示,主体100包括解码器115、控制器120、左右轮电动机驱动部分132和134以及电动机驱动部分136。解码器115接收遥控器10发送来的遥控信号,将其提供给控制器120,控制器120于是根据遥控信号产生控制信号,使主体运行清理现场的操作,并按所要求的方向移动主体100。
左轮电动机驱动部分132根据来自控制器120的驱动控制信号驱动左轮,右轮电动机驱动部分132则根据来自控制器120的驱动控制信号驱动右轮44。电动机驱动部分136根据来自控制器120的驱动控制信号驱动电动机43。
现在参照附图图2至图4详细说明上述那种结构的遥控式真空吸尘器的操作程序。
用户可以操纵遥控器10,即最好是上面有操作按键16的控制杆。按键16给编码器17发送操作按键信号,由编码器17将收到的信号编码之后提供给发射级18。发射级18用载波信号调制所收到的信号,再通过天线传送给主体100。主体的接收天线收到发送来的信号之后将之传送给解码器115。经解码的信号提供给控制器120。
接着,控制器120产生控制信号供驱动装在主体100中的电动机43,其中电动机43的驱动是通过接收控制信号的电动机驱动部分136进行的。被起动的电动机43产生的吸力适宜通过吸尘刷(图中未示出)吸引例如地板上的脏物和灰尘。接着,外来物质通过吸尘口51,最后收集在集尘室62中。
另一方面,用户要移动主体100时,操作遥控器10或控制杆的手柄使其向所要求的方向倾斜。使它与位于所要求方向的触头相接触。来自触头的接触信号提供给编码器17,经编码器17编码和调制后通过天线传送给主体100。
遥控器10发送来的信号通过主体100的天线接收下来。接收下来的信号由解码器115解码,解码器115耦合到控制器120,因而经解码的信号由控制器120接收下来。控制器根据解码信号产生控制信号以移动主体100,控制信号则分别驱动左右电动机驱动部分132,134,从而使主体100根据遥控信号而移动。
举例说,用户可以沿正方向倾斜控制杆的手柄使可调触头11与前触头12接触,从而产生接触信号,将其提供给编码器17。根据其后的上述各程序,将其主体100的左右轮都转动起来使主体向前移动。
若用户为将主体100往左移动而使控制杆的手柄向左边方向倾斜,左触头13就与可调触头11接触。根据由此产生的接触信号,遥控信号传送给主体100,于是只有主体的右轮根据从驱动右轮电动机驱动部分134的控制器120来的控制信号进入被驱动状态。
要使主体100向左前方移动,用户可相应地沿左前方方向操纵控制杆的手柄,从而使触头12和13与可调触头11接触。于是,与此有关的遥控信号就传送到主体100。控制器120驱动右轮电动机驱动部分134,以较高的转速驱动右轮,同时驱动左轮电动机驱动部分134,以较低的转速驱动左轮。
传统的遥控式真空吸尘器由于在主体100的左下方配备有吸尘口51,因而只能在遥控操作方式下使。在某些情况下,视待清理现场的具体情况而定,往往需要在手工操作方式下运行,而上述那种传统的吸尘器不能在手工操作方式下使用,不实用。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种在任何待清理的现场能以手工操作方式运行从而提高其实用性并给用户带来方便的遥控式真空吸尘器。
上述目的是通过一种由下列各部分组成的遥控式真空吸尘器达到的:这种遥控式真空吸尘器,适于根据遥控器发出的控制信号使其走动,用电动机的吸力清理远离使用者的场所,所述真空吸尘器包括:
一个辅助吸尘口,可以根据待清理现场的具体情况将手工吸尘操作与自动吸尘操作结合起来;这种切换是通过从辅助吸尘口插入或拔出软导管(48),然后封闭或开启主吸尘口的吸尘沟道(53)而实现的,和
给辅助吸尘口配备的开关装置,供打开或关闭辅助吸尘口用;
其中,所述开关装置包括一个沿导槽滑行的吸尘口滑板和一个推动滑板的手柄。
上述结构的真空吸尘器用一个软导管即可手工操作吸尘器,从而方便了用户,还提高了其实用性。

具体实施方式
现在参阅附图说明本说明的第一最佳实施例。
图5示出了本发明遥控真空吸尘器主体的纵向剖视图。吸尘器主体100的空腔中配备有产生吸力的电动机43,电动机的一侧是集尘室62,吸尘室62的集尘45用以收集电动机43运转时被吸引入主体内的灰尘和外来物质。
此外,电动机43下面配备有左右轮42,44,分别配置在主体41的左右侧,用以移动主体41,此外还配备有受激的左/右电动机驱动部分132、134。集尘室62下方,在相对于主体41中心的位置配备有辅助轮49,供支撑主体41用。主体41的左下侧配备有吸尘口51,通过吸尘沟道53、53′与集尘室62连通。
这里,在吸尘器正面还配备有辅助吸尘口52,以便在手工吸尘操作时装上所需的软导管48。辅助吸尘口52与吸尘沟道53′连通。辅助吸尘口52配备有开关装置200,开关装置200可竖向滑动,打开和关闭辅助吸尘口52。
主体100内设有滑槽101,供辅助吸尘口52打开或关闭时引导开关装置200用。
此外,开关装置200还包括沿滑槽滑动的辅助吸尘口滑板210和推动滑板210的手柄220。
现在参阅图5和图6说明本发明遥控真空吸尘器的操作过程。
通常,为了用户方便起见,用户可以用遥控式真空吸尘器遥控清理面积较大的诸如地板或昂道尔(On-dol)地板(昂道亦是指朝鲜式地下室加热系统)。
在遥控操作方式下清理现场的过程中,在辅助吸尘口52严密关闭的情况下,电动机43产生的吸力使吸尘沟道53、53′内处于真空状态,从而也使开关装置200因电动机43的吸力而将辅助吸尘口52完全关闭。
用户想清理象角落部分或橱柜顶部之类难以清理的特殊部位时,开关装置200就沿导槽101将辅助吸尘口52打开,如图6中所示,然后将软导管48的两端插入吸尘口51中装上。这使其把与集尘室62连通的吸尘沟道53关闭,从而使另一沟道53′与软管48内部连通。
吸尘器如上述那样装配好之后,接通电源。于是,电动机43的吸力不是通过吸尘口51而是通过软导管48作用,从而可以用手工方式操纵吸尘器。
此外,当按自动操作使用吸尘器时,光将软导管48从辅助吸尘口52卸下,再将原先移到导槽101上游的开关装置200往下游移。于是,滑板210将辅助吸尘口52关闭,从而使吸尘沟道53打开,可以进行遥控吸尘。
综上所述,本发明将手工操作与自动操作结合起来,既方便了用户,又提高了实用性和产品的使用价值。
Claims (1)
1.一种遥控式真空吸尘器,适于根据遥控器发出的控制信号使其走动,用电动机的吸力清理远离使用者的场所,所述真空吸尘器包括:
一个辅助吸尘口,可以根据待清理现场的具体情况将手工吸尘操作与自动吸尘操作结合起来;这种切换是通过从辅助吸尘口插入或拔出软导管(48),然后封闭或开启主吸尘口的吸尘沟道(53)而实现的,和
给辅助吸尘口配备的开关装置,供打开或关闭辅助吸尘口用;
其中,所述开关装置包括一个沿导槽滑行的吸尘口滑板和一个推动滑板的手柄。
