Abstract

本发明涉及一种双座小汽车,它要求最小的使用 面积而材料方面不增加结构和重量的花费,并且在发 生撞击时提供尽可能大的安全保证。本发明所采用 的措施是使副驾驶座相对驾驶座向后移动半个座位 软垫的深度并在后轴区域中设置外侧横梁,在车体的 尾部没有悬梁越过后梁,这样在发生后部撞击时由后 轴吸收撞击力。

Description

至今为止,小型交通工具或者在乘坐人员有狭窄的空间感的同时其前、后和侧面的撞击性能极差,或者在内部空间同样狭小的同时具有巨大的外形尺寸,这将导致空间利用效率恶劣,这对于明显地减小交通面积利用率也是无益的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种双座小汽车的方案,这种小汽车以最小的交通面积要求在没有大的结构和重量的提高所致的材料消耗的情况下为乘员提供尽可能大的安全性。
根据本发明,通过下述特征的组合实现上述目的:
a).副驾驶座相对于其旁边的驾驶座大约纵向向后移动半个座位软垫的深度设置;
b).一个设置在座位前的加强板在其副驾驶侧区域中于转向座位的一侧向后延伸,从而使加强板和驾驶以及副驾驶座位前沿之间的距离基本相等;
c).外侧纵梁在后轴区域中于弯曲部分处至少弯至轮胎上缘的高度,从而至少对副驾驶座予以侧向冲击力的保护;和
d).运输工具的车体实际上没有悬梁越过后梁,这样在尾部撞击时形成一个强大的尾部的撞击之前,后轴便吸收撞击力。
通过大约半个座位靠垫深度的、从驾驶员至副驾驶员的纵向座位移动,由特征a.使得座位向着更靠近交通工具的中部移动,这样就不会有内部乘员之间的肩部磨擦,两个乘员的空间感和驾驶员的视野得以明显地改善,并且尽管车体宽度狭小也可以在乘员和交通工具外沿之间得到较大的距离,而这对于技术安全和心理都是重要的。
特征b导致,尽管根据特征a.而设置座位,从副驾驶座至加强板的距离同时保持尽可能的大,或者说是有最大的不同以致于在此还可以设置一个充成正常体积的副驾驶空气囊(Beifahrerairbag)。
特征c与特征a一起作用,通过一条反正是必要的纵梁在向后移动的的副驾驶座的区域中在不再增加结构费用的条件下提供一种有效的侧向撞击保护。
最后,特征d也是在没有重量增加的额外花费的条件下在后撞击时为交通工具中的人员提供一种有效的保护,根据权利要求2,这种保护还由一个本来也需要的横梁的特别设置而予以加强。
下面将根据示意表示实施例的附图对本发明的主题予以详细的描述。其中:
图1为本发明的小汽车的侧视图;和
图2为这种交通工具的俯视图。
图中示意表示的小汽车1包括一个驾驶座2和一个副驾驶座3,其中副驾驶座3相对驾驶座2纵向向后大约半个座椅靠垫深度设置。大约与这种纵向向后移动相对应,一个设在座位前方的加强板4也在副驾驶侧的区域5中通过一个不对称的结构相对副驾驶座3向后设置,这样也可以在此使用一个充至正常大小的空气囊。
尤其是为了实现对副驾驶座3提供一种有效的侧向撞击保护,外侧纵梁6在拐角处于后轴的区域中向上至少弯至后轮上边缘7处,这样副驾驶座3的下部实际上是处于纵梁6的“掩护处”(Windschatten)之中。
为了在有事故时防止严重的尾部撞击,采取两种措施。
其一是,运输工具1的车体实际上在后轮8之上并没有过渡,这样在发生尾部撞击时后轴直接进行缓冲。
其二是,大约在后轮8的顶点高度上设置一个坚硬的横梁9,该横梁以其后边缘大致上与处于其下方的外轮缘相对齐。
最后,讨论加强板4的副驾驶区域。在此,将一个由区域5的特殊结构所形成的自由空间设置成一个其上部可利用的贮存空间10,由一个相对上缘凹陷设置的、绷紧的网11构成其底板。

Claims (4)

1、双座小汽车,其特征在于,由下述特征组成,
a).副驾驶座(3)相对于其旁边的驾驶座(2)大约纵向向后移动半个座位软垫的深度设置;
b).一个设置在座位前的加强板(4)在其副驾驶侧区域(5)中于转向座位的一侧向后延伸,从而使加强板和驾驶以及副驾驶座位前沿之间的距离基本相等;
c).外侧纵梁(6)在后轴区域中于弯曲部分处至少弯至轮胎上缘(7)的高度,从而至少对副驾驶座(3)予以侧向冲击力的保护;和
d).运输工具的车体实际上没有悬梁越过后梁(8),这样在尾部撞击时形成一个强大的尾部的撞击之前,后轴便吸收撞击力。
2、如权利要求1所述的小汽车,其特征在于,大约在后轮(8)的顶点高度上设置一个坚硬的横梁(9),该横梁的下边缘大约与在下面设置的最外侧的轮缘对齐。
3、如权利要求1所述的小汽车,其特征在于,将在加强板(4)的副驾驶座区域(5)中所形成的自由空间制成从上面和/或从下面可利用的贮存空间。
4、如权利要求3所述的小汽车,其特征在于,可从上面到达的贮存空间(10)的底板由一张绷紧的网(11)组成。
