The present invention will be further described with reference to examples. Embodiments of the present invention include, but are not limited to, the following examples.
Example 1: the preparation method of the polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage comprises the following steps:
1. extracting the polygonatum kingianum thick paste:
(1) before and after the polygonatum kingianum is treated: removing fibrous roots and emerging buds of fresh polygonatum kingianum, cutting off a part of rotten tubers, cleaning with clear water, and cutting into particles with the size of 0.5-2.0 cm by using a granulator;
(2) extracting rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide: adding purified water into the cut polygonatum kingianum particles according to the mass ratio of 1:5, heating the particles in a cooking pot until the particles are boiled, uncovering a pot cover from a certain small opening, heating the particles for 2 hours, standing the pot cover for 5 minutes, taking supernatant, repeating the cooking step for 3 times on the residual polygonatum kingianum dregs, and keeping the supernatant;
(3) concentrating rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide: mixing the supernatants, evaporating water at 90-100 deg.C in a cooking pot, concentrating to obtain a slowly flowing thick extract;
(4) extraction yield: drying the fresh polygonatum kingianum of the same batch, and determining the water content to be about 84.3 percent, namely determining the polysaccharide concentrated extract extraction yield of the dried polygonatum kingianum to be 72.8 percent.
2. Extracting the dendrobium officinale concentrated paste:
(1) cleaning and drying the dendrobium officinale: removing impurities from fresh dendrobium officinale strips, cleaning the fresh dendrobium officinale strips with clear water, and drying the dendrobium officinale strips at the temperature of 50-60 ℃;
(2) and (3) crushing the dendrobium officinale: pulverizing dried herba Dendrobii strip into coarse powder;
(3) extracting dendrobium officinale total sugar: adding purified water into the dendrobium officinale coarse powder according to the mass ratio of 1:100, heating the dendrobium officinale coarse powder in a cooking tank until the dendrobium officinale coarse powder is boiled, continuing to heat for 4 hours after the dendrobium officinale coarse powder is boiled, standing for 30 minutes, taking supernatant, repeating the cooking step for 2 times on the residual dendrobium officinale coarse powder slag, and taking supernatant after standing for 1 hour;
(3) concentration of dendrobium officinale total sugar: taking the supernatant of the dendrobium officinale which is extracted for 3-4 times, filtering the supernatant by using gauze for the first time, combining the filtrates in a cooking pot, and concentrating the filtrate in the cooking pot at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ to form a thick extract which flows slowly;
(4) extraction yield: the extraction yield of the total sugar concentrated extract of the dry dendrobium officinale is 78.2 percent.
3. Preparing the polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage:
taking 10 parts of Yunnan rhizoma polygonati thick paste and 5 parts of dendrobium officinale thick paste according to parts by weight, adding 3 parts of purified water for dilution, uniformly stirring, adding 60 parts of xylitol and 10 parts of maltodextrin while stirring, and uniformly stirring after the addition is finished.
4. Subpackaging the polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage:
and (3) drying the uniformly mixed polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage paste at 50-60 ℃, crushing after drying, sieving by a No. 2 sieve, and subpackaging according to 4.0 g/bag, wherein the subpackaging specification can be one cup by one cup with a disposable cup.
Example 2: the preparation method of the polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage comprises the following steps:
1. extracting the polygonatum kingianum thick paste:
(1) before and after the polygonatum kingianum is treated: removing fibrous roots and emerging buds of fresh polygonatum kingianum, cutting off a part of rotten tubers, cleaning with clear water, and cutting into particles with the size of 0.5-2.0 cm by using a granulator;
(2) extracting rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide: adding purified water into the cut polygonatum kingianum particles according to the mass ratio of 1:6, heating the particles in an extraction tank to boil, continuously heating for 3 hours after boiling, discharging an extracting solution, repeating the boiling step for 2 times on the residual polygonatum kingianum dregs, and discharging the extracting solution;
(3) concentrating rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide: combining the extracting solutions obtained by extraction, filtering the extracting solutions by using gauze, evaporating water in a concentration tank at the temperature of 90-100 ℃, concentrating the water to obtain a thick extract flowing slowly;
(4) extraction yield: drying the fresh polygonatum kingianum of the same batch, and determining the water content to be about 81.3 percent, namely determining the polysaccharide concentrated extract extraction yield of the dried polygonatum kingianum to be 70.6 percent.
2. Extracting the dendrobium officinale concentrated paste:
(1) cleaning and drying the dendrobium officinale: removing impurities from fresh dendrobium officinale strips, cleaning the fresh dendrobium officinale strips with clear water, and drying the dendrobium officinale strips at the temperature of 50-60 ℃;
(2) and (3) crushing the dendrobium officinale: pulverizing dried herba Dendrobii strip into coarse powder;
(3) extracting dendrobium officinale total sugar: adding purified water into the dendrobium officinale coarse powder according to the mass ratio of 1:120, heating the dendrobium officinale coarse powder in a cooking tank to boil, continuing to heat for 4 hours after boiling, standing for 30 minutes, discharging an extracting solution, repeating the above cooking step for 3 times on the rest dendrobium officinale coarse powder residues, standing for 1 hour, and taking supernatant;
(3) concentration of dendrobium officinale total sugar: taking the dendrobium officinale extracting solution extracted for 4 times, filtering the dendrobium officinale extracting solution for one time by using gauze, combining filtrate in a concentration tank, and concentrating the filtrate in the concentration tank at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ to form a thick extract flowing slowly;
(4) extraction yield: the extraction yield of the total sugar concentrated extract of the dry dendrobium officinale is 81.6 percent.
3. Preparing the polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage:
according to the weight portion, 8 portions of polygonatum polysaccharide thick paste and 6 portions of dendrobium total sugar thick paste are taken, 5 portions of purified water are added for dilution, the mixture is stirred uniformly, 60 portions of xylitol and 10 portions of maltodextrin are added while the mixture is stirred, and the mixture is stirred uniformly after the addition.
4. Subpackaging the polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage:
and (3) drying the uniformly mixed polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage paste at 50-60 ℃, crushing after drying, sieving by a No. 2 sieve, and subpackaging according to 3.0 g/bag, wherein the subpackaging specification can be one cup by one cup with a disposable cup.
And (3) clinical observation: the invention carries out clinical observation on 38 cases of hyperglycemia patients and 12 cases of type II diabetes patients in 6 months to 2020 months from 2019.
(1) The taking method comprises the following steps:
① taking the rhizoma polygonati and dendrobium instant solid beverage prepared in the embodiment 2, and drinking 14 patients with hyperglycemia and 4 patients with type II diabetes every morning, noon and evening, wherein 1 bag of beverage is drunk each time;
② concentrated extract of rhizoma Polygonati is taken, and is administered to 12 patients with hyperglycemia and 4 patients with type II diabetes by taking 0.5g of decoction every morning, noon and evening;
③ Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo total sugar paste is taken, 12 cases of hyperglycemia patients and 4 cases of type II diabetes patients are taken with water every morning, noon and evening, and each time, 0.2g of the total sugar paste is taken.
(2) And (3) blood sugar determination:
fasting blood glucose is measured before taking, the measurement is continuously carried out for 3 days, and the average value is taken as the blood glucose value before taking. After taking the health preserving beverage for three weeks, determining fasting blood sugar, continuously measuring for 3 days, and taking the average value as the blood sugar value after taking.
(3) Clinical results:

the effective cases of 4 patients, the effective cases of 7 patients and the ineffective cases of 5 patients taking the dendrobium officinale concentrated paste are 4 patients with hyperglycemia and 4 patients with type II diabetes, and the total effective rate is 68.8 percent.
(4) A typical example is as follows:
case 1: shen, male, 42 years old, Sichuan persistent yang, with hyperglycemia and fasting blood glucose of 10.2. The polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention is taken 3 times a day in the morning, at noon and evening, and the fasting blood glucose is 5.4 after the beverage is taken for three weeks.
Case 2: zhu Chi, female, age 78, Yunnan anger river, with type II diabetes, fasting blood glucose 12.6. The polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium instant solid beverage prepared in the embodiment 2 is taken for 3 times a day in the morning, at noon and evening, the fasting blood glucose is 8.9 after the beverage is taken for three weeks, and the daily drinking amount is changed from 4000-5000 ml to 2000-3000 ml.
Case 3: in daozhi, male, 46 years old, and Changsha in Hunan, suffering from hyperglycemia and fasting plasma glucose of 8.8, the polygonatum sibiricum dendrobium drink prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is taken 3 times a day in the morning, at noon and evening, and fasting plasma glucose of 5.2 after three weeks of taking.

The instant polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium solid beverage is characterized by comprising 8-10 parts of polygonatum sibiricum thick paste, 5-6 parts of dendrobium officinale thick paste, 50-70 parts of xylitol, 8-12 parts of maltodextrin and 1-5 parts of purified water according to parts by weight, wherein the materials are stirred, mixed uniformly, dried at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ and crushed after drying.
2. The polygonatum sibiricum-dendrobium instant solid beverage according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the preparation method of polygonatum kingianum thick paste adopts the following steps:
1) pretreatment of polygonatum kingianum: cutting fresh Polygonatum kingianum into granules;
2) extracting polygonatum kingianum polysaccharide: taking granular polygonatum kingianum, adding purified water according to the mass ratio of 1: 5-6, boiling, continuously cooking for 2-3 hours, keeping a supernatant, repeating the cooking steps for 2-3 times for the rest granular polygonatum kingianum, and keeping the supernatant;
3) concentrating polygonatum kingianum polysaccharide: and combining the polygonatum kingianum supernatants, and concentrating at 90-100 ℃ to obtain the polygonatum kingianum concentrated paste.
