Tomato seeds of Guangdong, Halley, Pink, Fuhong, Ruixing and Ruihong varieties were planted according to the method described in example 1 and the method described in the comparative example, and then the hardness, ethylene content, malondialdehyde content and SOD activity were measured on the fruits of different varieties harvested by the method described in example 1 and the fruits harvested in the comparative example.
The hardness detection results are shown in figure 1(CK 0: storing for 0 day after foliar water treatment, SB 0: storing for 0 day after foliar fertilizer spraying, CK 7: storing for 7 days after foliar water treatment, SB 7: storing for 7 days after foliar fertilizer spraying, CK 14: storing for 14 days after foliar water treatment, and SB 14: storing for 14 days after foliar fertilizer spraying, wherein a, b and c in the figure represent significant differences, and the numerical values are the average value +/-standard error).
The results of ethylene content measurements are shown in fig. 2(CK 0: storing for 0 day after foliar water treatment, SB 0: storing for 0 day after foliar spraying, CK 7: storing for 7 days after foliar water treatment, SB 7: storing for 7 days after foliar spraying, CK 14: storing for 14 days after foliar water treatment, SB 14: storing for 14 days after foliar spraying, wherein a, b and c in the figures represent significant differences, and the values are the mean values ± standard errors), it can be seen that after foliar spraying of a foliar fertilizer consisting of boric acid and sorbitol, the ethylene content in tomato fruits is significantly lower than the ethylene content of tomato fruits obtained in comparative examples after 14 days of storage, so that the tomatoes obtained by the method disclosed by the present disclosure delay the production of ethylene, and thus can delay the ripening and senescence of tomato fruits and further make the fruits easy to store.
The results of the malondialdehyde content detection are shown in fig. 3(CK 0: storing for 0 day after leaf surface water treatment, SB 0: storing for 0 day after leaf surface spraying foliar fertilizer, CK 7: storing for 7 days after leaf surface water treatment, SB 7: storing for 7 days after leaf surface spraying foliar fertilizer, CK 14: storing for 14 days after leaf surface water treatment, SB 14: storing for 14 days after leaf surface spraying foliar fertilizer, wherein a, b and c in the figures represent significant differences, and the numerical values are the average value +/-standard error).
The detection results of SOD activity are shown in figure 4(CK 0: storing for 0 day after leaf surface clear water treatment, SB 0: storing for 0 day after leaf surface spraying foliar fertilizer, CK 7: storing for 7 days after leaf surface clear water treatment, SB 7: storing for 7 days after leaf surface spraying foliar fertilizer, CK 14: storing for 14 days after leaf surface clear water treatment, and SB 14: storing for 14 days after leaf surface spraying foliar fertilizer, wherein a, b and c in the figure represent significant differences, and the numerical values are the average value +/-standard error).
