本发明涉及医用无纺布加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺。
背景技术
水刺无纺布是以高分子纤维为原料,通过对纤维的开松、混合、梳理,形成一定厚度的纤网层,再喷射多股高压微细水射流至纤网层,水射流穿过纤网层后受到网帘的反弹,再次穿插纤网层。纤网层中的纤维在不同方向高压水射流的作用下,产生位移、穿插、缠结和抱合,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强度,最后经过后整理或表面涂层等阶段形成的无编织材料。
近年来,水刺非织造布技术发展迅速、生产工艺流程简单、产品外观和性能接近传统纺织产品、具有可上染性好等优点。纯粘胶水刺产品具有优异的湿态强力、柔软性和亲肤性,越来越受到广大消费者的青睐,对其功能方面要求越来越高。伴随着近年来各国环保政策的不断加强,纯粘胶水刺产品凭借着在可冲散性能和生物降解性能方面的优势将在未来拥有更加广阔的发展空间。
传统的水刺无纺布后整理方式,通常为离线加工处理,而且为保证染色效果,一般速度较慢,同现在高速生产线不相匹配;生产效率低,浸渍后无纺布需要经过很长一段烘干处理,对生产车间场地要求较大,且原料、能源消耗较大,不符合行业节能减排的趋势。如专利CN201710569942.5一种天然水果染有色纸巾的生产方法,涉及制浆造纸领域,将天然染汁色浆和纸料混合后获得有色纸料混合浆,对有色纸料混合浆进行烘干、 洗涤或蒸煮去掉纸浆上的浮色、再进行洗涤或蒸煮,这种造纸工艺对环境的污染有水污染、大气污染和固体废弃物污染,一般污染不能避免,不利于环境保护。专利CN201810556908.9一种利用水果天然染料进行成衣染色的生产方法,涉及服装领域,用水果染色工艺替代传统化学染料染色的成衣染色方法,虽可提高天然染料成衣染色产品品质,但还要经过成衣染色后先脱水烘干再进行水洗、再进行第二次脱水烘干的技术处理,这种工艺并不利于节能减排。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,以解决现有技术存在的色彩单调或需依靠使用化学助剂和化工染料浆液进行处理,不环保以及不具备杀菌功能的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、活性炭纤维和纳米银改性浆料,通过原料开松、梳理成网、水刺加固、浸渍改性、水果染处理、烘干和卷取加工得到医用水刺无纺布,纳米银改性浆料由纳米银粉末、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾和去离子水组成,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)原料开松:将大密度棉纱和活性炭纤维喂入开包机,大密度棉纱和活性炭纤维混合质量比例4~8:1,人工挑拣喂入保证无杂质,原料经输送长帘经过卧式开松机粗开松后通过风机管道输入大仓,然后再经过精开松机进行精开松、金属检测系统排除金属杂质后,储存在中转棉箱内以备下道工序使用;
(2)梳理成网:通过风机管道进入气压棉箱内的纤维,采用计量称重帘的方式喂入梳理机,通过梳理机对纤维进行梳理,其中主锡林速度650~1200m/min、工作辊速度35~120m/min、剥取辊速度70~240m/min;
(3)水刺加固:水刺头设置5~7个,利用高压水针对纤维网进行穿刺,使纤维缠结而成无纺布;
(4)浸渍改性:无纺布在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%纳米银粉末;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的1.5%~6%;
(5)水果染处理:使用多道喷洒或浸渍的方式处理,将混合液体均匀喷洒或浸渍至水刺无纺布的表面,选取色素含量高的水果,所述色素含量高的水果包括杨梅、酸果蔓、蓝莓、黑加仑和桃子,通过萃取其中的任意一种或其组合物获得天然染液,其中水果染液体为新鲜果汁与纯水调配比例为1:20~1:40;
(6)烘干:将经过水果染处理的无纺布,送入烘干机在100~130℃的温度下烘干,烘干后的成品回潮率在6%~9%之间;
(7)卷取成品:将烘干后的成品进行卷取。
上述梳理成网工序中的喂棉箱为气压均匀棉箱,梳理机为两台,均带高速杂乱辊结构,梳理温度控制为20℃~30℃,相对湿度为55%~75%。
上述水果染处理工序的多道喷洒装置,包括加药桶,气泵、耐压管道、压力式雾化喷洒喷头,每排喷头间距30~50cm,按至少2~3排进行布置。
上述水果染处理中的浸渍装置为浸渍槽或加药桶或轧液辊的一种或多种组合。
本发明采用活性炭纤维和纳米银改性浆料对棉纱进行混纺改性,实现了医用无纺布杀菌功能,同时染色过程中不需要消耗蒸汽,没有任何化学助剂和化工染料,水果染产品的特点是纯天然、健康、舒适,染色后布面会形成一层天然活性果胶,产生独特的柔和光泽,增加了吸湿透气性,并有很好的亲肤性。由于采用了天然水果色素染的方式,从而保持了水刺无纺布的柔软特性,与自然光的光源完全吻合使得水刺无纺布的生产过程既环保,又有效地提高了生产效率,具有能耗低、污染小、染色效果明显和环保等特点。
具体实施方式
例1
一种医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、活性炭纤维和纳米银改性浆料,通过原料开松、梳理成网、水刺加固、浸渍改性、水果染处理、烘干和卷取加工得到医用水刺无纺布,纳米银改性浆料由纳米银粉末、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾和去离子水组成,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)原料开松:将细度为1.7dtex、长度为40mm的棉纱原料和活性炭纤维喂入开包机,人工挑拣喂入保证无杂质,原料经输送长帘经过卧式开松机粗开松后通过风机管道输入大仓,然后再经过精开松机进行精开松、金属检测系统排除金属杂质后,储存在中转棉箱内以备下道工序使用;
(2)梳理成网:通过风机管道进入气压棉箱内的纤维,采用计量称重帘的方式喂入梳理机,通过梳理机对纤维进行梳理。其中主锡林速度1100~1200m/min、工作辊速度80~90m/min、剥取辊速度180~200m/min;
(3)水刺加固:水刺头7个,压力分别为40bar、60bar、70bar、110bar、110bar、110bar、110bar,水刺头距布面距离8mm,利用高压水针对纤维网进行穿刺,使纤维缠结而成无纺布;

(5)水果染处理:使用多道喷洒或浸渍的方式处理,将混合液体均匀喷洒或浸渍至水刺无纺布的表面。选取色素含量高的水果,所述色素含量高的水果桃子,通过萃取其获得天然染液。其中水果染液体为新鲜果汁与纯水调配比例为1:40;
(6)烘干:将经过浸渍或多道喷洒处理的无纺布,送入烘干机在各滚筒128℃、128℃、120℃、120℃的温度下烘干,烘干后的成品回潮率控制在6%~9%之间;
(7)卷取成品:将经过烘干后的成品以150m/min的速度进行卷取。

(2)梳理成网:通过风机管道进入气压棉箱内的纤维,采用计量称重帘的方式喂入梳理机,通过梳理机对纤维进行梳理。其中主锡林速度950~1000m/min、工作辊速度75~85m/min、剥取辊速度180~200m/min;
(3)水刺加固:水刺头7个,压力分别为30bar、45bar、53bar、80bar、90bar、80bar、140bar,水刺头距布面距离8mm,利用高压水针对纤维网进行穿刺,使纤维缠结而成无纺布;
(4)浸渍改性:无纺布在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%纳米银粉末;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的1.5%~6%;
(5)水果染处理:使用多道喷洒或浸渍的方式处理,将混合液体均匀喷洒或浸渍至水刺无纺布的表面。选取色素含量高的水果,所述色素含量高的水果杨梅,通过萃取其获得天然染液。其中水果染液体为新鲜果汁与纯水调配比例为1:30;
(6)烘干:将经过浸渍或多道喷洒处理的无纺布,送入烘干机在各滚筒128℃、128℃、125℃、125℃的温度下烘干,烘干后的成品回潮率控制在6%~9%之间;
(7)卷取成品:将经过烘干后的成品以115m/min的速度进行卷取。
制得克重为80g/㎡的医用水刺无纺布。
例3
一种医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、活性炭纤维和纳米银改性浆料,通过原料开松、梳理成网、水刺加固、浸渍改性、水果染处理、烘干和卷取加工得到医用水刺无纺布,纳米银改性浆料由纳米银粉末、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾和去离子水组成,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)原料开松:将细度为1.7dtex、长度为40mm的棉纱和活性炭纤维喂入开包机,人工挑拣喂入保证无杂质,原料经输送长帘经过卧式开松机粗开松后通过风机管道输入大仓,然后再经过精开松机进行精开松、金属检测系统排除金属杂质后,储存在中转棉箱内以备下道工序使用;
(2)梳理成网:通过风机管道进入气压棉箱内的纤维,采用计量称重帘的方式喂入梳理机,通过梳理机对纤维进行梳理。其中主锡林速度950~1000m/min、工作辊速度70~80m/min、剥取辊速度170~190m/min;
(3)水刺加固:水刺头7个,压力分别为44bar、70bar、75bar、120bar、120bar、125bar、125bar,水刺头距布面距离10mm,利用高压水针对纤维网进行穿刺,使纤维缠结而成无纺布;
(4)浸渍改性:无纺布在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%纳米银粉末;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的1.5%~6%
(5)水果染处理:使用多道喷洒或浸渍的方式处理,将混合液体均匀喷洒或浸渍至水刺无纺布的表面。选取色素含量高的水果,所述色素含量高的水果桃子,通过萃取其获得天然染液。其中水果染液体为新鲜果汁与纯水调配比例为1:20;
(6)烘干:将经过浸渍或多道喷洒处理的无纺布,送入烘干机在各滚筒133℃、133℃、130℃、1130℃的温度下烘干,烘干后的成品回潮率控制在6%~9%之间;
(7)卷取成品:将经过烘干后的成品以104m/min的速度进行卷取。
制得克重为90g/㎡的医用水刺无纺布。
Claims (4)
1.一种医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征是原料采用大密度棉纱、活性炭纤维和纳米银改性浆料,通过原料开松、梳理成网、水刺加固、浸渍改性、水果染处理、烘干和卷取加工得到医用水刺无纺布,纳米银改性浆料由纳米银粉末、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾和去离子水组成,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)原料开松:将大密度棉纱和活性炭纤维喂入开包机,大密度棉纱和活性炭纤维混合质量比例4~8:1,人工挑拣喂入保证无杂质,原料经输送长帘经过卧式开松机粗开松后通过风机管道输入大仓,然后再经过精开松机进行精开松、金属检测系统排除金属杂质后,储存在中转棉箱内以备下道工序使用;
(2)梳理成网:通过风机管道进入气压棉箱内的纤维,采用计量称重帘的方式喂入梳理机,通过梳理机对纤维进行梳理,其中主锡林速度650~1200m/min、工作辊速度35~120m/min、剥取辊速度70~240m/min;
(3)水刺加固:水刺头设置5~7个,利用高压水针对纤维网进行穿刺,使纤维缠结而成无纺布;
(4)浸渍改性:无纺布在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%纳米银粉末;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的1.5%~6%;
(5)水果染处理:使用多道喷洒或浸渍的方式处理,将混合液体均匀喷洒或浸渍至水刺无纺布的表面,选取色素含量高的水果,所述色素含量高的水果包括杨梅、酸果蔓、蓝莓、黑加仑和桃子,通过萃取其中的任意一种或其组合物获得天然染液,其中水果染液体为新鲜果汁与纯水调配比例为1:20~1:40;
(6)烘干:将经过水果染处理的无纺布,送入烘干机在100~130℃的温度下烘干,烘干后的成品回潮率在6%~9%之间;
(7)卷取成品:将烘干后的成品进行卷取。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征是梳理成网工序中的喂棉箱为气压均匀棉箱,梳理机为两台,均带高速杂乱辊结构,梳理温度控制为20℃~30℃,相对湿度为55%~75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征是水果染处理工序的多道喷洒装置,包括加药桶,气泵、耐压管道、压力式雾化喷洒喷头,每排喷头间距30~50cm,按至少2~3排进行布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征是水果染处理中的浸渍装置为浸渍槽或加药桶或轧液辊的一种或多种组合。
