本发明涉及化学纺织品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种疏水性亚胺纤维纺织品的染色工艺。
背景技术
化学纤维是用天然高分子化合物或人工合成的高分子化合物为原料,经过制备纺丝原液、纺丝和后处理等工序制得的具有纺织性能的纤维。现有化学纤维耐火性能较差,而且不具备空气净化功能,芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维具有非常好的热稳定性,抗火性,抗化学性,绝缘性,以及高强度及模数,特别适合用于室内外的装饰地毯或地垫,例如美国杜邦公司研制出一种新型复合材料聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺,并以"Kevlar"作为其商标。这是一种芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维,众所周知芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维难以染色,而且在高温下酸性环境中会发生分解,因此如何改善疏水亚胺纤维染色亲和力,在保证纺织品高升华、水洗摩擦牢度的同时,赋予亚胺纤维鲜艳色彩和柔软手感,同时避免高浓度色水产生成为行业中重点研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种疏水性亚胺纤维纺织品的染色工艺,以解决现有技术存在的亚胺纤维染色困难的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种疏水性亚胺纤维纺织品的染色工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维、活性炭纤维和改性浆料,改性浆料由聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾组成,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1,将混纺布料在改性浆料进行浸渍改性,然后通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)混纺染色:按照混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1将大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维混纺成复合布料,复合布料在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%聚丙烯酸酯;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的1.5%~6%,染色再通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,上述改性浆料制备时,各种原料按照以下顺序加入水、聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚和氢氧化钾;然后搅拌混合,同时升温至55℃~80℃之间;
(2)复合布料送至恒温烘箱中进行化学反应,达到固色增色效果,烘干温度控制在140℃;
(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为160℃~210℃,汽蒸时间为5~30分钟;
(5)汽蒸后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。
本发明采用耐火和防水性能优良的芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维结合大密度棉纱和活性碳纤维环保材料,同时采用复合改性浆料对疏水性纺织材料进行浸渍改性,本工艺纺织浆液稳定、上浆和退浆容易,浆膜光滑耐磨,落浆落棉少,抗静电、阻燃、防霉变性好的特点,改善了疏水亚胺纤维染色亲和力,在保证纺织品高升华、水洗摩擦牢度的同时,赋予混纺布料鲜艳色彩和柔软手感。
具体实施方式
例1
一种疏水性亚胺纤维纺织品的染色工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维、活性炭纤维和改性浆料,改性浆料由聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾组成,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5.7:4:1,将混纺布料在改性浆料进行浸渍改性,然后通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)混纺染色:按照混纺质量比为5.7:4:1将大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维混纺成复合布料,复合布料在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%聚丙烯酸酯;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的4%,染色再通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,上述改性浆料制备时,各种原料按照以下顺序加入水、聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚和氢氧化钾;然后搅拌混合,同时升温至60℃,保温十分钟;
(2)复合布料送至恒温烘箱中进行化学反应,达到固色增色效果,烘干温度控制在140℃;
(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为180℃,汽蒸时间为30分钟;
(5)汽蒸后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。
例2
一种疏水性亚胺纤维纺织品的染色工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维、活性炭纤维和改性浆料,改性浆料由聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾组成,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5:3.2:1,将混纺布料在改性浆料进行浸渍改性,然后通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:

(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为210℃,汽蒸时间为5~30分钟;
(5)汽蒸后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。
Claims (1)
1.一种疏水性亚胺纤维纺织品的染色工艺,其特征是原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维、活性炭纤维和改性浆料,改性浆料由聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚、氢氧化钾组成,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1,将混纺布料在改性浆料进行浸渍改性,然后通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)混纺染色:按照混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1将大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维混纺成复合布料,复合布料在改性浆料水溶液中浸渍24小时,改性浆料水溶液由50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%聚丙烯酸酯;5%~10%变性淀粉;10%~20%聚乙烯醇;0.5%~1.5%2-萘酚和0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钾组成,改性浆料占复合布料质量的1.5%~6%,染色再通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,上述改性浆料制备时,各种原料按照以下顺序加入水、聚丙烯酸酯、变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、2-萘酚和氢氧化钾;然后搅拌混合,同时升温至55℃~80℃之间;
(2)复合布料送至恒温烘箱中进行化学反应,达到固色增色效果,烘干温度控制在140℃;
(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为160℃~210℃,汽蒸时间为5~30分钟;
(5)汽蒸后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。
