提供一种负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,将负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉混纺纱在大圆机上织造成双面纬平针组织坯布,然后将坯布依次经过练漂、染色、柔软整理、烘干和定型工艺,使得生产出的负离子抗菌针织面料不仅舒适、美观,并且具有良好的抗菌性和负离子释放功能,具有很高的实用价值。

负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属功能性针织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
负离子抗菌纤维是在素有“黑钻石”之美誉黑竹炭纤维基础上,通过白媒介包覆技术,在不改变竹炭原有功能的基础上改良而来,可以染色,多样化竹炭的应用范围。竹炭纤维在国际上被誉为“二十一世纪环保新卫士”,其取毛竹为原料,采用纯氧高温及氮气阻隔延时的煅烧新工艺和新技术,使得竹炭天生具有的微孔更细化和蜂窝化,然后再与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的。该纤维与众不同之处在于每一根竹炭纤维都呈内外贯穿的蜂窝状微孔结构,这种独特的纤维结构,使竹炭所具有的功能100%发挥,它的诞生是纺织多功能原料一次革命性的创新。竹炭是竹材资源开发的又一个全新的具有卓越性能的环保材料,其将竹子经过1600度高温干燥炭化工艺处理后,形成竹炭。竹炭具有很强的吸附分解能力,能吸湿干燥、消臭抗菌并具有负离子穿透等性能。竹炭纤维则是运用纳米技术,先将竹炭微粉化,再将纳米级竹炭微粉经过高科技工艺加工,然后采用传统的化纤制备工艺流程,即可纺丝成型,制备出合格的竹炭纤维。竹炭纤维具有下述优点:一是超强的吸附力:竹炭吸附能力是木炭的5倍以上,对甲醛、苯、甲苯、氨等有害物质和粉尘能发挥吸收、分解异味和消臭的作用。例如:普通粘胶纤维的氨去除率只有17.4%,而竹炭粘胶纤维的氨去除率达到54%;二是发射远红外线,蓄热保暖:远红外线发射率高达0.87,能蓄热保暖,温升速度比普通棉织物快;三是调湿,达到除湿与干燥的功效:高平衡回潮率和保水率,赋予了竹炭纤维调湿的本领;四是负离子发射浓度高:竹炭纤维含有钾、钙等有益于身体健康的矿物质,有特殊的保健功能,竹炭纤维发射负离子的浓度高,通常都市公园的负离子浓度为1000-2000个/cm3,郊外田野的负离子浓度为5000-50000个/cm3,竹炭纤维发射负离子的浓度为6800个/cm3,相当于郊外田野的负离子浓度,因此有益于身体健康;五是抗菌防霉:经“浙江省微生物研究所”检测,竹炭纤维与枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌8099、金黄色葡萄球菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、荧光假单孢菌等五种细菌的菌液24小时接触,抗菌率高达84%。目前,对于负离子抗菌针织面料,国内外相关研究较少且仅局限于单一性能的研究,而针对负离子性能和抗菌性能联合起来用作运动服的研究领域还属空白,因此有必要提出改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,有效利用负离子抗菌纤维的抗菌性和释放负离子功能,使得生产出的负离子抗菌针织面料不仅舒适、美观,并且具有优良的抗菌性能和释放负离子功能。
本发明采用的技术方案:负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)织造,将负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉混纺纱在针织大圆机上织造成纬平针组织坯布;
2)练漂,将织造后的坯布置于温度为60~70℃的漂白液中,处理40~50min,所述漂白液的pH值为7.5~9.5;
3)染色,将漂白后的坯布置于125~130℃的染液中进行染色,所述染液的PH值为4.5~5;
4)柔软整理,将染色并水洗后的坯布以20m/min的车速通过放有柔软剂的柔软槽进行柔软整理,温度25℃,并对柔软整理后的面料进行脱水;
5)烘干定型,将脱水后的坯布烘干,烘干温度95℃,时间20~30s;将烘干后的坯布在定型机上定型,定型温度115~125℃,车速4~5m/min。
上述步骤1)中,将负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉混纺纱在针织大圆机上织造成240g/m2~260g/m2纬平针组织坯布。
上述步骤2)中,所述漂白液中含有100%双氧水10~15ml/L,硅酸钠1~2g/L,精练剂1~2g/L,浴比为1∶20~25。
上述步骤3)中,所述染液中含有分散染料翠蓝染料1~2%(o.w.f),氯化钠10~20g/L,无水碳酸钠10~20g/L,浴比为1:10~12。
上述步骤4)中,所述柔软剂中含有内氨基硅油42g/L。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点:
1、采用本方案制备出的负离子抗菌针织面料具有优良的抗菌性和负离子释放功能。经测试,负离子抗菌针织面料具有良好的抗菌性,其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到90%以上,负离子发射量达到3200个/cm3;此外,负离子抗菌针织面料的耐洗、耐酸碱、耐摩擦色牢度均在3级以上,顶破强力达到559.4N,抗起球性达到4-5级;
2、本方案技术简单,非常适合工业化生产,且制造出的负离子抗菌针织面料具有良好的功能性、舒适性、环保性、能较好的满足针织服装对抗菌性和透气性的要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)织造:选择使用纱线支数为32s的负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉(40)混纺纱,在机号为28针的针织大圆机上生产平方米克重为240g/m2的纬平针组织坯布;
2)练漂:将织造后的坯布置于温度为60℃的漂白液中,处理40min;所述漂白液中含有100%双氧水10ml/L,硅酸钠1g/L,精练剂1g/L,漂白液pH值为7.5,浴比为1∶20;
3)染色:将漂白后的坯布置于125℃的染液中进行染色,所述染液中含有分散染料翠蓝染料1%(o.w.f),氯化钠10g/L;无水碳酸钠为10g/L,浴比为1:10,染液PH值4.5;
4)柔软整理:将染色并水洗后的坯布以20m/min的车速通过放有柔软剂的柔软槽进行柔软整理,所述柔软剂中含有内氨基硅油42g/L,温度25℃,并对柔软整理后的面料进行脱水;
5)烘干定型:将脱水后的坯布烘干,烘干温度95℃,时间20s;将烘干后的坯布在定型机上定型,定型温度115℃,车速4m/min。
实施例2:负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)织造:选择使用纱线支数为32s的负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉(50)混纺纱,在机号为28针的针织大圆机上生产平方米克重为250g/m2的纬平针组织坯布;
2)练漂:将织造后的坯布置于温度为65℃的漂白液中,处理45min;所述漂白液中含有100%双氧水12.5ml/L,硅酸钠1.5g/L,精练剂1.5g/L,漂白液pH值为8.5,浴比为1∶22.5。
3)染色:将漂白后的坯布置于128℃的染液中进行染色,所述染液中含有分散染料翠蓝染料1.5%(o.w.f),氯化钠15g/L,无水碳酸钠为15g/L;浴比为1:11,染液PH值4.7;
4)柔软整理:将染色并水洗后的坯布以22.5m/min的车速通过放有柔软剂的柔软槽进行柔软整理,所述柔软剂中含有内氨基硅油43g/L,温度27.5℃,并对柔软整理后的面料进行脱水;
5)烘干定型:将脱水后的坯布烘干,烘干温度95℃,时间25s;将烘干后的坯布在定型机上定型,定型温度120℃,车速4.5m/min。
实施例3:负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)织造:选择使用纱线支数为32s的负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉(60)混纺纱,在机号为28针的针织大圆机上生产平方米克重为260g/m2的纬平针组织坯布;
2)练漂:将织造后的坯布置于温度为70℃的漂白液中,处理50min;所述漂白液中含有100%双氧水15ml/L,硅酸钠2g/L,精练剂2g/L,漂白液pH值为9.5,浴比为1∶25;
3)染色:将漂白后的坯布置于130℃的染液中进行染色,所述染液中含有分散染料翠蓝染料2%(o.w.f),氯化钠20g/L,无水碳酸钠为20g/L,浴比为1:12,染液PH值5;
4)柔软整理:将染色并水洗后的坯布以25m/min的车速通过放有柔软剂的柔软槽进行柔软整理,所述柔软剂中含有内氨基硅油45g/L,温度30℃,并对柔软整理后的面料进行脱水;
5)烘干定型:将脱水后的坯布烘干,烘干温度95℃,时间30s;将烘干后的坯布在定型机上定型,定型温度125℃,车速5m/min。

1.负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
1)织造,将负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉混纺纱在针织大圆机上织造成纬平针组织坯布;
2)练漂,将织造后的坯布置于温度为60~70℃的漂白液中,处理40~50min,所述漂白液的pH值为7.5~9.5;
3)染色,将漂白后的坯布置于125~130℃的染液中进行染色,所述染液的PH值为4.5~5;
4)柔软整理,将染色并水洗后的坯布以20m/min的车速通过放有柔软剂的柔软槽进行柔软整理,温度25℃,并对柔软整理后的面料进行脱水;
5)烘干定型,将脱水后的坯布烘干,烘干温度95℃,时间20~30s;将烘干后的坯布在定型机上定型,定型温度115~125℃,车速4~5m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤1)中,将负离子抗菌纤维/精梳棉混纺纱在针织大圆机上织造成240g/m2~260g/m2纬平针组织坯布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤2)中,所述漂白液中含有100%双氧水10~15ml/L,硅酸钠1~2g/L,精练剂1~2g/L,浴比为1∶20~25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤3)中,所述染液中含有分散染料翠蓝染料1~2%(o.w.f),氯化钠10~20g/L,无水碳酸钠10~20g/L,浴比为1:10~12。
5.根据权利要求1所述的负离子抗菌针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤4)中,所述柔软剂中含有内氨基硅油42g/L。
