Abstract
本发明属于一种保健食品,特别是一种预防肿瘤的天然保健食品,包括下述重量百分比原料组成:五谷杂粮30%,中药55%,蔬菜水果10%,坚果5%组成,上述原料之和为100%。本发明所使用的五谷杂粮类,中药类,蔬菜水果类,坚果类,全是天然食材,具有阻断肿瘤细胞在人体内的形成,具有抑制肿瘤细胞的生成,生长和转移,抗氧化,增强人体免疫力。

本发明属于一种保健食品,特别是一种预防肿瘤天然保健食品。
背景技术
肿瘤,分良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤。恶性肿瘤中国人俗称癌症,中国抗癌协会组织发布《中国恶性肿瘤学科发展报告(2017年)》。报告指出,中国恶性肿瘤发病率约占世界22份,发病人数居全球第一。排名前五位的瘤谱分别是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌和食管癌。其中肺癌、乳腺癌分别居中国男性、女性肿瘤发病首位。肿瘤防治,赢在整合。目前,中国每年恶性肿瘤新发病例430万,死亡病例280万。其中,我国肺癌、胃癌、肝癌和食管癌,死亡排名全世界第一。多么触目惊心的数字!癌症已经严重威胁了人们的健康与生命,我们亟需应对并防治这一可怕的疾病。多年来,医学界都在努力实现提高癌症治愈率,降低其死亡率。但过去40年,其新发病例的速度一直处在1.5份-2份的水平,每年死亡率也较高。既然如此,我们就要从预防层面着手降低其新发病例。但是,即使是西方最先进的医疗技术,也没有十分把握治愈癌症,所以预防癌症就显得尤为重要。国际抗癌联盟认为,约80份的癌症与环境和生活习惯有关,1/3的癌症是可以预防的。因此,坚持养成健康的饮食及生活习惯,从均衡膳食开始,循序渐进,逐步改变不良的生活方式,更科学地摄入营养,就能有效预防癌症的发生。
目前人们的生活习惯发生着重大转变,生活节奏加快,外卖业的快速发展给人们的生活带来很多便利,但是也潜藏着很多风险。如人们在食用外卖餐饮的时候不知道里面有多少盐,糖,油脂,食品添加剂是否超标超量,食材的干净度。人们长年累月的食用都会增加患恶性肿瘤的风险。
目前,我国市场上可以预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的营养食品很多,但大多数都是比较单一维生素,矿物质,和几味简单的中药滋补药,或多或少都存在着组成不合理,搭配不科学,使用剂量不合理的问题,所以并不能全面的可以预防和辅助治疗肿瘤,因而难以达到理想的效果。此外,专利文献中也可以发现利用粮食杂粮,药食同源,蔬菜水果,壳寡糖,低聚肽,辅酶Q10,海洋生物多糖等开发肿瘤患者保健食品,例如”专利号CN200810006608.X一种供肿瘤患者食用的特殊膳食配方;但是该发明的配方比不明确,给实际生产造成不便,且其配方未经过动物实验验证。例如“专利号CN201310384471.2”,一种供肿瘤患者食用的复合海洋特膳食品,但是该专利也只是增加了些维生素,矿物质和海参多糖,油脂类。紧靠此类产品无法全面预防和辅助治疗各种肿瘤。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的问题和缺陷,本发明根据《中国居民膳食指南》。GB28050—2011《食品安全国家标准预包装食品营养标签通则》和《中华人民共和国药典法》2015年版第一部,提供一种预防肿瘤天然保健食品。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:提供一种预防肿瘤天然保健食品,它包括五谷杂粮、中药、蔬菜水果、坚果,其特征是:五谷杂粮30%,中药55%,蔬菜水果10%,坚果5%组成,上述原料之和为100%。
所述的五谷杂粮包括下述重量份原料:小米0.3--30份,燕麦0.3--30份,绿豆0.3--30份,红薯0.3--30份,玉米0.3--30份,黄豆0.3--30份,蚕豆0.3--30份。
所述的中药包括下述重量份原料::薏苡仁0.55份--55份,刀豆0.55份--55份,黑豆0.55份--55份,红枣2份--55份,枸杞子0.2份--20份,人参0,02份--20份,茯苓0,1份--20份,鱼腥草0.01份--15份,金银花0.05份--20份,百合0.2份--15份,白芷0.01份--20份,蒲公英0,01份--20份,黄芪0.01份--20份,当归0.01份--20份,紫苏,0.01份--20份,玉竹0.01份--20份,党参0.02份--20份,龙眼肉0.2份--20份,姜黄0.01份--20份,莱菔子0.02份--20份,酸枣仁0,02份--20份,小蓟0.01份--20份,豆蔻0.01份--55份,山药0,1份--55份,木瓜0.1份--20份,花椒0.01份--10份马齿笕0,1份--15份,山楂0.15份--30份,莲子0.01份--20份,杏仁0.1份--20份,大蒜0.12份--30份,海带0.15份--55份,灵芝0.2份---2份,甘草0.2份--3份,黑芝麻5份---55份,罗汉果5份--30份。
所述的蔬菜水果包括下述重量份原料::莴苣0.1份--10份,金针菇0.9份--10份,柠檬0.9份--10份,芦笋0.9份--10份,香菇0.09份--10份,木耳0.09份--10份,番茄0.09份--10份,茄子0.09份--10份,苦瓜0.09份--10份,胡萝卜0.09份--10份,银耳0.09份--10份,绿茶0.09份--10份,荸荠0,09份--10份,圆白菜0.09份--10份,西蓝花0.09份--10份,荠菜0.09份--10份,魔芋粉,0.09份--10份。
所述的坚果包括下述重量份原料::板栗0.1份--5份,腰果0.1份--5份,南瓜子0.1份--5份,芝麻0.1份--5份,花生0.1份--5份。
一种预防肿瘤天然保健食品,制作方法如下:
按五谷杂粮30%,中药55%,蔬菜水果10%,坚果5%组成:
1)选干净无杂质无霉变的五谷杂粮类粉碎过80--200目筛,温度在60--100度的容器内烘焙30--120分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
2)选干净无杂质无霉变的药食同源类粉碎过80--200目筛,温度在80--100度的容器内烘焙30--60分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果类粉碎过80--200目筛,温度在40---80度的容器内烘焙30--120分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
4)选干净无杂质无霉变得坚果类粉碎过80--200目筛,温度在40---80度的容器内烘焙30--60分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
待以上所有类放凉后按照所述重量百分比的配比加入上述物料,将物料投入真空乳化罐,搅拌,研磨得本品内容物;将明胶,甘油,纯化水混合加热搅拌至明胶完全溶解制得囊壳溶液,抽真空,囊壳溶液保温至55.C---60.C;取上述内容物和囊壳溶液,压制成型,干燥制得软胶囊。
所制食品可以是粉剂,散剂,颗粒剂,胶囊剂。
本发明的优点和技术效果是:
它给人们提供了一种预防肿瘤天然保健食品,它为人们提供了人体所需的多种抗肿瘤营养成分,其含有五谷杂粮类,药食同源类,蔬菜水果类,坚果类。本发明既可以起到预防和辅助治疗肿瘤,还可以给人们当做主餐食用,减少人们患肿瘤的风险。本发明所选用的药食同源类食材均按照《中华人民共和国药典法》2015年版第一部,选用无毒副作用,可药食同源的食材科学配伍制作加工。以食材性平为大剂量,性温和性寒为小剂量或者微剂量以达到最佳效果。其全面调理人们的生理机能,提高人们的机体免疫力,而起到预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的作用。
本发明是一种新型、全面的复合型粮食杂粮药食同源全食品类可以预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的营养食品,可全面调理人们的生理机能,提高人们的机体免疫力,清除自由基,增强人体免疫力,加快排除体内有害毒素,而起到预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的作用。

本发明所使用的五谷杂粮类,中药类,蔬菜水果类,坚果类,全是天然食材,具有阻断肿瘤细胞在人体内的形成,具有抑制肿瘤细胞的生成,生长和转移,抗氧化,增强人体免疫力;同时发明是参照《中国居民膳食指南》每日膳食营养素参考摄入量,通过天然活性物质和各种能有效预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的营养物质有机结合,使本发明具有把不同功效成分融入产品中,进行合理搭配,既能充分发挥每一个成分的独特作用,有可以相互促进,相互补充,相辅相成的作用,起到比单一成分更完善,更全面和更强大的预防和辅助治疗的功效。本发明所选用的药食同源类食材均按照《中华人民共和国药典法》2015年版第一部,选用无毒副作用,可药食同源的食材科学配伍制作加工。以食材性平为大剂量,性温和性寒为小剂量或者微剂量以达到最佳效果。因此产品的功效成分及原料均无毒副作用,可长期食用,是人们全面的复合型五谷杂粮药食同源全食品类可以预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的最佳营养食品。

粮食杂粮30%,中药55%,蔬菜水果10%,坚果5%组成,上述原料之和为100%;
其制备方法,取以下成份:
五谷杂粮:小米50g,燕麦50g,绿豆10g,红薯50g,玉米60g,黄豆50g,蚕豆30g;总计30%;
中药:薏苡仁80g,刀豆60g,黑豆70g,红枣50g,灵芝3g,枸杞子10g,人参2g,茯苓20g,鱼腥草2g,金银花3g,百合10g,白芷3g,蒲公英1g,黄芪3g,白术3g,当归3g,紫苏.3g,甘草10g,玉竹05g,党参04g,龙眼肉04g,姜黄04g,莱菔子05g,酸枣仁3g,小蓟4,花椒1g,马齿笕4g,山药50g.,木瓜20g,大蒜10g,莲子10g,杏仁10g,海带10g,山楂20g,黑芝麻30g,罗汉果20g,总计55%;
蔬菜水果:莴苣4g,金针菇4g,柠檬2g,芦笋4g,香菇6g,木耳10g,番茄4g,茄子4g,苦瓜6g,胡萝卜10g,银耳10g,绿茶2g,荸荠4g,圆白菜4g,西蓝花4g,荠菜2,魔芋粉10g,总计9%;
坚果类:板栗10g,腰果10g,南瓜子15g,花生15g;总计5%,以上总计1000克;
制作方法如下:
1)选干净无杂质无霉变的五谷杂粮粉碎过100目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
2)选干净无杂质无霉变的中药粉碎过100目筛,温度在80度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果粉碎过100目筛,温度在40度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
4)选干净无杂质无霉变得坚果粉碎过100目筛,温度在40度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
待以上所有类放凉后按照所述重量百分比的配比加入上述物料,将物料投入真空乳化罐,搅拌,研磨得本品内容物;将明胶,甘油,纯化水混合加热搅拌至明胶完全溶解制得囊壳溶液,抽真空,囊壳溶液保温至55.C---60.C;取上述内容物和囊壳溶液,压制成型,干燥制得软胶囊。
实施例2: 以1000g为例。例2所用原料均为粉碎烘干的备用料。

坚果:板栗10g,腰果5g,南瓜子20g,花生15g,总计5%,以上总计1000克;
制作方法如下:
1)选干净无杂质无霉变的五谷杂粮8类粉碎过120目筛,温度在70度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
2)选干净无杂质无霉变的中药粉碎过120目筛,温度在80度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果粉碎过120目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
4)选干净无杂质无霉变得坚果粉碎过120目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
待以上所有类放凉后按照所述重量百分比的配比加入上述物料,将物料投入真空乳化罐,搅拌,研磨得本品内容物;制成片剂。

制作方法如下:
1)选干净无杂质无霉变的五谷杂粮粉碎过160目筛,温度在80度的容器内烘焙60分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
2)选干净无杂质无霉变的中药粉碎过160目筛,温度在80度的容器内烘焙60分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果粉碎过160目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙60分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;

80只健康小鼠,体重在20_+2g,50只全部注入S180腹水肉瘤株,H22瘤株,Lewis肺瘤株,B16肺瘤株,每只把4种瘤株接种0.3mI,25只按照正常饲喂,25只每日不分次数饲喂本发明实施1产品胶囊,25只每日不分次数饲喂本发明实施3产品散剂。30只无注入肿瘤细胞每日不分次数饲喂本实施1粉剂,30只无注入肿瘤细胞每日不分次数饲喂本实施3散剂。
90天后解剖30只无注入肿瘤细胞饲喂本发明产品粉剂的小鼠,体内均无检测出肿瘤株细胞,说明本发明在生命体健康的情况下可以有效预防各种肿瘤的形成。解剖25只正常饲喂的小鼠发现各种肿瘤细胞扩散是20只小鼠死亡的直接原因,存活的5只小鼠肿瘤细胞也在持续扩散,25只饲喂本实施1粉剂的9只死亡的直接原因也是肿瘤细胞扩散,16只小鼠体内注入的肿瘤细胞扩散缓慢,有的肿瘤细胞甚至不扩散和消失。说明本发明产品对现有肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。

2)选干净无杂质无霉变的药食同源类粉碎过80--200目筛,温度在80--100度的容器内烘焙30--60分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果类粉碎过80--200目筛,温度在40---80度的容器内烘焙30--120分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;

坚果类:板栗10g,腰果10g,南瓜子15g,花生15g;总计5%,以上总计1000克;
制作方法如下:
1)选干净无杂质无霉变的五谷杂粮粉碎过100目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
2)选干净无杂质无霉变的中药粉碎过100目筛,温度在80度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果粉碎过100目筛,温度在40度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
4)选干净无杂质无霉变得坚果粉碎过100目筛,温度在40度的容器内烘焙30分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
待以上所有类放凉后按照所述重量百分比的配比加入上述物料,将物料投入真空乳化罐,搅拌,研磨得本品内容物;将明胶,甘油,纯化水混合加热搅拌至明胶完全溶解制得囊壳溶液,抽真空,囊壳溶液保温至55.C---60.C;取上述内容物和囊壳溶液,压制成型,干燥制得软胶囊。

粮食杂粮30%,中药55%,蔬菜水果10%,4坚果5%组成,上述原料之和为100%;
其制备方法:取以下成份:

蔬菜水果:莴苣4g,金针菇4g,柠檬2g,芦笋4g,香菇3g,木耳15g,番茄4g,茄子4g,苦瓜6g,胡萝卜13g,银耳5g,绿茶2g,荸荠4g,圆白菜4g,西蓝花4g,荠菜2,魔芋粉10g,总计9%;
坚果:板栗10g,腰果5g,南瓜子20g,花生15g,总计5%,以上总计1000克;
制作方法如下:

2)选干净无杂质无霉变的中药粉碎过120目筛,温度在80度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水放凉备用;
3)选干净无杂质无霉变的蔬菜水果粉碎过120目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
4)选干净无杂质无霉变得坚果粉碎过120目筛,温度在60度的容器内烘焙40分钟让其脱水熟化放凉备用;
待以上所有类放凉后按照所述重量百分比的配比加入上述物料,将物料投入真空乳化罐,搅拌,研磨得本品内容物;制成片剂。

待以上所有类放凉后按照所述重量百分比的配比加入上述物料,将物料投入真空乳化罐,搅拌,研磨得本品内容物,制成颗粒剂。
