Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括有机硒、酵母粉、维生素E、魔芋、黄精、淮山、无花果和大豆蛋白等,本发明的组合物具有抗辐射,活血化瘀,调脂降压,益气补肾,提高免疫力的功效,能减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用,富硒谷物利用谷物种子在其发芽过程中对无机硒的吸收和转化成有机硒的能力,实现了部分有机硒的富集,将无机硒结合到蛋白质、多糖等大分子物质上获得硒蛋白和硒化多糖,进一步实现了有机硒的富集,能够满足放化疗后人体对于微量元素硒的需求,配合其他食物如酵母粉、维生素E、魔芋、黄精、淮山和无花果等提高患者食欲,增强消化功能,清洁消化系统,降低血液中血脂、血糖和胆固醇的含量,改善体质。

背景技术
一般将所有的恶性肿瘤称为癌症,它是由于机体细胞失去正常调控,过度增殖而引起的疾病。与良性肿瘤相比,恶性肿瘤生长速度快,呈浸润性生长,易发生出血、坏死、溃疡等,并常会向远处转移,造成人体消瘦、无力、贫血、食欲不振、发热以及严重的脏器功能受损等,最终会造成患者死亡。恶性肿瘤早期大多无明显症状,当出现特征性症状时,大多已处在晚期。
目前对于恶性肿瘤的治疗,主要采用手术治疗、放射治疗、化学治疗、靶向治疗、免疫疗法以及中医中药治疗。其中放射治疗是使用辐射线杀死癌细胞,缩小肿瘤的方法。该治疗方法可经由体外放射治疗或体内接近放射治疗。由于癌细胞的生长和分裂都较正常细胞快,借由辐射线破坏细胞的遗传物质,可阻止细胞生长或分裂,进而控制癌细胞的生长。然而患者在进行放疗时,经常会出现严重的毒性反应如临床表现放射造成体内发生一些化学反应:产生过酸化物质,进入肝脏蓄积,自由基的游离,发生过敏反应。这些因素造成倦怠戚、食欲下降、呕吐、恶心等症状。一般在放疗数天后出现。个别病人属放射敏感体质,当放射量刚到一半或不到一半时,就出现全身乏力,白细胞下降(血常规显示接近正常值或低于正常值)。一般于放疗2—3周出现,以白细胞和血小板下降为主。一般西医采用对症治疗,通过口服维生素B6、灭吐灵等药物来减轻恶心,肌肉注射灭吐灵等药物治疗严重呕吐,服用维生素B6及助消化药和开胃药来缓解食欲不振,然而所谓的“药补不如食补”、“药食同源”,药膳取药物之性味,用食物之品实,食借药之势,药助食之力,共达防病治病、强身健体的目的。这对保证恶性肿瘤患者的营养供应、改善其生存质量至关重要。
CN103860996B公开了一种能够缓解放疗并发症的保健茶,以降低放疗后并发症的发生率,成分包括石松子、山柰、木瓜、芦根和天目木兰粗粉等。CN101971978B公开了一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养粥,是由山药、大枣、沙棘、粳米、百合、米皮糠、胡萝卜和黑小麦为原料,与水调配制成。该发明的营养粥由具有营养保健功能特点的中药与五谷杂粮精心配制而成,营养比例合理,富含对恶性肿瘤患者具有食疗价值的硒、人体必须的氨基酸、胡萝卜素等成分,具有营养保健作用,长期食用可以达到扶正培本,扶正祛邪,改善症状,提高患者免疫力和延长生存期的目的,适合于恶性肿瘤放疗患者非治疗目的的饮食调养。CN104605372A公开了一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,成分包括核桃粉、狮子七、黑芝麻、猴头菌、积雪草、独活、山药、玉米、大豆、猪蹄、黄芪、葱、薏米、何首乌、虾青素和大蒜精,该发明基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,对于因长期放化疗而赢弱的身体有极好的调理作用。
虽然目前出现了一些基于恶性肿瘤放化疗患者的营养药膳,但在临床应用效果不理想,未能明显轻癌症放化疗的毒副作用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中,现有的营养药膳等保健食品未能显著减轻放化疗毒副作用的问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物。
本发明的目的之二是提供上述组合物的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒15~35份,
酵母粉5~10份,
维生素E1~5份,
魔芋5~25份,
黄精2~8份。
优选地,原料还包含以下重量份计的组分:。
大豆蛋白粉5~10份,
无花果1~5份,
淮山粉5~10份。
优选地,所述有机硒为富硒谷物。
进一步优选地,所述富硒谷物包括富硒玉米、富硒荞麦、富硒大豆、富硒薏仁米、富硒大米、富硒小麦、富硒高粱和富硒芝麻中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步优选地,所述富硒谷物的硒含量≥2000μg/kg。
优选地,所述魔芋粉的魔芋多糖含量≥65%。
上述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:按配比称取各原料组分,先将有机硒粉、酵母粉、魔芋粉和黄精粉混合,再加入维生素E混匀后包装即得,其中新鲜黄精洗净后,晾干表面水分,切成薄片,干燥后粉碎、过筛,得黄精原料粉。
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜的攻击,保护生物膜免受氧化损伤,硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。在体内硒和维生素E协同,能够保护细胞膜,防止不饱和脂肪酸的氧化。微量硒具有防癌作用及保护肝脏的作用。硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性。硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,增加抗氧化活性。同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。硒水平,尤其是硒蛋白的不足与许多人类的疾病相关,这些疾病包括癌症、糖尿病、心血管和免疫系统疾病。利用植物的生长特性,将人工施加的无机硒或某些有机硒吸收利用,在生物体内自然转化成为特有的硒形态,随同植物提供的食物、药物供给人们食用,不但达到补充硒的保健作用,而且结合原植物的功效成份,发挥更强的、甚至新的功效。
有机硒即富硒谷物,利于人体对硒元素的吸收,加入的富硒谷物还可以为人体补充硒元素,增强人体免疫力。
酵母粉蛋白质含量高,含有18种人体必须的氨基酸以及功能性多肽(包括谷胱甘肽),某些类型还含有膳食纤维葡聚糖和甘露聚糖,人体不可缺少的核酸(RNA)及核苷酸、B族维生素,富含多种微量元素,营养丰富。
黄精为百合科天然植物,内含甾体皂苷、多糖,具有抗病原微生物、抗疲劳、抗氧化、延缓衰老、止血的功能。
魔芋为天南星科植物,是我国民间传统的药食两用的植物。民间将魔芋还用于治疗脑瘤、甲状腺癌、淋巴肉瘤等。据《中药大辞典》记载:魔芋性温味辛,内服化痰散积,行瘀消肿,治疗痰咳、积滞、疟疾、经闭、肿瘤、糖尿病,还可以健胃、消饱胀、利尿和护发。外用可解毒消肿、治疗颈淋巴结结核、丹毒、跌打损伤、烫火伤和蛇咬伤等。近代我国各地方中药志及中草药书籍均把魔芋收入,研究发现,魔芋中含有60%左右的甘露聚糖(KGM),这种物质具有强大的膨胀力和吸水性,超过任何一种植物的粘韧度,KGM溶于水后会形成一种十分粘稠的溶胶,是魔芋中的主要成分,使得人食用后不在胃中消化,能有效地吸附胆固醇和胆汁酸,并能抑制肠道对胆固醇和胆汁酸的吸收,因此具有降脂、降血糖、降血压、开胃、通便、防癌等功能。同时它可填充胃肠,消除饥饿感,尤其所含热量微乎其微,故可控制体重,可以以调节营养平衡。
淮山作为高营养食品含有大量蛋白质、糖类、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素、及碘、钙、铁、磷等人体不可缺少的无机盐和微量元素等营养成分。淮山的主要功能是健脾益胃、助消化,它含有的淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,提升接受放射治疗的患者的胃肠功能,增强食物营养的吸收,改善病人的症状。
无花果是一种水果,其鲜果富含糖、蛋白质、维生素和矿物质等对人体有益的营养素,对人类的健康大有裨益。中医认为无花果性味甘.平,有健胃、润肠、清热解毒功效,可治疗肠炎、痢疾、便秘、痔疮、喉痛等病症。《本草纲目》言其“治五痔,咽喉痛”。《食疗本草》言其“开胃、止泄痢”。近几年来的医学研究表明.无花果中含有的活性物质具有防癌作用,其优点在于既能阻止癌细胞的蛋白质合成,使之失去营养而坏死,又不会对正常细胞产生毒素,无毒副作用,被誉为“抗癌第一果”。
大豆蛋白粉是蛋白质含量为50-65%的粉状大豆蛋白产品。蛋白质是人体氮元素的主要来源,不但能提供消耗的部分能量,还能用来合成新的组织。成人体内蛋白质约占体重的17%,每天都有3%的蛋白质参加代谢更新。特别是对于患者来说补充营养尤为重要。当体内蛋白质不足时,人的基本生命活动就会受到影响,人出现疲倦,体重减轻,贫血,血浆白蛋白降低,甚至水肿。补充蛋白质对于加强营养,提高病人免疫功能非常重要。
本发明的有益效果
1、本发明的组合物具有活血化瘀,调脂降压,益气补肾,提高免疫力的功效,能减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用;
2、本发明的组合物中,富硒谷物利用谷物种子在其发芽过程中对无机硒的吸收和转化成有机硒的能力,实现了部分有机硒的富集,将无机硒结合到蛋白质、多糖等大分子物质上获得硒蛋白和硒化多糖,进一步实现了有机硒的富集,能够满足放化疗后人体对于微量元素硒的需求;
3、本发明的组合物中,能提高患者食欲,可以有效缓解消化速度,清洁消化系统,降低血液中血脂、血糖和胆固醇的含量,改善体质。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,并结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒15份,酵母粉5份,维生素E1份,魔芋5份,黄精2份以及大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的混合物3份,混合物中大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的质量比为5:1:5。
实施例2
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒35份,酵母粉10份,维生素E5份,魔芋25份,黄精8份以及大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的混合物3份,混合物中大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的质量比为5:1:5。
实施例3
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒25份,酵母粉7份,维生素E3份,魔芋15份,黄精5份以及大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的混合物3份,混合物中大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的质量比为5:1:5。
实施例4
组合物的制备方法,步骤包括:按配比称取各原料组分,将有机硒、酵母粉、魔芋和黄精洗净干燥后粉碎、过筛,得原料粉,将原料粉与维生素E混合均匀。
对比例1
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒5份,酵母粉7份,维生素E3份,魔芋15份,黄精5份以及大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的混合物3份,混合物中大豆蛋白粉、无花果和淮山粉的质量比为5:1:5。
对比例2
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒25份,酵母粉3份,维生素E3份,魔芋15份,黄精5份。
对比例3
用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒25份,酵母粉7份,魔芋15份,黄精5份。
检测例1-动物急慢性毒性实验
预实验显示,本发明食品组合物,毒性很小,无法测出LD50,因此,按照最大的食用量喂食。
1、动物急性毒性试验
药物:通过本发明实施例4的方法,根据实施例1和对比例1配方制备所得食品组合物。
试验动物:昆明种小鼠,体重20±2g,雌雄各半。
方法与结果:
(1)将两种食品组合物各40g,分别用160ml温开水调制成糊状。
(2)将实验小鼠随机分成两组雌雄各半,分别喂食两种食品组合物糊,0.2-1.0ml/只,密切观察,并作记录,继续观察14天;
(3)14天中,小鼠无死亡,行为活泼,摄食量如常,毛色光亮无疏松污,无惊厥嗜唾,眼、口、鼻、耳及肛周无异常分泌物,无断尾烂趾。分别从两组中选择10只解剖后,肉眼所见:心、肝、肺、胃内及胸腺等重要脏器,未见异常改变,表明两种该食品组合物均无急性毒性。
2、动物长期毒性试验
药物:通过本发明实施例4的方法,根据实施例1和对比例1配方制备所得食品组合物。
动物:普通级SD大鼠,体重210g±10g,雌雄各半。
方法与结果:
(1)两种食品组合物的配置:均分为高、中、低三个剂量组,分别为患者食用量的240、 120、60倍,分别用温开水1:1混合成糊状;
(2)将实验鼠随机分成两组,分别连续喂食调制好的食品组合物,连续喂食180天,观察动物全身毒性反应及严重程度,解剖后按操作规程检查各部位,并进行血液学,ALT、BUN 及脑、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、血管、胃等主要脏器的病理学检查;
(3)经过长期喂食,两组大鼠均未出现毒性反应。发育良好。肉眼外观及主要脏器未见异常。外周血象及血清ALT、BUN与对照组比较无病理性改变。病理报告脑、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、血管、胃等均未有意义的改变,因此,认为经病理证实,两种食品组合物对动物无慢性毒性表现。
通过以上两个毒性实验,证明本发明通过本发明实施例4的方法,根据实施例1和对比例1配方制备所得食品组合物是安全的,无毒副作用的,可以被患者食用。
检测例2
其次,选取胃癌术后化疗患者350例,分为1个对照组和6个实验组,每组50例,对照组未食用本发明的组合物,6个实验组,A组食用实施例1配方的组合物,B组食用实施例2 配方的组合物,C组食用实施例3配方的组合物,D组食用对比例1配方的组合物,E组食用对比例2配方的组合物,F组食用对比例3配方的组合物,每日食用三次,每次20g,进行临床观察,所有患者在治疗前、治疗后(术后7天)分别抽取静脉血进行含量检测,并运用生物统计学方法对结果进行处理,实验结果如表1所示。
由表1可以看出,经过治疗后,实验组患者的免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG、IgA)上升幅度显著优于对照组,由表2可以看出,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)明显优于对照组,此外,实施例组1~3患者住院天数、排便时间以及首次排气时间明显短于对照组及对比例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这表明本发明的营养物能够显著改善胃癌术后化疗患者的免疫功能,缩短患者的住院时间。

1.用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,其特征在于,原料包括以下重量份计的组分:
有机硒15~35份,
酵母粉5~10份,
维生素E1~5份,
魔芋5~25份,
黄精2~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,其特征在于,原料还包含以下重量份计的组分:。
大豆蛋白粉5~10份,
无花果1~5份,
淮山粉5~10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述有机硒为富硒谷物。
4.根据权利要求3所述用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述富硒谷物包括富硒玉米、富硒荞麦、富硒大豆、富硒薏仁米、富硒大米、富硒小麦、富硒高粱和富硒芝麻中的一种或多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求3所述用于减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述富硒谷物的硒含量≥2000μg/kg。
6.根据权利要求1所述减轻癌症放化疗毒副作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述魔芋的魔芋多糖含量≥65%。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:按配比称取各原料组分,先将有机硒粉、酵母粉、魔芋粉和黄精粉混合,再加入维生素E混匀后包装即得。
