Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品及其制备方法。所述具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:(1)将银耳干燥,粉碎,得到银耳粉;(2)将200‑500g藜麦与200‑800g水混合,加入100‑300g上述银耳粉、0.5‑5g柠檬酸、10‑50g植物乳杆菌,混合后,密封发酵;(3)干燥,粉碎。本发明的具有抗癌作用的保健食品,含有均衡而全面的营养成分,具有均衡补充营养、增强机体功能、修复体质、调节免疫和内分泌、提高机体应激能力、预防疾病、抗癌、减肥、辅助治疗等功效,适于所有群体食用,尤其适于高血糖、高血压、高血脂、心脏病等慢性病,特别具有抗癌作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
癌症是一种恶性肿瘤。我国每年新发癌症病人约250万人以上,每年在治患者600万人以上,每年死于癌症的人数超过140万人,并且增长速度惊人,平均每死亡5人,就约有1人是死于癌症。正常的细胞由于物理、化学、病毒等致癌因子导致的原癌基因和抑癌基因突变而转变为癌细胞。癌细胞是一种变异的细胞,是产生癌症的病源,癌细胞大致可分为三大类:鳞癌、腺癌、未分化癌。癌细胞与正常细胞不同,有无限增殖、可转化和易转移三大特点,能够无限增殖并破坏正常的细胞组织。癌细胞除了分裂失控外,还会局部侵入周遭正常组织甚至经由体内循环系统或淋巴系统转移到身体其他部分。一般来说,癌细胞进行转移会分为几个阶段:第一个阶段称为侵犯,这个阶段中癌上皮细胞会松开癌细胞之间的连接,使得癌细胞“重获自由”而能移动到其他地方去。第二个阶段称为内渗,癌细胞穿过血管或淋巴管的内皮进入循环系统。第三阶段称为外渗,在这个阶段当中,经过循环系统之旅洗礼的幸存者,会穿过微血管的内皮细胞到达其他的组织。最后的阶段就是这些癌细胞的新大陆移民,在其他组织当中繁衍茁壮形成转移的恶性肿瘤。与良性肿瘤相比,恶性肿瘤生长速度快,呈浸润性生长,易发生出血、坏死、溃疡等,并常有远处转移,造成人体消瘦、无力、贫血、食欲不振、发热以及严重的脏器功能受损等,最终造成患者死亡。
现有的癌症治疗方法大部分是以手术、放疗、化疗、口服化学药物等手段,这些治疗方式在杀死癌细胞的同时,也会杀死正常细胞,导致患者因过度治疗而承受过多的痛苦或者死亡。还有些患者由于厌食或不能进食而不能口服药物,致使失治而死亡。癌症是世界各种关注的重大难题,亟待有新的疗效显著的药物出现。中医学早于二千多年前对癌症已有所认识,中医疗法则有其独特的理论逻辑和思维方式。中药可有效地抑制肿瘤细胞,并配合放化疗调节机体免疫、诱导肿瘤细胞分化和凋亡、预防癌转移复发及抑制癌前病变等作用机制达到防止癌症发生的目的。
中医认为药食同源。合理健康的膳食不仅对正常人体健康有重要的意义,而且在恶性肿瘤病人治疗中也起着中药的辅助作用。近代医家张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中所说,食物“病人服之,不但治病,并可充饥;不但充饥,更可适口,用之对症,病自渐愈,即不对症,亦无他患”。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品及其制备方法。本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:
(1)将银耳干燥,粉碎,得到银耳粉;
(2)将200-500g藜麦与200-800g水混合,加入100-300g上述银耳粉、0.5-5g柠檬酸、10-50g植物乳杆菌,混合后,密封发酵;
(3)干燥,粉碎。
优选的,一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:
(1)将银耳在45-60℃干燥至含水量为10-20%,粉碎,过10-20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将200-500g藜麦与200-800g水混合后,升温至75-90℃,在75-90℃保温20-60分钟,降温至35-40℃,加入100-300g上述银耳粉、0.5-5g柠檬酸、10-50g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35-40℃保温24-72小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在50-70℃干燥12-36小时,在110-125℃杀菌5-15s,粉碎,过15-20目筛,得到本发明具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
藜麦具有增强机体功能、修复体质、调节免疫和内分泌、提高机体应激能力、预防疾病、抗癌等功效。
银耳不但能增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫能力,还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。
藜麦和银耳,通过发酵可以提高药效、加快吸收、改善口味,通过发酵还可以对功效成分进行结构修饰,甚至得到新的有效成分。
优选的,一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:
(1)将银耳在45-60℃干燥至含水量为10-20%,粉碎,过10-20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将200-500g藜麦与200-800g水混合后,升温至75-90℃,在75-90℃保温20-60分钟,降温至35-40℃,加入100-300g上述银耳粉、0.5-5g柠檬酸、10-50g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35-40℃保温24-72小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在50-70℃干燥12-36小时,在110-125℃杀菌5-15s,粉碎,过15-20目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉;
(4)所述藜麦银耳粉中,加入果粉,混合均匀,即可制得所述具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
优选的,所述藜麦银耳粉与果粉的质量比为(40-70):(20-80)。
所述果粉为西番莲果粉和/或白刺果粉。
进一步,所述步骤(4)优选为:所述藜麦银耳粉中,加入西番莲果粉和白刺果粉,混合均匀;所述藜麦银耳粉与西番莲果粉和白刺果粉的质量比为(40-70):(10-40):(10-40)。
所述西番莲果粉的制备方法如下:西番莲果去皮,将去皮后的200-500g西番莲果与水按料液比为1:(0.5-2)g/mL混合后匀浆,得到西番莲果浆,向西番莲果浆中加入0.05-0.5g纤维素酶、0.05-0.5g果胶酶,升温至35-40℃,在35-40℃保温2-6小时,升温至85-95℃,在85-95℃保温10-20分钟,冷却至35-40℃,加入50-150g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5-15wt%的西番莲果粉;
所述白刺果粉的制备方法如下:将200-500g白刺果与水按料液比为1:(0.5-2)g/mL混合后匀浆,得到白刺果浆,向白刺果浆中加入3-20g柠檬酸、0.1-1g氯化钠、0.05-0.5g果胶酶,升温至35-40℃,在35-40℃保温2-6小时,升温至85-95℃,在85-95℃保温5-15分钟,冷却至35-40℃,加入50-150g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5-15wt%的白刺果粉。在制备果粉时所述匀浆的转速为15000-20000转/min,匀浆时间为3-15min。在制备果粉时喷雾干燥的进风温度:140-165℃,出风温度为65-90℃。
本发明还提供了一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品,采用上述方法制备而成。
本发明的具有抗癌作用的保健食品,含有均衡而全面的营养成分,具有均衡补充营养、增强机体功能、修复体质、调节免疫和内分泌、提高机体应激能力、预防疾病、抗癌、减肥、辅助治疗等功效,适于所有群体食用,尤其适于高血糖、高血压、高血脂、心脏病等慢性病,特别具有抗癌作用。
在符合本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可以任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实施例。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
下述实施例中,所用主要原料及仪器如下:
丹参,唇形科植物丹参Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.的干燥根,具有活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈之功效。产地河北。
淮山,薯蓣科植物薯蓣Dioscorea opposita Thunb.的干燥根茎,现代药理试验结果表明,淮山有促进骨折愈合,降血糖,增强免疫功能,增强消化系统功能等作用。产地江苏。
白术,菊科植物白术Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.的干燥根茎,具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。产地江苏。
白芨,兰科植物白及Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb.f.的干燥块茎,能收敛止血,消肿生肌。用于咳血吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂;肺结核咳血,溃疡病出血。产地江苏。
龙葵,为茄科茄属植物龙葵Solanum nigrum L.的干燥全草。用于清热解毒,利水消肿。用于感冒发烧,牙痛,慢性支气管炎,痢疾,泌尿系感染,乳腺炎,白带,癌症。产地安徽。
马交儿,为葫芦科马交儿属植物马交儿Melothria ndica Lour.[Zehneriaindica(Lour.)C.Y.Wu]的干燥根。能清热解毒,消肿散结。用于咽喉肿痛,结膜炎;外用治疮疡肿毒,淋巴结结核,睾丸炎,皮肤湿疹。产地江苏。
川穹,为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎,辛,温。归肝、胆、心包经,活血行气,祛风止痛。产地四川。
大黄,使用蓼科植物掌叶大黄Rheum palmatum L的干燥根,功能主治:泻热通肠,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经。用于实热便秘,积滞腹痛,泻痢不爽,湿热黄疸,血热吐衄,目赤,咽肿,肠痈腹痛,痈肿疔疮,瘀血经闭,跌打损伤,外治水火烫伤。产地甘肃。
牛膝,为苋科植物牛膝Achyranthes bidentata Blume.的干燥根,功能主治:补肝肾,强筋骨,逐瘀通经,引血下行。产地河北。
重楼,为百合科植物云南重楼Paris yunnanensis Franch.的干燥根茎。功能主治:清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊。作于疔肿痈肿、咽喉肿痛、毒蛇咬伤、跌扑伤痛、惊风抽搐。产地云南。
芦根,为禾本科植物芦苇Phragmites communis Trin.的干燥根茎。功能主治:清热生津,除烦,止呕,利尿。用于热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,肺热咳嗽,肺痈吐脓,热淋涩痛。产地山东。
鱼腥草,拉丁学名:Houttuynia cordata Thunb.,为三白草科植物蕺菜的干燥地上部分。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。产地陕西。
姬松茸,拉丁学名:Agaricus blazei Murill,姬松茸是优质的健康食品,对高血压、高血脂、细化系统疾病、糖尿病、乳腺癌、卵巢癌精力减退、流行性感冒等都有一定的疗效。姬松茸由菌丝体和子实体两部分组成,本发明中使用的是姬松茸的子实体,产地吉林。
玉竹,拉丁学名:Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce,为百合科多年生草本植物。主要含有玉竹多糖、甾体皂苷、黄酮、鞣质、甾醇、粘液质、生物碱和强心苷等成分。本发明使用新鲜的玉竹根茎,玉竹产地黑龙江。
辣木籽,辣木Moringa oleifera的种子。辣木籽在降低血脂、血压,减肥瘦身,调节肠胃,护肝戒酒,增强人体免疫力方面具有显著疗效。产地云南。
银耳,为门担子菌门真菌银耳的子实体,银耳是由10余片薄而多皱褶的扁平形瓣片组成。银耳子实体纯白至乳白色,一般呈菊花状或鸡冠状,直径5~10厘米,柔软洁白,半透明,富有弹性,由数片至组成,形似菊花形、牡丹形或绣球形,直径3~15厘米。银耳具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。它能提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝脏功能,它不但能增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫能力,还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。可以滋补生津;润肺养胃,补肺益气。虚劳咳嗽;痰中带血;津少口渴;病后体虚;气短乏力。产地四川。
藜麦,拉丁学名:Chenopodium quinoa Willd。藜麦是一种粮食,原产于南美洲安第斯山区。藜麦为圆形药片状,容重比小米略轻,一般千粒重3-4g。本发明中使用的藜麦产地陕西。藜麦属于易熟易消化食品,口感独特,有淡淡的坚果清香或者人参香,具有均衡补充营养、增强机体功能、修复体质、调节免疫和内分泌、提高机体应激能力、预防疾病、抗癌、减肥、辅助治疗等功效。
植物乳杆菌,拉丁学名:lactobacillus plantarum,由西安韵禾生物科技有限公司提供,菌株含量≧100亿cfu/g,型号YH-626。
西番莲果,西番莲(学名:Passiflora caerulea L.)为多年生常绿攀缘木质藤本植物,西番莲果是一种芳香可口的水果,有“果汁之王”的美誉。西番莲果内含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、还原糖、多种维生素和磷、钙、铁、钾等多达165种化合物以及人体必需的17种氨基酸,营养价值很高,其中维生素含量1345(1·U/100G),是抗癌的有效成份,菸酸含量1.7毫克/100G,对于防止心血管疾病有积极的作用。产地广西。
白刺果,本发明使用的白刺果品种为唐古特白刺果,产地青海。白刺是蒺藜科白刺属的灌木,白刺果实如大豆粒般大小,呈卵圆形,成熟后呈黑红色或橙黄色。白刺果味酸甜营养丰富,已开发制成了多种保健、营养系列产品,如饲料、果酒、果汁和果酱等。
纤维素酶,采用里氏木霉(拉丁学名:Trichodermareesei)经液体深层发酵、超滤等工序精制而成的高效纤维素酶制剂。酶活力:7000u/g,由宁夏夏盛实业集团有限公司提供,型号为全组分型7000。
果胶酶,酶活力1万U/g,型号SAC-015,购自宁夏夏盛实业集团有限公司。
麦芽糊精,符合GB/T 20884-2007标准,11≦DE值<16,购自山东西王糖业有限公司。
匀浆设备:常州峥嵘仪器有限公司生产的JJ-2B玻璃可视高速组织捣碎机。
测试方法
将本发明的具有抗癌作用的中药组合物100g加入800mL水中,在35℃浸泡2小时,升温至75℃,在75℃保温25分钟,过100目筛,将滤液在95℃加热浓缩至200mL,得到药汁。
癌细胞活力测试
实验材料:去势抵抗性前列腺癌细胞株PC3由中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院提供,用含10%肽牛血清的F-12K培养基进行培养。MTT(细胞增殖及细胞毒性)检测试剂盒购自美国Sigma-Aldrich公司。
癌细胞活力实验:取对数生长期的PC3细胞,制成细胞悬液接种于96孔板,每孔接种190μL,细胞密度为5×103个/孔,待细胞贴壁向每孔加入药汁使药汁的浓度达到100μg/mL,继续培养24、48、72h,培养上述时间后向每孔加入10μLMTT溶液继续培养4h,测定570nm处吸光度(A)值。细胞活力(Cell viability,%)=(加药汁组A值/空白组A值)×100%。分别用实施例1-8、对比例1-2的具有抗癌作用的中药组合物制备药汁,进行癌细胞活力实验,实验结果取5次平行实验的平均值。
增强免疫力测试
造模:实验动物为SD大鼠,体重25±3g,共120只,雌雄各半。将120只小鼠随机分为12组,每组雌雄各5只,分别为实验组1-10组、正常对照组、模型组。正常对照组和模型组灌胃生理盐水,实验组1-10组分别灌胃实施例1-8、对比例1-2的具有抗癌作用的中药组合物制备的药汁,灌胃剂量为2g/Kg,每日一次,连续灌胃三周。除正常对照组外,其余的11组小鼠均在灌胃后第15天腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX)80mg/kg,连续3天,得到CTX致免疫力低下小鼠模型。
胸腺和脾脏指数检测:末次给药24h后,称重,处死小鼠,称取胸腺和脾脏。分别按下式计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数:
胸腺指数(mg/g)=胸腺质量(mg)/体重(g),脾脏指数(mg/g)=脾脏质量(mg)/体重(g)。
巨噬细胞吞食能力检测:末次给药24h后,称重,尾静脉注射墨汁,在注射后分别于2、10min眼静脉取血20μL,加到2mL 0.1%碳酸钠溶液中,混匀,在600nm处测定吸光度A。末次取血后,立即处死小鼠,称取肝脏和脾脏的质量,分别按下式计算廓清指数K和吞噬指数α。
K=(lgA1-lgA2)/(t2-t1)
α=体重/(脾脏重量+肝脏重量)×K1/3
其中,A1、A2分别为2、10min对应样品的吸光度;t1、t2分别为2、10min。
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
一种具有抗癌作用的中药组合物,包括下述重量份的原料:丹参60份、淮山25份、白术20份、白芨45份、龙葵35份、马交儿30份、川穹35份、大黄8份、牛膝20份、重楼5份、芦根8份、鱼腥草10份。
具有抗癌作用的中药组合物的制备方法:将各原料分别粉碎、过30目筛,将粉碎后的原料搅拌混合均匀即得。
实施例2
一种具有抗癌作用的中药组合物,包括下述重量份的原料:丹参60份、淮山25份、白术20份、白芨45份、龙葵35份、马交儿30份、川穹35份、大黄8份、牛膝20份、重楼5份、芦根8份、鱼腥草10份、复合多糖25份。
复合多糖的制备方法如下:将姬松茸、玉竹、辣木籽分别粉碎后过10目筛,将粉碎后的姬松茸、玉竹、辣木籽按质量比为1:3:1混合得到混合料,向500g混合料中加入1500g乙醚,在30℃、转速为50转/分钟搅拌5分钟,过50目筛,得到一次滤液和一次滤饼,将一次滤饼在40℃干燥20分钟,将干燥后的一次滤饼加入5L水中,在频率为20KHz、功率为300W条件超声提取40分钟,过200目筛,得到二次滤液和二次滤饼,将二次滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩至原体积的30%得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入乙醇,使乙醇的体积分数达到75%,混合均匀后静置24小时,以5000转/分钟转速离心15分钟,将离心得到的沉淀在0.06MPa、40℃干燥8小时,得到复合多糖。
具有抗癌作用的中药组合物的制备方法:将各原料分别粉碎、过30目筛,将粉碎后的原料搅拌混合均匀即得。
实施例3
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于,在本实施例3中,复合多糖的制备方法如下:将姬松茸、玉竹、辣木籽分别粉碎后过10目筛,将粉碎后的姬松茸、玉竹、辣木籽按质量比为3:1:1混合得到混合料,向500g混合料中加入1500g乙醚,在30℃、转速为50转/分钟搅拌5分钟,过50目筛,得到一次滤液和一次滤饼,将一次滤饼在40℃干燥20分钟,将干燥后的一次滤饼加入5L水中,在频率为20KHz、功率为300W条件超声提取40分钟,过200目筛,得到二次滤液和二次滤饼,将二次滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩至原体积的30%得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入乙醇,使乙醇的体积分数达到75%,混合均匀后静置24小时,以5000转/分钟转速离心15分钟,将离心得到的沉淀在0.06MPa、40℃干燥8小时,得到复合多糖。
实施例4
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于,在本实施例4中,复合多糖的制备方法如下:将姬松茸、玉竹、辣木籽分别粉碎后过10目筛,将粉碎后的姬松茸、玉竹、辣木籽按质量比为1:1:3混合得到混合料,向500g混合料中加入1500g乙醚,在30℃、转速为50转/分钟搅拌5分钟,过50目筛,得到一次滤液和一次滤饼,将一次滤饼在40℃干燥20分钟,将干燥后的一次滤饼加入5L水中,在频率为20KHz、功率为300W条件超声提取40分钟,过200目筛,得到二次滤液和二次滤饼,将二次滤液在50℃蒸发浓缩至原体积的30%得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入乙醇,使乙醇的体积分数达到75%,混合均匀后静置24小时,以5000转/分钟转速离心15分钟,将离心得到的沉淀在0.06MPa、40℃干燥8小时,得到复合多糖。
实施例5
一种具有抗癌作用的中药组合物,包括下述重量份的原料:丹参60份、淮山25份、白术20份、白芨45份、龙葵35份、马交儿30份、川穹35份、大黄8份、牛膝20份、重楼5份、芦根8份、鱼腥草10份、复合多糖25份、藜麦银耳粉55份。
复合多糖的制备方法同实施例2。
所述藜麦银耳粉的制备方法如下:将银耳在50℃干燥至含水量为15%,粉碎,过10目筛,得到银耳粉,将300g藜麦、300g水混合后,升温至85℃,在85℃保温40分钟,降温至35℃,加入200g银耳粉、1.5g柠檬酸、35g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35℃保温48小时进行发酵,将发酵后的产物在50℃干燥24小时,在120℃杀菌10s,粉碎,过15目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉。
具有抗癌作用的中药组合物的制备方法:将各原料分别粉碎、过30目筛,将粉碎后的原料搅拌混合均匀即得。
实施例6
与实施例5基本相同,区别仅在于,在本实施例6中,藜麦银耳粉的制备方法如下:将银耳在50℃干燥至含水量为15%,粉碎,过10目筛,得到银耳粉,将300g藜麦、300g水混合后,升温至85℃,在85℃保温40分钟,降温至35℃,加入200g银耳粉、1.5g柠檬酸、35g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35℃保温24小时进行发酵,将发酵后的产物在50℃干燥24小时,在120℃杀菌10s,粉碎,过15目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉。
实施例7
与实施例5基本相同,区别仅在于,在本实施例7中,藜麦银耳粉的制备方法如下:将银耳在50℃干燥至含水量为15%,粉碎,过10目筛,得到银耳粉,将300g藜麦、300g水混合后,升温至85℃,在85℃保温40分钟,降温至35℃,加入200g银耳粉、1.5g柠檬酸、35g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35℃保温72小时进行发酵,将发酵后的产物在50℃干燥24小时,在120℃杀菌10s,粉碎,过15目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉。
实施例8

西番莲果粉的制备方法如下:西番莲果去皮,将去皮后的300g西番莲果与水按料液比为1:1g/mL混合后以15000转/min的转速匀浆5min,得到西番莲果浆,向西番莲果浆中加入0.15g纤维素酶、0.2g果胶酶,升温至38℃,在38℃保温3小时,升温至95℃,在95℃保温10分钟,冷却至40℃,加入100g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5wt%的西番莲果粉,喷雾干燥的进风温度:160℃,出风温度为85℃。白刺果粉的制备方法如下:将300g白刺果与水按料液比为1:1g/mL混合后以15000转/min的转速匀浆6min,向白刺果浆中加入10g柠檬酸、0.5g氯化钠、0.2g果胶酶,升温至38℃,在38℃保温4小时,升温至85℃,在85℃保温7分钟,冷却至40℃,加入75g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5wt%的白刺果粉,喷雾干燥的进风温度:155℃,出风温度为85℃。

本发明的具有抗癌作用的中药组合物根据中医配伍原则选用多味中草药合理配伍,辅助添加植物多糖、藜麦银耳、果粉功效成分,能降低癌细胞活力,抑制癌细胞生长和扩散,增强免疫器官指数,提高巨噬细胞吞食能力,从而增强免疫力,达到防癌和抗癌效果。
实施例9
具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:
(1)将银耳在50℃干燥至含水量为15%,粉碎,过20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将300g藜麦与500g水混合后,升温至80℃,在80℃保温40分钟,降温至38℃,加入200g上述银耳粉、3g柠檬酸、30g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在38℃保温48小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在60℃干燥24小时,在120℃杀菌10s,粉碎,过20目筛,得到所述具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
实施例10
具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:
(1)将银耳在50℃干燥至含水量为15%,粉碎,过20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将300g藜麦与500g水混合后,升温至80℃,在80℃保温40分钟,降温至38℃,加入200g上述银耳粉、3g柠檬酸、30g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在38℃保温48小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在60℃干燥24小时,在120℃杀菌10s,粉碎,过20目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉;
(4)所述藜麦银耳粉中,加入西番莲果粉,混合均匀,即可制得所述具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
所述藜麦银耳粉、西番莲果粉的质量比为60:40。
所述西番莲果粉的制备方法:西番莲果去皮,将去皮后的300g西番莲果与水按料液比为1:1g/mL混合后以15000转/min的转速匀浆5min,得到西番莲果浆,向西番莲果浆中加入0.15g纤维素酶、0.2g果胶酶,升温至38℃,在38℃保温3小时,升温至95℃,在95℃保温10分钟,冷却至40℃,加入100g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5wt%的西番莲果粉,喷雾干燥的进风温度:160℃,出风温度为85℃。
实施例11
具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:
(1)将银耳在50℃干燥至含水量为15%,粉碎,过20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将300g藜麦与500g水混合后,升温至80℃,在80℃保温40分钟,降温至38℃,加入200g上述银耳粉、3g柠檬酸、30g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在38℃保温48小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在60℃干燥24小时,在120℃杀菌10s,粉碎,过20目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉;
(4)所述藜麦银耳粉中,加入白刺果粉,混合均匀,即可制得所述具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
所述藜麦银耳粉和白刺果粉的质量比为60:40。
所述白刺果粉的制备方法:将300g白刺果与水按料液比为1:1g/mL混合后以15000转/min的转速匀浆6min,向白刺果浆中加入10g柠檬酸、0.5g氯化钠、0.2g果胶酶,升温至38℃,在38℃保温4小时,升温至85℃,在85℃保温7分钟,冷却至40℃,加入75g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5wt%的白刺果粉,喷雾干燥的进风温度:155℃,出风温度为85℃。
实施例12
具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法:

所述藜麦银耳粉、西番莲果粉和白刺果粉的质量比为60:20:20。
所述西番莲果粉的制备方法:西番莲果去皮,将去皮后的300g西番莲果与水按料液比为1:1g/mL混合后以15000转/min的转速匀浆5min,得到西番莲果浆,向西番莲果浆中加入0.15g纤维素酶、0.2g果胶酶,升温至38℃,在38℃保温3小时,升温至95℃,在95℃保温10分钟,冷却至40℃,加入100g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5wt%的西番莲果粉,喷雾干燥的进风温度:160℃,出风温度为85℃。

将实施例9-12的具有抗癌作用的保健食品进行癌细胞活力测试,测试结果见表4。

本发明的具有抗癌作用的保健食品,含有均衡而全面的营养成分,具有均衡补充营养、增强机体功能、修复体质、调节免疫和内分泌、提高机体应激能力、预防疾病、抗癌、减肥、辅助治疗等功效,适于所有群体食用,尤其适于高血糖、高血压、高血脂、心脏病等慢性病,特别具有抗癌作用。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将银耳干燥,粉碎,得到银耳粉;
(2)将200-500g藜麦与200-800g水混合,加入100-300g上述银耳粉、0.5-5g柠檬酸、10-50g植物乳杆菌,混合后,密封发酵;
(3)干燥,粉碎。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
(1)将银耳在45-60℃干燥至含水量为10-20%,粉碎,过10-20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将200-500g藜麦与200-800g水混合后,升温至75-90℃,在75-90℃保温20-60分钟,降温至35-40℃,加入100-300g上述银耳粉、0.5-5g柠檬酸、10-50g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35-40℃保温24-72小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在50-70℃干燥12-36小时,在110-125℃杀菌5-15s,粉碎,过15-20目筛,得到本发明具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
(1)将银耳在45-60℃干燥至含水量为10-20%,粉碎,过10-20目筛,得到银耳粉;
(2)将200-500g藜麦与200-800g水混合后,升温至75-90℃,在75-90℃保温20-60分钟,降温至35-40℃,加入100-300g上述银耳粉、0.5-5g柠檬酸、10-50g植物乳杆菌混合均匀后密封,在35-40℃保温24-72小时进行发酵,得到发酵后的产物;
(3)将上述发酵后的产物在50-70℃干燥12-36小时,在110-125℃杀菌5-15s,粉碎,过15-20目筛,得到藜麦银耳粉;
(4)所述藜麦银耳粉中,加入果粉,混合均匀,即可制得所述具有抗癌作用的保健食品。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述藜麦银耳粉与果粉的质量比为(40-70):(20-80)。
5.如权利要求3所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述果粉为西番莲果粉和/或白刺果粉。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)为:所述藜麦银耳粉中,加入西番莲果粉和白刺果粉,混合均匀;所述藜麦银耳粉与西番莲果粉和白刺果粉的质量比为(40-70):(10-40):(10-40)。
7.如权利要求5所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述西番莲果粉的制备方法如下:西番莲果去皮,将去皮后的200-500g西番莲果与水按料液比为1:(0.5-2)g/mL混合后匀浆,得到西番莲果浆,向西番莲果浆中加入0.05-0.5g纤维素酶、0.05-0.5g果胶酶,升温至35-40℃,在35-40℃保温2-6小时,升温至85-95℃,在85-95℃保温10-20分钟,冷却至35-40℃,加入50-150g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5-15wt%的西番莲果粉。
8.如权利要求5所述的具有抗癌作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述白刺果粉的制备方法如下:将200-500g白刺果与水按料液比为1:(0.5-2)g/mL混合后匀浆,得到白刺果浆,向白刺果浆中加入3-20g柠檬酸、0.1-1g氯化钠、0.05-0.5g果胶酶,升温至35-40℃,在35-40℃保温2-6小时,升温至85-95℃,在85-95℃保温5-15分钟,冷却至35-40℃,加入50-150g麦芽糊精混合均匀,喷雾干燥得到含水量为5-15wt%的白刺果粉。
9.一种具有抗癌作用的保健食品,采用权利要求1-8所述方法制备而成。
