Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,具体涉及一种具有保健功效的大米。
背景技术
众所周知,糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的内分泌代谢性疾病,常常导致碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪以及水和电解质代谢紊乱,造成人体各种组织,特别是眼睛、肾脏、神经、心脏及血管的损伤、功能缺陷和衰竭。糖尿病的发病率与生活方式、饮食结构及年龄因素等有关,且随生活水平提高而呈全面上升之势。
同时,由于现代人类饮食和生活习惯的不健康,高血脂的人群也在快速地增加,高血脂会造成高血压、心血管疾病等各种健康问题。
此外,随着人体不断地新陈代谢,滞留在人体内的毒素会逐渐积少成多,一旦体内毒素超出人体所能承受的水平,就会引起便秘、肥胖、冠心病等一系列疾病。尤其是现代人生活节奏太快,往往疏于对身体的保养调节,再加上环境污染日益严重,造成了人体内毒素大量堆积、新陈代谢减慢、部分器官功能障碍,引起食欲不振、口臭、腹胀、面色无华、皮肤色素沉着、青春痘、便秘、肥胖等一系列的亚健康症状。
治疗糖尿病的首要措施是调节血糖使其接近正常值,空腹血糖和餐后血糖的调节对于糖尿病症状的改善和并发症的预防及治疗非常重要,其治疗方法主要有药物疗法、运动疗法和饮食疗法。
常用的药物疗法使用化学药物胰岛素及化学性口服降血糖药物等,但这些药物通常会引发各种副作用和患者的耐药性等问题。中医药治疗糖尿病有其独特的优势,如毒副作用小、作用温和持久、具有综合治疗作用,但是如果长期食用中药,同样会引发各种副作用和患者的耐药性等问题。而且长期煎制中药也将严重影响患者及其家庭的日常生活。
此外,由于糖尿病患者身体往往比正常人虚弱并伴有各种并发症,因此大多数患者都难以长期坚持运动疗法,最终转变成药物疗法。而且运动疗法见效慢,只适合于辅助治疗/减轻糖尿病。
饮食疗法是各种类型糖尿病治疗的基础,一部分轻型患者单用饮食疗法就可以控制病情。然而,目前的饮食疗法需要控制患者的饮食规律,患者必须严格按照食谱进食,这严重影响了患者本人甚至整个家庭的日常生活起居。
为了能够有效治愈/控制糖尿病及其并发症,多年来相关领域技术人员研制了各种可以代替主食的保健品。
如中国专利申请CN101554228A公开的一种五色降糖营养米饭及加工方法,其将党参、人参、丹参、黄精、黄芪、绞股蓝、甘草、白术、制首乌、当归、白芍药、熟地、山楂、山茱萸、山药、枸杞子、五味子、决明子、金银花、菊花、翻白草、苦瓜、灵芝、茯苓、葛根、荷叶、玉竹、粽子叶、板蓝根、芦荟、蒲公英、苦丁茶、银杏茶、桑叶茶、乌龙茶分别切片、搅匀、粉碎、造粒、烘干、装袋、包装,制成降糖中药配料包,然后制成降糖中药液;将粳米、小米、紫米、燕麦、白扁豆、红小豆、豌豆、黑豆分别洗净、用降糖中药液浸泡3-12小时,之后与炒熟黑芝麻、螺旋藻粉放置一起混合均匀,按常规制成五色降糖营养米饭。然而,该五色降糖营养米饭具有以下缺点或不足:1、首先其降糖中药配料包中含有各种中药,其必然会带来多方面的副作用,长期食用还会有耐药性的问题;2、其中的组分芍药、翻白草、灵芝、粽子叶、板蓝根等均不属于药食同源的物品,也不属于可用于保健食品的物品,均不可用于制备具有治疗/控制糖尿病功效的保健品;3、其制成品为米饭熟食不便于储藏保存,因此不利于推广应用。

因此,急需开发一种纯天然、无任何副作用、制造成本低、能够大范围推广、具有调理人体机能功效的保健主食。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种降糖降脂植物营养活化米,这种具有调理人体机能功效的保健主食制备工艺简单、成本低,并且所有组分均天然健康、无任何毒副作用,其能够让糖尿病患者作为主食吃饱而不必刻意控制饮食挨饿。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种降糖降脂植物营养活化米,该降糖降脂植物营养活化米至少由植物营养液与米粉混合后制粒而成,其中,植物营养液至少由按重量份计的以下组分经过至少一次蒸煮工艺制备而成:青钱柳2~15份;玉竹2~15份;番石榴5~20份;苦瓜5~15份;山药5~20份;以及野葛5~20份。其中,植物营养液与米粉的用量质量比为1:1~5。

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:(1)、该降糖降脂植物营养活化米的制备工艺简单,原材料经干燥后直接使用,无需复杂的提取/萃取工艺,与其它类型保健食品相比生产成本较低;(2)、采用多种具有降糖/降压/降脂保健功效的药食同源的材料,通过适当的搭配组合,能够发挥极佳的降糖/降压/降脂效果;(3)、所有组分均为普通食品果蔬、药食同源的药材或可用于保健食品的药材,因此对人体的无副作用,具有天然、营养均衡、易吸收等特点,可以解决微量元素摄入不足和营养失衡等问题,具有降糖降脂、抗氧化、消炎、排毒、护肝、利尿、养肾等功能;(4)、由于所有组分均为普通食品果蔬、药食同源的药材或可用于保健食品的药材,因此任何人群都可以使用;(5)、该降糖降脂植物营养活化米可以代替主食直至吃饱为止,解决了糖尿病患者必须限制饮食挨饿进而导致营养严重缺乏的问题。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
以下根据现有技术文献中的描述,对本发明降糖降脂植物营养活化米所包含的组分分别进行说明。
一、青钱柳(Cyclocaryapaliurus)
本发明所指青钱柳是胡桃科、青钱柳属植物。
植物使用部分:叶。
植物使用方式:采摘后洗净,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:山柰酚、槲皮素、异槲皮苷、胡萝卜素、维生素E、香草酸、苯甲酸、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄醛酸苷、β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷、三萜皂甙、青钱柳甙Ⅰ、青钱柳甙Ⅱ、青钱柳甙Ⅲ、青钱柳酸Ⅰ和青钱柳酸Ⅱ、β-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖、咖啡因、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山俞酸、肌醇、2-α-乌苏酸、:(+)-儿茶素,南酸枣苷,乔松索7-O-呲喃葡萄糖苷、内脂、皂甙、香豆精、生物碱、苷类等。
作用机理:青钱柳所含黄酮类成分与癌症及心脑血管等疾病的发生有着密切的关系。黄酮类化合物具有保肝、扩冠、抗炎、降低血管脆性,解除痉挛,增强心脏收缩,有一定程度的抗菌及抑制肿瘤细胞等作用。青钱柳所含VE是一种有效的抗氧化剂,能改善动脉硬化,预防血栓产生,改善高血脂症,可显著降低患冠心病的机会。(+)-儿茶素有止泻、解毒、止血和治疗各种肝脏疾病的活性;β-谷甾醇也有抗癌、降低胆固醇、止咳等作用。三萜类物质也有很强生理活性,如消炎,镇痛,镇静,抗菌,解热,驱虫,抗病毒,抑制癌细胞增生,抗过敏,抗炎症,促进肝脏新陈代谢,有助防止心、血、脑疾病发生等。青钱柳所含内脂具有抗癌(鼻咽癌),抗白血病,抗胆碱作用,抗组胺,,降压,抗菌,抗溃疡,止血,驱虫,抗钩端螺旋体,退热,降血糖等作用;青钱柳所含皂甙具有强心,舒张血管及抗疲劳,减慢心率及双相性血压作用促进DNA和蛋白质及脂质的生物合成,止渴生津,排脓消肿,利咽止痛,解热镇痛等作用;青钱柳所含香豆精具有抗癌,抗菌,利尿和保护血管通透性,消炎,抗凝血,扩张冠状动脉,改善血液循环,止渴袪痰,平喘,吸收紫外线及抗辐射,杀虫,镇痛,解热,抗风时,,降压,抗组胺等作用。
二.桑葚(FructusMori)
桑葚亦称桑椹。
植物的使用部分:果实。
植物的使用方式:采摘后洗净,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:桑葚含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、糅酸、苹果酸及维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、铁、钠、钙、镁、磷、钾、胡萝卜素和花青素。桑椹油的脂肪酸主要由亚油酸和少量的硬脂酸、油酸等组成。
作用机理:桑椹中含有脂肪酸,主要由亚油酸、硬脂酸及油酸组成,具有分解脂肪,降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用。桑椹中含有鞣酸、脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能帮助脂肪、蛋白质及淀粉的消化,故有健脾胃助消化之功,可用于治疗因消化不良而导致的腹泻。桑椹中含有多种维生素、胡萝卜素及人体必需的微量元素等,能有效地扩充人体的血容量,且补而不腻,适宜于高血压、妇女病患者食疗。桑椹中含有大量人体所需要的营养物质,还含有乌发素,可用来美容。桑椹中所含的芸香苷、花色素、葡萄糖、果糖、苹果酸、钙质、无机盐、胡萝卜素、多种维生素及烟酸等成分,都有预防肿瘤细胞扩散,避免癌症发生的功效。
三.黄精(Polygonatumsibiricum)

所含活性物质:黄精的根状茎含甾体皂甙,包括呋甾烯醇型皂甙和螺甾烯醇型皂甙。另含黄精多糖A、B、C,均由葡萄糖(glucose)、甘露糖(mannose)和半乳糖醛酸(galacturonicacid)缩合而成。又含黄精低聚糖A、B、C,系由果糖(fructose)与葡萄糖缩合而成。
作用机理:实验表明黄精浸膏对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显著抑制作用。此外还具有抗菌、抗疲劳、抗氧化、止血、有益心血管、有延缓衰老的功效。
四、番石榴(PsidiumguajavaLinn)
番石榴是桃金娘科、番石榴属乔木。
植物的使用部分:果。
植物的使用方式:采摘后洗净,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:成熟果实中含有槲皮素,β-谷甾醇,番石榴甙,没食子酸,并没食子酸,无色矢车菊素,维生素C,鼠李糖,木糖,核糖,阿拉伯糖,果糖,葡萄糖,半乳糖,蔗糖,缬氨酸,丙氨酸,苏氨酸,天冬氨酸,谷氨酸,胱氨酸。又含扁蓄甙、阿拉伯聚糖等多糖,安石榴苷,安石榴林,石榴皮亭A,石榴皮亭B,鞣花酸,英国栎鞣花酸等。
作用机理:番石榴果实中含有的多酚类化合物如安石榴苷、安石榴林、石榴皮亭A、石榴皮亭B、鞣花酸、没食子酸、英国栎鞣花酸等具有较强抗氧化性,淬活活性氧,抑制氧化酶活性通过与氧自由基结合成为稳定的中间体以阻断自有基的活力以及具有催化功能的金属离子络合物发挥作用,保护机体免受氧化应激的损害。番石榴果中含有的黄酮类化合物具有保护心脑血管生物活性。
五、茯苓(Wolfiporiacocos)
本发明所指茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。
植物的使用部分:真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。
植物的使用方式:采摘后洗净,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:茯苓菌核含多种成份。三萜类:茯苓酸,16α-羟基齿孔酸,3β-羟基-7.9(11),24-羊毛甾三烯-21-酸,茯苓酸甲酯,16α-羟基齿孔酸甲酯,7,9(11)-去氢茯苓酸甲酯,3β,,16α-二羟基-7,9(11),24(31)-羊毛甾三烯-21-酸甲酯,多孔菌酸C甲酯,3-氢化松苓酸,齿孔酸,去氢齿孔酸,茯苓新酸A、B、C、D、DM、AM,β香树醇乙酸(β-羟基-16α-乙酰氧基-7,9(11),24-羊毛甾三烯-21-酸及7,9(11)去氢茯苓酸。多糖:茯苓多糖,茯苓聚糖,茯苓次聚及高度(1,3)、(1,6),分支的β-D-葡聚糖H11。另外还含麦角甾醇,辛酸,十一烷酸,月桂酸,十二碳酸酯,棕榈酸,十二碳烯酸酯,辛酸酸,卵磷脂,甾醇以及无机元素。
作用机理:茯苓中的主要成分为茯苓聚糖,含量很高,对多种细菌有抑制作用;能降胃酸,对消化道溃疡有预防效果;对肝损伤有明显的保护作用;有抗肿瘤的作用;能多方面对免疫功能进行调节;能使化疗所致白细胞减少加速回升;并有镇静的作用。实验证明,羧甲基茯苓多糖抗肿瘤作用与胸腺有关。茯苓多糖激活局部补体,使肿瘤临近区域被激活的补体通过影响巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞或其他细胞及体液因子,从而协同杀伤肿瘤细胞。羧甲基茯苓多糖对艾氏腹水癌细胞的抑制作用是通过抑制DNA合成而实现的。茯苓多糖F1和H11,具明显抗肿瘤活性。茯苓多糖具有抗胸腺萎缩及抗脾脏增大和抑瘤生长的功能。羧甲基茯苓多糖还有免疫调节、保肝降酶、间接抗病毒、诱生和促诱生干扰素、减轻放射副反应,诱生和促诱生白细胞调节素等多种生理活性,无不良毒副作用。茯苓酸能竞争性抑制磷脂酶A2的生物活性,降低PLA2介导的细胞损伤。
六.玉竹(Polygonatumodoratum(Mill.)Druce)
植物的使用部分:根茎。
植物的使用方式:采摘后洗净,切片/切段,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:根状茎含有玉竹粘多糖、玉竹果聚糖A/B/C/D、氮杂环丁烷-2-羧酸、黄精螺甾醇、黄精螺甾醇甙等。
作用机理:玉竹中所含黄酮物质与桑葚中所含脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质—洗胰清糖素(cics),具有降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。
七、麦冬(Ophiopogonjaponicus)
麦冬亦称麦门冬,本发明所指麦冬为百合科沿阶草属多年生常绿草本植物。
植物的使用部分:块根。
植物的使用方法:采摘后洗净,切片/切段,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:麦冬中主要化学成分为多糖、甾体皂苷、高异黄酮类、氨基酸,β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、配糖体化合物、环二肽类化合物、酰胺类化合物、多羟基脂肪酸和酚酸类化合物等。麦冬块根含多种糖甙:甙元为罗斯考皂甙元的有麦冬皂甙B、D;甙元为(22S,24S,25S)-23-24-二羟基罗斯考皂甙元的有(23S,24S,25S)-23,24-二羟基罗斯考皂甙元-1-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)][β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→3)]-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙-24-O-β-D-吡喃岩藻糖甙等;甙元为薯蓣皂甙元的有麦冬皂甙D'等;甙元为龙脑的有左旋的龙脑-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙等。又含高异类黄酮成分:甲基麦冬黄烷酮A、B,麦冬黄烷酮A、B,6-醛基异麦冬黄烷酮A、B,6-醛基异麦冬黄酮A、B,,麦冬黄酮A等。另含挥发油,从中分得长叶烯,α-和β-广藿香烯等成分。又含钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、钴、锰、铬、铅、镍、钡、锌等28种无机元素。多种甾体甙类成分:β-谷甾醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙,豆甾醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙,菜油甾醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙等。
作用机理:麦冬总皂苷可有效对抗由氯仿一肾上腺素、氯化钡、乌头碱所诱发的心律失常,对结扎犬冠状动脉造成心肌缺血缺氧引起的室性心律失常具有良好的疗效。麦冬总皂苷具有抗炎免疫活性,麦冬中的皂苷c经药理实验证明具有较强的抗炎免疫活性,对迟发性变态反应的抑制作用主要包括抑制T效应细胞的形成及抑制炎症反应等。而且麦冬中的皂苷c,对肉瘤S和艾氏腹水癌均有抑制作用。麦冬总皂苷还具有明显的活血化淤作用,为其治疗血栓性疾病提供了实验依据。此外麦冬总皂苷还具有抗休克四和抗衰老作用。麦冬皂苷c可以防止细胞凋亡起到保护血管内壁的作用。麦冬皂苷c能抵抗过氧化氢对人体静脉血管内皮细胞的损伤并呈一定的量效关系。还可以稳定线粒体膜电位减少钙离子内流,增加细胞活力,从而起到防止心血管内皮细胞损伤的作用。麦冬总皂苷对缺氧再给氧损伤的心肌细胞具有保护作用。
八.苦瓜(Balsampear)
植物的使用部分:果、根、藤、叶或前四者的任意组合。
植物的使用方式:采摘后洗净,必要时切片/切段,,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:苦瓜中富含苦瓜苷、苦瓜素,还有5—羟基色胺和多种氨基酸如谷氨酸、丙氨酸、B—丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸、a—氨基丁酸、脯氨酸、瓜氨酸,还含半乳糖醛酸及果胶等。
作用机理:苦瓜中所含苦瓜甙具有降低血糖作用。苦瓜的维生素C含量很高,具有预防坏血病、保护细胞膜、防止动脉粥样硬化、提高机体应激能力、保护心脏等作用。苦瓜中的苦瓜甙和苦味素能增进食欲,健脾开胃,所含的生物碱类物质奎宁,有利尿活血、消炎退热、清心明目的功效。苦瓜蛋白质成分及大量维生素C能提高机体的免疫功能,使免疫细胞具有杀灭癌细胞的作用;苦瓜汁含有某种蛋白成分,能加强巨噬能力,临床上对淋巴肉瘤和白血病有效;从苦瓜籽中提炼出的胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可以抑制癌细胞所分泌出来的蛋白酶,阻止恶性肿瘤生长。苦瓜中所含的苦味素可抑制恶性肿瘤分泌蛋白质,防治癌细胞的生长和扩散。苦瓜中的蛋白质和苦瓜素的抗癌机理,主要是它们能激活体内免疫系统的防御功能,增强免疫细胞的活性,抑制细胞的增殖或将其杀死。苦瓜含有苦瓜甙和类似胰岛素的物质,具有良好的降血糖作用,是糖尿病患者的理想食品。

本发明中所指白茅是禾本科、白茅属多年生草本植物。

植物的使用方法:采摘后洗净,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:白茅根的活性成分主要有三萜类、糖类、内酯类、有机酸类、香豆素类等,并含有钾、铁、钙等多种元素。三萜类化合物有:芦竹素、白茅素、羊齿烯醇、羊齿烯醇、乔木萜烷、异乔木萜烷、西米杜鹃醇、乔木萜醇、乔木萜醇甲醚、乔木萜酮和木栓酮等。糖类主要有多糖、葡萄糖、果糖和木糖等。内酯类主要是白头翁素、薏苡素等。白茅根所含有机酸类物质主要有绿原酸、棕榈酸、对羟基桂皮酸、柠檬酸、草酸、苹果酸等。咖啡酰奎尼酸类化合物有:1—咖啡酰奎尼酸、3—咖啡酰奎尼酸等。
作用机理:白茅根有止血、抗菌作用。白茅根含丰富钾盐有利尿作用。
十、山楂(CrataeguspinnatifidaBunge)
本发明所指山楂是蔷薇科山楂属落叶乔木。
植物使用部分:果实。
植物使用方式:采摘后洗净,风干、晒干和/或烘干后备用。
所含活性物质:山楂果实含山楂酸、酒石酸、枸橼酸、黄酮类、内酯、甙类、解酯酶、糖类、槲皮素、金丝桃甙、绿原酸、咖啡酸、齐墩果酸、枸橼酸、枸橼酸单甲酯、枸橼酸二甲酯、枸橼酸三甲酯、黄烷聚合物苹果酸、维生素C、核黄素、鞣质、黄酮、熊果酸、果糖、胡萝卜素及钙、磷、铁等。种仁含蛋白质、脂肪、腈甙等。叶含绿原酸、槲皮素、山楂酸、熊果醇。果肉中脂肪酸有:亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚麻酸。
作用机理:山楂含有脂肪酶,促进脂肪消化,并能增加胃消化酶的分泌,有调节胃肠功能的作用。山楂内所含的三萜酸能改善冠脉循环而使冠状动脉性衰竭得以代偿,达到强心作用。山楂总黄酮表现出显著的降血脂作用,对高脂血症所致血管功能损伤具有明显保护作用。研究表明,山楂中所含的金丝桃苷和熊果酸有降血脂的功效,有提高血清超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用,这一作用可以明显降低高脂血症时氧自由基对血管内皮的损伤,防止血管粥样硬化的形成。黄酮类化合物对多种原因引起的肝损伤具有显著的保护作用,金丝桃苷也具有一定的改善肝功能的疗效。山楂中的黄酮苷及复杂的二聚黄烷和多聚黄烷类,有显著的扩张血管、降低血压作用。山楂所含VC、VB、胡萝卜素及多种有机酸,口服能增加胃中消化酶的分泌,所含蛋白酶、脂肪酸,可促进肉食分解消化。山楂中抗氧化作用的活性物质的主要成分是黄酮,这是公认的最具抗氧化潜力的一类化合物。山楂总黄酮对正常细胞的生长无明显影响,但能使肿瘤细胞内钙浓度明显升高。山楂总黄酮可通过抑制肿瘤细胞DNA的生物合成,从而阻止肿瘤细胞的分裂繁殖。

所含活性物质:山药根茎含薯蓣皂甙元、多巴胺、盐酸山药碱、多酚氧化酶、尿囊素、止杈素Ⅱ。又含糖蛋白,水解得:赖氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸等。还含自由氨基酸,另含具降血糖作有用的多糖,并含由甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖构成的山药多糖,又含钡、铍、铈、钴、铬、铜、镓、镧、锂、锰、铌、镍、磷、锶、钍、钛、钒、钇、镱、锌、锆以及氧化钠、氧化钾、氧化铝、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁等。还含儿茶酚胺、胆甾醇、麦角甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇等。
作用机理:山药的最大特点是含有大量的黏蛋白。黏蛋白是一种多糖蛋白质的混合物,对人体具有特殊的保健作用,能防止脂肪沉积在心血管上,保持血管弹性,阻止动脉粥样硬化过早发生;可减少皮下脂肪堆积;能防止结缔组织的萎缩,预防类风湿关节炎、硬皮病等胶原病的发生。山药蛋白多糖对活性氧自由基具有良好的清除作用。山药多糖有较强降血糖作用,可调节糖尿病肠病患者血液SP浓度、VIP浓度,使之趋于正常水平。稳定糖尿病肠病患者血糖和肠胃环境。山药所含淀粉酶有水解淀粉的功效,能促进前列腺素分泌、合成,,降低血糖、尿糖的作用,从而有效缓解糖尿病及其并发症。山药多糖对黄嘌呤—黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生的超氧自由基和羟自由基有清除作用,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性。山药中的多巴胺有扩展血管、改进血液循环的功用。山药中所含的尿囊素具有麻醉镇痛的作用,可促进上皮生长、消炎和抑菌。山药多糖对环磷酰胺所导致的细胞免疫抑制有对抗作用,能使被抑制的细胞免疫功能部分或全部恢复正常。山药还能加强白细胞的吞噬作用。山药含有皂苷能够降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,对高血压和高血脂等病症有改善作用。

所含活性物质:野葛根含大豆甙元、大豆甙、葛根素、4'-甲氧基葛根素、大豆甙元-4’、7-二葡萄糖甙、大豆甙元-7-(6-O-丙二酰基)-葡萄糖甙、染料木素、刺芒柄花素、葛根酚、葛根甙、羽扇烯酮、β-谷甾醇、6,7-二甲氧基香豆精、三萜皂甙等。
作用机理:从葛根中分离精制的黄酮类成分PG1能显著抑制氧化损伤引起的红细胞溶血,对微粒体的活性氧类造成的过氧化脂质的生成有抑制作用。葛根的有效成分提取物、大豆甙元可抑制HL-60细胞增殖,使细胞由原始的早幼粒发育为趋向成熟的中幼粒、脱幼粒以及成熟的杆状粒、分叶核细胞,提取物对HL-60细胞周期移行呈G1期阻断作用。大豆甙元在单独处理HL-60细胞,对细胞的诱导作用较弱,当大豆甙元与乳香的有效成分BC-4联合应用时,对HL-60细胞的生长有明显抑制和分化诱导作用。葛根中多种异黄酮成分可能是舒张平滑肌的解痉成分,收缩成分可能是胆碱-乙酰胆碱和卡赛因R等物质,特别是大豆黄素具有抗乙酰胆碱作用。葛根总黄酮使脑血流量增加,脑血管阻力下降。葛根总黄酮和葛根素能降低正常心肌和心肌梗死区的氧消耗,具有增强心肌对缺血耐受性的作用。葛根总黄酮和葛根素能明显的扩张冠状动脉,可能为直接松弛血管平滑肌的作用。葛根素有抑制血小板凝聚作用。葛根素为一种β受体阻断剂,具有明显的降压作用。葛根素对周围微血管和脑血管障碍的血流量具有明显的改善作用,减少血管阻力,增加血流量。葛根素能使血管内壁糖和氨基酸代谢减慢,胶原纤维相对减少,有益于防治动脉粥样硬化,血小板黏附和血栓形成。
本发明降糖降脂植物营养活化米调节机体的原理::
(1)、调理人体机能、补肝肾、护脾胃、养心脑、达到人体气血畅通、内分泌协调:青钱柳所含黄酮类化合物具有保肝、扩冠、抗炎、降低血管脆性、增强心脏收缩等作用,青钱柳所含VE是一种有效的抗氧化剂,能改善动脉硬化,预防血栓产生,改善高血脂症,可显著降低患冠心病的机会;桑椹中的脂肪酸具有分解脂肪,降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用,桑椹中含有鞣酸、脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能帮助脂肪、蛋白质及淀粉的消化,故有健脾胃助消化之功;番石榴果实中含有的多酚类化合物具有较强抗氧化性,淬活活性氧,抑制氧化酶活性通过与氧自由基结合成为稳定的中间体以阻断自有基的活力以及具有催化功能的金属离子络合物发挥作用,保护机体免受氧化应激的损害;羧甲基茯苓多糖具有免疫调节、保肝降酶、间接抗病毒、诱生和促诱生干扰素、减轻放射副反应,诱生和促诱生白细胞调节素等多种生理活性;麦冬总皂苷具有抗炎免疫活性;苦瓜的维生素C含量很高,具有预防坏血病、保护细胞膜、防止动脉粥样硬化、提高机体应激能力、保护心脏等作用;山楂总黄酮表现出显著的降血脂作用,对高脂血症所致血管功能损伤具有明显保护作用,山楂中所含的金丝桃苷和熊果酸有降血脂的功效,有提高血清超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用,黄酮类化合物对多种原因引起的肝损伤具有显著的保护作用;山药含有大量的黏蛋白,能防止脂肪沉积在心血管上,保持血管弹性,阻止动脉粥样硬化过早发生,可减少皮下脂肪堆积;葛根素为一种β受体阻断剂,具有明显的降压作用,葛根素对周围微血管和脑血管障碍的血流量具有明显的改善作用,减少血管阻力,增加血流量。
(2)、修复胰岛、调节血糖:青钱柳所含黄酮类化合物,苦瓜含生物碱类,这些物质均能抑制糖尿病患者α-葡萄糖苷酶作用,舒缓肠道碳水化合物消化吸收速度,是调节血糖的作用机制之一;苦瓜的水提取物具有刺激胰岛的β细胞分泌胰岛素的活性作用,并且苦瓜含有苦瓜甙和类似胰岛素的物质,具有良好的降血糖作用,是糖尿病患者的理想食品;黄精浸膏对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显著抑制作用;山药多糖有较强降血糖作用,可调节糖尿病患者血液SP浓度、VIP浓度,使之趋于正常水平,稳定糖尿病肠病患者血糖和肠胃环境,山药所含淀粉酶有水解淀粉的功效,能促进前列腺素分泌、合成,降低血糖、尿糖的作用,从而有效缓解糖尿病及其并发症;玉竹中所含黄酮物质与桑葚中所含脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质—洗胰清糖素(cics),具有降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。
(3)、本发明的降糖降脂植物营养活化米中富含大量的刺五加皂苷、小蘗碱和迷迭香酸等抗糖尿病成分。刺五加叶皂苷能改善糖尿病心肌的能量代谢障碍,增强心肌功能。糖尿病心肌病变时降低,使用刺五加叶皂苷调理后,病友心肌的LDH和ICDH活性均明显升高,可以促进Ⅱ型糖尿病胰岛素分泌,改善受损伤的β细胞的功能,增加胰岛素的分泌,从而降低中间代谢产物乙酰辅酶A等的含量,减少其对心肌酶活性的抑制。降低氧自由基对酶的损害。氧自由基可使酶分子发生聚合交联,影响酶的活性;修饰酶分子活性中心的氨基酸,使酶活性部位的巯基氧化,导致酶活性丧失;与酶分子中金属离子发生反应从而影响酶的活性。小蘗碱一方面促进胰岛β细胞修复,小蘗碱的修复功能可致胰岛素释放,抑制糖原异生,促进糖酵解,从而具有降血糖作用,同时具有胰岛β细胞的再生功能。可抑制糖原异生,促进外周组织的葡萄糖酵解,具有抗升糖激素作用,促进胰岛β细胞的再生和功能恢复,提高抗病力等。另一方面促进葡萄糖转运:其在低浓度时可显著增加葡萄糖转运和消耗,促进肝细胞对葡萄糖的利用,促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖的摄取,抑制前脂肪细胞向成熟脂肪细胞分化。在增加细胞葡萄糖摄取的同时不会引起体脂的聚积而造成体重增加,适合于治疗肥胖和胰岛素抵抗相关的代谢病Ⅱ型糖尿病。减少葡萄糖的肠道吸收,抑制α-糖苷酶。迷迭香酸是一种天然抗氧化剂,有抗炎、抗菌抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抑制尿酸生成等多方面的药理作用。糖尿病肾病为糖尿病患者的主要慢性并发症,已成为导致终末期肾衰的重要原因之一。抗氧化是迷迭香酸对DN的保护作用机制之一,可以降低糖尿病尿白蛋白排泄率,改善高滤过状态,抑制肾皮质TGF-β1表达和ECM增生。迷迭香酸具有抑制5-脂氧酶和环氧化酶阻断花生四烯酸代谢,以及抑制炎症递质因子及炎症细胞因子的作用。迷迭香酸对糖尿病具有抑制肾皮质表达、抑制细胞外基质增生、提高肾组织SOD活性、改善肾小球高滤过状态等保护作用。其机制可能与抗氧化、抗炎、抑制系膜细胞增殖有关。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作出进一步详细阐述,但实施例不应理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
实施例1
首先按照以下表1中的配方1分别准备以上各种原材料,其中,必要时需先将大块或大片的原材料进行切片、切段或破碎处理。此外,作为一种非限制性实施方式,青钱柳使用叶、玉竹使用根茎、番石榴使用果、苦瓜使用果、山药使用根茎、野葛使用根、桑葚使用果实、黄精使用根茎、茯苓使用干燥菌核、山楂使用果、麦冬使用块根、白茅使用根。而且以上材料均为自行采摘并采用风干干燥。
接下来从以上准备好的各种组分中按照以下表1中的配方1分别称取各种原材料后混合成植物混合物100克。
植物混合物上蒸锅进行蒸馏,蒸馏时间设定为约3小时。
将经过蒸馏的植物混合物加水500克后进行水煮,,文火水煮时间设定为1.5小时。
植物混合物经过一次水煮后从一次营养液中捞出沥干,进行二次蒸馏,二次蒸馏时间设定为约2小时,经过二次蒸馏的植物混合物再放入一次营养液中进行二次水煮,二次文火水煮时间设定为1小时,过滤获得植物营养液。
将制成的植物营养液按质量比约为1:3与粳米米粉混合调质成混合物料。
将混合物料送入双螺杆挤压造粒机造粒形成本发明的降糖降脂植物营养活化米。
实施例2~8分别采用配方2~8制备植物营养液,,其余工艺步骤同实施例1。
实施例9将经过一次蒸馏的植物混合物加水1000克后进行水煮,然后重复进行蒸煮,采用九蒸九煮工艺制备植物营养液,每次蒸馏时间分别设定为1小时,每次水煮时间分别设定为1小时,其余工艺步骤同实施例1。

对由实施例1的营养液配方制备的降糖降脂植物营养活化米进行成分检测,检验报告显示,本发明的降糖降脂植物营养活化米含有丰富的营养物质,具体含量见下表2:

由上表2中数据可以得出,本发明制备的降糖降脂植物营养活化米中多种维生素、蛋白质、微量元素等含量较高且营养均衡,能够起到降糖降脂、抗氧化、消除自由基、调理人体机能的作用。
本发明制备的降糖降脂植物营养活化米蛋白质含量高。氨基酸组成全面,营养丰富,氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基础,常见的氨基酸有20多种,其中有8种氨基酸人体不能合成,必须不断从食物中直接摄取。纤维含量高,具有充盈肠道,增加粪便体积,促进肠道蠕动,促进消化液的分泌、通便、排毒、减少胆固醇吸收等作用,因此常食可预防动脉硬化,防止肠癌大有益处。
微量元素含量丰富:铁对人体营养与保健意义十分重要,常食可维持人体内铁的平衡,对改善人的精神状态,使注意力集中,防止缺铁性贫血,促进发育,增强抗病力,防止疲劳,使皮肤恢复良好的血色等有良好的功效。钙对预防结肠癌,预防和治疗更年期骨质疏松,防止肌肉痉挛,降低血压,保护骨骼及牙齿免受铅毒,维持强健的骨骼和健康的牙齿等有一定作用。锌对增强人的免疫力,提高人体抵抗感染疾病的能力,改善胰岛素的效用,有助于预防男性的前列腺肥大,促进伤口愈合,调节前列腺内睾丸酮的新陈代谢,防止味觉和嗅觉消失,防止生殖功能障碍,消除指甲中的白色斑点,防止精神失常,减少胆固醇的积蓄等有一定疗效。硒对维持生长和健康相当重要。
尽管在此已详细描述本发明的优选实施方式,但要理解的是本发明并不局限于这里详细描述和示出的具体构造和步骤,在不偏离本发明的实质和范围的情况下可由本领域的技术人员实现其它的变型和变体。此外,本发明中的各种参数可以根据具体使用条件在本发明所公开的范围内适当选取。
Claims (10)
1.一种降糖降脂植物营养活化米,所述降糖降脂植物营养活化米至少由植物营养液与米粉混合后制粒而成,其特征在于,所述植物营养液至少由按重量份计的以下组分经过至少一次蒸煮工艺制备而成:
其中,所述植物营养液与所述米粉的用量质量比为1:1~5。
2.如权利要求1所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述米粉由以下种类中的一种或至少二种的混合物粉碎而成:粳米、籼米、糯米、香米或紫米。
3.如权利要求2所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述植物营养液的制备组分中进一步包括按重量份计的桑葚2~10份。
4.如权利要求2所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述植物营养液的制备组分中进一步包括按重量份计的黄精2~10份。
5.如权利要求2所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述植物营养液的制备组分中进一步包括按重量份计的茯苓3~10份。
6.如权利要求2所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述植物营养液的制备组分中进一步包括按重量份计的山楂5~15份。
7.如权利要求2所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述植物营养液的制备组分中进一步包括按重量份计的麦冬3~10份。
8.如权利要求2所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米,其特征在于,所述植物营养液的制备组分中进一步包括按重量份计的白茅5~20份。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米的制备方法,包括:
(1)、按预先设定的质量比准备米粉和植物营养液;
(2)、将准备好的米粉和植物营养液混合调质成混合物料;以及
(3)、使用混合物料造粒;
其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中准备植物营养液包括:
(2.1)、按照预先设定的重量份数准备各植物组分;
(2.2)、将各植物组分混合成植物混合物后进行蒸馏使得植物内所含活性物质挥发至植物表面;以及
(2.3)、将经过蒸馏的植物混合物按质量比为1:1~10加水后进行水煮使得植物所含活性物质释放至水中以制成所述植物营养液。
10.如权利要求9所述的降糖降脂植物营养活化米的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2.2)-(2.3)对植物混合物进行蒸馏和水煮的过程再重复进行1~8次,每次蒸馏的时间设定为1~5小时,每次水煮的时间设定为1~3小时。
