随着科学技术的发展和生活水平的提高,人们越来越追求高档、舒适、具有保健功能的纺织产品。尤其是近几年兴起的绿色消费观念,使绿色纺织产品大受欢迎。人类生存在各种的细菌和霉菌环境中,在高温高湿的环境下,这些微生物在针织物上大量繁殖时,纤维容易受到其酸性或者碱性代谢物的作用而发生降解、变色,并生成挥发性恶臭物质如醋酸、氨气等,易引发人体某些皮肤病等,因此,抗菌和防臭历来是息息相关的。地毯通常是在入口处刮除泥尘、霉菌和水分,保持室内地面整洁的产品,开发具有抗菌防臭功能的地毯具有重要价值。

为解决现有技术存在的问题,对现有工艺进行进一步优化,本发明提供一种吸水防臭型地毯及其制备方法,以实现以下发明目的:

一种吸水防臭型地毯,其特征在于,所述地毯的吸水率900-1200%,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率98.0-99.5%;
所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括预处理、一次浸轧、二次浸轧、防污处理和针刺成型;
所述预处理,是将棉纺织品加入到清水中,调节pH为6-7,后加入1.5-2.5g/L的生物酶溶液浸渍50-60min,升温至85℃保温15-20min;
所述生物酶溶液,包括木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶的质量比为2-4:2-4:1-1.5;
所述一次浸轧,一次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:纳米银负载活性炭30-40份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-8份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2-5份、甲壳素纤维10-15份、脂肪醇磷酸酯2-5份、氯化钾5-6份,加水补足至100份;

2、采用本发明吸水防臭型地毯制备方法,制得的地毯具有抑菌防霉功效,根据GB/T20944.2-2007的测试标准,对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达98.0-99.5%,同时该地毯具有优异的抗菌持久性,地毯在经过反复水洗烘干50次后,抑菌率仍可达到96.0-97.8%,可减少细菌性臭味的产生,适用于婴幼儿爬行毯、宠物地毯或卫生间等场所;
3、采用本发明吸水防臭型地毯制备方法,制得的地毯含有吸异味型活性成分,具有广谱吸收效果,吸附能力强,对甲醛、甲苯、TVOC的吸附量可达到16-20mg/g,且经过简单暴晒处理后即可脱附,重复使用;
4、采用本发明吸水防臭型地毯制备方法,制得的地毯断裂强度达到7380-7450N/5cm,力学强度高,耐磨耐用。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体的实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1一种吸水防臭型地毯及其制备方法
1、预处理:
将棉纺织品加入到清水中,调节pH为6.2,后加入1.5g/L的生物酶溶液,浸渍50min,后升温至85℃,继续保温15min,后降温至室温,甩干备用;
所述生物酶溶液,包括木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶的质量比为2:2:1;
2、一次浸轧
将棉纺织物在一次整理液中浸渍45min进行浸轧处理,带液率为50%,然后将浸轧处理后的混纺织物在70℃下预烘35min,再进行150℃焙烘20min,在棉纺织物毯胚层表面形成吸附层;
所述一次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:纳米银负载活性炭30份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2份、甲壳素纤维10份、脂肪醇磷酸酯2份、氯化钾5份,加水补足至100份;
所述纳米银负载活性炭,其制备方法包括:
1)按1:15的固液质量比将活性炭分散到浓硝酸溶液中,浸泡2.5h,过滤、干燥,得到酸化的活性炭;
2)以酸化的活性炭为载体采用沉淀法负载纳米银,称取5g酸化的活性炭溶于40mL去离子水中,另称取0.5g的硝酸银加入其中,搅拌均匀,超声振荡12min,超声频率25MHz;
后将12mL浓度10%的碳酸氢氨溶液以1.5mL/分钟流速缓慢的加入到上述溶液中,浸渍5h后,过滤,在100℃烘干,得到纳米银负载活性炭;
3、二次浸轧

先将定量的月桂酰谷氨酸、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、过硫酸钠溶于水中,不断搅拌得到乳化剂溶液;
后将丙烯酸型高吸水性树脂、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、PEG-200混合得到油相,边搅拌边向油相中逐滴滴入乳化剂溶液,两相混合后,进行乳化超声处理,乳化时间15min,超声时间3min,后升高温度至85℃,保温反应2h,自然冷却至室温,得到二次整理液;
4、防污处理
利用射频电源将抗菌剂溶液以气溶胶的形式喷入到经过二次浸轧的棉纺织物胚层上,干燥后在其表面形成抗菌层;
所述抗菌剂,包括纳米银抗菌粉TEB9600、甲壳素和十二烷基二甲基叔胺盐,纳米银抗菌粉TEB9600、甲壳素和十二烷基二甲基叔胺盐的质量比为2:2:0.3;抗菌剂溶液浓度为3.5wt%,
所述气溶胶的温度为100℃,气流速度为0.8L/s;
5、针刺成型:
将棉毯胚层送至针刺机进行针刺处理,包括预针刺和主针刺,经针刺后即得到脚垫半成品材料,后经植绒、评剪、等即可得到吸水防臭型地毯;
所述预针刺,针刺深度为12mm,速度为3.8m/min,针刺密度为390刺/cm2
所述主针刺,针刺深度为5mm,速度为1.0m/min,针刺密度为150刺/cm2
采用实施例1的技术方案制备的吸水防臭型地毯,地毯的吸水率可达到920%;同时,该地毯中含有吸异味型活性成分,对甲醛、甲苯、TVOC的吸附量可达到16.5mg/g;该地毯还具有优异的抑菌防霉功效,对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达98.9%,同时该地毯在经过反复水洗烘干50次后,抑菌率仍可达到97.8%,具有优异的抗菌持久性;地毯断裂强度达到7425N/5cm,力学强度高,耐磨耐用。
实施例2一种吸水防臭型地毯及其制备方法
1、预处理:
将棉纺织品加入到清水中,调节pH为6.6,后加入2.1g/L的生物酶溶液,浸渍50min,后升温至85℃,继续保温20min,后降温至室温,甩干备用;
所述生物酶溶液,包括木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶的质量比为3:2:1;
2、一次浸轧
将棉纺织物在一次整理液中浸渍45min进行浸轧处理,带液率为55%,然后将浸轧处理后的混纺织物在78℃下预烘40min,再进行150℃焙烘20min,在棉纺织物毯胚层表面形成吸附层;
所述一次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:纳米银负载活性炭36份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3份、甲壳素纤维12份、脂肪醇磷酸酯23份、氯化钾5份,加水补足至100份;
所述纳米银负载活性炭,其制备方法包括:
1)按1:18的固液质量比将活性炭分散到浓硝酸溶液中,浸泡2.5h,过滤、干燥,得到酸化的活性炭;
2)以酸化的活性炭为载体采用沉淀法负载纳米银,称取8g酸化的活性炭溶于50mL去离子水中,另称取0.7g的硝酸银加入其中,搅拌均匀,超声振荡15min,超声频率22MHz;
后将12mL浓度10%的碳酸氢氨溶液以1.5mL/分钟流速缓慢的加入到上述溶液中,浸渍6h后,过滤,在100℃烘干,得到纳米银负载活性炭;
3、二次浸轧
将棉纺织物在二次整理液中浸渍45min,带液率为100%,然后将浸轧处理后的混纺织物在70℃下预烘40min,再进行160℃焙烘30min,在棉纺织物毯胚层表面形成抗菌层;
所述二次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:丙烯酸型高吸水性树脂24份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯12份、PEG-200 20份、月桂酰谷氨酸1份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2份、过硫酸钠15份,去离子水不足至100%;
所述二次整理液的制备方法,包括:
先将定量的月桂酰谷氨酸、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、过硫酸钠溶于水中,不断搅拌得到乳化剂溶液;

5、针刺成型:
将棉毯胚层送至针刺机进行针刺处理,包括预针刺和主针刺,经针刺后即得到脚垫半成品材料,后经植绒、评剪、等即可得到吸水防臭型地毯;
所述预针刺,针刺深度为12mm,速度为4.0m/min,针刺密度为400刺/cm2
所述主针刺,针刺深度为6mm,速度为1.0m/min,针刺密度为150刺/cm2
采用实施例2的技术方案制备的吸水防臭型地毯,地毯的吸水率可达到1050%;同时,该地毯中含有吸异味型活性成分,对甲醛、甲苯、TVOC的吸附量可达到18.8mg/g;该地毯还具有优异的抑菌防霉功效,对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达99.5%,同时该地毯在经过反复水洗烘干50次后,抑菌率仍可达到97.2%,具有优异的抗菌持久性;地毯断裂强度达到7380N/5cm,力学强度高,耐磨耐用。
实施例3一种吸水防臭型地毯及其制备方法
1、预处理:
将棉纺织品加入到清水中,调节pH为7.0,后加入2.5g/L的生物酶溶液,浸渍60min,后升温至85℃,继续保温20min,后降温至室温,甩干备用;
所述生物酶溶液,包括木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶的质量比为4: 4:1.5;
2、一次浸轧
将棉纺织物在一次整理液中浸渍60min进行浸轧处理,带液率为60%,然后将浸轧处理后的混纺织物在75℃下预烘40min,再进行160℃焙烘30min,在棉纺织物毯胚层表面形成吸附层;
所述一次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:纳米银负载活性炭40份、氧化聚乙烯蜡8份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5份、甲壳素纤维15份、脂肪醇磷酸酯5份、氯化钾6份,加水补足至100份;
所述纳米银负载活性炭,其制备方法包括:
1)按1:20的固液质量比将活性炭分散到浓硝酸溶液中,浸泡3h,过滤、干燥,得到酸化的活性炭;
2)以酸化的活性炭为载体采用沉淀法负载纳米银,称取8g酸化的活性炭溶于50mL去离子水中,另称取1.0g的硝酸银加入其中,搅拌均匀,超声振荡20min,超声频率25MHz;
后将16mL浓度10%的碳酸氢氨溶液以2mL/分钟流速缓慢的加入到上述溶液中,浸渍8h后,过滤,在100℃烘干,得到纳米银负载活性炭;
3、二次浸轧
将棉纺织物在二次整理液中浸渍60min,带液率为100%,然后将浸轧处理后的混纺织物在78℃下预烘40min,再进行160℃焙烘30min,在棉纺织物毯胚层表面形成抗菌层;
所述二次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:丙烯酸型高吸水性树脂30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯14份、PEG-200 25份、月桂酰谷氨酸1.3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5份、过硫酸钠20份,去离子水不足至100%;
所述二次整理液的制备方法,包括:
先将定量的月桂酰谷氨酸、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、过硫酸钠溶于水中,不断搅拌得到乳化剂溶液;
后将丙烯酸型高吸水性树脂、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、PEG-200混合得到油相,边搅拌边向油相中逐滴滴入乳化剂溶液,两相混合后,进行乳化超声处理,乳化时间20min,超声时间5min,后升高温度至85℃,保温反应2.5h,自然冷却至室温,得到二次整理液;
4、防污处理
利用射频电源将抗菌剂溶液以气溶胶的形式喷入到经过二次浸轧的棉纺织物胚层上,干燥后在其表面形成抗菌层;
所述抗菌剂,包括纳米银抗菌粉TEB9600、甲壳素和十二烷基二甲基叔胺盐,纳米银抗菌粉TEB9600、甲壳素和十二烷基二甲基叔胺盐的质量比为4: 5: 0.6;抗菌剂溶液浓度为5.0wt%,
所述气溶胶的温度为130℃,气流速度为1.5L/s;
5、针刺成型:
将棉毯胚层送至针刺机进行针刺处理,包括预针刺和主针刺,经针刺后即得到脚垫半成品材料,后经植绒、评剪、等即可得到吸水防臭型地毯;
所述预针刺,针刺深度为13mm,速度为4.0m/min,针刺密度为400刺/cm2
所述主针刺,针刺深度为6mm,速度为1.3m/min,针刺密度为160刺/cm2
采用实施例3的技术方案制备的吸水防臭型地毯,地毯的吸水率可达到1200%;同时,该地毯中含有吸异味型活性成分,对甲醛、甲苯、TVOC的吸附量可达到20.0mg/g;该地毯还具有优异的抑菌防霉功效,对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达98.0%,同时该地毯在经过反复水洗烘干50次后,抑菌率仍可达到96.0%,具有优异的抗菌持久性;地毯断裂强度达到7450N/5cm,力学强度高,耐磨耐用。

1.一种吸水防臭型地毯,其特征在于,所述地毯的吸水率900-1200%,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率98.0-99.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括预处理、一次浸轧、二次浸轧、防污处理和针刺成型;
所述预处理,包括生物酶溶液浸渍,所述生物酶溶液,包括木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶,木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶的质量比为2-4:2-4:1-1.5;
所述一次浸轧,一次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:纳米银负载活性炭30-40份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-8份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2-5份、甲壳素纤维10-15份、脂肪醇磷酸酯2-5份、氯化钾5-6份,加水补足至100份;
所述二次浸轧,二次整理液的组成,按重量份数计,包括:丙烯酸型高吸水性树脂20-30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯8-14份、PEG-200 18-25份、月桂酰谷氨酸0.5-1.3份、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-5份、过硫酸钠15-20份,去离子水不足至100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预处理,是将棉纺织品加入到清水中,调节pH为6-7,后加入1.5-2.5g/L的生物酶溶液浸渍50-60min,升温至85℃保温15-20min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米银负载活性炭,其制备方法包括:先将活性炭分散到浓硝酸溶液中进行酸化,后采用沉淀法负载纳米银,硝酸银的加入量是酸化活性碳重量的10-12.5%;碳酸氢铵的加入量是酸化活性碳重量的12-32%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述二次整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,乳化超声处理中,乳化时间15-20min,超声时间3-5min;后升高温度至85℃保温反应2-2.5h,自然冷却至室温,制得二次整理液。
6.根据权利要求4所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米银负载活性炭制备,碳酸氢铵溶液的浓度为10%,碳酸氢铵溶液的加入速度为1.5-2mL/分钟。
7.根据权利要求4所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米银负载活性炭制备,超声振荡12-20min,超声频率22-25MHz。
8.根据权利要求2所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,还包括防污处理,其特征在于,所述防污处理,是利用射频电源将抗菌剂溶液以气溶胶的形式喷入到经过二次浸轧的棉纺织物胚层上;
所述抗菌剂,包括纳米银抗菌粉TEB9600、甲壳素和十二烷基二甲基叔胺盐,纳米银抗菌粉TEB9600、甲壳素和十二烷基二甲基叔胺盐的质量比为2-4:2-5:0.3-0.6。
9.根据权利要求8所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,所述防污处理,其特征在于,所述气溶胶的温度为100-130℃,气流速度为0.8-1.5L/s。
10.根据权利要求9所述的吸水防臭型地毯的制备方法,所述防污处理,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂溶液浓度为3.5-5.0wt%。
