背景技术
蚊虫与人类生活和健康关系极为密切,蚊虫除了通过叮咬骚扰人类,同时还是疟疾、登革热等多种疾病的传播媒介,这为人们的身体健康带来了很多困扰,为户外运动造成不便。户外防蚊通常使用驱蚊喷雾、药膏等产品,持续时间不长,需经常补充喷涂。
纺织品的防蚊虫整理是通过固着剂在织物表面形成防虫药膜,对蚊、蝇、蚤、虱、虫等有高效、快速的击倒杀灭效果,并有良好的驱避作用。防蚊虫纺织品可广泛用于床上用纺织品、地毯、蚊帐、窗帘等装饰用布和袜子、服装等夏季用纺织品以及军用纺织品。目前合成苄氯菊酯作为最广泛野外防蚊虫剂,使用经其整理的衣物和帐篷,可以有效避免蚊虫的干扰,将使户外活动更加轻便、轻松。
目前,已有一些关于防蚊纺织品的报道。专利CN109706750A有提出一种防蚊防虫布料的生产工艺,将艾草纤维、米竹炭纤维等用氯菊酯浸泡蒸煮后混纺成纱线,将纱线经防虫涂层处理并制成面料,再涂覆含驱蚊气味微胶囊的有机硅涂层。专利CN107354723A报道了一种天然植物防蚊整理方法,将棉布进行氧漂、染色、后整理并用天然植物防蚊剂处理,柔软剂在热定型时添加以免降低耐洗性。专利CN110409185A报道了一种防水防蚊型织物及其制备方法,将粘合剂、增稠剂、防虫剂、防水剂、表面活性剂等混合搅拌成浆料,将织物进行碱洗、除浆,涂覆防水防蚊浆料并烘焙。专利CN111021071A提出了一种防水防蚊整理剂及其超临界二氧化碳无水整理方法,将驱蚊剂、偶联剂、环糊精、催化剂、甲基高含氢硅油与有机溶剂混合成整理剂,高压釜预冷,加入布料和整理剂,通入二氧化碳后将高压釜进行油浴加热,得到防蚊防水织物。该方法无需用水。
虽然目前通过多种方法可制得具有防蚊效果的织物,但是这些方法对纤维种类和前处理、后整理工艺等有较多限制,并且现有的防蚊整理剂所制备的防蚊涂层与织物表面结合不牢,耐水洗较差,湿水次数多后,就会失去原有的功效。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其不仅使用简便而且耐洗性好,另外还提供了这种防蚊虫整理剂的使用方法。
其技术方案是这样的:一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其特征在于:其包括10-30%质量分数的拟除虫菊酯、8-10%质量分数的表面活性剂、1-2%质量分数的防腐剂,余量为水。
其进一步特征在于:
所述拟除虫菊酯为苄氯菊酯,其具有顺式与反式两种结构,比例为25:75;
所述表面活性剂为Span-60、Span-40、Tween-60、Tween-40中一种或几种的组合;
所述防腐剂为富马酸二甲酯。

具体实施方式
一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其包括10-30%质量分数的拟除虫菊酯、8-10%质量分数的表面活性剂、1-2%质量分数的防腐剂,余量为水;其中,拟除虫菊酯可以为苄氯菊酯,其具有顺式与反式两种结构,比例为25:75;表面活性剂可以为Span-60、Span-40、Tween-60、Tween-40中一种或几种的组合;防腐剂可以为富马酸二甲酯。
制得的整理剂其密度为1.0g/cm3,粘度约50mPa.s,室温状态为无色至淡黄色液体,1%水溶液的pH(23℃)为5.0-7.0,耐酸及硬水,原液稳定性有限,需时常搅拌,碱性过高可能导致产品水解,无味、无刺激、对哺乳动物无害。虽然对鱼类有毒害,但不影响使用。其使用浓度低、吸尽率高、可经生物废水处理完全去除,废液正确稀释后不会破坏水中生物。同时,防护的耐久性好,其耐久性取决于织物的组分,可通过预洗获得良好的耐洗性。对于北大西洋公约相关标准TL 8305-0331对耐洗性的极高要求,可以结合使用交联剂,如 20-40g/l BAYPRET NANO PU,在140-150度焙烘;这种整理剂含有高度均衡的乳化体系,有长效分散性,可以保证溶液在很长时间内稳定有效,确保整理过程中氯菊酯连续均匀地吸附在织物上。如果需要和其他产品一起使用,可添加2g/l TANASPERSE EP 150以提高相容性和分散性。

防蚊整理中添加交联剂的织物在整理后氯菊酯含量较单独使用防蚊剂的明显要高,在全涤平纹织物上尤为明显,因为涤纶的酯键结构较棉纤维素纤维和氯菊酯的结构更为接近,从而使氯菊酯在涤纶上具有更高的保留率。另外,步骤三中焙烘温度不宜超过140℃之后,由于温度过高,分子热运动加剧,加速了氯菊酯的挥发,导致氯菊酯含量急剧下降。因此,要使织物具有较好的防蚊效果,焙烘温度可选择120~140 ℃,但考虑到焙烘温度过低会使防蚊交联不充分,影响后续使用中的耐洗性,故最佳的焙烘温度采用140 ℃。
测试方法:
布面氯菊酯含量测试:将织物用纺织品防蚊整理剂处理后,参照GB/T 18412.4-2006《纺织品-农药残留量的测定》第4部分:拟除虫菊酯农药中的方法测定布面氯菊酯含量,并计算理论值进行对比。布面氯菊酯含量按成人800mg/m2设计。
防蚊测试:GB/T 13917.1 — 2009《农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第1 部分:喷射剂》、 GB/T13917.9 — 2009《农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第 9部分:驱避剂》和GB/T 30126 — 2013《纺织品防蚊性能的检测和评价》。供试昆虫:白纹伊蚊,羽化后 5 ~ 7 天未吸血的成虫;淡色库蚊,羽化后 3 ~ 5 天未吸血雌成虫。试验条件:温度为25.8 ℃,相对湿度为(63%±5%)。
耐洗性测试:耐洗性是考察织物耐久性的重要指标,洗涤方法参照标准AATCC135-2018《Dimensional Changes ofFabrics after Home Laundering》。将防蚊织物置于标准洗衣机中,加入陪洗布和标准洗衣粉(66±1)g,水位设置为Medium,水温设置为Warm档,洗衣程序按Regular进行,洗涤结束用烘干机烘干,分别洗涤5次和10次。
实施例1:
(1)防蚊整理剂用量75g/L,其中,拟除虫菊酯10%,表面活性剂8%,防腐剂2%,余量为水,自交联型聚醚聚氨酯Transtex FUN 6220用量10g/L,用水配制成整理液备用;
(2) 取克重为115g/m2的针织布,浸轧整理液,带液率98%。于140℃烘焙90s使涤纶针织布达到定型的效果,在回潮后下测试布面氯菊酯含量。
测试结果:布面菊酯含量的理论值为845mg/m2,测试值为682mg/m2,蚊虫驱避率为65%,水洗10次后布面菊酯含量为612mg/m2。
实施例 2:
(1)防蚊整理剂用量85g/L,其中,拟除虫菊酯10%,表面活性剂10%,防腐剂1.5%,余量为水,交联剂EDOLAN AB用量40g/L,亲水线性共聚物硅油TranSoft TF-4991A用量30g/L,用水配制成整理液备用;
(2) 取克重为152g/m2的涤针织布,浸轧整理液,带液率75%。于140℃烘焙60s使涤纶针织定型,在回潮后下测试布面氯菊酯含量。
测试结果:布面菊酯含量的理论值为969 mg/m2,测试值为826mg/m2蚊虫驱避率为68%,水洗10次后布面菊酯含量为779mg/m2。
实施例 3:
(1)防蚊整理剂用量115g/L,其中,拟除虫菊酯10%,表面活性剂9%,防腐剂1%,余量为水,交联剂EDOLAN AB用量55g/L,亲水线性共聚物硅油TranSoft TF-4991A用量30g/L,吸湿排汗剂TF-620H用量20g/L,用水配制成整理液备用;
(2) 取克重为152g/m2的涤针织布,浸轧整理液10min,带液率47%,进一步进行脱料,高温条件下通过转筒烘至干燥,并于140℃条件下烘焙5 min,在回潮后下测试布面氯菊酯含量。
测试结果:布面菊酯含量的理论值为821 mg/m2,测试值为830mg/m2,蚊虫驱避率为70%,水洗10次后布面菊酯含量为791mg/m2。
综合上述实施例可以发现,制备得到的纺织品蚊虫驱避率≥65%,驱蚊效果好,水洗10次后布面菊酯保留70%以上,耐洗性好。
以上,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其特征在于:其包括10-30%质量分数的拟除虫菊酯、8-10%质量分数的表面活性剂、1-2%质量分数的防腐剂,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其特征在于:所述拟除虫菊酯为苄氯菊酯,其具有顺式与反式两种结构,比例为25:75。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为Span-60、Span-40、Tween-60、Tween-40中一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为富马酸二甲酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂使用方法,其特征在于:步骤三中烘干定型温度为140℃。
7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂使用方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂为自交联型聚醚聚氨酯或交联剂 EDOLAN AB或自交联型聚醚聚氨酯与交联剂 EDOLANAB复配物质。
8. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种纺织品防蚊虫整理剂使用方法,其特征在于:所述整理液中还包括0~30 g/L的亲水线性共聚物硅油以及0~20 g/L吸湿排汗剂。
