本发明涉及家用纺织品技术领域,公开了一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,其中底料所需原料包括竹纤维、苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维,毛圈所需原料包括竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、羽绒,将苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维与棉纤维、莫代尔纤维分别置于抑菌液中浸泡并加以微波辐射,然后将竹纤维、苎麻纤维与聚酯纤维混纺制得底料,在底料两侧均匀喷涂抗菌液并高低温交替处理,将竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和羽绒经混纺得毛圈绒毛,将底料与毛圈绒毛经纺织制成竹纤维抑菌毛巾,选用的竹纤维、苎麻纤维使毛巾具有持久抑菌效果,抑菌液经微波辐射浸入原料纤维而抗菌层在高低温交变作用下长久附着,从而使毛巾具有三层抑菌防护。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法。
背景技术
毛巾是生活中经常用到的清洁用品,包括浴巾、面巾等,是以纺织纤维为原料且表面起毛圈绒头或毛圈绒头割绒的机织物。毛巾经常湿水使用或处于潮湿的环境下容易在表面滋生细菌、霉菌等,长期使用处于这种情况下的毛巾有损身体健康。为解决毛巾容易滋生细菌的问题,市场上现有抗菌毛巾,主要是采用经过银抗菌剂处理的毛巾,对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等具有良好的抑制作用,洗涤100次以上灭菌性能仍可达到94~98%,在潮湿温热的条件下可有效避免霉变、发臭。但是这类抗菌毛巾采用的银抗菌剂长期使用对人体有害,而且随使用次数增加,涂覆的抗菌剂脱散,抗菌效果减弱。中国专利CN106149366A,专利名称抗菌毛巾的制作方法,申请日期2016年6 月30日,公开了一种将毛条置于有抗菌作用的溶液中浸泡然后纺织成毛巾的方法,其中有抗菌作用的溶液为水中煮沸鱼腥草、野菊花、黄蜀葵花、积雪草、白头翁、板蓝根、蒲公英后过滤所得的滤液。经该专利方法制得的毛巾经多次使用后抗菌效果减弱。
发明内容
针对现有的抗菌毛巾多次使用后抗菌效果减弱的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可持久有效保持毛巾的抗菌效果的竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别准备底料和毛圈所需的原料,其中底料所需原料为竹纤维、苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维,毛圈所需原料为竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、羽绒;
(2)将苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维与棉纤维、莫代尔纤维分别置于抑菌液中浸泡2~3天并加以微波辐射,然后经1~3 ℃冷风干燥5~7小时;
(3)将竹纤维、苎麻纤维与聚酯纤维混纺制得底料;
(4)在底料两侧均匀喷涂抗菌液,通风干燥后在底料两侧形成抗菌层,然后将底料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次;
(5)将竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和羽绒经混纺得毛圈绒毛;
(6)将底料与毛圈绒毛经纺织制成两侧均带有毛圈的竹纤维抑菌毛巾。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中底料所需原料为以下重量份的竹纤维100~120份、苎麻纤维40~60份、聚酯纤维60~80份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中毛圈所需原料为以下重量份的竹纤维100~120份、棉纤维60~90份、莫代尔纤维50~70份、羽绒20~40份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(2)中所述抑菌液由以下重量份组份组成:3-烷氧甲基-1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体8~12份、薰衣草精油10~15份、芦荟汁20~25份、艾叶草汁10~15份、乙酸30~50份、去离子水1000~1500份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(2)中的浸泡温度为60~80 ℃,微波辐射时间10~15 分钟,辐射功率50~70 W,冷风速率2~3 m/s。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(4)中所述抗菌液由以下重量份组份组成:甲壳素20~30份、芦荟汁20~25份、薰衣草精油10~15份、乙酸50~70份、去离子水200~300份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(4)中抗菌液的喷涂密度为20~30 mL/m3,抗菌层的厚度为0.06~0.08 mm。
首先,竹纤维是从竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,竹子分子链中所含的二苯甲酮诱导体对害虫细菌杀灭力很强,苎麻纤维中含有叮咛,嘧啶,嘌呤等物质,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等起到抑制效果,使竹纤维、苎麻纤维具有天然的抑菌、防螨、防臭、防虫功能。同时竹子含有丰富的锌、钙、磷、镁等矿物质和有利于人体健康的维生素B,对人体皮肤还有去皱增加弹性的养护作用。选用竹纤维和苎麻纤维作为纺织原料,从根本上保证毛巾抑菌效果的长期有效。其次,步骤(2)中的抑菌液在微波辐射作用下浸入苎麻纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维和莫代尔纤维中,协同竹纤维、苎麻纤维的抑菌作用,抑菌液中的3-烷氧甲基-1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体对杆菌、真菌和球菌具有良好的抑制生长、杀灭活体的作用,而且是绿色无害溶剂。薰衣草精油、芦荟汁、艾叶草汁均为从植物中获取的天然杀菌物质,可以直接杀灭病菌及微生物,抑制毛巾上细菌的滋生。再次,步骤(4)中喷涂形成的抗菌层可以抑制细菌的生长而形成第三道抑菌防线,并在高低温交变作用下牢固吸附底料而不易洗脱,抗菌液中的甲壳素不溶于水,可以持久附着底料表面,保持抗菌层的持久抗菌效果。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,首先选用竹纤维、苎麻纤维作为原料使毛巾具有持久的抑菌效果,同时选用的抑菌液经微波辐射后浸入原料纤维中提供持久的抑菌作用,底料两侧的抗菌层提供抑菌抗菌防护,且在高低温交变作用下强力附着,从而使本发明的方法制备的毛巾与现有抑菌毛巾相比,抑菌效果持久有效,且清洁绿色。
具体实施方式
下面就本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如无特别说明,本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的,如无特别说明,下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别准备底料和毛圈所需的原料,其中底料所需原料为竹纤维100 g、苎麻纤维40g、聚酯纤维60 g,毛圈所需原料为竹纤维100 g、棉纤维60 g、莫代尔纤维50 g、羽绒20 g;
(2)将苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维与棉纤维、莫代尔纤维分别置于抑菌液中浸泡2天并加以微波辐射,浸泡温度为60 ℃,微波辐射时间10 分钟,辐射功率50 W,然后经1 ℃冷风干燥5小时,冷风速率2 m/s,其中抑菌液由3-烷氧甲基-1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体8 g、薰衣草精油10 g、芦荟汁20 g、艾叶草汁10 g、乙酸30g、去离子水1000 g组成;
(3)将竹纤维、苎麻纤维与聚酯纤维混纺制得底料;
(4)在底料两侧均匀喷涂抗菌液,通风干燥后在底料两侧形成抗菌层,抗菌液的喷涂密度为20 mL/m3,喷涂的抗菌层厚度为0.06 mm,其中抗菌液由甲壳素20 g、芦荟汁20 g、薰衣草精油10 g、乙酸50 g、去离子水200 g组成,然后将底料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3次;
(5)将竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和羽绒经混纺得毛圈绒毛;
(6)将底料与毛圈绒毛经纺织制成两侧均带有毛圈的竹纤维抑菌毛巾。
实施例2
一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别准备底料和毛圈所需的原料,其中底料所需原料为竹纤维110 g、苎麻纤维50g、聚酯纤维70 g,毛圈所需原料为竹纤维110 g、棉纤维75 g、莫代尔纤维60 g、羽绒30 g;
(2)将苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维与棉纤维、莫代尔纤维分别置于抑菌液中浸泡2天并加以微波辐射,浸泡温度为70 ℃,微波辐射时间12.5 分钟,辐射功率60 W,然后经2 ℃冷风干燥6小时,冷风速率2.5 m/s,其中抑菌液由3-烷氧甲基-1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体10 g、薰衣草精油12.5 g、芦荟汁22.5 g、艾叶草汁12.5 g、乙酸40 g、去离子水1250 g组成;
(3)将竹纤维、苎麻纤维与聚酯纤维混纺制得底料;
(4)在底料两侧均匀喷涂抗菌液,通风干燥后在底料两侧形成抗菌层,抗菌液的喷涂密度为25 mL/m3,喷涂的抗菌层厚度为0.07 mm,其中抗菌液由甲壳素25 g、芦荟汁22.5 g、薰衣草精油12.5 g、乙酸60 g、去离子水250 g组成,然后将底料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置4次;
(5)将竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和羽绒经混纺得毛圈绒毛;
(6)将底料与毛圈绒毛经纺织制成两侧均带有毛圈的竹纤维抑菌毛巾。
实施例3
一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别准备底料和毛圈所需的原料,其中底料所需原料为竹纤维120 g、苎麻纤维60g、聚酯纤维80 g,毛圈所需原料为竹纤维120 g、棉纤维90 g、莫代尔纤维70 g、羽绒40 g;
(2)将苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维与棉纤维、莫代尔纤维分别置于抑菌液中浸泡3天并加以微波辐射,浸泡温度为80 ℃,微波辐射时间15 分钟,辐射功率70 W,然后经3 ℃冷风干燥7小时,冷风速率3 m/s,其中抑菌液由3-烷氧甲基-1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体12 g、薰衣草精油15 g、芦荟汁25 g、艾叶草汁15 g、乙酸50 g、去离子水1500 g组成;
(3)将竹纤维、苎麻纤维与聚酯纤维混纺制得底料;
(4)在底料两侧均匀喷涂抗菌液,通风干燥后在底料两侧形成抗菌层,抗菌液的喷涂密度为30 mL/m3,喷涂的抗菌层厚度为0.08 mm,其中抗菌液由甲壳素30 g、芦荟汁25 g、薰衣草精油15 g、乙酸70 g、去离子水300 g组成,然后将底料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置5次;
(5)将竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和羽绒经混纺得毛圈绒毛;
(6)将底料与毛圈绒毛经纺织制成两侧均带有毛圈的竹纤维抑菌毛巾。
经本发明方法制得的毛巾每次在自来水中充分浸泡10分钟后置于洗衣机中甩去水分,然后展开吊挂在相对湿度为45~55%、温度为21~25 ℃的封闭室中12小时,检测其抑菌抗菌效果,如此操作360次其抑菌率为96~98%,500次后其抑菌率为92~94%,毛巾的抑菌、抗菌效果显著且持久。其中抑菌率指毛巾表面存在细菌的面积。

Claims (7)

1.一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别准备底料和毛圈所需的原料,其中底料所需原料为竹纤维、苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维,毛圈所需原料为竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、羽绒;
(2)将苎麻纤维、聚酯纤维与棉纤维、莫代尔纤维分别置于抑菌液中浸泡2~3天并加以微波辐射,然后经1~3 ℃冷风干燥5~7小时;
(3)将竹纤维、苎麻纤维与聚酯纤维混纺制得底料;
(4)在底料两侧均匀喷涂抗菌液,通风干燥后在底料两侧形成抗菌层,然后将底料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次;
(5)将竹纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和羽绒经混纺得毛圈绒毛;
(6)将底料与毛圈绒毛经纺织制成两侧均带有毛圈的竹纤维抑菌毛巾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中底料所需原料为以下重量份的竹纤维100~120份、苎麻纤维40~60份、聚酯纤维60~80份。
