本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌性能好的地毯及其制备方法。
背景技术
地毯是用棉、毛、丝、麻、椰棕或化学纤维等原料加工而成的地面覆盖物,是通过经手工或机械工艺进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物。地毯是世界范围内具有悠久历史传统的工艺美术品类之一,覆盖于住宅、宾馆、酒店、会议室、娱乐场所、体育馆、展览厅、车辆、船舶、飞机等的地面,具有减少噪声、隔热和装饰效果改善脚感、防止滑倒、防止空气污染的作用。
但是现有的地毯抗菌性较差,需要定期进行消毒杀菌处理,处理过程中会对地毯纤维造成破坏,从而影响地毯寿命。为了提高地毯本身的抗菌性,目前最常用的方法为对地毯面料进行表面抗菌处理,或者使用抗菌面料制备地毯。其中,对地毯面料进行表面抗菌处理,虽然能够在短期内具有抗菌能力,但是在长期摩擦和清洗中会造成磨损,从而影响地毯面料的长期抗菌能力;而使用抗菌面料制备地毯,抗菌面料的柔软性和弹性均较差,影响了地毯的使用效果。
因此,制备一种抑菌性能好的地毯,能够在具有长期抗菌能力的同时,具有好的柔软性和弹性,是目前继续解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抑菌性能好的地毯及其制备方法,能够在具有长期抗菌能力的同时,具有优秀的柔软性和弹性。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:制备浸泡液,制备涂层材料,面料处理;
所述制备浸泡液,将沸石粉研磨至粒径为40-60nm,得到研磨后的沸石粉;将研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯混合后进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10-12:1,转速为300-330rpm,时间为20-25min,球磨结束得到混合料;将混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水混合后,在30-35℃下以100-120rpm的搅拌速度搅拌40-45min,然后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为30-40kHz,时间为10-12min,超声震荡结束得到浸泡液;
所述制备浸泡液中,研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯的重量比为100-110:30-35:4-5:4-6;
所述制备浸泡液中,混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水的重量比为12-15:1-2:120-130。
所述制备涂层材料,将质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌混合后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为30-40kHz,时间为20-25min,超声震荡结束得到初级涂层材料;将初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合后,在30-35℃下以100-120rpm的搅拌速度搅拌1-1.5h,得到涂层材料;
所述制备涂层材料中,所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为50-80nm;
所述制备涂层材料中,所述阳离子瓜尔胶的取代度为0.5-0.7;
所述制备涂层材料中,质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌的重量比为210-220:18-20:0.2-0.4;
所述制备涂层材料中,初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量比为100-110:5-8:1-2。
所述面料处理,将地毯面料完全浸泡于浸泡液中,在30-35℃下静置2-3h,然后取出,过滤,将滤饼置于60-70℃下干燥1-1.5h后,进行紫外照射,控制紫外照射时的波长为190-210nm,温度为35-40℃,时间为30-40min,紫外照射结束后向地毯面料的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料,控制每面的涂层材料用量为25-30g/m2,喷淋结束后对地毯进行微电流处理,控制微电流处理时电流的输出强度为180-220μA,频率为0.5-0.6Hz,温度为35-40℃,时间为4-5min,微电流处理结束置于60-70℃下烘至重量不发生变化,得到抑菌性能好的地毯。
一种抑菌性能好的地毯,由前述方法制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的抑菌性能好的地毯,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为98.1-98.8%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为97.0-97.5%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为98.7-99.2%;
(2)本发明的抑菌性能好的地毯,长期抗菌能力强,使用重量为2kg的荷重块对本发明的抑菌性能好的地毯进行来回摩擦,控制摩擦频率为30次/分钟,摩擦10h后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为98.0-98.7%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为96.8-97.4%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为98.4-99.0%;对本发明的抑菌性能好的地毯进行洗涤,以洗涤30min为水洗一次,连续水洗20次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为97.7-98.4%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为96.5-97.0%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为98.2-98.8%;
(3)本发明的抑菌性能好的地毯,手感柔软;
(4)本发明的抑菌性能好的地毯,断裂伸长率为35.1-36.4%。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1
一种抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,具体为:
1.制备浸泡液:将沸石粉研磨至粒径为40nm,得到研磨后的沸石粉;将研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯混合后进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10:1,转速为300rpm,时间为20min,球磨结束得到混合料;将混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水混合后,在30℃下以100rpm的搅拌速度搅拌40min,然后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为30kHz,时间为10min,超声震荡结束得到浸泡液;
研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯的重量比为100:30:4:4;
混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水的重量比为12:1:120。
2.制备涂层材料:将质量分数为3%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌混合后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为30kHz,时间为20min,超声震荡结束得到初级涂层材料;将初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合后,在30℃下以100rpm的搅拌速度搅拌1h,得到涂层材料;
所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为50nm;
所述阳离子瓜尔胶的取代度为0.5;
质量分数为3%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌的重量比为210:18:0.2;
初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量比为100:5:1。
3.面料处理:将丙纶地毯完全浸泡于浸泡液中,在30℃下静置2h,然后取出,过滤,将滤饼置于60℃下干燥1h后,进行紫外照射,控制紫外照射时的波长为190nm,温度为35℃,时间为30min,紫外照射结束后向丙纶地毯的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料,控制每面的涂层材料用量为25g/m2,喷淋结束后对丙纶地毯进行微电流处理,控制微电流处理时电流的输出强度为180μA,频率为0.5Hz,温度为35℃,时间为4min,微电流处理结束置于60℃下烘至重量不发生变化,得到抑菌性能好的地毯。
实施例2
一种抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,具体为:
1.制备浸泡液:将沸石粉研磨至粒径为50nm,得到研磨后的沸石粉;将研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯混合后进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为11:1,转速为320rpm,时间为22min,球磨结束得到混合料;将混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水混合后,在32℃下以110rpm的搅拌速度搅拌42min,然后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为35kHz,时间为11min,超声震荡结束得到浸泡液;
研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯的重量比为105:32:4.5:5;
混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水的重量比为14:1.5:125。
2.制备涂层材料:将质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌混合后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为35kHz,时间为22min,超声震荡结束得到初级涂层材料;将初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合后,在32℃下以110rpm的搅拌速度搅拌1.2h,得到涂层材料;
所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为60nm;
所述阳离子瓜尔胶的取代度为0.6;
质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌的重量比为215:19:0.3;
初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量比为105:6:1.5。
3.面料处理:将丙纶地毯完全浸泡于浸泡液中,在32℃下静置2.5h,然后取出,过滤,将滤饼置于65℃下干燥1.2h后,进行紫外照射,控制紫外照射时的波长为200nm,温度为38℃,时间为35min,紫外照射结束后向丙纶地毯的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料,控制每面的涂层材料用量为28g/m2,喷淋结束后对丙纶地毯进行微电流处理,控制微电流处理时电流的输出强度为200μA,频率为0.5Hz,温度为38℃,时间为4.5min,微电流处理结束置于65℃下烘至重量不发生变化,得到抑菌性能好的地毯。
实施例3
一种抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,具体为:
1.制备浸泡液:将沸石粉研磨至粒径为60nm,得到研磨后的沸石粉;将研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯混合后进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为12:1,转速为330rpm,时间为25min,球磨结束得到混合料;将混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水混合后,在35℃下以120rpm的搅拌速度搅拌45min,然后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为40kHz,时间为12min,超声震荡结束得到浸泡液;
研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯的重量比为110:35:5:6;
混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水的重量比为15:2:130。
2.制备涂层材料:将质量分数为4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌混合后进行超声震荡,控制超声震荡时的频率为40kHz,时间为25min,超声震荡结束得到初级涂层材料;将初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合后,在35℃下以120rpm的搅拌速度搅拌1.5h,得到涂层材料;
所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为80nm;
所述阳离子瓜尔胶的取代度为0.7;
质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌的重量比为220:20:0.4;
初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量比为110:8:2。
3.面料处理:将丙纶地毯完全浸泡于浸泡液中,在35℃下静置3h,然后取出,过滤,将滤饼置于70℃下干燥1.5h后,进行紫外照射,控制紫外照射时的波长为210nm,温度为40℃,时间为40min,紫外照射结束后向丙纶地毯的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料,控制每面的涂层材料用量为30g/m2,喷淋结束后对丙纶地毯进行微电流处理,控制微电流处理时电流的输出强度为220μA,频率为0.6Hz,温度为40℃,时间为5min,微电流处理结束置于70℃下烘至重量不发生变化,得到抑菌性能好的地毯。
对比例1
采用实施例3所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,其不同之处在于:省略第1步制备浸泡液步骤,以及在第3步面料处理中省略将地毯面料完全浸泡于浸泡液和紫外照射步骤,即直接向地毯面料的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料后进行微电流处理。
对比例2
采用实施例3所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,其不同之处在于:省略第2步制备涂层材料步骤,以及在第3步面料处理中省略向地毯面料的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料和进行微电流处理,即在将地毯面料完全浸泡于浸泡液中和紫外照射结束后,得到抑菌性能好的地毯。
试验例1
测试实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的抑菌性能好的地毯对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率,测试结果如下:
试验例2
对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的抑菌性能好的地毯分别进行摩擦试验,具体为使用重量为2kg的荷重块对地毯进行来回摩擦,控制摩擦频率为30次/分钟,摩擦10h后,测试地毯对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率,测试结果如下:
试验例3
对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的抑菌性能好的地毯分别进行洗涤试验,具体为将地毯置于洗衣机内,以洗涤30min为水洗一次,每次水洗后马上进行下一次水洗,连续水洗20次后,测试地毯对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率,测试结果如下:
试验例4
通过手摸的方法感受实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的地毯是柔软还是较硬,感受结果如下:
试验例5
对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的地毯的断裂伸长率进行测试,测试结果如下:

Claims (10)
1.一种抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:制备浸泡液,制备涂层材料,面料处理;
所述制备浸泡液,将沸石粉研磨至粒径为40-60nm,得到研磨后的沸石粉;将研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯混合后进行球磨,球磨结束得到混合料;将混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水混合后,搅拌,然后进行超声震荡,超声震荡结束得到浸泡液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备浸泡液中,球磨时的球料比为10-12:1,转速为300-330rpm,时间为20-25min;
超声震荡时的频率为30-40kHz,时间为10-12min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述制备浸泡液中,研磨后的沸石粉、壳聚糖、十二烷基甜菜碱、月桂酸单甘油酯的重量比为100-110:30-35:4-5:4-6;
混合料、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、去离子水的重量比为12-15:1-2:120-130。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述制备涂层材料,将质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌混合后进行超声震荡,超声震荡结束得到初级涂层材料;将初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合后,搅拌,得到涂层材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述制备涂层材料中,超声震荡时的频率为30-40kHz,时间为20-25min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述制备涂层材料中,所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为50-80nm;
所述阳离子瓜尔胶的取代度为0.5-0.7。
7.根据权利要求4所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述制备涂层材料中,质量分数为3-4%的海藻酸水溶液、壳寡糖、纳米氧化锌的重量比为210-220:18-20:0.2-0.4;
初级涂层材料、阳离子瓜尔胶、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量比为100-110:5-8:1-2。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述面料处理,将地毯面料完全浸泡于浸泡液中,静置,然后取出,过滤,将滤饼干燥,进行紫外照射,紫外照射结束后向地毯面料的两面分别均匀喷淋涂层材料,控制每面的涂层材料用量为25-30g/m2,喷淋结束后对地毯进行微电流处理,微电流处理结束后烘干,得到抑菌性能好的地毯。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抑菌性能好的地毯的制备方法,所述面料处理中,紫外照射时的波长为190-210nm,温度为35-40℃,时间为30-40min;
微电流处理时电流的输出强度为180-220μA,频率为0.5-0.6Hz,温度为35-40℃,时间为4-5min。
10.一种抑菌性能好的地毯,其特征在于,由权利要求1-9任一项所述的制备方法制得。
