1)将丝瓜络在双氧水、硅酸钠和硫酸镁形成的混合液中进行漂白软化,双氧水、硅酸钠与硫酸镁占混合液的体积分数分别为1%、3-8%、0.1-0.2%;
2)用清水冲洗漂白软化后的丝瓜络,静置洗涤至中性;
3)将丝瓜络放入碱性溶液中进行碱处理,制成改性丝瓜络纤维。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述抗菌纳米银溶液为硝酸银溶液,抗菌纳米银溶液中按照重量百分比的组成包括:银离子0.03%、锌离子0.05%、壳聚糖2%、蒜渣4%、昆明水金凤提取物25%、米醋4%。

本发明实施例1-5制备的抗菌袜结合纳米银、丝瓜络纤维及锦纶-4形成混纺纤维,并配合浸泡抗菌溶液,经测试能于1小时内抵制99.5%暴露于表面的细菌,而大部分其他抗菌袜经测试48小时仍无法达到相同的效果;本发明的抗菌袜对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为99.9%,本发明的抗菌袜具有抗菌效果持久,不会因时间及洗涤递减,经洗涤300次后检测抗菌性能仍能达到初始抗菌性能的90%;本发明的产品经临床试验,统计得出对抗菌、抑菌、除臭的效果非常显著,有效率达到96%以上,对脚气、足癣、脱皮等治疗有效率达到85%以上,对脚裂治愈有效率达到75%以上。

1.一种安全抗菌袜,采用精梳棉纱、以及纳米银与锦纶混纺纤维织造而成,其特征在于:所述精梳棉纱为32支涡流纺精梳针织棉纱,纳米银与锦纶混纺纤维采用质量百分数为20%的纳米银丝、5%的改性丝瓜络纤维和75%的锦纶-4纤维混纺而成,抗菌袜织造完成后,经吸湿快干接着定型,定型后在抗菌纳米银溶液浸泡2-3h,经低温减压干燥、包装后得到成品;所述抗菌纳米银溶液中按照重量百分比的组成包括:银离子0.01-0.05%、锌离子0.02-0.08%、壳聚糖1-3%、蒜渣3-5%、昆明水金凤提取物20-30%、米醋2-6%;
所述改性丝瓜络纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将丝瓜络在双氧水、硅酸钠和硫酸镁形成的混合液中进行漂白软化,双氧水、硅酸钠与硫酸镁占混合液的体积分数分别为1%、3-8%、0.1-0.2%;
2)用清水冲洗漂白软化后的丝瓜络,静置洗涤至中性;
3)将丝瓜络放入碱性溶液中进行碱处理,制成改性丝瓜络纤维;
抗菌袜织采用单面大圆机织造、除油、染色、吸湿快干后定型,织造过程为四路一个循环,十二针为一个针循环,第1路和第3路采用纳米银与锦纶混纺纤维,第2路和第4路采用32支涡流纺精梳针织棉纱,形成两个竖条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全抗菌袜,其特征在于,所述抗菌纳米银溶液为硝酸银溶液,抗菌纳米银溶液中按照重量百分比的组成包括:银离子0.03%、锌离子0.05%、壳聚糖2%、蒜渣4%、昆明水金凤提取物25%、米醋4%。
