In the drawings, like parts are provided with like reference numerals. The figures are not drawn to scale.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structure of a prior art rectifier case, and referring to fig. 1, the prior art rectifier case comprises a cathode electrode 1, a cathode flange 2, an anode flange 3, a ceramic ring 4, an anode electrode 5 and an anode sealing ring 6.
In the rectifier tube shell, structurally, the cathode flange 2 is welded on the end face of the cathode electrode 1, the inner edge of the anode sealing ring 6 is welded on the outer edge of the anode electrode 5, the outer edge of the anode sealing ring 6 is welded on the lower end face of the ceramic ring 4, and the anode flange 3 is welded on the upper end face of the ceramic ring 4. The anode flange 3, the ceramic ring 4 and the anode sealing ring 6 are overlapped and welded from top to bottom. In terms of material preparation, the anode electrode 5 and the cathode electrode 1 are both made of oxygen-free copper materials, the weight of a set of pipe shell with the diameter of 78mm of the outer table surface is about 1748g, and the copper pipe shell cannot meet the weight requirement in the field with strict weight requirement.
Fig. 2 shows a rectifier case according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a rectifier case and a rectifier cap (not shown in the drawing), a cathode electrode 1, an anode electrode 5, a cathode flange 2, and an anode flange 3, which are connected to each other. The cathode electrode 1 is included in the rectifier tube cover, and the cathode electrode 1 includes a first aluminum block 11 and a first copper sheet 12 attached to the lower surface of the first aluminum block 11. The anode electrode 5 is included in the rectifier tube seat, and the anode electrode 5 includes a second aluminum block 51 and a second copper sheet 52 attached to the upper surface of the second aluminum block 51. The cathode flange 2 is connected with the first copper sheet 11, and the anode flange 3 is connected with the second copper sheet 51. Preferably, the thickness of each of the first and second copper sheets 12 and 52 is set to 5 mm.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the inner edge of the cathode flange 2 extends downward against the end face of the first aluminum block 11 and is connected to the first copper sheet 12. The anode flange 3 is connected with the second copper sheet 52 through the porcelain ring 4 and the anode sealing ring 6. Specifically, the upper end face of the ceramic ring 4 is connected with the anode flange 3, the lower end face of the ceramic ring 4 is connected with the outer edge of the anode sealing ring 6, and the inner edge of the anode sealing ring 6 is attached to the end face of the anode electrode 5 to extend and is connected with the second copper sheet 51.
According to the rectifier tube shell with the structure, the original electrode made of the copper material is improved into the electrode formed by combining the aluminum block and the copper sheet, the use of the copper material is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the structures of the cathode flange and the anode sealing ring are improved to match the improved cathode electrode and the improved anode electrode, so that the weight of the rectifier tube shell is reduced. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, compared with the existing rectifier tube housing of 1748g, the rectifier tube housing with 78mm diameter of the outer table surface has the weight of only 899g, so that the weight is greatly reduced, and the use requirement of the field with strict weight requirement is met.
In a particular embodiment, the porcelain ring 4 may be provided in the shape of a convex ring or a corrugated skirt. The invention is not limited.
In this embodiment, the chip 7 of the rectifier is disposed between the anode electrode 5 and the cathode electrode 1. In addition, an upper metal gasket 8 and/or a lower metal gasket 9 can be respectively arranged above and below the chip 7, the upper metal gasket 8 is attached to the first copper sheet 11, and the lower metal gasket 9 is attached to the second copper sheet 52, so as to ensure the reliability of the peripheral circuit of the chip 7. In particular, the upper metal pad 8 and/or the lower metal pad 9 may be made of a conductive metal sheet such as a molybdenum sheet or a silver sheet.
In the rectifier tube shown in fig. 1, since the anode electrode 5 is entirely made of a copper material, a first clamping groove may be formed in an upper portion of the copper material, a second clamping groove may be formed in a position of a lower portion of the lower metal gasket 9 corresponding to the first clamping groove, and pins may be disposed in the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, so that the lower metal gasket 9 and the anode electrode are fixedly connected to each other, and the lower metal gasket 9 is prevented from shaking.
However, in the rectifier package of the present invention shown in fig. 2, in order to reduce the overall weight of the rectifier package, the anode electrode 5 is made of the second aluminum block 51 and the second copper sheet 52 attached to the upper surface of the second aluminum block 51, and the thickness of the second copper sheet 52 is very thin, generally set to 5mm, so it is difficult to form a groove on the second copper sheet 52 with the thickness to fix the lower metal gasket 9. Therefore, the lower metal gasket 9 of the present application is fixedly connected to the anode electrode 5 by the positioning ring 10. The positioning rings 10 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the lower metal gasket 9, and specifically, the positioning rings 10 are provided with grooves 101 which can be attached to the second copper sheets at the corners of the anode electrode 5. The upper portion holding of lower metal gasket 9 terminal surface is in red glue 71 of chip 7, and the lower part holding of lower metal gasket 9 terminal surface is in holding ring 10, and recess 101 laminating anode electrode 5 is on the second copper sheet 52 of corner to realize metal gasket 9 and anode electrode 5's fixed and metal gasket 9 and chip 7's fixed down, prevent that chip 7 from taking place to rock in the use.
In summary, the rectifier tube shell of the present invention includes a rectifier tube cover and a rectifier tube seat connected to each other, the cathode electrode 1 is included in the rectifier tube cover, and the cathode electrode 1 includes a first aluminum block 11 and a first copper sheet 12 attached to a lower surface of the first aluminum block 11. The anode electrode 5 is included in the rectifier tube seat, and the anode electrode 5 includes a second aluminum block 51 and a second copper sheet 52 attached to the upper surface of the second aluminum block 51. The rectifier tube shell of this kind of structure has reduced the use of copper product by a wide margin, simultaneously, through improving the structure of negative pole flange 2 and positive pole sealing ring 6 to the negative pole electrode 1 and the positive pole electrode 4 after the cooperation improves, thereby under the circumstances of guaranteeing rectifier high strength, good gas tightness, high pressure resistant, good insulating properties, still reduced the weight of rectifier tube shell, satisfied the user demand in the field that the heavy-duty requirement is strict. Meanwhile, the positioning ring 10 is adopted to fix the lower metal gasket 9 and the anode electrode 5 by matching with the structure and material characteristics of the anode electrode 5, so that the lower metal gasket 9 is prevented from shaking. In summary, the rectifier tube shell of the invention improves the structure and preparation materials of the tube shell, and through the mutual matching of the structural characteristics and the material characteristics, the weight of the rectifier tube shell is reduced, and the use requirements of the field with strict weight requirements are met.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily make changes or variations within the technical scope of the present invention disclosed, and such changes or variations should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
