Description
技术领域
本发明涉及使LOGO能发出多样图案的光的具备遮蔽层的内部装饰材料及其制造方法。具体而言,本发明涉及一种改善使LOGO适宜地发光所需的遮蔽结构、具备LOGO发光部的内部装饰材料及其制造方法。
背景技术
所谓内部装饰材料,是指用于对制品的外部进行装饰的材料。内部装饰材料发挥提高制品的质感、触感等外观,切断噪声、火焰、氧气等而保护内部构成的作用。优选地,内部装饰材料制造为能够在外部表现美观的要素。
韩国授权专利第10-0913811号公开了一种将实木膜(Realwood film)用作内部装饰材料的成型品。成型品通过在实木座椅(Realwood seat)的上下部热压接合粘结膜而制造,如此制作的成型品加装于汽车的内外装饰材料或各种电子制品的面板等。通过使用实木材料,内部装饰材料可以表现出天然木材的质感,因而可以使内部装饰材料的外观变得美观。
最近,如图1所示,提出了在实木材料的成型品上形成诸如“ABCDE”的LOGO并使LOGO发光的内部装饰材料。借助于LOGO而与其他部分孤立的区域为岛(island)。
作为用于使LOGO发光的方法,申请人的韩国授权专利第10-1883080号公开了一种技术,在作为主表面材料的实木层下方形成遮光层,在遮光层下方形成触摸传感器电极,在触摸传感器电极下方配置光源,使LOGO部分发光。但是,该专利由于供光线穿过的发光槽为空(hollow),灰尘等异物通过空的间隙而积累,存在透光效果低下的忧虑。另外,存在难以应用于双层以上复合膜结构,耐久性弱,难以体现多样LOGO的缺点。而且,在成型品制作时,没有支撑岛部分的结构,存在岛部分的精密注塑困难的问题。
发明内容
因而,本发明目的是提供一种能够形成多样形状的LOGO发光部且耐久力优秀、容易制造的内部装饰材料的制造方法。
本发明的内部装饰材料的制造方法将切断发光部的光线的遮蔽层邻接内部的透明膜排列,使透明膜成分填充以激光蚀刻的发光槽,据此,可以多样、鲜明地体现发光效果。
具体而言,本发明提供一种内部装饰材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:(1-1)接合材料层的下部与热熔接层的步骤;(1-2)在材料层的上部附着用于支撑岛的支撑带的步骤;(1-3)从热熔接层至材料层,借助于激光蚀刻而加工供光线透过的第一发光槽的步骤;(2-1)在透明膜的上部形成切断光线透过的遮蔽层的步骤;(2-2)在透明膜的下部附着粘合剂的步骤;(2-3)在所述遮蔽层,借助于激光蚀刻,加工供光线透过的第二发光槽的步骤;(3-1)接合在(1-3)中制作的模块与在(2-3)中制作的模块的步骤;(3-2)更换用于在材料层的上部支撑岛的支撑带的步骤;及(3-3)作为借助于将(3-2)步骤的制品与具备母材层的母材或加工对象品接合并通过嵌件注塑成型工序进行注塑而完成内部装饰材料的步骤,在高温气氛下的注塑成型工序中,使得所述透明膜的成分融化及拉伸而填充所述第一发光槽及第二发光槽的步骤。
另外,本发明提供一种根据以上的制造方法而制造的内部装饰材料。
根据本发明,就以复合层构成的内部装饰材料而言,借助于填充发光槽的透明膜,具有可以有望获得更鲜明的LOGO发光,可以防止异物流入发光槽的效果。
另外,根据本发明,在印刷或涂装于透明膜上的遮蔽层形成发光槽,从而可以制作多样图案的LOGO发光部。
本发明的内部装饰材料的制造方法简便、经济,有利于节省成本。

下面本发明记述的实施例的特征在于公开了以下几点:是在工序的哪个步骤形成决定LOGO发光部的最终形状的遮蔽层,即遮光层,以及用何种物质填充发光槽,所述发光槽是供从光源发出的光线穿过的引导部。
图2a至图2c是图示本发明实施例的具备LOGO发光部的内部装饰材料的制造方法的工序图,图3a至图3i是根据图2的各个工序而制作的构件的剖面图。未特别提及的事项与前面的实施例相同。
如果一同参照这些附图,首先,在内部装饰材料的外侧,配置作为主要材料的木材层或材料层10。“木材”是作为一个示例而提出的,也可以是纤维(fabric)、石头(stone)、人造革、碳素纤维强化塑料(CFRP,Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics)或玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP,Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics)。在材料层10的下部配置有热熔接层12。热熔接层(hot melt layer)12可以包括纸浆、纤维或网之类的无纺布、具有适当热反应特性的热可塑性聚合物组合物。材料层10和热熔接层12例如通过辊层压(roll laminating)工序而接合S100。然后,在材料层10的另一面,即在上部,为了支撑岛104而附着支撑带18S102。支撑带18在发光槽形成工序中,发挥支撑并固定岛的作用。支撑带18例如以将PET(polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)当作基材的硅胶材质制作。
然后,利用激光,从热熔接层12贯通材料层10进行蚀刻,从而加工发光槽L1、L2S104。发光槽L1、L2图示了一个示例,可以以一条或多条线形态形成。
另一方面,独立于以上的工序,如图3d所示,在透明膜20的上面,以印刷(print)或涂装(paint)工序形成遮蔽层14S120。在印刷工序中,使用丝网印刷或移印,在涂装工序中,使用空气喷涂。在透明膜20的下部附着粘合剂22S122。透明膜20例如作为光学用透明膜,可以以聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)、聚酰亚胺(polyimide,PI)、聚醚砜(polyethersulfone,PES)、聚芳酯(polyarylate,PAR)、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯(poly(ethylenenaphthalate),PEN)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate),PET)、环烯烃共聚物(cycloolefin copolymer)等热可塑性高分子制作。粘合剂22优选为诸如丙烯酸树脂的共聚物,但为了与母材层接合,也可以以金属或陶瓷物质制作。
然后,利用激光,在遮蔽层14中加工发光槽L1'、L2'S124。
然后,如图3g所示,通过热压接合工序接合在步骤S104中完成的材料层10与在步骤S124中完成的透明膜20S130。此时,利用夹具(jig)使发光槽L1、L2与发光槽L1'、L2'竖直对齐,使得LOGO发光部的位置一致。
但是,不同于此,在本发明另一实施例中,例如以宽剖面形成发光槽L1、L2后,如果将经过印刷或涂装步骤的遮蔽层14的发光槽L1'、L2'根据最终LOGO形状进行蚀刻,则最终呈现的LOGO发光部与发光槽L1'、L2'的形状相符,因而不需要必须竖直地对齐发光槽L1、L2、L1'、L2',可以体现多样图案。发光槽L1、L2与发光槽L1'、L2'的适宜形状的组合,有利于形成多样的光图案。
然后,在位于材料层10上部的支撑带18,沉淀并沾有在发光槽L1、L2、L1'、L2'蚀刻中产生的微小粉末,因而为了去除这种残余物而揭去并接合新的支撑带18A S132。支撑带18A在后述成型工序中,发挥保护包括岛的材料层10上部的作用。
最后,将如上所述完成的构件与具备母材层24的母材或加工对象品接合,通过嵌件注塑成型工序进行注塑,据此,完成内部装饰材料S134。在母材层24下部,安装有未图示的光源,因而应用诸如聚碳酸酯(PC)或ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene,丙烯腈〃丁二烯〃苯乙烯)树脂的透明或半透明材料,以便光线充分透过。在高温气氛下的注塑成型工序中,如图3i所示,透明膜20的树脂成分被融化及拉伸,从而填充发光槽L1、L2、L1'、L2'。
以上以本发明优选实施例为例进行了说明,但这只是举例,不限制本发明的权利范围,可对本发明进行多样变更,这些也均属于本发明的权利范围,本发明的权利范围由下面附带的权利要求书规定。
Claims (5)
1.一种内部装饰材料的制造方法,所述方法的特征在于,包括:
(1-1)接合材料层的下部与热熔接层的步骤;
(1-2)在材料层的上部附着用于支撑岛的支撑带的步骤;
(1-3)从热熔接层至材料层,借助于激光蚀刻而加工供光线透过的第一发光槽的步骤;
(2-1)在透明膜的上部印刷或涂装并形成切断光线透过的遮蔽层的步骤;
(2-2)在透明膜的下部附着粘合剂的步骤;
(2-3)在所述遮蔽层,借助于激光蚀刻,加工供光线透过的第二发光槽的步骤;
(3-1)接合在(1-3)中制作的模块与在(2-3)中制作的模块的步骤;
(3-2)更换用于在材料层的上部支撑岛的支撑带的步骤;及
(3-3)作为借助于将(3-2)步骤的制品与具备母材层的母材或加工对象品接合并通过嵌件注塑成型工序进行注塑而完成内部装饰材料的步骤,在高温气氛下的注塑成型工序中,使得所述透明膜的成分融化及拉伸而填充所述第一发光槽及第二发光槽的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内部装饰材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述透明膜作为光学用透明膜,利用聚碳酸酯、聚酰亚胺、聚醚砜、聚芳酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、环烯烃共聚物等热可塑性高分子制作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内部装饰材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述材料层为木材、纤维、石头、人造革、碳素纤维强化塑料或玻璃纤维增强塑料中之一。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内部装饰材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述第一发光槽与第二发光槽沿竖直方向对齐。
5.一种内部装饰材料,其特征在于,
以权利要求1至4中任意一项的方法制造。
