技术领域
本发明涉及用以产品外表面处理的内饰材料及其制造方法,具体是,可以利用触摸感应(Touch sensing)使预设功能运行的内饰材料及其制造方法。
背景技术
内饰材料是指用以处理产品外表面的材料。内饰材料可以提升产品质感、触感等,可以隔离噪声、火、氧气等,从而保护内部结构。但比什么都重要的是,内饰材料可以使产品外观亮丽,给人的感觉比较美观。因此内饰材料的外表面具有美感为宜。现在的内饰材料是除了传统装饰美之外,还增加了触摸等功能而进一步受到关注。
如上所述,关于突出内饰材料的美化要素及触摸功能的技术,韩国注册专利第10-0913811号公开了一种利用实木膜(Realwood film)的成型品。
所述成型品的特征是,在实木片(Realwood seat)的上下部上将粘合膜热压制成。如此制作的成型品是通常设在内外饰材料或者各种电子产品的板上。实木是指将天然木材按需加工的,实木片是指将所述实木锯成片。所述现有技术采用实木材料,给内饰材料增添了天然木材的质感,使内饰材料的外观更加美丽。
利用所述实木膜的成型品是,只是外表面带有天然木材的质感,并不包括将光按照设计人所要的花纹向实木的表面发散的功能。
利用所述实木薄膜的成型品并不包括通过触摸使预设功能运行的技术内容,所述功能的运行还需具备其它物理按钮或开关来操作。
发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种具有天然木材的质感,可发光,不需其它物理按钮,只需触摸表面使预设功能即可运行的内饰材料及其内饰材料的制造方法。
技术方案
根据本发明一方面涉及的内饰材料,其粘合在塑料注塑件的外表面,使由设置于所述塑料注塑件的内侧的光源选择性地照射的光向外露出,其中,所述内饰材料包括:纹木层,其由天然木材制成且设有供所述光源选择性地照射的光通过的多个第一透光孔;遮光层,其接合至所述纹木层的背面并遮挡光且具有与所述多个第一透光孔分别对应地形成的多个第二透光孔;以及触摸传感器电极,其接合至所述遮光层的背面且通过触摸控制预设功能的运行。
根据本发明的另一方面的内饰材料制造方法,所述内饰材料粘合在塑料注塑件的外表面,使由设置于所述塑料注塑件的内侧的光源选择性地照射的光向外露出,所述方法包括:步骤A:准备纹木层;步骤B:将由遮挡光的材料制造的遮光层接合在所述纹木层的背面;步骤C:将通过触摸控制预设功能的运行的触摸传感器电极印刷在所述遮光层的背面;以及步骤D:以使由所述光源选择性地照射的光能够通过的方式形成贯通所述纹木层、遮光层和触摸传感器电极的多个透光孔。
在此,在所述内饰材料制造方法中,在所述步骤B中,将涂覆有醚和酯基混合粘合剂的无纺布插入所述纹木层和遮光层之间,通过热熔(Hot-melt)方式粘合所述纹木层和遮光层。
有益效果
根据本发明的内饰材料及其制造方法,其有益效果在于,内饰材料的表面可以显示出天然木材的质感,内饰材料的表面发光的同时,触摸内饰材料的表面可以控制在内饰材料上预设功能的运行。因此内饰材料的表面不需要物理按钮,也可以显示出高档并一体化的设计感。

图2是图示图1中显示的内饰材料制造方法的流程图。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明的实施施例进行描述,但所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员依然可以对前述各实施例所述的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。但这些修改或者替换,依然属于本发明的技术方案范围。本发明的技术要求保护范围是应根据权利要求书的技术方案确定。
图1是图示本发明实施例的内饰材料及塑料注塑件的剖视图。下面结合附图详述本发明实施例的内饰材料。
根据图,本发明实施例的内饰材料100是粘合在塑料注塑件200的外表面,包括纹木层110、遮光层120和触摸传感器电极130。
所述塑料注塑件200是所述内饰材料被粘附的对象物品,可以与所述内饰材料100一起通过模内注塑成型。所述内饰材料100可以利用由所述内饰材料100和热溶(Hot-melt)层、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETG;Polyethylene therephthalate glycol)层、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(Thermoplastic polyurethane)层构成的热塑性粘合层300粘合在所述塑料注塑件200上。
图1中图示了所述塑料注塑件200具有一定厚度的平面,但这只是实施例,所述塑料注塑件200是可以按照实施者所要的产品形状,被形成为各种形状。
所述纹木层110由天然木材制成。因此,所述内饰材料100显示出天然木材的质感而显示出高级设计感。
所述遮光层120接合在所述纹木层110的背面。进一步具体是,本发明实施例的内饰材料100还包括混合粘合层140,通过所述混合粘合层140,所述纹木层110和遮光层相互粘合。有关所述混合粘合层140的具体内容见后述内容。
所述触摸传感器电极130与所述遮光层的背面接合。
所述触摸传感器电极130通过用手触摸所述内饰材料100的表面而运行。
在此通过所述触摸的运行机制可以是测压方式,也可以是电容方式。测压方式是,检测手指对所述内饰材料100表面施加的压力而运行的方式,电容方式是,所述内饰材料100的表面上涂覆特殊导电金属例如锡锑氧化物(TAO:Tin Antimony Oxide)物质,形成透明电极,使一定量的电流流在表面的方式。所述运行机制根据使用的产品模块相应地进行选择,并不是说明本发明实施例的内饰材料100限于某一种方式。
所述触摸传感器电极130运行以后,设置在所述塑料注塑件200内侧的触摸模块(无图示)上传入信号,使预设功能运行。
所述功能可以替代由空调开/关机开关(On/off switch)、风力、通风模式等按钮的功能。此外,所述功能可以是发出声音或音乐的,也可以是跟随旋律发生振动的。所述功能是实施人为了通过所述内饰材料100使所需的补充功能运行,在所述内饰材料100上附加的,因此所述功能是根据实施者的需求可以实现多样化。
图1中虽然无图示,但所述塑料注塑件200的背面上可以设置光源。所述塑料注塑件200的背面设置所述光源时,为了使由所述光源照射出的光透过所述塑料注塑件200,所述塑料注塑件200优选的是透明或者半透明的。
虽然图1中无图示,但优选地,所述塑料注塑件200内侧上可以具备控制所述光源的控制装置,以及从所述控制装置接收控制信号并给所述光源供应电力的供电装置。但所述光源的发光机制为公知技术,在此不再详述。
所述遮光层120是由遮挡光的材料形成。因此,由所述光源照射的光不能从所述内饰材料100的其它部分通过,只能通过所述遮光层120上形成的第二透光孔120a和所述纹木层110上形成的第一透光孔110a。
进一步具体地,由所述光源照射的光将与所述触摸传感器电极130、遮光层120、混合粘合层140和纹木层110分别对应形成的多个透光孔130a、120a、140a、110a依次通过并向外部露出。
就是说,所述多个透光孔130a、120a、140a、110a根据其数量和大小,可以起到将所述内饰材料100外部露出的光的强度调节的作用。由此,在所述纹木层110的天然木材材质以及向外部淡淡发散的光的作用下,使所述内饰材料100显示出高档的感觉。
图2是图示图1中图示的内饰材料制造方法的流程图。下面结合附图详述本发明实施例的内饰材料制造方法。
为了制造本发明实施例的内饰材料100,首先准备纹木层110(步骤A)。
然后将以遮挡光的材料制造的遮光层120接合在所述纹木层110的背面(步骤B)。进一步具体地,所述纹木层110和遮光层120是在混合粘合层140上应用热溶(Hot-melt)法而相互接合。所述混合粘合层140可以通过在无纺布上涂覆混合聚醚和酯(Poylether-ester)的粘合剂而形成。
然后将通过压力控制所述光源运行的触摸传感器电极130印刷在所述遮光层120的背面上(步骤C)。
最后,形成贯通所述纹木层110、遮光层120、混合粘合层140和触摸传感器电极130的多个透光孔110a、120a、140a、130a,使由所述光源选择性地照射的光通过(步骤D)。
为了调节所述内饰材料100的表面发散的光的强度,将所述内饰材料100可贯通地形成的所述多个透光孔110a、120a、140a、130a的大小和数量是,可以根据其用途不同地进行选择。
如上所述,根据本发明的内饰材料100及其制造方法,内饰材料100表面可以显示出天然木材的质感,内饰材料的表面发光的同时,触摸内饰材料的表面可以控制在内饰材料内预设的功能。因此内饰材料的表面不需要物理按钮,也可以显示出高档并一体化的设计感。
Claims (3)
1.一种内饰材料,其粘合在塑料注塑件的外表面,使由设置于所述塑料注塑件的内侧的光源选择性地照射的光向外露出,其中,所述内饰材料包括:
纹木层,其由天然木材制成且设有供所述光源选择性地照射的光通过的多个第一透光孔;
遮光层,其接合至所述纹木层的背面并遮挡光且具有与所述多个第一透光孔分别对应地形成的多个第二透光孔;以及
触摸传感器电极,其接合至所述遮光层的背面且通过触摸控制预设功能的运行。
2.一种内饰材料制造方法,所述内饰材料粘合在塑料注塑件的外表面,使由设置于所述塑料注塑件的内侧的光源选择性地照射的光向外露出,所述方法包括:
步骤A:准备纹木层;
步骤B:将由遮挡光的材料制造的遮光层接合在所述纹木层的背面;
步骤C:将通过触摸控制预设功能的运行的触摸传感器电极印刷在所述遮光层的背面;以及
步骤D:以使由所述光源选择性地照射的光能够通过的方式形成贯通所述纹木层、遮光层和触摸传感器电极的多个透光孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内饰材料制造方法,其中,在所述步骤B中,将涂覆有醚和酯基混合粘合剂的无纺布插入所述纹木层和遮光层之间,通过热熔(Hot-melt)方式粘合所述纹木层和遮光层。
