Abstract
本発明による内装材及びその製造方法によれば、内装材の表面に天然木材の質感が表現され、内装材の表面が発光すると共に、内装材の表面をタッチすることで内装材に既定の機能の作動を制御することができる。したがって、内装材の表面に物理的なボタンがなく、高級で一体化したデザインを表現することができる。

Claims (3)
- プラスチック射出物の外表面に接着させるが、前記プラスチック射出物の内側に配置された光源から選択的に照射された光を外部に露出させるものであって、
天然木材からなり、前記光源から選択的に照射された光が通過する複数個の第1ライティングホールが形成された経木層と、
前記経木層の背面に結合されて光を遮断するが、前記複数個の第1ライティングホールにそれぞれ対応して複数個の第2ライティングホールが形成された遮光層と、
前記遮光層の背面に結合され、タッチによって既定の機能の作動を制御するタッチセンサ電極と、を含む、内装材。 - プラスチック射出物の外表面に接着させるが、前記プラスチック射出物の内側に配置された光源から選択的に照射された光を外部に露出させる内装材を製造する方法において、
(A)経木層を準備する段階と、
(B)光を遮断する素材で製造される遮光層を、前記経木層の背面に結合させる段階と、
(C)前記経木層の表面がタッチされることにより、既定の機能の作動を制御するタッチセンサ電極を、前記遮光層の背面に印刷する段階と、
(D)前記光源から選択的に照射された光が通過するように前記経木層、遮光層、及びタッチセンサ電極を貫通する複数個のライティングホールを形成させる段階と、を含む内装材の製造方法。 - 前記(B)段階において、
前記経木層と遮光層との間にエーテル及びエステル系の混合接着剤が塗布された不織布を介在させ、ホットメルト方式によって前記経木層と遮光層とを接着させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内装材の製造方法。
