为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种触摸式真木汽车内饰件及其加工工艺,该触摸式真木汽车内饰件及其加工工艺使得汽车内饰件豪华与科技感并存。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种触摸式真木汽车内饰件,包括木皮层、触摸片、电子芯片和基材,所述触摸片固定夹设于木皮层和基材之间,触摸片上设有触摸感应装置,触摸感应装置与电子芯片电性通讯,电子芯片能够与汽车操作系统电性通讯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述触摸片为双面柔性线路板,触摸感应装置为触摸按键。

步骤三:将裁切完成的木皮、触摸片和塑料基材进行喷胶处理,喷胶后静置使胶水风干;
步骤四:将木皮和触摸片放在专用治具内进行初组装,使触摸片贴合在木皮内侧表面指定位置上;
步骤五:将塑料基材放置于覆膜治具中,然后将初步组装的木皮和触摸片结合件放置在塑料基材上,触摸片夹设于木皮和塑料基材之间,将装有塑料基材、木皮和触摸片的覆膜治具放入覆膜机内进行覆膜处理;
步骤六:覆膜处理结束后将复合在一起的半成品取出,对木皮边缘进行裁切修边,使木皮与塑料基材边缘对齐;
步骤七:对产品边缘处理完成后进行素材处理,使产品边缘光洁、平整;
步骤八:对产品进行涂装前防护处理,将需要组装的配合部位进行遮挡防护;
步骤九:对产品进行上色和喷表面保护漆,并将表面保护漆晾干;
步骤十:对产品边缘进行涂黑边处理;

实施例:一种触摸式真木汽车内饰件,包括木皮层1、触摸片2、电子芯片和基材3,所述触摸片2固定夹设于木皮层1和基材3之间,触摸片2上设有触摸感应装置,触摸感应装置与电子芯片电性通讯,电子芯片能够与汽车操作系统电性通讯。该汽车内内饰件内埋设了触摸片2,并通过电子芯片实现其与汽车操作系统通讯,在车内只需触摸内饰件即可实现对汽车内功能件的开启和关闭,如开启各种装饰性灯光,改变灯光效果,开启内饰件加热等等功能,无需在汽车操作面板上进行操作即可完成,提高了操作的便利性,同时使得汽车内饰豪华与科技感并存,相得益彰。
所述触摸片2为双面柔性线路板,触摸感应装置为触摸按键。双面柔性线路板可为0.1mmd金属薄片,在上面刻蚀线路,触摸按键安装在金属薄片上,通过能够延伸到内饰件外部的线路与电子芯片进行连接通信,实现汽车功能设备的开启和关闭。
还设有油漆层4,油漆层4固定覆盖于木皮层1表面。在木皮层1表面喷涂油漆,油漆层4厚度控制在0.05mm为佳,对木皮层1进行保护的同时,使得内饰件表面更光亮、美观。

步骤四:将木皮和触摸片2放在专用治具内进行初组装,使触摸片2贴合在木皮内侧表面指定位置上,专用治具为内侧形成与木皮和触摸片外形匹配的定位槽,先将触摸片放在与触摸片外形一致的定位槽下侧,然后将木皮放在定位槽上侧定位,木皮刚好贴合在触摸片表面;
步骤五:将塑料基材3放置于覆膜治具中,然后将初步组装的木皮和触摸片2结合件放置在塑料基材3上,触摸片2夹设于木皮和塑料基材3之间,将装有塑料基材3、木皮和触摸片2的覆膜治具放入覆膜机内进行覆膜处理,覆膜机通过真空抽吸负压和加热形成热压,实现塑料基材3、触摸片2和木皮牢固粘接复合在一起,覆膜治具为与塑料基材和木皮与触摸片组装件外形匹配的框状结构,用于限制它们叠放在一起的位置;
步骤六:覆膜处理结束后将复合在一起的半成品取出,对木皮边缘进行裁切修边,使木皮与塑料基材3边缘对齐,通过裁切的方式去除木皮边缘的预存余量,使木皮与塑料基材3边缘对齐形成一体;
步骤七:对产品边缘处理完成后进行素材处理,使产品边缘光洁、平整;
步骤八:对产品进行涂装前防护处理,将需要组装的配合部位进行遮挡防护,通过预装前防护处理将组装配合部进行保护,避免油漆粘在该部位导致其尺寸发生变化无法进行后续组配,需要遮挡的部位如卡扣结构,插接结构等等;
步骤九:对产品进行上色和喷表面保护漆,并将表面保护漆晾干;
步骤十:对产品边缘进行涂黑边处理,用于封边;
步骤十一:通过线路将触摸片2与电子芯片组装连接,并通电检测,检测合格后进行包装,可以是通过接口进行插接组装。
步骤一中选择的木皮厚度控制在0.3mm~0.5mm之间。
步骤三中喷胶后的木皮、触摸片2和塑料基材3放置于静置房内静置20~30min进行风干。
步骤七中产品边缘通过打磨及补腻子的方式进行素材处理,使产品表面光滑,平整。
步骤十中采用封边油漆进行涂黑边处理。
