请参阅图 1和图 2所示, 本发明的一种马桶盖表面覆膜工艺, 所述马 桶盖结构包括马桶盖本体 1, 及设置在马桶盖本体 1上的、 具装饰作用的 图案花膜 2,及设置在图案花膜 2上的、用于保护图案花膜 2的透明模具 3; 所述马桶盖本体 1与图案花膜 2之间设置有用于粘接二者的胶水 4。 其中, 所述图案花膜 2内嵌在透明模具 3内部, 不论是平面或立体图案均可内嵌 在模具上, 可制造出浮雕效果, 还可变换无数种效果, 如金属感、 立体感、 多层次 3D感、 闪亮感等; 所述表面装饰图案高度清淅且经激光处理, 具有 强烈的层次感与透视立体效果, 并可凸显微立体浮雕图案。 另, 由于传统 毛胚用中纤板或模压板, 其所用的胶水通常含有甲醛, 而现在全世界对环 保的要求越来越高, 对甲醛的要求也非常高, 而本工艺中所述胶水为两液 型胶粘剂, 不含任何甲醛, 且不会因吸水造成中纤板或模压板膨胀而松散 脆化, 使用寿命长。 另, 所述图案花膜内部还可内嵌有 LED发光体, 可增 加美感。
其工艺步骤包括: 1.毛胚成型, 毛胚不须批灰, 灰尘少; 2.砂磨, 毛 :胚成型后砂磨; 3.涂布胶水, 高分子花膜没有使用任何苯类溶剂, 无甲醛 '释放问题, 符合环保要求; 4.真空覆膜或压力高分子花膜覆膜, 产品表面 花膜经真空或压力等外力, 与毛胚接合性高, 具有良好的完整性, 无任何 空隙, 密着性特别佳, 且耐酸碱防水性佳; 所述覆膜工艺前还需对图案花 膜进行加热, 加热后没有接痕, 呈现一体成型, 外表美观; 5.修毛边; 6. 修饰; 7.配件组合; 8.包装完成。 其中, 所述真空覆膜过程是设置在一密 封的容器内通过抽真空, 以使图案花膜覆盖在毛胚上。 当然, 所述覆膜工 艺还可应用在其它卫浴成套配件上。
