Abstract
本发明涉及膜及包括其的隐藏开关结构,膜包括:底层,由透明材料形成;第一粘结层,向底层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;遮蔽层,层叠接合于第一粘结层,涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光加工来形成图标;第二粘结层,向遮蔽层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;以及片层,层叠于第二粘结层,由薄膜形态的实木形成,由此,本发明的膜可提高可视性,包括如上所述的膜的隐藏开关结构包括:第一基板,设置有多个发光二极管;第二基板,与第一基板隔开接合,设置有触摸传感器;注塑物,内置有棱镜,注塑成型于上述第二基板来层叠而成;以及上述膜,本发明的隐藏开关结构可增大设计自由度并提高美观性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及膜及包括其的隐藏开关结构,更详细地,涉及如下的膜及包括其的隐藏开关结构:增加车辆内部的设计自由度来提高美观性,以满足消费者的需求的方式适用实木膜,来提供更高级且区别化的设计。
背景技术
通常,汽车中设置有配置于在驾驶座及副驾驶座的前面设置的防撞垫和门饰板、组装于防撞垫的仪表板周围面板、中央仪表板(安装音响、杯座、烟灰缸等的位置)、顶板(天花板材料)等的内置材料。
并且,汽车中设置有位于侧门、挡板等的外置材料/装饰(garnish),外置材料与内置材料的材料不同。
对于车辆用内外置材料,尤其,车辆用内置材料,消费者要求外观上的干净利落的美感及高级质感。
由于上述原因,作为以往的汽车内置部件的装置材料,使用实木、真铝、碳编织物、螺钿等的天然/真材料。
其中,除真铝之外的其他材料适用聚氨酯(PUR)浇铸(聚氨酯反应注塑)来实现产品的深度及外观轮廓性。
例如,在韩国授权专利第913811号公开了适用实木膜的内置材料及其制造方法。
但是,随着向车辆内部的弯曲的部位适用实木膜,具有如下的问题,即,应力集中在弯曲变形的边缘部,来持续发生无法承受应力来碎裂和破碎等的现象,表面品质大大降低。
并且,消费者要求适用更高级且区别化的新设计的内置材料的车辆内部环境,尤其,无法满足与中央仪表盘等的开关模块有关的消费者美观性提高的需求。

发明内容
本发明通过上述背景提出,其目的在于,提供如下的膜及包括其的隐藏开关结构:以触摸方式设置开关模块,尤其,平时不显示开关模块的图标,根据驾驶人员的需求显示开关模块的图标,来增加车辆内部的设计自由度并提高美观性。
并且,本发明的目的在于,提供如下的膜及包括其的隐藏开关结构:适用实木膜来提供更高级且区别化的设计,以此满足消费者的需求,尤其,提供可视性高的实木膜来使驾驶人员更准确地识别图标。
并且,本发明的目的在于,提供如下的膜及包括其的隐藏开关结构:驾驶人员可通过触觉感测到图标的位置,来向驾驶人员提供便利。
本发明的目的并不局限于此,普通技术人员可通过下述记载明确理解未提及的其他目的。
根据本发明,可提供一种膜,包括:底层,由透明材料形成;第一粘结层,向上述底层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;遮蔽层,层叠接合于上述第一粘结层,涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光加工来形成图标;第二粘结层,向上述遮蔽层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;以及片层,层叠于上述第二粘结层,由薄膜形态的实木形成。
并且,上述第二粘结层和片层可包括多个透光增大孔,上述透光增大孔以微米单位大小的直径形成于与上述图标相对应的位置。
并且,上述膜还可包括层叠接合于上述遮蔽层与第二粘结层之间的无纺布层,来防止上述片层断裂。
并且,上述无纺布层、第二粘结层、片层可包括多个透光增大孔,上述透光增大孔以微米单位大小的直径形成于与上述图标相对应的位置。
根据本发明,可提供一种隐藏开关结构,包括:第一基板,设置有多个发光二极管;第二基板,与上述第一基板隔开接合,设置有触摸传感器;注塑物,在与上述发光二极管相对应的位置内置有棱镜,注塑成型于上述第二基板来层叠而成;以及膜,设置于上述注塑物的上侧,上述膜包括:底层,由透明材料形成;第一粘结层,向上述底层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;遮蔽层,层叠接合于上述第一粘结层,涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光加工来形成图标;第二粘结层,向上述遮蔽层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;以及片层,层叠于上述第二粘结层,由薄膜形态的实木形成。
其中,上述膜还可包括触摸部,上述触摸部在与上述发光二极管相对应的位置以朝向下侧凹入的形状弯曲而成。
并且,上述注塑物和棱镜可包括凹槽部,在设置上述膜的面,上述凹槽部以与上述触摸部的形状相对应的方式凹陷而成,用于放置上述触摸部。
根据如上所述的本发明,具有如下的效果,即,以触摸方式设置开关模块,尤其,平时不显示开关模块的图标,根据驾驶人员的需求显示开关模块的图标,来增加车辆内部的设计自由度并提高美观性。
并且,本发明具有如下的效果,即,适用实木膜来提供更高级且区别化的设计,以此满足消费者的需求,尤其,提高实木膜的可视性来使驾驶人员更准确地识别图标。
并且,本发明具有如下的效果,即,驾驶人员可通过触觉感测到图标的位置,来向驾驶人员提供便利。

如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例的膜100的特征在于,包括:底层110,由透明材料形成;第一粘结层120,向底层110涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;遮蔽层130,层叠接合于第一粘结层120,涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光加工来形成图标131;第二粘结层140,向遮蔽层130涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;以及片层150,层叠于第二粘结层140,由薄膜形态的实木形成。
并且,如图4至图6A部分和图6B部分所示,本发明实施例的包括膜100的隐藏开关结构的特征在于,包括:第一基板200,设置有发光二极管210;第二基板300,与第一基板200隔开接合,设置有触摸传感器;注塑物400,内置有棱镜410,注塑成型于上述第二基板300来层叠而成;以及上述膜100。
如图1所示,本发明的膜100为实木膜100,由包括底层110、第一粘结层120、遮蔽层130、第二粘结层140以及片层150的板形状的单元形成。
但是,除实木之外,膜100还可适用镶嵌用膜、包围用面料/皮革、真软木塞等的各种材料。
底层110使发光二极管210的光透射,通过形成膜100的厚度来增大刚性,由塑料材料形成。
如一例,这种底层110由如聚缩醛(POM)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等的工程塑料等的材料形成,来使发光二极管210的光透射。
尤其,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)材料为热塑性塑料材料中的一种,强度耐热性、耐候性、耐药品性等优秀,因此,可用作底层110的材料,可使膜100的刚性增大。
第一粘结层120涂敷于底层110来层叠而成,粘结后述的遮蔽层130与底层110之间。
遮蔽层130由如底层110的透明材料形成,层叠接合于第一粘结层120。
并且,遮蔽层130通过激光加工设置有与汽车的中央仪表盘的设计相对应的图标131。
即,在涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光切割去除与图标131相对应的图案,来在遮蔽层130形成图标131。
或者,可在遮蔽层130进行印刷来形成图标131。
并且,若发光二极管210发光,则发光二极管210的光通过印刷图标131的部分透射,来在膜100的表面显示图标131。
并且,还可在底层110和后述的无纺布层160印刷与遮蔽层130的图标131相对应的图标131,来使形成于遮蔽层130的图标131更加明显,从而可增大可视性。
如一例,图标131可以为室内灯的亮度调节、室内的加热器或空调的关闭或开启调节、风向和风速调节及自动调节、用于去除霜的风的关闭或开启调节、外部空气流入调节、室内空气循环调节等的按钮。
第二粘结层140向遮蔽层130涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成,使遮蔽层130与后述的片层150之间粘结。
在此情况下,第一粘结层120和第二粘结层140可利用选自由聚醋酸乙烯酯、苯酚、三聚氰胺、尿素、聚氨酯,尤其,热塑性聚氨酯等、聚酰胺、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯环氧、聚酯、聚乙烯醇、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、醇酸、醋酸纤维素及硝酸纤维素组成的组中的一种形成。
片层150层叠于第二粘结层140,由薄膜形态的实木形成。
尤其,片层150通过切断天然木材来以具有规定厚度的薄膜形态的实木形成,因此,需要用于防止实木的断裂等的破损的结构。
由此,如图2所示,膜100还包括层叠接合于遮蔽层130与第二粘结层140之间的无纺布层160,来防止薄膜形态的片层150的断裂。
片层150以薄膜形态形成,在遮蔽层130与第二粘结层140之间设置无纺布层160,来防止片层150层叠于第二粘结层140时,被轻微的晃动或冲击断裂。
并且,当片层150层叠于第二粘结层140时,防止形成气泡或以形成褶皱的方式层叠。
这种无纺布层160可利用选自由玻璃纤维、碳纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、丙烯酸纤维、聚烯烃纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、混合纤维素纤维及浆料组成的组中的一种以上的组合物形成。
另一方面,如图3所示,第二粘结层140和片层150包括多个透光增大孔170,上述透光增大孔170以微米单位大小的直径形成于与图标131相对应的位置,在片层150由没有透光性的材料形成的情况下,提高片层150的透光性,或者,在片层150由具有透光性的材料形成的情况下,更明显的显示图标131。
并且,在无纺布层160中,也形成多个透光增大孔170,上述透光增大孔170以微米单位大小的直径形成于与图标131相对应的位置,设置于与在第二粘结层140所设置的透光增大孔170相对应的位置。
这种透光增大孔170贯通形成于无纺布层160、第二粘结层140、片层150,优选地,透光增大孔170的直径为0.1mm至0.2mm,来当发光二极管210处于关闭状态时,不会在膜100的表面显示,当发光二极管210处于开启状态时,使光很好地透射。
即,透光增大孔170形成于无纺布层160、第二粘结层140、片层150,若从底层110的下部照射光,则使光透射,从而使图标131的形状露出在外部。
由此,通过遮蔽层130的发光二极管210的光无需透射无纺布层160、第二粘结层140、片层150,而是通过透光增大孔170来增大可视性,可向驾驶人员提供更加明显的图标131。
另一方面,在图4至图6中示出包括膜100的隐藏开关结构。
如图所示,包括膜100的隐藏开关结构由第一基板200、第二基板300、注塑物400、膜100构成。
在这种包括膜100的隐藏开关结构中,在平时不使用开关的未激活状态下,不在膜100上显示图标131。
并且,在根据驾驶人员的需求使用开关的激活状态下,在膜100上显示图标131,来增加车辆内部的设计自由度并提高美观性。
在与图标131相对应的位置,第一基板200可由设置多个发光二极管210的印刷电路板形成,放置于在车辆的前方设置的结构物。
第二基板300可由在与图标131相对应的位置设置触摸传感器的柔性印刷电路板形成,与第一基板200的上侧相结合,与第一基板200隔开结合,来识别驾驶人员的图标131的触摸与否。
在注塑物400中,在与发光二极管210相对应内的位置内置棱镜410,注塑成型于第二基板300来层叠而成,以规定厚度层叠形成来维持触摸传感器的灵敏度,使发光二极管210的光变得明显。
尤其,在作为第二基板300的触摸传感器与膜100的触摸部之间的距离的注塑物400的厚度A大于50mm的情况下,触摸传感器的灵敏度降低来使驾驶人员感到不便,因此,优选地,注塑物400的规定厚度A至少为50mm以下。
如一例,棱镜410可由透明材料形成,来使发光二极管210的光透射,和第二基板300的触摸传感器与膜100之间相接触来提高光的透光性,以使图标131更加明显的方式增大可视性。
在膜100中,具有如上所述的结构的膜100呈单元形态的薄板形状,来设置于注塑物400的上侧。
在此情况下,优选地,膜100的厚度B为0.8mm至1.2mm。
这是因为,在膜100的厚度B小于0.8mm的情况下,膜100的厚度薄,制造过程中具有诸多困难,在制造过程中发生撕裂或碎裂等的破损,因此,优选地,膜100的厚度B至少为0.8mm以上。
并且,在膜100的厚度B大于1.2mm的情况下,膜100的厚度变厚,透射膜100的发光二极管210的光变弱,尤其,在膜100的实木的片层150由没有透光性的材料形成的情况下,发光二极管210的光几乎无法透射,因此,优选地,膜100的厚度B至少为1.2mm以下。
并且,膜100包括触摸部180,上述触摸部180在与发光二极管210相对应的位置以朝向下侧凹入的形状弯曲而成,来使驾驶人员容易识别图标131的位置,使得驾驶人员通过触觉感测到图标131的位置。
尤其,优选地,触摸部180的凹陷长度C为1.6mm至1.9mm。
这是因为,在触摸部180的凹陷长度C小于1.6mm的情况下,随着通过驾驶人员的触觉的识别力降低,在驾驶人员行驶的过程中,无法从图标131的周围部位向图标131的位置引导,驾驶人员需通过视觉确认图标131的位置之后触摸,因此,优选地,触摸部180的凹陷长度C至少为1.6mm以上。
并且,在触摸部180的凹陷长度C为大于1.9mm的情况下,随着膜100的被弯曲的部位快速弯曲,当使膜100成型时,具有可能碎裂的问题,被碎裂的部位变得尖锐,使驾驶人员感受到的触觉感受降低,来使驾驶人员感到不快感,因此,优选地,触摸部180的凹陷长度C至少为1.9mm以上。
在此情况下,触摸部180的凹陷长度C意味着膜100的表面与在膜100的表面中最凹陷的部分之间的距离。
另一方面,注塑物400和棱镜410包括凹槽部420,在设置膜100的面,上述凹槽部420以与触摸部180的形状相对应的方式凹陷而成,用于放置触摸部180。
如上所述,在图6A部分和图6B部分示出包括膜100的隐藏开关结构适用于车辆的例示。
图6A部分示出平时处于未激活状态的隐藏开关结构,图6B部分示出根据驾驶人员的需求处于激活状态的隐藏开关结构。
参照图6A部分,在未激活状态下,发光二极管210处于关闭状态,图标131被隐藏,随着隐藏开关结构形成车辆内部设计的一部分,车辆内部设计变得更加干净,并以变得高级的区别化的设计形成。
不仅如此,相比于以往的配置于驾驶座与副驾驶座之间的中心前面的体积大的开关结构,本发明的隐藏开关结构体积小且轻,具有平时处于未激活状态的功能,可根据消费者的需求设置于所要的位置。
并且,参照图6B部分,若根据驾驶人员的需求触摸膜100的表面来激活开关结构,则发光二极管210处于开启状态,来显示图标131,驾驶人员利用视觉及触觉更加容易地触摸图标131来进行操作。
根据具有这种形状和结构的本发明的实施例,以触摸方式形成开关模块,尤其,平时,隐藏开关模块的图标,根据驾驶人员的需求显示开关模块的图标,来增加车辆内部的设计自由度并提高美观性。
并且,以满足消费者的需求的方式适用实木膜,来提供更高级且区别化的设计,尤其,提高实木膜的可视性来使驾驶人员更加准确地识别图标。
并且,驾驶人员可通过触觉感测到图标的位置,使驾驶人员感到便利。
以上,以构成本发明实施例的所有结构要素结合为一个或通过结合来进行工作的情况进行说明,但本发明并不局限于这种实施例。即,在本发明的目的范围内,所有结构要素能够利用一种以上的结构要素选择性地相结合来进行工作。
以上的说明仅通过例示性的方式说明本发明的技术思想,只要是本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可在不超出本发明的本质特性的范围内进行各种修改及变形。因此,在本发明中公开的实施例用于说明本发明,而不是限定本发明的技术思想,本发明技术思想的范围并不限定于这种实施例。需通过以下的发明要求保护范围解释本发明的保护范围,属于发明要求保护范围的等同范围内的所有技术思想包括于本发明的权利范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种膜,其特征在于,包括:
底层,由透明材料形成;
第一粘结层,向上述底层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;
遮蔽层,层叠接合于上述第一粘结层,涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光加工来形成图标;
第二粘结层,向上述遮蔽层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;以及
片层,层叠于上述第二粘结层,由薄膜形态的实木形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜,其特征在于,上述第二粘结层和片层包括多个透光增大孔,上述透光增大孔以微米单位大小的直径形成于与上述图标相对应的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膜,其特征在于,还包括层叠接合于上述遮蔽层与第二粘结层之间的无纺布层,来防止上述片层断裂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膜,其特征在于,上述无纺布层、第二粘结层、片层包括多个透光增大孔,上述透光增大孔以微米单位大小的直径形成于与上述图标相对应的位置。
5.一种隐藏开关结构,其特征在于,
包括:
第一基板,设置有多个发光二极管;
第二基板,与上述第一基板隔开接合,设置有触摸传感器;
注塑物,在与上述发光二极管相对应的位置内置有棱镜,注塑成型于上述第二基板来层叠而成;以及
膜,设置于上述注塑物的上侧,
上述膜包括:
底层,由透明材料形成;
第一粘结层,向上述底层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;
遮蔽层,层叠接合于上述第一粘结层,涂敷不透明涂料之后,通过激光加工来形成图标;
第二粘结层,向上述遮蔽层涂敷粘结剂来层叠而成;以及
片层,层叠于上述第二粘结层,由薄膜形态的实木形成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的隐藏开关结构,其特征在于,上述膜还包括触摸部,上述触摸部在与上述发光二极管相对应的位置以朝向下侧凹入的形状弯曲而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的隐藏开关结构,其特征在于,上述注塑物和棱镜包括凹槽部,在设置上述膜的面,上述凹槽部以与上述触摸部的形状相对应的方式凹陷而成,用于放置上述触摸部。
8.根据权利要求5所述的隐藏开关结构,其特征在于,上述第二粘结层和片层包括多个透光增大孔,上述透光增大孔以微米单位大小的直径形成于与上述图标相对应的位置。
9.根据权利要求5所述的隐藏开关结构,其特征在于,上述膜还包括层叠接合于上述遮蔽层与第二粘结层之间的无纺布层,来防止上述片层断裂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的隐藏开关结构,其特征在于,上述无纺布层、第二粘结层、片层包括多个透光增大孔,上述透光增大孔以微米单位大小的直径形成于与上述图标相对应的位置。
