Abstract
本发明涉及可以缓解痛风和减肥的功能性饮料,可有效解决性饮料用于缓解痛风患者的疼痛,增加尿酸排出,用于肥胖患者的减肥问题,其解决的技术方案是,该功能性饮料是由以下重量份数计的原料制成:苹果醋0.01‑20份、蜂蜜0.01‑20份、普洱茶0.01‑20份、水苏糖0.05‑30份和三氯蔗糖0.001‑0.05份,本发明功能性饮料可以有效促进使用者肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、丁酸菌的表达,减少产气荚膜梭菌、阴沟肠杆菌、拟杆菌的表达,从而达到减肥和缓解痛风的目的,可有效减轻痛风、肥胖患者对药物的抗拒,在日常生活中也能达到一定的治疗效果,具有良好的推广和使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,特别是一种可以缓解痛风和减肥的功能性饮料。
背景技术
痛风是一种单钠尿酸盐沉积所致的关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱及尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,我国是痛风高发地区,有超过8000万的痛风患者,男性患者远高于女性患者。痛风可并发肾脏病变,严重者可出现关节破坏、肾功能损害,常伴发高脂血症、高血压病、糖尿病、动脉硬化及冠心病等。
痛风治疗主要包括两方面内容:治疗痛风发作时疼痛和炎性反应,治疗痛风的药物主要有非甾类抗炎药、糖皮质激素,其中常见的有别嘌呤醇、非布司他等,但长期服用这些药会引起严重的肾脏毒性。中药复方制剂用于治疗痛风可能因人而异,且疗效有待证实,预防性痛风治疗:一是预防尿酸的过量产生,二是促进肾脏排泄尿酸,饮食治疗法是比较普遍和健康的预防性治疗方法。饮食疗法主要包括以下方面:减少食用高嘌呤食物,尽可能食用嘌呤含量较低的食物,饮用能增加尿酸排放的饮料,多喝水,近年的报道发现,痛风患者的普拉梭菌、丁酸菌和梭状芽孢杆菌的数量与健康人群相比是明显减少的,而痛风患者体内的拟杆菌属在肠道中显著富集,能通过摄入益生元改善痛风患者的肠道微生物菌群或许是另一种缓解痛风的手段。
肥胖是指一定程度的明显超重与脂肪层过厚,是体内脂肪聚过多而导致的一种状态,肥胖是现代社会面临的一大健康问题,且有低龄化的趋势,引起肥胖的因素有很多,如遗传与环境因素,生活及饮食习惯,药物性肥胖,物质代谢与内分泌功能的改变,脂肪细胞数目的增多与肥大,神经精神因素等,近二十年的科学研究表明,肠道微生物跟肥胖密切相关,并进一步发现阴沟肠杆菌广泛存在于病态肥胖人群的肠道里,能抑制阴沟肠杆菌生长的益生元或许是解决肥胖的有效方法,因此,发明一种可以缓解痛风和减肥的功能性产品势在必行。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为解决现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种可以缓解痛风和减肥的功能性饮料,可有效解决性饮料用于缓解痛风患者的疼痛,增加尿酸排出,用于肥胖患者的减肥问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,该功能性饮料是由以下重量份数计的原料制成:苹果醋0.01-20份、蜂蜜0.01-20份、普洱茶0.01-20份、水苏糖0.05-30份和三氯蔗糖0.001-0.05份,先将苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖混合在一起,加苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖总重量9-15倍的纯净水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A,再将普洱茶加其重量150-300倍的纯净水,煮沸3分钟,待冷却到室温后,过滤,得滤液,将滤液加到混合物A中,搅拌均匀,除菌过滤后分装,即得。
所述的苹果醋是以苹果汁经发酵而成的醋,国产苹果醋饮料国家标准《苹果醋饮料》GB/T30884-2014,进口苹果醋饮料符合原产国的相关标准。
所述的蜂蜜是蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中经过充分酿造而成的天然甜物质,国产蜂蜜的蜜源及相关指标符合GB14963—2011,进口蜂蜜的蜜源及相关指标符合原产国的相关标准。
所述的普洱茶为经水煎煮得到的普洱茶上清液,或经所述的上清液干燥的固体,或经所述的上清液浓缩的浸膏。
所述的水苏糖是指从天然产物中提取的或者合成的四糖,分子结构为半乳糖-半乳糖-葡萄糖-果糖,化学式为C24H42O21,分子量为666.59。
所述的三氯蔗糖为一种甜味剂,它的分子式为C12H19O8Cl3,分子量为397.64。
本发明功能性饮料可以有效促进使用者肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、丁酸菌的表达,减少产气荚膜梭菌、阴沟肠杆菌、拟杆菌的表达,从而达到减肥和缓解痛风的目的,可有效减轻痛风、肥胖患者对药物的抗拒,在日常生活中也能达到一定的治疗效果,具有良好的推广和使用价值。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明在具体实施时,可由以下原料制成:苹果醋30ml、蜂蜜30ml、普洱茶0.5g、水苏糖6g和三氯蔗糖0.2g,先将苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖混合在一起,加纯净水至600ml,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A,再将普洱茶加100ml纯净水,煮沸3分钟,待冷却到室温后,过滤,得滤液,将滤液加到混合物A中,搅拌均匀,除菌过滤后分装,即得。
实施例2
本发明在具体实施时,还可由以下重量份数计的原料制成:苹果醋10份、蜂蜜10份、普洱茶10份、水苏糖15份和三氯蔗糖0.02份,先将苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖混合在一起,加苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖总重量10倍的纯净水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A,再将普洱茶加其重量200倍的纯净水,煮沸3分钟,待冷却到室温后,过滤,得滤液,将滤液加到混合物A中,搅拌均匀,除菌过滤后分装,即得。
实施例3
本发明在具体实施时,还可由以下重量份数计的原料制成:苹果醋15份、蜂蜜15份、普洱茶15份、水苏糖25份和三氯蔗糖0.03份,先将苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖混合在一起,加苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖总重量12倍的纯净水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A,再将普洱茶加其重量250倍的纯净水,煮沸3分钟,待冷却到室温后,过滤,得滤液,将滤液加到混合物A中,搅拌均匀,除菌过滤后分装,即得。
本发明组方中,苹果醋经人体内代谢后呈碱性利于尿酸的排放,苹果醋中的果胶具有消炎的作用,能缓解痛风的症状,此外,苹果醋里的大量维生素抗氧化剂能促进新陈代谢,可使人体内过多的脂肪转移为体能消耗,并促进人体糖和蛋白质的代谢,故能控制体重。蜂蜜能健脾胃,蜂蜜中的低聚果糖能显著改善肠道微生物菌群,普洱茶具有降低血脂、减肥、抑菌、抗衰老、助消化、健脾胃、生津止渴、醒酒解毒等多种功效,水苏糖是一种可以显著促进双歧杆菌等有益菌增殖的功能性低聚糖。上述几种成分协同作用,促进使用者肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、丁酸菌的表达,减少产气荚膜梭菌、阴沟肠杆菌、拟杆菌的表达,从而达到减肥和缓解痛风的目的,其有益效果经动物和临床试验得到了充分证明,相关实验资料如下:
1、本发明功能性饮料对小鼠肠道微生物菌群的影响
1.1实验方法:36只20g左右的雄性昆明小鼠,喂高糖高脂饲料,连续4周,然后随机分成3组,12只/组,此后给小鼠喂正常饲料。正常对照组灌服蒸馏水;功能性饮料组(由实施1所制备)灌服功能性饮料,80ml/kg/天;水苏糖组灌服水苏糖,500mg/kg/天。每天灌胃一次,连续灌胃14天。于第15天称量小鼠体重,并采集小鼠的粪便,称取粪便的重量,然后放入带玻璃珠的试管中,以上步骤均无菌操作。往每个试管中加入50倍体积的无菌生理盐水,制成悬浮液,然后1:10系列稀释悬浮液。根据标准菌种双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、丁酸菌、产气荚膜梭菌、阴沟肠杆菌、拟杆菌的培养结果,取上述每个样品3个浓度,100μl/浓度,涂布在相应的培养基上。待菌落长出后,计数>10<100个菌落的培养皿中的菌落数,并进行革兰氏染色。结果以每克粪便中菌落的对数(log10 CFU/g)表示。
1.2实验结果:

结果表明,本发明功能性饮料能促进使用者肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、丁酸菌的表达,减少产气荚膜梭菌、阴沟肠杆菌、拟杆菌的表达,且效果好于水苏糖组,功能性饮料组和水苏糖组小鼠的体重明显小于正常对照组,且功能性饮料组的小鼠体重更低。
2、本发明功能性饮料缓解痛风的效果观察
2.1实验方法:
选30名男性中度到重度的痛风患者,入组标准为每3个月至少发病一次,入组后停用现有的痛风药物,饮食为正常饮食,上述患者每天饮用本发明实施例2制备的功能性饮料,每天两次,每次300ml。患者对痛风的严重程度进行自我评判,记录疼痛感觉次数:轻微疼痛感觉;中度疼痛感觉;严重疼痛感觉,评判周期为6个月,然后回收评判表格,进行分析。
2.2实验结果:

结果表明,连续饮用本发明功能性饮料6个月后,有50%的患者的疼痛感觉完全消失,结合对患者的回访,所述的功能性饮料缓解痛风的有效率超过80%,具有明显的效果。
经反复实验,由本发明其他实施例制得的功能性饮料产品均能取得和以上实验结果相同或相近似的有益效果,对缓解痛风和减轻体重均具有明显的效果。
4、结论
以上实验结果表明,本发明功能性饮料能促进使用者肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、丁酸菌的表达,减少产气荚膜梭菌、阴沟肠杆菌、拟杆菌的表达,对缓解痛风具有明显的效果,且能显著降低高糖高脂饲料喂养的小鼠的体重,具有良好的推广和应用价值。

1.一种可以缓解痛风和减肥的功能性饮料,其特征在于,该功能性饮料是由以下重量份数计的原料制成:苹果醋0.01-20份、蜂蜜0.01-20份、普洱茶0.01-20份、水苏糖0.05-30份和三氯蔗糖0.001-0.05份,先将苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖混合在一起,加苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖总重量9-15倍的纯净水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A,再将普洱茶加其重量150-300倍的纯净水,煮沸3分钟,待冷却到室温后,过滤,得滤液,将滤液加到混合物A中,搅拌均匀,除菌过滤后分装,即得。

4.根据权利要求1所述的可以缓解痛风和减肥的功能性饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数计的原料制成:苹果醋15份、蜂蜜15份、普洱茶15份、水苏糖25份和三氯蔗糖0.03份,先将苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖混合在一起,加苹果醋、蜂蜜、水苏糖、三氯蔗糖总重量12倍的纯净水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A,再将普洱茶加其重量250倍的纯净水,煮沸3分钟,待冷却到室温后,过滤,得滤液,将滤液加到混合物A中,搅拌均匀,除菌过滤后分装,即得。
