本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种金针菇饮料,将金针菇放入水池中清洗干净,然后将金针菇放入米筛中沥干水分,将20克丁香、50克甘草放入水池中后清洗干净,然后将10公斤金针菇、20克丁香、50克甘草放入磨浆机中将其磨成细浆,然后将磨成的细浆放入到滤网中,将多于的残渣过滤干净,然后将所得的液体装入不锈钢桶里;将150克蜂蜜加入到不锈钢桶里,用漏勺搅拌均匀,然后将制好的液体放入到室内保存2天;采用灌装机进行包装,用塑料瓶将制作好的饮料装好,每瓶装550毫升。
