背景技术
为了使滚动轴承或滚动轴承圈进入其安装位置,常需要单独提升和移动整个滚动轴承或滚动轴承圈。特别是对于大型滚动轴承,例如用于风力涡轮机的滚动轴承,必须能够机械地提升滚动轴承。
对于还包括两部分式外圈的处于组装状态的滚动轴承而言,这样的提升和移动可以没有问题地进行,这是因为提升工具可以容易地接合在由两部分式轴承外圈形成的间隙中,因而轴承可以被整体提升。然而,如果仅提升单个圈或者外圈被制造为单件式,则无法在侧表面上接合。
因此,在现有技术中,已将螺纹孔应用于轴承圈的侧表面,例如,螺丝可以被拧入该螺纹孔中,以便将提升工具附接到其上并提升轴承圈或滚动轴承本身。然而,该现有技术的缺点是,可能会由于张应力(tensile stresses)而在轴承圈的螺纹孔的区域中出现裂纹。这种张应力特别是由于内圈与轴之间或外圈与壳体之间的压配而产生。由此损坏轴承圈并必须暂停轴承运行。另外,在一些轴承中,由于轴承圈几何形状,无法引入螺纹孔,这是因为可用的轴承圈厚度被构造得过小。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供如下可能性:在不限制圈或轴承的结构稳定性的情况下,允许机械地提升和移动滚动轴承或单个轴承圈。
该目的通过根据本专利技术方案1的轴承圈和根据本发明技术方案9的滚动轴承来实现。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于滚动轴承的轴承圈,包括优选轴向延伸的外表面、两个优选径向延伸的侧表面和被设计成至少部分地接触滚动体的内表面。为了能够在没有因螺纹孔而导致的结构损害的情况下提升该轴承圈,根据本发明,内表面中形成有至少一个凹部,该凹部被设计成与提升工具一起工作。由于凹部不再形成为侧表面中的螺纹孔,因此由于内圈与轴之间或外圈与壳体之间的压配而产生的张应力不再导致在螺纹孔的区域中形成裂纹。
根据优选的示例性实施例,内表面包括滚动体接触表面和位于滚动体接触表面的轴向侧部的第一边缘表面和/或第二边缘表面。这里特别有利的是,凹部形成于第一边缘表面和/或第二边缘表面。由此滚动体在内表面上的运动不会被凹部损害到。
这里特别有利的是,轴承圈中的一者轴向延伸超过另一轴承圈,即,轴承圈中的一者被构造成在轴向上比另一轴承圈长。从而能够改善提升工具对凹部的可接近性(accessibility)。

虽然所描述的发明在附图中被示出为圆柱滚子轴承或圆锥滚子轴承,但是对本领域技术人员清楚的是,其它滚动轴承也可以配备有相应构造的轴承圈2、4。总体上说,使用本发明的凹部,可以在轴承圈或滚动轴承上使用提升工具,利用该提升工具可以可靠地(securely)提升轴承圈或轴承本身。由于用于提升的凹部不再设置在轴承圈的侧表面,而是设置在内表面,因此,归因于配合座(fit-seats)而存在于圈中的张应力的影响低于对如现有技术中通常的侧表面中的孔的影响。由此可以实现轴承圈的更大的结构稳定性,这进而使得可靠的轴承运行。因而显著地避免了由于在轴承圈中形成裂纹而导致的损坏。

Claims (10)
