提供了一种拟穴青蟹抗菌肽Sparamosin,采用现有的固相化学合成的方法得到纯度达95%以上的Sparamosin成熟肽及其功能结构域Sparamosin26‑54,上述肽来源于水产甲壳动物,具有抗菌活性,可以应用于水产作为饲料添加剂,也可以研制成为防霉防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗菌药物等。Sparamosin26‑54具有抗真菌活性,能抑杀多种酵母真菌和丝状真菌的生长。
