发明内容
连接器组件包括:阴连接器主体、阳连接器主体和弹性密封件,阳连接器主体限定被构造成接纳阴连接器主体的向前部分的护罩,弹性密封件轴向地围绕向前部分。弹性密封件设置在向前部分和护罩之间,并且与向前部分和护罩压缩接触。向前部分在该向前部分上限定向前保持壁架。向前保持壁架从向前部分向内延伸。弹性密封件限定了向前保持钩部,该向前保持钩部向外延伸并接合该向前保持壁架。

密封件保持器38附接到阴连接器主体12,以将密封件22保持在阴连接器主体12上的适当位置。密封件22限定了密封唇40,该密封唇40从向前保持钩部30向前延伸。当阴连接器主体12被接纳在阳连接器主体14的护罩16内时,密封唇40设置在向前部分18和密封保持器38中间,并且与向前部分18和密封保持器38压缩接触。密封唇40与密封件22一体形成。
最佳地也如图7所示,阴连接器主体12限定了被设置在密封件22向后的空间或腔体42,如图3A和3B所示,当阴连接器主体12与阳连接器主体14配合时,由于护罩16和密封件22之间的摩擦将密封件22向后拉,密封件22的后部可以膨胀到该腔体42中。该腔体42围绕阴连接器主体12周向地延伸。
阴连接器主体12限定了保持壁44,该保持壁44周向围绕向前部分18并且构造成接纳阳连接器主体14的护罩16的一部分。
发明人已经发现,组件的密封件22没有呈现收缩、成束和滚动的现象,这些现象会存在于在缺少从密封件22向后的保持钩部30和腔体42的现有技术的连接器组件的密封件中。在不遵循任何特定的操作理论的情况下,通过保持向前保持壁架26以及从密封件22向后的向前保持钩部30和腔体42协作来提供这些益处。如下表1所示,与现有技术的密封件相比,密封件22还提供了在密封件22和阳连接器主体14之间的较低的接合力,以及对密封间隙的较低的敏感性。接合力的减小还提供了用于组装操作人员手工配合连接器组件的改进的人机工程学。

图8和9示出了不对称的密封(密封件)设计的两个替代实施例的横截面。图8的密封件22A包括两个外肋24A和一个内肋24B,外肋24A接触阳连接器主体14的护罩16,内肋24B接触阴连接器主体12的向前部分18。图9的密封件22B包括三个外肋24A和两个内肋24B,外肋24A接触阳连接器主体14的护罩16,内肋24B接触阴连接器主体12的向前部分18。这两种密封件设计均是关于阴连接器主体12的侧向轴线Y不对称的。
图10和11示出了对称的密封件设计的两个替代实施例。这些对称的密封件设计包括附加的向后保持钩部46,向后保持钩部46可接合阴连接器主体12的向前部分18的向后保持壁架(未示出)。图10和11的密封件22C、22D包括两个外肋24A和两个内肋24B,外肋24A接触阳连接器主体14的护罩16,内肋24B接触阴连接器主体12的向前部分18。这两种密封件设计均是关于阴连接器主体12的侧向轴线Y对称的。
虽然本文中呈现的示例涉及电连接器组件,但是可以设想适合于与用于光纤电缆、气动管、液压管的其他类型连接器组件或包括上述两个或多个项的混合连接器组件一起使用的的其它实施例。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接器组件(10),包括:
阴连接器主体(12);
阳连接器主体(14),所述阳连接器主体(14)限定了被构造成接纳所述阴连接器主体(12)的向前部分(18)的护罩(16);以及
弹性密封件(22),所述弹性密封件(22)轴向围绕所述向前部分(18),所述弹性密封件(22)设置在所述向前部分(18)和所述护罩(16)中间,并与所述向前部分(18)和所述护罩(16)压缩接触,其特征在于,所述向前部分(18)在所述向前部分(18)上限定向前保持壁架(26),所述向前保持壁架(26)从所述向前部分(18)向内延伸,并且所述弹性密封件(22)限定了向外延伸且接合所述向前保持壁架(26)的向前保持钩部(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,还包括附接到所述阴连接器主体(12)的密封保持器(38),其中,所述弹性密封件(22)限定了从所述向前保持钩部(30)向前延伸的密封唇(40),并且其中,所述密封唇(40)设置在所述向前部分(18)和密所述封保持器(38)中间,并与所述向前部分(18)和所述密封保持器(38)压缩接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,在所述弹性密封件(22)的后方设置有腔体(42),所述弹性密封件(22)的向后部分能够膨胀至所述腔体(42)中。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述阴连接器主体(12)限定了保持壁(44),所述保持壁(44)周向围绕所述向前部分(18)并且构造成接纳所述阳连接器主体(14)的护罩(16)的一部分。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述保持壁架(26)相对于所述阴连接器主体(12)的纵向轴线(X)形成锐角(34),并且其中,所述保持钩部(30)相对于所述纵向轴线(X)形成钝角(36),所述钝角(36)为所述锐角(34)的补角。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述密封唇(40)和所述向前保持钩部(30)与弹性密封件(22)一体形成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述弹性密封件(22)关于所述阴连接器主体(12)的侧向轴线(Y)不对称。
8.根据前述权利要求1至6中任一项所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述向前部分(18)在所述向前部分(18)的向后端上限定有向后保持壁架,所述向后保持壁架从所述向前部分(18)向外延伸,并且其中所述弹性密封件(22)限定了向后延伸且与所述向后保持壁架接合的向后保持钩部(46)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述弹性密封件(22)关于所述阴连接器主体(12)的侧向轴线(Y)对称。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的连接器组件(10),其特征在于,所述向后保持钩部(46)与所述弹性密封件(22)一体形成。
