本发明公开了一种环保免染薄型绉格面料,经纱和纬纱均采用四组原料,其特征在于,甲经和甲纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;乙经和乙纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;丙经和丙纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯白色纱;丁经和丁纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻白色纱。该环保免染薄型绉格面料后整理中免去染色工艺,同时抗起毛起球性、色牢度等性能优异。

环保免染薄型绉格面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,具体涉及一种环保免染薄型绉格面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对服装的要求也越来越高,既要具有舒适、随意的服用性能和时尚、休闲、靓丽的外观风格,又要产品在生产过程中尽可能的减少对环境污染,同时还要有亲民的价格。而喷气织机生产的纺织面料产生污染主要来自后整理中染色时产生的污染,因此,研发一种后整理中免去染色工艺,同时抗起毛起球性、色牢度等性能优于同类染色产品,穿着舒适、外观风格时尚休闲且性价比高的产品以满足市场需求是当前需要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种后整理中免去染色工艺,同时抗起毛起球性、色牢度等性能优异的环保免染薄型绉格面料。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种环保免染薄型绉格面料的制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种环保免染薄型绉格面料,经纱和纬纱均采用四组原料,其特征在于,甲经和甲纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;乙经和乙纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;丙经和丙纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯白色纱;丁经和丁纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻白色纱。
作为优选,所述甲经、甲纬、丙经和丙纬均按照820~880捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻。
作为优选,所述乙经、乙纬、丁经和丁纬均按照850~910捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻。
作为优选,所述甲经、甲纬、乙经和乙纬的涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为68~72wt%,粘胶纤维的占比为28~32wt%,总量为100%。
作为优选,所述丙经、丙纬、丁经和丁纬的涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为63~67wt%,粘胶纤维的占比为33~37wt%,总量为100%。
一种环保免染薄型绉格面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)纺纱;甲经和甲纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;乙经和乙纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;丙经和丙纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯白色纱;丁经和丁纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻白色纱,采用紧密赛络纺的纺纱工艺;
2)分批整经;经纱的总经根数为5520根,经纱排列为4甲4乙4甲4乙4甲4乙4甲4乙4丙4丁4丙4丁4丙4丁4丙4丁,其中4甲4乙共4组,4丙4丁共4组,64根/循环,每组经纱各整经轴2只,每个经轴上排数690根,共8只经轴;
3)浆纱;甲经和丙经进第一浆槽,乙经和丁经进第二浆槽,使甲经和丙经有氨纶的成上层经纱,乙经和丁经无氨纶的成下层经纱,在落轴前上下层放入绞线;
4)织造;采用平纹组织,用4页综,4色选纬喷气织机制织,纬纱排列为3甲3乙3甲3乙3甲3乙3甲3乙3甲3丁3丙3丁3丙3丁3丙3丁3丙3丁,54根/循环。
作为优选,所述步骤2)整经车速420~480m/min,整经总气压0.55~0.75MPa,压纱气压0.2~0.4MPa。
作为优选,所述步骤3)浆纱车速40~60m/min,经轴退绕张力370~390N,织轴卷取张力3820~3880N,压浆压力10~25KN,喂入伸长率0.15~0.25%,干区伸长率0.55~0.65%,湿区伸长率0.15~0.25%。
作为优选,所述步骤4)上机门幅198.5~208.5cm,上机纬纱密度18.5~22.5根/cm。
现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1)本发明的环保免染薄型绉格面料后整理只需预缩定型罐蒸工艺,免去染色工艺,减少污染;
2)本发明的环保免染薄型绉格面料的起毛起球:3~4级;断裂强力:经向≥300N,纬向≥200N;色牢度:耐光4~5级,耐皂洗:4~5级,耐汗渍:4~5级,耐水:4~5级,干磨:4~5级,湿磨:4~5级,与同类染色产品相比在抗起毛起球性、色牢度等方面性能优异,且性价比高。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例中环保免染薄型绉格面料的经纱和纬纱均采用四组原料,甲经和甲纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯黑色纱,按照850捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维,涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为70wt%,粘胶纤维的占比30wt%;
乙经和乙纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻黑色纱,按照880捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维,涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为70wt%,粘胶纤维的占比30wt%;
丙经和丙纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯白色纱,按照850捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻,涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为65wt%,粘胶纤维的占比为35wt%;
丁经和丁纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻白色纱,按照880捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻,涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为65wt%,粘胶纤维的占比为35wt%。
本实施例中环保免染薄型绉格面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)纺纱;甲经和甲纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;乙经和乙纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;丙经和丙纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯白色纱;丁经和丁纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻白色纱,采用紧密赛络纺的纺纱工艺;
2)分批整经;经纱的总经根数为5520根,经纱排列为4甲4乙4甲4乙4甲4乙4甲4乙4丙4丁4丙4丁4丙4丁4丙4丁,其中4甲4乙共4组,4丙4丁共4组,64根/循环,每组经纱各整经轴2只,每个经轴上排数690根,共8只经轴;整经车速450m/min,整经总气压0365MPa,压纱气压0.3MPa。
3)浆纱;甲经和丙经进第一浆槽,乙经和丁经进第二浆槽,使甲经和丙经有氨纶的成上层经纱,乙经和丁经无氨纶的成下层经纱,在落轴前上下层放入绞线;浆纱车速50m/min,经轴退绕张力380N,织轴卷取张力3850N,压浆压力10~25KN,喂入伸长率0.2%,干区伸长率0.6%,湿区伸长率0.2%。
4)织造;采用平纹组织,用4页综,4色选纬喷气织机制织,纬纱排列为3甲3乙3甲3乙3甲3乙3甲3乙3甲3丁3丙3丁3丙3丁3丙3丁3丙3丁,54根/循环,上机门幅203.5cm,上机纬纱密度20.5根/cm,织机车速600r/min,经纱张力3KN,后梁高度+3cm,后梁深度4cm,平综时间333°,剪纬时间35°,喷嘴时间94°~229°,主喷气织机气压2.2~2.5bar,辅喷气织机气压2.5~2.8bar。
本发明的环保免染薄型绉格面料后整理只需预缩定型罐蒸工艺,免去染色工艺,减少污染;该面料起毛起球:3~4级;断裂强力:经向≥300N,纬向≥200N;色牢度:耐光4~5级,耐皂洗:4~5级,耐汗渍:4~5级,耐水:4~5级,干磨:4~5级,湿磨:4~5级,PH值:4.0~7.5,甲醛含量:≤20mg/kg;幅宽:146~150cm,成份:T66R31SP3;克重:167~173克/平方米,与同类染色产品相比在抗起毛起球性、色牢度等方面性能优异,且性价比高。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保免染薄型绉格面料,经纱和纬纱均采用四组原料,其特征在于,甲经和甲纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;乙经和乙纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻黑色纱,涤粘为原液着色棉型纤维;丙经和丙纬均为32英支涤粘加40旦尼尔氨纶的加捻包芯白色纱;丁经和丁纬均为32英支涤粘的加捻白色纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保免染薄型绉格面料,其特征在于,所述甲经、甲纬、丙经和丙纬均按照820~880捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保免染薄型绉格面料,其特征在于,所述乙经、乙纬、丁经和丁纬均按照850~910捻/米Z捻的方向完成加捻。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保免染薄型绉格面料,其特征在于,所述甲经、甲纬、乙经和乙纬的涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为68~72wt%,粘胶纤维的占比为28~32wt%,总量为100%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保免染薄型绉格面料,其特征在于,所述丙经、丙纬、丁经和丁纬的涤粘中涤纶纤维占比为63~67wt%,粘胶纤维的占比为33~37wt%,总量为100%。

2)分批整经;经纱的总经根数为5520根,经纱排列为4甲4乙4甲4乙4甲4乙4甲4乙4丙4丁4丙4丁4丙4丁4丙4丁,其中4甲4乙共4组,4丙4丁共4组,64根/循环,每组经纱各整经轴2只,每个经轴上排数690根,共8只经轴;
