Abstract

本发明公开了一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料的生产工艺。本发明首先对改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维进行染色,然后有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维和氨纶再经赛络纺、普通混纺、上浆、包芯、蒸纱等工序后得到所需经纬纱线,最后经过整经工序后,在织机上投纬织造成面料。其中经纱原料采用由涤粘赛络纺纱线、两种颜色不同的涤粘混纺纱和涤粘混纺单纱,纬纱原料采用涤粘短纤+氨纶赛络包缠纱、涤粘短纤+氨纶普通混纺包缠纱和涤粘短纤+氨纶单股包芯纱。该工艺所得面料具有手感凉爽,透气性好,冷感性好,外观具备仿毛效果而无刺痒感,且表面柔滑细腻,色彩颜色均匀,通过不同的色纱排列可以形成格子型花型。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,对于服装面料,人们不但要穿着舒适健康环保,要求拥有针对环境的功能性,还要注重面料的时尚性。含有毛的面料大多出现在秋冬的服用面料或家纺面料中,那在夏天能否实现既有毛质感外观而显得高档,又具有凉爽亲肤的时尚面料呢;为此,有必要研发一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料,使得该面料在夏天也能穿出反季节的时尚感。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供了一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料的生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维染色:先将改性涤纶短纤维、粘胶短纤维按要求对其染色。
S2、赛络纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维通过赛络纺工艺得到所需规格涤粘赛络纺纱线。
S3、混纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维按比例通过并条、粗纱、细纱工序得到所需规格涤粘混纺纱。
S4、上浆:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维涤粘混纺纱通过浆料上浆,将其作为经纱。
S5、包芯:以氨纶为芯丝,外包有色涤粘短纤维,获得所需包芯纱,将其作为纬纱。
S6、经赛络纺、混纺、包芯工序后得两种颜色不同的涤粘混纺纱B、C 和两种颜色不同的涤粘短纤维+氨纶混纺包缠纱F、G。
S7、蒸纱:用热蒸汽对纬纱进行定形。
S8、机织:
经纱每69根一个循环,经纱A:B:C:D比例为12:46:1:10,排列顺序为 1D(2A 2D)*32A 23B 1C 23B 2A 2D 2A 1D。其中A为涤粘赛络纺纱线,B 为一种颜色的涤粘混纺纱,C为另一种颜色的涤粘混纺纱,D为涤粘混纺单纱。
纬纱每65根一个循环,纬纱E:F:G:H为10:46:1:8,投纬顺序为23F 1G 23F(2E2H)*4 2E。其中E为涤粘短纤+氨纶赛络纺包缠纱、F为一种颜色的涤粘短纤维+氨纶混纺包缠纱、G为另一种颜色的涤粘短纤维+氨纶混纺包缠纱、H为涤粘短纤+氨纶单股包芯纱。
织物经向的密度采用200~230根/10cm,纬向的密度采用180~200根 /10cm。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的经纱原料采用由涤粘赛络纺纱线、两种颜色不同的涤粘混纺纱和涤粘混纺单纱,上述4种经纱由有色粘胶短纤维和有色改性涤纶短纤维混纺而成。其中采用的改性涤纶短纤维为凉爽型玉石改性聚酯短纤可以增强织物凉爽感,涤粘赛络纺纱线较普通混纺纱毛羽减少,使得所织造面料轻薄化。纬纱原料采用涤粘短纤+氨纶赛络纺包缠纱、涤粘短纤+氨纶普通混纺包缠纱和涤粘短纤+氨纶单股包芯纱,由氨纶为芯丝外包有色粘胶短纤维和有色改性涤纶短纤维混纺而成,同时采用平纹组织织造。该工艺所得面料具有手感凉爽,透气性好,冷感性好,外观具备仿毛效果而无刺痒感,且表面柔滑细腻,色彩颜色均匀,通过不同的色纱排列可以形成格子型花型,是一种创新性的凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料生产工艺。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1对本发明进一步说明。
本发明生产工艺经纱原料采用两种颜色的涤粘混纺纱、涤粘赛络纺纱线和涤粘混纺单纱,上述4种经纱由20~35%有色粘胶短纤维和65~80%的有色改性涤纶短纤维混纺而成,支数在32~40S之间。其中采用的改性涤纶短纤维为凉爽型玉石改性聚酯短纤可以增强织物凉爽感。经纱编号为A、B、 C、D。经纱A、B、C为双股纱,采用“S”捻,捻度700~800T/m;经纱D 为单股纱。
本发明纬纱原料采用两种颜色的涤粘短纤+氨纶普通混纺包芯纱、涤粘短纤+氨纶赛络纺包芯纱和涤粘短纤+氨纶单股包芯纱,共计4种纬纱,由 15~33%有色粘胶短纤维和65~80%的有色改性涤纶短纤维与2~5%氨纶构成,上述4种包芯纱支数在32~40S之间,其中氨纶支数在35~45D之间。纬纱编号为E、F、G、H。纬纱E、F、G,为双股纱,采用“S”捻,捻度700~800T/m。纬纱H为单股纱。
一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料的生产工艺,具体工艺流程是:对改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维进行染色,其中改性涤纶短纤维为凉爽型玉石改性聚酯短纤。有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维和氨纶再经赛络纺、普通混纺、上浆、包芯、蒸纱等工序后得到所需经纬纱线,经过整经工序后,在织机上投纬织造成面料。
S1、纤维染色:先将改性涤纶短纤维、粘胶短纤维按要求对其染色。
S2、赛络纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维通过特定赛络纺工艺得到所需规格涤粘赛络纺纱线,纱线外圈短纤维毛羽较少。
S3、普通混纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维按特定比例通过并条、粗纱、细纱等工序得到所需规格涤粘混纺纱,有色粘胶短纤维作为再生纤维素短纤维可以使得纱线具有凉爽感。
S4、上浆:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维涤粘混纺纱通过合适浆料上浆,提高纱线可织性,将其作为经纱。
S5、包芯:以氨纶为芯丝,外包有色涤粘短纤维,获得所需包芯纱,使纱线有一定弹性,将其作为纬纱。
S6、经赛络纺、普通混纺、包芯等工序后所得两种涤粘普通混纺纱B、 C颜色不同;两种涤粘短纤维+氨纶普通混纺包芯纱F、G颜色不同。
S7、蒸纱:为提高织造工序的效率,减少纱线飞花,用热蒸汽对纬纱进行定形。

本发明采用平纹组织织造,涤粘短纤维赛络纺混纺纱,涤粘短纤维普通混纺与涤粘短纤维+氨纶包芯纱的联合交织,增强了面料的仿毛效果,该工艺所得织物具有手感凉爽,透气性好,冷感性好,外观具备仿毛效果而无刺痒感。
实施例:
如图1所示,本实施例采用平纹组织和色纱织造技术,32S/2的涤粘赛络纺纱线、两种颜色的32S/2的涤粘混纺纱和40S/1的涤粘混纺单纱(70%有色改性涤纶短纤维/30%有色粘胶短纤维)作为经纱原料,经纱编号为A、 B、C、D。经纱A、B、C为双股纱,采用“S”捻,捻度750T/m;经纱D 为单股纱。40S/2的涤粘+40D氨纶赛络纺包缠纱、两种颜色的40S/2的涤粘+40D氨纶普通混纺纱包缠纱和40S/1的涤粘+40D氨纶单股包芯纱(68%有色改性涤纶短纤维/30%有色粘胶短纤维/2%氨纶)作为纬纱原料。纬纱编号为E、F、G、H。纬纱E、F、G,H,纬纱普通混纺为双股纱,采用“S”捻,捻度750T/m。纬纱H为单股纱。
本实施例的工艺流程是:将改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维进行染色,有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维和氨纶,经赛络纺、普通混纺、上浆、包芯等工序后得到所需经纬纱线,再经过整经工序后,在织机上投纬织造成面料。
纤维染色:先将改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维按要求对其染色。
赛络纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维通过特定赛络纺工艺得到所需规格涤粘赛络纺纱线纱线外圈短纤维毛羽较少。
普通混纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维按特定比例通过并条、粗纱、细纱等工序得到所需规格涤粘混纺纱,有色粘胶短纤维作为再生纤维素短纤维可以使得纱线具有凉爽感。
上浆:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维涤粘混纺纱通过合适浆料上浆,提高纱线可织性,将其作为经纱。
包芯:以氨纶为芯丝,外包有色涤粘短纤维,获得所需包芯纱,使纱线有一定弹性,将其作为纬纱。
经赛络纺、普通混纺、上浆、包芯等工序后所得32S/2的涤粘赛络纺纱线、两种不同颜色的32S/2的涤粘混纺纱和40S/1的涤粘混纺单纱分别为粉色、白灰色、白色、灰黑色。40S/2的涤粘+40D氨纶赛络纺包缠纱、两种不同颜色的40S/2的涤粘+40D氨纶普通混纺纱包缠纱和40S/1的涤粘+40D 氨纶单股包芯纱分别为粉色、白灰色、白色、灰黑色。
蒸纱:为提高织造工序的效率,减少纱线飞花,用热蒸汽对纬纱进行定形。
机织:织造时在经纱能满足上机要求的情况下采用较小的上机张力进行织造。经纱每69根一个循环,经纱A:B:C:D比例为12:46:1:10,排列顺序为1D(2A2D)*3 2A 23B 1C23B 2A 2D 2A 1D。纬纱每65根一个循环,纬纱E:F:G:H为10:46:1:8,投纬顺序为23F 1G23F(2E 2H)*4 2E;织物经向的密度采用210根/10cm,纬向的密度采用190根/10cm。
综上,本发明采用具有强度高,弹性、耐磨性、耐热性都较好,表面光滑,耐腐蚀性的有色改性涤纶短纤维与有色粘胶短纤维(再生纤维素纤维)经赛络纺技术所混纺的纱线和普通纺的涤粘混纺纱作为经向原料,其中采用的改性涤纶短纤维为凉爽型玉石改性聚酯短纤可以增强织物凉爽感。涤粘赛络纺纱线较普通混纺纱毛羽减少使得所织造面料轻薄化,而普通纺的涤粘混纺纱毛羽较多。以氨纶为芯丝,外包涤粘有色短纤的包芯纱作为纬向原料,使得面料具备一定的弹性,提高其舒适性。涤粘短纤维赛络纺混纺纱,涤粘短纤维普通混纺与涤粘短纤维+氨纶包芯纱的联合交织,增强了面料的仿毛效果,从而设计出了一款凉爽薄型仿毛面料,该面料使得消费者的生活变得更加舒适、健康、具有良好服用性。

1.一种凉爽薄型仿毛色纺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维染色:先将改性涤纶短纤维、粘胶短纤维按要求对其染色;
S2、赛络纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维通过赛络纺工艺得到所需规格涤粘赛络纺纱线;
S3、混纺:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维按比例通过并条、粗纱、细纱工序得到所需规格涤粘混纺纱;
S4、上浆:将有色改性涤纶、粘胶短纤维涤粘混纺纱通过浆料上浆,将其作为经纱;
S5、包芯:以氨纶为芯丝,外包有色涤粘短纤维,获得所需包芯纱,将其作为纬纱;
S6、经赛络纺、混纺、包芯工序后得两种颜色不同的涤粘混纺纱B、C和两种颜色不同的涤粘短纤维+氨纶混纺包芯纱F、G;
S7、蒸纱:用热蒸汽对纬纱进行定形;
S8、机织:
