技术领域
本申请涉及一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,特别是一种冰氧吧/T/R混纺凉爽面料,属于以经纬纱特定设置为特征的机织织物技术领域。
背景技术
冰氧吧纤维是一种清凉纤维,可以赋予面料良好的冰凉效果,在天气炎热或闷热潮湿的天气状态下,穿着舒适性良好。但纯粹的冰氧吧纤维功能单一、在柔软性和耐用性方面性能较差,对于强度要求较高的运动服等来讲,实用性较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,以冰氧吧纤维和T/R混纺纱为面料,实现穿着舒适凉爽,不仅满足凉爽要求,有效改善高温带来的不舒适性,还赋予面料以耐用性。
具体地,本申请是通过以下方案实现的:
一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,以T/R纱线为经纱,冰氧吧纱线为纬纱,采用75-85根/英寸的纬密进行小提花织造,综丝穿法为:
地:1.2.3.4.5.6,
左边:双(7.8)*8.1.2.3.4.5.6.双(7.8)*7.1.2.3.4.5.6.双(7.8)*6.1.2.3.4.5.6.双(7.8)*5.1.2.3.4.5.6.双(7.8)*3.1.2.3.4.5.6。
本案以T/R纱线和冰氧吧纱线为经、纬纱原料,采用小提花组织,实现混纺面料的加工,原料中引入冰氧吧纤维赋予面料良好的冰爽效果,结构上配合T/R涤纶粘胶混纺纱实现性能上的补强,赋予面料以良好的穿着性和柔软度。
进一步的,作为优选:
所述纬纱由冰氧吧纱线与涤纶纱线构成,两股纱线按照1:1混合。
所述T/R纱线采用T65/R35的混纺纱线。
所述织造过程中,织机车速为660-850转/分钟。
所述织造过程中,织造缩率满足:经向缩率为5-7%,纬向缩率为0-3%。
所述T/R纱线为紧赛纺纱线。
面料还包括有废边织造,废边综丝穿法为1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8,8根4入。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,织造工艺如表1所示。

注:双弘指南通双弘纺织有限公司,正大指浙江海宁正大纺织有限公司,恒逸指浙江恒逸集团有限公司。
上述面料按照图1(其中1、3、5对应行为表1中A纱线,2、4、6对应行为表1中B纱线)所示进行织造。
对面料进行性能测试,核心指标如表2所示。

可以很好的满足日常凉爽穿着,特别适用于闷热天气,尤其适用于运动服。

1.一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于,以T/R纱线为经纱,冰氧吧纱线为纬纱,采用75-85根/英寸的纬密进行小提花织造,综丝穿法为:
地:1.2.3.4.5.6,
左边:双(7.8)*8. 1.2.3.4.5.6. 双(7.8)*7. 1.2.3.4.5.6. 双(7.8)*6.1.2.3.4.5.6. 双(7.8)*5. 1.2.3.4.5.6. 双(7.8)*3. 1.2.3.4.5.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱由冰氧吧纱线与涤纶纱线构成,两股纱线按照1:1混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于:所述T/R纱线采用T65/R35的混纺纱线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于:织造过程中,织机车速为660-850转/分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于,织造过程中,织造缩率满足:经向缩率为5-7%,纬向缩率为0-3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于:所述T/R纱线为紧赛纺纱线。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于:经纱为T65/R35 40S紧赛纺纱线,纬纱为冰氧吧T100/96F+40D。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种冰氧吧混纺凉爽面料,其特征在于:面料还包括有废边织造,废边综丝穿法为1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8,8根4入。
