常见的减肥方式有运动减肥、中医减肥、节食减肥、手术减肥以及食疗减肥。运动减肥、中医减肥和节食减肥需要长期坚持,一旦停止就会反弹,而手术减肥则会损害机体健康。通过食疗进行减肥一直是人们推崇的一种行为,通常人们更愿意接受通过食疗来调理身体和减肥,本发明旨在探寻一种减肥效果明显、不易反弹、又可轻易被人们接受的减肥膳食。

该减肥膳食的制备方法是:将芝麻、燕麦、炒薏米和魔芋粉混合均匀,粉碎后过100目筛,加入低聚果糖后混匀,在120℃条件下,灭菌30min后,分装成若干个100g/份的一次剂量包装。

效果测试
挑选体重分布为60~100kg的伴有不同程度的肥胖人群共计150例,挑选的肥胖人群统称为受试者,将受试者随机均分为5组,第1组~第4组食用本发明的减肥膳食,每天食用三次,每次100克,作为餐前使用,除此之外,受试者正常饮食;
其中,第1组食用实施例1的减肥膳食;第2组食用实施例2的减肥膳食,第3组食用实施例3的减肥膳食,第4组食用实施例4的减肥膳食;第5组正常饮食,作为对照组;
对第1~5组的肥胖人群进行体重监测,每两周监测1次体重,连续8周,体重监测结果参见表1。

从表1可以看出,与对照组相比,第1~4组在服用本发明减肥膳食4周后,体重明显下降,服用8周后,减肥效果更加明显,体重下降百分比可达到9.7(±3.2)%。停止食用后继续观察半年,受试者体重不反弹。

6.一种如权利要求1所述的减肥膳食的制备方法,其特征在于,采用如下步骤:将芝麻、燕麦、炒薏米和魔芋粉按重量比混合均匀,粉碎后过100目筛,按重量比加入低聚果糖后混匀,灭菌后制得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的减肥膳食的制备方法,其特征在于,所述灭菌条件为:在120℃条件下,灭菌30min。
