Abstract
本发明提供一种具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品及其应用,本发明提供的具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,包括早/午餐营养代餐包、中药冲饮组合物、用于烹饪绿叶蔬菜的调和油组合物和睡前足浴中药组合物。本发明的组合产品能通过饮食、睡眠、内分泌的多层面改善,调节身体代谢和心理,具有减肥效果好、无副作用、睡眠好的特点;此外,本发明组合产品除了具有良好的减肥效果外,通过对身体机能的测定,发现还具有提高身体免疫功能和机体抗氧化水平的作用。

本发明涉及一种具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品及其应用,属于医学保健领域。
背景技术
随着国家工业化和城市化的程度加重,肥胖问题日益严重。在2016年,全球就有20亿人受到超重或肥胖问题的影响,特别是在世界卫生组织发布的肥胖问题调研数据中显示,中国已仅次于美国,成为世界第二大成年肥胖人口国家,在2019年中国肥胖人口规模便达到了2.5亿人。肥胖问题已成为一个刻不容缓,需要解决的严峻问题。
目前市场上存在各式各样的减肥产品和手段,包括:低热量代餐类食品、中药类减肥产品、高纯化学成分类减肥食品以及按摩、针灸等理疗减肥技术。然而,这些手段技术都有一定的缺陷和不足。
(一)低热量代餐类:通过严格控制食量和热量摄入达到减肥目的,常见的有代餐粉、营养棒、代餐奶昔等。在市场上,代餐产品大多是以蛋白粉或膳食纤维为主要原料,辅以维生素或矿物质组成的营养补剂。如,CN201210193683.8公开了“一种减肥代餐蛋白型固体饮料”,其中公开的代餐固体饮料含有以下成分:浓缩乳清蛋白粉、大豆分离蛋白粉、脱脂乳粉、水溶性膳食纤维、麦芽糖酸、麦芽糊精、低聚果糖、大豆卵磷脂、酪蛋白酸钠、低脂果胶。该专利虽然提供了一种增加饱腹感、降低热量的代餐产品,但其所强调的营养全面、营养均衡并不符合2019年中国营养学会发布的代餐食品团体标准(T/CNSS 002-2019),比如规定维生素A的含量是260μg~580μg,而该产品中维生素A的含量是650μg,并不符合标准,长期食用将有安全隐患,对消费者健康不利。另外,在牛津大学的一项临床研究中证明,低热量饮食虽然带来代谢的改善,如肝脂肪减少和糖尿病逆转,但由于热量的突然下降会导致脂肪被身体不同部位释放到血液中,在被心肌吸收后,短短一周的低热量饮食便导致心脏脂肪含量增加44%,并且心脏功能(包括泵血功能)明显下降,直到身体适应热量严重不足的时期结束后,心脏脂肪水平和功能才能改善。
(二)中药类减肥产品:在中医理论指导下,选择中草药原料配伍以达到减肥效果。这类产品采用中药或药食同源成分制成口服汤剂或外用膏剂,在成分上可细分为含泻下成分类产品和不含泻下成分类产品。含泻下成分类产品,主要是含有蒽醌类中药,包括大黄、番泻叶、芦荟、荷叶、决明子、何首乌等。如CN201610218320.3“一种减肥的药物组合物,含其制剂及制备方法”,公开了一种中药物组合物及其有效成分,包括茯苓、白术、半夏、枳实、佩兰、苍术、厚朴、大黄、柴胡、草立蔻、荷叶、乌荷、肉桂、红花、当归、白芍、川穹、川椒、黄芪、泽泻、砂仁、辣椒素,提供一种化浊消满,改善脂肪代谢治疗肥胖的方法。这类减肥产品是利用大黄的利尿、泻下作用,但泻下的同时也造成了减肥患者丧失大量营养物质,导致人体抵抗力下降,甚至虚脱,蒽醌类成分长期食用将导致肠道粘液分泌机制破坏、对身体产生严重的伤害。在临床上还发现,这类蒽醌类中药会引起结肠黑变病、药物型肝损伤、药物性肾损伤的不良反应,长期使用该类中药会造成消化系统、泌尿系统、生殖系统、免疫系统、呼吸系统毒性的危险。另一类是不含泻下成分类产品,主要是通过调节脏腑、胃肠道功能失调达到减肥效果,常见的有桑叶、金银花、鱼眼草等。如CN201410236212.X“一种含鱼眼草减肥茶及其制备方法”,提供了一种含鱼眼草的减肥茶及其所含成分包括:绿茶、鱼眼草、板蓝根、白蔹、银柴胡、泽泻、苍术、瞿麦、莱菔子、柴花地丁、威灵仙。该类减肥产品避开了蒽醌类泻下成分,采用温和药材可以长期服用,但在实施例的临床结果中提及,61%的肥胖受试者在给药三个月后,减重在2.5公斤以下,可见该产品见效慢,并且口服类汤剂服用口感差。此外,如泽泻、柴胡、鱼眼草此类药材不属于国家卫生部门公布药食同源的药材,长期食用时对身体健康存在安全风险。
(三)使用高纯成分的减肥产品:在市场上,常见的加入减肥产品的化学成分有:茶多酚、左旋肉碱、咖啡因等,通过进入身体吸收代谢影响脂肪生成、脂肪分解与代谢等各个过程,从而达到减肥效果。比如茶多酚、左旋肉碱可以在脂肪代谢过程中促进脂肪酸进入线粒体氧化分解、提高血液中的高密度脂蛋白水平,有助于清除体内的胆固醇。这类产品多制成泡腾片、胶囊类,如CN201310182569.X“左旋肉碱茶多酚片及其制备方法”,公开了该类左旋肉碱茶多酚片的组合成分为:左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、茶叶提取物、茶多酚、微晶纤维素、交联聚维酮、共聚维酮、二氧化硅、硬脂酸镁、薄膜包衣剂。提供了一种具有快速显著减肥效果的减肥产品。但近年来,与左旋肉碱相关的精神障碍在临床的发生率逐年上升。在重庆市精神卫生中心对左旋肉碱相关的精神障碍临床研究发现,左旋肉碱会引起以幻听、被害妄想、被控制体验等为主,同时也有情感不协调、行为瓦解等伴随症状。当停止含有左旋肉碱这类减肥药的使用,症状通常较快消除,社会功能恢复完全,后期病情较少波动,这也佐证了左旋肉碱与精神障碍之间必然联系的存在。同时,在中国分子心脏病杂志中刊登的国家心血管病中心的一项最新研究发现,左旋肉碱虽然能通过清除血液中的胆固醇,对心血管有保护作用,但左旋肉碱也可以通过肠道微生物依赖性产生三甲胺和氧化三甲胺,引发动脉粥样硬化。另外,该专利中所公开的另一成分:茶叶提取物,在德国药物研究所的一项药代动力学研究中也发现,虽然具有降血脂作用,但该类成分存在明显的个体差异,超过6倍,对不同的健康个体有不同的影响。除此之外,像咖啡因这类的化学成分也在医药数据库中心的报道中,可直接兴奋延髓,引发阵发性惊厥和骨骼震颤,损害肝、胃、肾等重要脏器,诱发呼吸道炎症、妇女乳腺癌等疾病。所以,这类运用化学成分的减肥技术常因化学成分自身的不良反应及伴随的副作用影响减肥者的身体健康,不宜长期食用。
(四)理疗减肥技术,包括了推拿按摩、耳穴压籽、针灸等,主要作用部位是腹部、臀部、大小腿,尤其以腹部为多见。理疗减肥从中医角度看,是通过按摩、针灸等达到调理脏腑,使肝脾肾脏的功能恢复从而减肥的效果。比如,有部分人肥胖是由于摄入量过多,导致肠胃功能受损,而针灸可延长胃排空时间抑制食欲。而从现代医学的角度看,按摩针灸等可以刺激末梢神经,通过轻重快慢的不同力量使皮肤以及皮下脂肪的毛细血管开放,皮肤组织的废物被排出,促进机体的代谢,起到“去腹消浊”的作用。由此可见,这类减肥方法能通过调节代谢功能起作用,目前没有副作用的相关报道。但这类方法对技术要求高,需要专业人士针对性实施,使用场所也有一定的限制,消费者不能自我理疗,导致使用普及非常不方便。
综上,现有的减肥技术中都存在一定的不足,表现为起效慢、安全性不足、长期使用产生明确不良反应等缺点,或者使用不方便、需要专业人士针对性操作。因此,寻求减肥效果显著、作用安全无副作用、使用方便的减肥产品有助于现今大规模肥胖人群防治。
发明内容
本发明针对现有减肥产品起效慢、安全性不足、使用不方便等问题,提供一种具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品及其应用。
本发明为达到其目的,提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,所述组合使用的组合产品包括早/午餐营养代餐包、中药冲饮组合物、用于烹饪绿叶蔬菜的调和油组合物和睡前足浴中药组合物;其中,
所述早/午餐营养代餐包,以单餐用量总重量计,由如下重量的各组分组成:大豆分离蛋白21g,全脂奶粉10g,抗性糊精6g,浓缩乳清蛋白6g,赤藓糖醇6g,共轭亚油酸甘油酯2g,螺旋藻1g,菊粉4.4g,奇亚籽4g,燕麦片2g,圆苞车前子壳粉1.6g,维生素A 360μg RE,维生素B1 0.6mg,维生素B2 0.6mg,维生素B6 0.6mg,维生素B12 0.8μg,维生素C 70mg,维生素D0.7μg,维生素E 5mg,叶酸140μg DFE,烟酸6mg,钙320mg,镁84mg,铁7mg,锌5.5mg,热量为250kcal;
所述中药冲饮组合物,以单次冲饮所需中药冲饮组合物的总重量计,由如下重量的各组分组成:茯苓3.4g,薏苡仁3.4g,陈皮1.2g;
所述调和油组合物由如下重量配比的各组分组成:亚麻籽油90份,橄榄油10份,每次烹调用油量20~50ml;
所述睡前足浴中药组合物,以单次足浴所需睡前足浴中药组合物的总重量计,由如下重量的各组分组成:桑枝3.6g,首乌藤3.6g,夏枯草2.7g,花椒0.1g;
所述的中药冲饮组合物和足浴中药组合物的粒度≤100nm,可以用高速气流粉碎机,将这些药材粉碎至粒度≤100nm。
其中,所述早/午餐营养代餐包用于早餐和午餐食用;所述中药冲饮组合物用于在早餐和午餐之间的间隙用热水冲饮;所述调和油组合物用于作为晚餐的绿叶蔬菜的烹饪用油;所述睡前足浴中药组合物用于睡前进行足浴时使用。
进一步的,所述作为晚餐的绿叶蔬菜的重量达到500g以上,以达到不饿为准,绿叶蔬菜的种类没有特别限制,可以为日常食用的常见绿叶蔬菜,例如生菜、小白菜、油麦菜、上海青、芹菜等。
进一步的,所述睡前足浴中药组合物用热水进行溶解分散后用于临睡前1小时使用,足浴时间优选为20-30分钟。
本发明的上述组合使用的组合产品,具体使用方法为:早餐、中餐用热水(或温水)冲饮上述早/午餐营养代餐包,在早餐和午餐间隔期间冲调饮用一包供食用的中药冲饮组合物,晚餐用调和油组合物烹调绿叶蔬菜500g或以上食用,临睡前1小时,用热水将睡前足浴中药组合物溶解分散,足浴时间20~30分钟。
本发明另一方面还提供上文所述的组合产品在制备具有减重作用的减重产品中的应用。

本发明提供一种具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,与现有技术相比,其有益的效果在于:1、本发明的组合产品能通过饮食、睡眠多层面改善,调节身体代谢和心理,具有减肥效果好、无副作用、情绪平稳、睡眠好的特点;2、本发明组合产品除了具有良好的减肥效果外,通过对身体机能的测定,发现还具有提高身体免疫功能和机体抗氧化水平的作用。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行说明,有必要在此指出的是以下具体实施例只用于对本发明作进一步说明,不代表对本发明保护范围仅限于此。其他人根据本发明做出的一些非本质的修改和调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。如无特殊说明,本发明实施例中所涉及的试剂均为市售物料,均可以通过商业渠道购买获得。
实施例1
全营养组合物代餐包(即早/午餐营养代餐包)的制备:(1)按照配比分别准确称量满足质量要求的大豆分离蛋白、全脂奶粉、抗性糊精、浓缩乳清蛋白、赤藓糖醇、共轭亚油酸甘油酯、螺旋藻、菊粉、奇亚籽、燕麦片、圆苞车前子壳粉、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、叶酸、烟酸、碳酸钙、氧化镁、焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸锌;将各组分投入三维混合机中,混合30分钟,然后用粉末包装机将上述混合物料分装;得到的每包全营养组合物代餐包的组分含量如下:大豆分离蛋白21g,全脂奶粉10g,抗性糊精6g,浓缩乳清蛋白6g,赤藓糖醇6g,共轭亚油酸甘油酯2g,螺旋藻1g,菊粉4.4g,奇亚籽4g,燕麦片2g,圆苞车前子壳粉1.6g,维生素A 360μg RE,维生素B1 0.6mg,维生素B2 0.6mg,维生素B6 0.6mg,维生素B12 0.8μg,维生素C 70mg,维生素D 0.7μg,维生素E 5mg,叶酸140μgDFE,烟酸6mg,钙320mg,镁84mg,铁7mg,锌5.5mg,热量为250kcal;
用于食用的中药冲饮组合物包的制备:(1)分别准确称量满足中国药典质量要求的茯苓34kg,薏苡仁34kg,陈皮12kg;(2)将上述药材用高速气流超微粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目筛网;(3)将过筛后的物料投入到三维混合机中,混合30分钟;(4)用粉末包装机将上述物料包装成8g/包。中药冲饮组合物采用分析型扫描电子显微镜方法通则JY/T 010-1996检测粒径,结果如图1所示,粉末粒度≤100nm。
用于烹饪的植物调和油(即调和油组合物)的制备:(1)分别准确称量满足质量要求的物理压榨亚麻籽油90kg,初榨橄榄油10kg;(2)将上述物料倒入搅拌缸进行混合10分钟,冲氮气隔离空气;(3)用灌装机将调和油包装成500ml/瓶。
用于足浴的中药组合物(即睡前足浴中药组合物)包的制备:(1)分别准确称量满足质量要求的桑枝36kg,首乌藤36kg,夏枯草27kg,花椒1kg;(2)将上述药材用高速气流超微粉碎机进行粉碎,过80目筛网;(3)将过筛后的物料投入到三维混合机中,混合30分钟;(4)用粉末包装机将上述物料包装成10g/包。睡前足浴中药组合物采用分析型扫描电子显微镜方法通则JY/T 010-1996检测粒径,结果如图2所示,粉末粒度≤100nm。
上述组合产品的使用方法为:早餐和午餐分别用热水(≥60℃)冲调全营养组合物代餐包各1包,代替早、午餐正餐食用;用温水(≥40℃)冲调供食用的中药冲饮组合物1包于早餐和午餐的餐间间隙饮用;晚餐用烹饪调和油(20~50ml)烹调绿叶蔬菜500g及以上(食用量以达到不饿为准),作为晚餐食用;在临睡前1小时,用热水(≥60℃)将外用的睡前足浴中药组合物溶解分散开,待水温凉后足浴20-30分钟。
组合产品的应用功效验证
(1)实验分组
招募对减肥感兴趣的25-35岁肥胖成年人(30≤BMI≤35)作为研究对象。
研究对象纳入标准:测试产品中含有过敏原,测试者需对大豆、燕麦等麸质成分不过敏。为了避免生活方式对研究的影响,测试者需同意在研究期间避免饮酒,并保持正常的饮食和作息规律,不需进行超出日常所需的体力活动。另外需确保不在怀孕或哺乳期,过去一年没有进行过心脑血管和内脏相关的大型手术,前2个月内没有同时服用其他减肥类的保健产品或影响食欲的药物(包括抗抑郁药、类固醇、利他林)。在过去一年有体检报告(包括心电图、血脂、血压)。
研究对象排除标准:患有慢性且无法控制的健康问题(不包括肥胖和糖尿病)。有心脏起搏器或其他内部电子医疗设备。有精神分裂症、双相情感障碍病史或目前有重度抑郁症。对酒精或镇静催眠药物(例如苯二氮卓类药物)有依赖。严重到足以妨碍知情同意的认知障碍。或者正在服用减肥或影响食欲的药物。
实验前入组基本身体状况指标测定:包括体重、腰围、血压、脉搏等数据,并使用生物电阻抗法测量身体成分(包括体脂率、水分含量),抽血测定胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),唾液取样测定唾液分泌球蛋白IgA。
实验结束后基本身体状况指标测定:包括体重、腰围、血压、脉搏等数据,并使用生物电阻抗法测量身体成分(包括体脂率、水分含量),抽血测定胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),唾液取样测定唾液分泌球蛋白IgA。
通过当面筛查的方式进行研究对象的筛选。收集了身高、体重、腰围、血压、脉搏等数据,并使用生物电阻抗法测量身体成分。进行了进食态度测试(EAT)。收集了一般人口统计学、病史、体重史、烟酒使用、运动、饮食习惯和压力来源等方面的数据。在招募到的118名符合最初合格标准的肥胖成年人中,最终筛选出96名研究对象,63名女性,33名男性。把所有研究对象随机分为8组(12人/组),分别命名为A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、对比例组1、对比例组2、对比例组3。分组后进行组间差异检验以确保各实验组生理指标没有显著差异。
另设对比例组4,按符合纳入标准和排除标准筛选,但体重正常(18.5≤BMI≤24)的成年人12名,9名女性,3名男性。
(2)干预方法
试验A组:早餐和午餐食用按实施例1方法所制备的产品全营养组合物代餐包(下称产品E)各一包,早餐和午餐的餐间食用按实施例1方法制备的食用中药冲饮组合物包(下称产品F),晚餐食用按实施例1方法所制备的烹调植物调和油(下称产品G)烹调晚餐(绿叶青菜500g及以上,青菜选择生菜、小白菜、油麦菜、芹菜、上海青中一种或数种,以达到不饿为准),睡前按实施例1方法所制备的足浴的中药组合物包(下称产品H)泡脚20-30分钟。
试验B组:早餐和午餐食用产品E各一包,晚餐按平时的正常饮食;
试验C组:早餐和午餐食用产品E各一包,早餐和午餐的餐间食用产品F,晚餐按平时的正常饮食;
试验D组:早餐和午餐食用产品E各一包,早餐和午餐的餐间食用产品F,晚餐食用产品G烹调晚餐(绿叶青菜500g及以上,青菜选择生菜、小白菜、油麦菜、芹菜、上海青中一种或数种,用油量20~50ml);
试验E组:早餐、午餐和晚餐按正常日常饮食,晚上睡前用产品H泡脚20-30分钟;
对比例组1:食用低热量饮食,由认证营养师根据中国居民膳食指南设计食谱,每天三餐食用共200g谷物、50g绿叶蔬菜、50g水果、1杯牛奶、50g瘦肉、15g大豆油(提供总热量约为5000kJ,即约1200kcal,其中蛋白质76g,脂肪32g,碳水化合物150g)。
对比例组2:食用市售低脂代餐食品饮食,由认证营养师根据中国居民膳食指南设计食谱,每天食用240g市售豆基低脂低热量代餐粉(美国Nurticia公司Scan-Diet品牌产品,48g/包)代替三餐,晚餐额外食用30g绿叶蔬菜、60g水果、5g大豆油(提供总热量约为5000kJ,即约1200kcal,其中蛋白质98g,脂肪20g,碳水化合物155g)。
对比例组3:饮食不作干预,研究对象按日常正常饮食进行,额外补充一种含多种维生素矿物质的营养片(每片含钙320mg、镁80mg、铁7.0mg、锌6.0mg、硒30μg、维生素A 326μgRE、维生素D 3.0μg、维生素B1 1.0mg、维生素B2 1.0mg、维生素B6 1.0mg、维生素B121.4μg、烟酰胺8.0mg、叶酸250μg、生物素18μg、维生素C 70mg、泛酸3.5mg、维生素E 8.8mg,一日一片)。
对比例组4:饮食不作干预,研究对象按日常正常食谱进行,额外补充一种含多种维生素矿物质的营养片(每片含钙320mg、镁80mg、铁7.0mg、锌6.0mg、硒30μg、维生素A 326μgRE、维生素D 3.0μg、维生素B1 1.0mg、维生素B2 1.0mg、维生素B6 1.0mg、维生素B121.4μg、烟酰胺8.0mg、叶酸250μg、生物素18μg、维生素C 70mg、泛酸3.5mg、维生素E 8.8mg,一日一片)。
以1个月为一个周期,持续两个周期,每周期末见一次营养师以评估身体状况及提供咨询。
各组受试者在实验前和实验结束后进行下述指标测定:
1.减重指标测定,抽血测定胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素。
2.抗氧化指标测定,抽血测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。
3.反映免疫功能指标测定,唾液取样测定唾液分泌球蛋白IgA。
4.问卷调查受试者的精神状态、睡眠质量和不良反应。
数据整理及分析:对各组进行实验前后数据比较,对实验后的同一指标数据进行组间比较,采用t检验进行显著性分析,检验水平α=0.05,p<0.05代表有显著性差异。
(2)试验结果
试验期间,受试者精神状态良好,无不良反应发生,说明所有试验样品及方案是安全的。受试者的生理上数据试验前后变化比较见表1和表2。
表1各组的体重、总胆固醇、甘油三酯数据的变化情况表明,各组前后对比比较,A组、B组、C组、D组、对照例组1、对照例组2均具有显著性差异(p<0.05),表明所采取干预措施具有减重作用。E组和对照例3组体重前后无显著性变化,表明仅用足浴中药粉没有减重作用,正常饮食加额外补充营养素补充剂无减重作用。在减重程度上,A组、D组、B组、C组、与对比例3相比有显著性差异(p<0.05),而对照例1组、对照例2组与对照例3组比较,减少程度有一定趋势(p<0.01)但统计学无显著性差异,其中A组在体重、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的前后变化均是所有组别中变化程度最大的(均有显著性差异,p<0.05),说明A组的减肥及降脂作用最为明显的。由此说明,A组的干预措施在减重和降脂上优于其余各组。有意思的是,根据受试者反馈,A组和E组受试者在睡眠质量上(睡眠时长和睡醒后大脑清醒度)有极大的改善,而其他组别则无此改善效果。
各组的空腹胰岛素变化情况表明,A组、B组、C组、D组均具有显著降低胰岛素分泌的作用(P<0.05),其中A组的变化值是所有组别中变化程度最大的,并且实验结束后,A组与C组、D组相比,也有显著性差异(p<0.05),说明A组提高胰岛素敏感性的作用最明显。E组有降低胰岛素分泌的趋势,但不显著。对照例组1、对照例组2、对照例组3的试验前后空腹胰岛素均没有显著变化,与这三组对照例组相比,试验后A组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而与对照例组4(饮食不干预体重正常组)相比没有显著差异,说明A组的降低空腹胰岛素作用最佳且作用可达到与体重正常人的水平相近,进一步说明了A组干预措施在改善代谢方面作用的效果佳。
相比对照例组1(低热量饮食)以及对照例组2(市售低脂代餐产品),A组的试验后体重下降有显著性差异(p<0.05),对甘油三酯、总胆固醇的降低作用也更明显,说明相比市面上现有的其他产品方案,实施例1的产品具有更佳的减重作用、以及改善血脂和提高胰岛素敏感性的最佳效果。
通过对受试者问卷结果分析,A组、B组、C组、D组、E组和对比例4组受试者在实验过程中无不良反应,对比例1组和对比例2组受试者有部分反馈疲倦乏力、精神不振的情况,对比例3组有受试者反馈有便秘、胸闷气喘、精神不振的情况。

从表2结果可以观察到,A组在实验前后的唾液分泌球蛋白IgA浓度显著上升(p<0.05)、血液抗氧化指标SOD(超氧化歧化酶)水平显著上升(p<0.05)、MDA(丙二醛)水平显著下降(p<0.05),B组、C组、D组和对照组4在试验后IgA浓度有增加的趋势但不显著(p>0.05),其余各组的前后IgA水平几乎无变化。进一步分析表明,A组实验后IgA的水平与其余各组相比,有显著性提高(p<0.05,未在表2里注明),反映了A组受试者在试验结束后,机体免疫力水平与其余各组受试者相比,有较大程度提高,也意味着A组的干预方案相比于其余组的方案在提高机体免疫力方面具有突出的效果;同时,也反映了常规的控制热量减肥方案(对照例1组、对照例2组)不能改善机体免疫力,肥胖人群和体重正常人群仅补充营养素,在改善机体免疫力的效果也有限。在SOD指标作用变化上,试验前后A组的提高值最大且有显著性(P<0.05),其余各组则变化不明显(p>0.05),需要特别强调的是,A组实验后SOD变化水平与其余各组的水平相比,均有显著性差异(p<0.05,未在表2里注明),说明A组的干预方案在提升机体抗氧化能力水平上优于其余各组的方案。进一步分析各组MDA的变化水平,可以看到A组在实验前后有明显的降低(p<0.05),而其余各组变化有高有低但不显著(p>0.05),且实验后A组水平与其余各组比较,具有统计学显著性差异(p<0.05),由此进一步说明A组的干预方案在提升机体抗氧化能力方面具有突出的优势。
综上分析,实验A组所采用的干预方案,即使用本发明提供的组合使用的组合产品,在针对肥胖人群的综合作用中,在降低体重、降低甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平,改善胰岛素的敏感性以降低空腹胰岛素水平,优于传统的低热量饮食或低热量代餐减肥方法,而出乎意料的是,本发明提供的综合干预的组合产品,还能在提高机体免疫力和抗氧化能力方面都表现出极好的作用,实现一举多得的效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳的具体实施例,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

所述早/午餐营养代餐包,以单餐用量总重量计,由如下重量的各组分组成:大豆分离蛋白21g,全脂奶粉10g,抗性糊精6g,浓缩乳清蛋白6g,赤藓糖醇6g,共轭亚油酸甘油酯2g,螺旋藻1g,菊粉4.4g,奇亚籽4g,燕麦片2g,圆苞车前子壳粉1.6g,维生素A 360μg RE,维生素B10.6mg,维生素B20.6mg,维生素B60.6mg,维生素B120.8μg,维生素C 70mg,维生素D 0.7μg,维生素E 5mg,叶酸140μg DFE,烟酸6mg,钙320mg,镁84mg,铁7mg,锌5.5mg,热量为250kcal;
所述中药冲饮组合物,以单次冲饮所需中药冲饮组合物的总重量计,由如下重量的各组分组成:茯苓3.4g,薏苡仁3.4g,陈皮1.2g;所述调和油组合物由如下重量配比的各组分组成:亚麻籽油90份,橄榄油10份,每次用油量20~50ml;
所述睡前足浴中药组合物,以单次足浴所需睡前足浴中药组合物的总重量计,由如下重量的各组分组成:桑枝3.6g,首乌藤3.6g,夏枯草2.7g,花椒0.1g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,其特征在于,所述早/午餐营养代餐包用于早餐和午餐食用;所述中药冲饮组合物用于在早餐和午餐之间的间隙用热水冲饮;所述调和油组合物用于作为晚餐的绿叶蔬菜的烹饪用油;所述睡前足浴中药组合物用于睡前进行足浴时使用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,其特征在于,所述作为晚餐的绿叶蔬菜的重量达到500g以上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,其特征在于,所述睡前足浴中药组合物用热水进行溶解分散后用于临睡前1小时使用,足浴时间优选为20-30分钟。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的具有减重作用的组合使用的组合产品,其特征在于,所述中药冲饮组合物和所述睡前足浴中药组合物的粒度分别≤100nm。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的组合产品在制备具有减重作用的减重产品中的应用。
